| 1-23-2010 - Last night Joe Mason and I watched a
television show on NOVA about the head of the Sphinx. They were
speculating about who the Pharaoh was that was portrayed, and it was easy
to see how out of proportion the head is to the size of the Sphinx.
Zahi Hawass came on and explained that the Sphinx has been added to over
the centuries because the original limestone flakes off due to salts
coming out of the stone, so it was wise to preserve the structure by
adding onto it over time. However, at some point, apparently some
soldiers had shot the nose off the Sphinx's head and nobody could identify
which Pharaoh it actually was.
I kept repeating during the show, "That's not the
original head, that's not the original head." It would make sense to
me that the head would originally have been a lion because thats what the
body is that everyone agrees on. However, the discussion came up on
the show, that in Egyptian art, we see humans with animal heads, so it
made sense that an animal would have a human head - the Pharaoh would
think of himself as a lion - the head of the pride. Perhaps,
but not necessarily true.
So what is the truth about the head of the Sphinx?
And when was it carved?
According to a light being we are acquainted with, he
stated recently that the area was a jungle when is was created and the pit
around the Sphinx was filled with water because there was a lot of rain at
the time. Evidently the climate has changed a great deal since then
as the Sphinx has been covered by sand for long lengths of time and has
been photographed that way.

| THE PHARAOH'S HEAD 1-21-06 - DREAM - I was sitting in a classroom in an art class. I had a lot
of paints in front of me on a large table.
A darker-skinned female teacher (She was Egyptian) sat at a table in front of
me, working on a clay sculpture.
She got up from her table and brought her sculpture with her. It was an
Egyptian head looking like a Pharaoh.
She pointed to two indentations on the Pharaoh's face. One indentation was in
the area of the third-eye and the other one was on the side of the right eye and
was smaller.
She asked me to use my paint and put a daub of black paint into the
indentation to the right of the eye.
I agreed but found that my paint brushes were too large to fit neatly into
that indentation on the face.
First I made a mistake and put the brush into the large center indentation
between the eyes and daubed the black paint deep down.
I realized my mistake, but the clay was soft and the Pharaoh's head began to
come apart and when it did, I saw there was a hidden box inside the Pharaoh's
head that slid up and down and there was a message written on the lid of the
box.
I immediately thought about the hidden records that everyone thinks is under
the paw of the Sphinx. What if they are really inside the head of the
Pharaoh on the Sphinx that doesn't appear to be the original head of the Sphinx.
I quickly remolded the Pharaoh's head so the teacher wouldn't know I had seen
the hidden box and message inside the head. I then daubed the black paint in the
small indentation to the right of the eye. Nobody would know there was a hidden
message in the Pharaoh's head, nor would they know there was an indentation to
the right of the eye beneath the paint.

HISTORY OF THE SPHINX AS POPULARLY KNOWN
A great symbol of Ancient Egypt is the Sphinx. A
magnificent monument carved out of living rock, sits outstandingly in
the Giza Plateau.
It is a carving of the body of a lion with a head of a
king or god, symbolizing strength and wisdom. It is 200 feet long and 65
feet high with paws being 50 feet long.
The body of the sphinx was buried in the desert sand
for thousands of years and only in 1905, about a century ago, the sands
has been cleared away from it. Thus, the sphinx has several layers of
erosions, those that are horizontal are due to sand and stone, while
some are vertical due to water (probably rain) erosions.
It is believed that the sphinx was built by king
Khafre (Chephren 2558-2532B.C.) who was one of the 4th Dynasty kings and
whom the 2nd pyramid of Giza was built for him.
The sphinx faces due to the east, to the horizon and
this has an astronomical belief to the ancient Egyptians. It is also
thought that it is a guardian of the horizon for the later journey of
the kings in the life-after.
There is a large stela between the front paws of the
sphinx. It was placed by king Thutmose IV and describes the king during
his hunting in the young days ,while falling asleep min the shade on the
sphinx. During his sleep, he dreamt that the sphinx talked to him and
told him to clear away the sand around his head and he will be rewarded
by making him a pharaoh.
However the sphinx misses some pieces, his ritual beard that is now
placed in the British museum. While his nose was used as a target by
Napoleon’s troops.
The sphinx has undergone many major restorations. It
now features a sound and light display where it seems as though
narrating its story. This is a much delightful tourist attraction by
itself.

We are aware of two things, that
Moses was Akhenaton who
lived :
He was born during a time when the
Israelites were growing in number under Pharaoh's heavy hand. In order to
control their growing numbers and power Pharaoh began a policy of
persecution. All the males were to be thrown into the Nile river while
girls were permitted to live.
Exodus 1:22 Moses was born in about 1574 B.C.
to parents who were descendants of Levi. They are named in
Exodus 6:20 as Amram
and Jochebed. Exodus 2:1
Under God's hand Moses' mother made a basket of bulrushes made waterproof
with bitumen and pitch. His older sister watched over him and insure his
safety. When Pharaoh's daughter discovered the ark, recognised Him as
Hebrew and determined to keep the child, Moses sister wisely advised that
she find a Hebrew mother. Moses very own mother raised Him in Pharaoh's
court. God's purposes cannot be thwarted.
We are aware that the Sphinx was carved prior to
Moses being alive: Estimated date:
built by king Khafre (Chephren 2558-2532B.C.)
Since Moses wrote the first 5 books of the Bible,
[The Torah], the Sphinx had to already have been in existence when Moses
was born and was pre-biblical.
So, we need to look into pre-biblical texts to find
the Sphinx and life of Egypt prior to Akhenaton.

What name the Egyptians originally gave the Sphinx
is unknown. The earliest Egyptian writings mentioning the Sphinx come from
almost a millennium after its original building and refer to it by several
names: Hor-em-akht (Horus in the Horizon), Bw-How (Place of Horus) and
Ra-horakhty (Ra of Two Horizons).
No other sphinx statue found in Egypt is either as old or as large as the
Great Sphinx of Giza. It stands 65 feet tall, 20 feet wide and an
astounding 260 feet long. Estimates of its weight (not precisely known)
range upwards of 200 tons, making it one of the largest single stone
sculptures in the world.Most dates for the
Great Sphinx of Giza place the time of its building during the 4th Dynasty
of Egypt in the 3rd millennium BCE. It is believed by most that the sphinx
was built by the pharaoh Khafre, and that the face seen on the Sphinx is
carved in his image.
Some have argued that the Sphinx was actually built by Khafre’s father
Khufu, builder of the Great Pyramid of Giza, largest pyramid of the world.
More recently there has been speculation and some evidence that the statue
was actually built by Khafre’s nephew, a lesser known pharaoh by the name
of Djedefre. As of yet there has been no conclusive evidence found to
prove once and for all who built the Great Sphinx or whose image is
recorded in the face

The Great
Sphinx stumps the experts again

The riddle of the Great Sphinx is well
known: What animal walks on all fours in the morning, two legs at noon,
and three legs at night? (The answer is man, of course.) But that's not
the only Sphinx-teaser. Is the sculpture thousands of years older than the
pyramids, as controversial geological evidence suggests? If true, that
means it was built at the end of the Stone Age, when mud buildings were
the height of human achievement.
Mainstream Egyptology says the Sphinx
was carved from bedrock during the reign of Khafre (2520-2494 B.C.) as a
self-tribute to the pharaoh. Then an unlikely agitator shook things up. In
the 1979 book Serpent in the Sky, amateur archaeologist and Egyptian tour
guide John Anthony West proposed that the Sphinx was far older than the
pyramids–and that its severe weathering and erosion were caused not by
winds and blowing sand, but by rain. Ipso facto, the Sphinx must have been
built thousands of years earlier, back when arid Egypt was all wet.
Given West's lack of scientific
credentials, the "old-Sphinx theory" attracted little interest until 1990
when he brought in Robert Schoch, a trained geologist and Boston
University professor. Schoch found rock fissures in the Sphinx that
suggested creation by running water or rainfall. He concluded that the
front and side dated from 5000 to 7000 B.C. (although no one disputes that
it was later re-carved as a royal totem). But if Schoch is right, a cruder
yet still impressive "proto-Sphinx" was carved in the even more distant
past.
Egyptologists attribute the Sphinx's
weathering to wet sand from Nile floods, or morning dew that condensed and
expanded natural salt in the rock, causing layers to flake off. "But none
of us can prove our point," admits James Harrell, a geology professor at
the University of Toledo and a "wet sand" proponent. Both sides spin out
analytical articles.
Who carved it? Call the geological
argument a draw. But if the Sphinx were built millenniums earlier, where
are the traces of the culture that carved it? "Perhaps all their pots got
washed away," West says. "If you pin these guys down, they really think
these people were refugees from Atlantis, the Lost Continent," Harrell
scoffs. West calls Atlantis the "A word" and claims to use the name only
as shorthand for the mystery civilization. "I really don't care what their
passports said," says West, who hopes more digging at Giza might reveal
the answer to the riddle of the Sphinx's age.

Abstract
Bir Sahara, situated in northeast Africa,
contains a set of sedimentary sequences that imply episodic changes in
climate and environment during the Middle and Late Pleistocene. Some
of the stratigraphic contexts are associated with Middle Paleolithic
artifact assemblages. The artifact assemblages are typically in sands
that underlie deposits composed of high amounts of carbonate or fine
clastics (muds) indicative of expanding lakes and wetter climates. The
wetter climates may have provided landscapes that were periodically
inhabitable by Pleistocene hominids.

Could hominids carve a sophisticated being as this
large lion in the Pleistocene era? It doesn't seem likely,
considering the tools needed to carve rock as hard as the head of the
Sphinx which is harder than the body of the Sphinx according to the
experts who have tried it in the NOVA program in 2010.
We would agree that we need to find a wet -
jungle-like climate in Egypt when people were more educated and skilled.

In the highlands of Niger, Libya, and Algeria, and
among other nations surrounding the Sahara west of the Nile, many rock
drawings, paintings and engravings are found, revealing much about culture
and climate change from Prehistoric times. Petroglyphs abound in the
highlands and mountains, and one of the richest areas for rock carving and
painting is Tassili N'Ajjer in Algeria. The
Tuareg who dwell in the area at this time are thought to be the
descendants of these ancient rock artists.
The Sahara Experiences a Wet Climate and Rich
Environment
From about 9000 B.C. to 2500 B.C., the Sahara had a
much wetter climate during the Neolithic period which was quite habitable
for humans and animals, similar to the savannah of East Africa today. Nine
thousand years ago the surroundings were green with lakes and forests and
with large herds of wild animals not present in the area today as
witnessed by Petroglyphs in the area. The Sahara at that time was able to
sustain a large number of hunters.
Rock art from about 8000 B.C. drawn apparently by
hunting peoples depict large, undomesticated animals in the wet Neolithic
age show an area rich with giant buffalo, elephants, ostrich, antelopes,
giraffes, and rhinoceros. Lakes formed in the basins which also included
fish, crocodiles, and hippopotamus. Oxen and domesticated cattle are then
shown in rock art. Horses were later drawn along with horses and chariots,
and later came camels. The rock art drawings paint a broad record of the
history of the Prehistoric Sahara. A new dating technique, accelerator
mass spectrometry, now allows for dating of pictographs with a very small
sample which has advanced the study of historical geography and occupation
of the area. The rock art of the Sahara has been found to predate the
pyramids by thousands of years, which argues for influences in ancient
Egypt from the Sahara people.
Five Periods of Rock Art in the Sahara
The rock art in the Sahara can be categorized into
five general periods:
- Bubalus Petroglyphs: large wild animals such as
Buffalo, Elephants, Rhinoceros; 9,000 to 6,000 B.C. During the period
from 10,000 to 6000 B.C. the Nile Valley was uninhabitable with
tremendous flooding from glacier runoff into the Blue and White Niles
from Ethiopia. From about 10,000 B.C., any settlements in the Nile
Valley were wiped out with the inundations. As the meltdown began to
slow, people from the Sahara moved back into the Nile Valley.
- Roundhead people Petroglyphs: approximately 6000
to 4000 B.C.; humans are depicted with rounded heads and have a rather
alien look about them.
- Cattle herding Petroglyphs: 4,500 to 2,500 B.C.
- Horse and horses with chariots rock art: from 1200
B.C.
- Camel Petroglyphs: from 500 B.C., sometimes
accompanied by the tifnar script of the Tuaregs
The Sahara, with its evolving climate, is seen
through rock paintings to have been home to many cultures from Neolithic
times onwards. Wallis
Budge, Wilkinson, McKenna and Lhote who studied the paintings of
Tassili n’Ajjer and other regions in North Africa all came to similar
conclusions that the people who created the Prehistoric rock paintings in
the Sahara, southern Egypt and along the Red Sea all came from the same
semi-nomadic peoples who may have had their origins in Ethiopia. These
people spread their shamanic religion (displayed in rock art motifs) to
the Predynastic Egyptian people (prior to 3100 B.C.). Some similar scenes
and motifs (solar disc between horns of cattle, men with animal masks or
headdresses, and hunter-god) found in Algerian and Libyan rock art are
later seen on temples and monuments in Egypt.

are we to argue with the experts in the geological field, we can accept
that the Sphinx was built between 10,000 BC and 2,500 B.C. which is
a long period of time. We also know that
the Sphinx was built facing the constellation of Leo, [the lion] so there
is a connection between the Sphinx and the constellation. That means
that the civilization which built the Sphinx had to have an excellent
knowledge of the stars and astronomy and astrology.
The Sphinx looks directly East.
According to Graham Hancock, new evidence shows that the Giza pyramids
represent Orion and the Sphinx represents Leo. He also says that people
are now digging down to a chamber between the paws looking for the Hall of
Records predicted by Edgar Cayce..

By 2012, the Sphinx will be facing Aquarius with Leo
at it's rear end ( 180 degrees). Leo was in the Eastern horizon when
it was built approximately 12,500 years ago, which was about 10,000 B.C.
The geological findings discussed above indicate that
the Sphinx seems to have been sculpted sometime before 10,000 BC, and this
period coincides with the Age of Leo the Lion, which lasted from 10,970 to
8810 BC.
That fits right in with the geological experts cited
above.

-year cycle of our Earth.

Comprehend that the word sphinx means to bind or
close a circle tightly, and that the Great Sphinx binds Virgo and Leo in
the Zodiac on the ceiling of the Portico — at Esna's Khnum Temple. The
Great Sphinx marks the "Happy New Year" of our present Platonic year, and
Leo was the first age in this great year. Listen when the Vatican informs
us every Christmas Eve, when it reads the ancient Calens (calendar) from
Rome, that it was the sixth age or the Piscean Age when Jesus, the
fisherman, was born 2,000 years ago. Even the ancient Persians called
Polaris the "turning point star" 5,000 years before it became our current
pole star between the sixth and seventh ages.
At one time in history, the Vernal Equinox used to
indicate New Year's Day in our annual calendar until Julius Caesar moved
it to January 1 in 45 BC. The names of our months still reflect March as
the first month of the year. In Latin, Septem is seven, Octo is eight,
Novem is nine, and Decem is ten. This is why the name of an age is
determined by where the sun is on the Vernal Equinox. The megalithic
monuments like Stonehenge, Chichen Itza, and Casa Grande are all trying to
find the Vernal Equinox or the first day of spring in the Northern
Hemisphere.
The ancients refer to the coupled-ages of Pisces and
Aquarius in the great year as the time for the FisherMan or Merman to
return from the sea. The old legends say that he will teach the people how
to heal and govern themselves. (See

Our scientists inform us that, in the great year, we
are dawning into the Age of Aquarius and leaving the Piscean Age. When
someone says, its the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, that is no different
then someone saying, it is the beginning of the month of July. Only, ages
are around 2,150 (2160) years long, while months are made up of
approximately 30 days.
Every culture had their own personal system to begin
the new year and all nations, except for the Essenes, used a lunar
calendar consisting of 13 months and between 354 and 364 days. Enter
Julius Caesar. With the help of an initiate named Sosigenes, the first
calendar reformed occurred. Taking the year 47 BC, at which time our
January 1st would have fallen on October 13, he inserted two new months of
33 and 34 days between November and December. Then, he added an
intercalary period of 23 days near February for a total length of 445
days. Macrobius called this long year, the last year of confusion.
Beginning the next year, he started a new year of 365 days with a leap
year every fourth year of 366 days. Had he asked, or maybe Sosigenes told
him, but he could not wait, the Ancient Wisdom would have told him to
begin the new year at a new moon on an equinox or solstice.

| In 2001 - I had a dream about a 'Pattern for
Freedom" which included 30 cats, and I made this note on the page:
NOTE: Comment on the cats. The 30 cats could relate
to a zodiac age as having 30 degrees. 360 degrees divided by 12. The cats
may be related to Leo the Lion. There are some indications that the time
cycle involves half the precession from the age of Leo to the beginning of
the Age of Aquarius. The Sphinx for example faced straight towards Leo at
the time it was apparently built. The Zodiac sign of Aquarius was directly
behind. In the coming Age of Aquarius, it will be reversed. Aquarius is on
the horizon now at the Spring Solstice. The Sphinx being the Lion/Man
possibly symbolizes those two Zodiac Ages.
The Jewish calendar has 12 months of 30 days each.
As represented by the camp positions of the 12 tribes in Numbers 2, it is
a reflection of the Zodiac. The basic idea is to make things on earth
like those in Heaven. The New Jerusalem is based on the same pattern as
expressed in Revelation 21.
Since we had already made this pattern once before
and the newspaper woman symbolizes 'news coming'... can hardly wait to
find out what is coming. I may be stretching my hopes a bit, but if you
remember the last time there was an event on a Friday before a Holiday and
the result gave us 'freedom'.... perhaps we are looking for the 'second
coming'....?

The question arises as to why the Age of Leo was chosen by
the Ancient Egyptians as the First Age when clearly the Ancient
Egyptians regarded HU, [God] the Celestial Sphinx, as the giver of
Life in the Beginning. The answer lies in the New Beginning following
the gradual Fall of HU [God] from his majestic position on the horizon
in 14000BCE. "
It could be argued that technically the New Beginning should
have started at the Dawn of the Age of Virgo in 13108BCE. Why wait
until the Dawn of the Age of Leo in 10948BCE for the New Beginning?
Was it perhaps because Virgo was female? The Ancient Egyptians
represented the heavens in the female form: that of Nut, the Sky
Goddess. However it must be remembered that HU, [God] the Celestial
Sphinx and Creator, was male … as evidenced by his Osiris Beard.
Moreover the heavens which HU ] created were impregnated into the body
of Nut. The female was clearly subordinate to the male, and her
purpose was one of childbearing. HU [God] represented the Male
Principle while Virgo and Nut represented the Female Principle.
There is an additional, and perhaps more straight forward
reason why Leo was chosen over Virgo as the First Age. By 13108BCE the
Celestial Sphinx had not fallen sufficiently below the horizon at Giza
for a New Age to be even considered. However by 10948BCE the Ancient
Egyptians had lost their affiliation with HU. [God[ The Celestial
Sphinx no longer had the same relevance in their lives as he had had
for their ancestors.

| WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CIVILIZATION THAT CARVED THE
ORIGINAL SPHINX?
EGYPT – THE
LOST CIVILISATION THEORY
The Panleonist Lost Civilisation Theory
 The
Panleonist theory proposes that a highly advanced civilisation existed on
the Earth during the precessional age of Leo (c. 10900-8700 BC), but was
destroyed by a cataclysm circa 10500 BC and hence became a ‘lost
civilisation’. The theory proposes that the lost civilisation encoded the
date 10500 BC into their monuments (e.g. by astronomical alignments) so as
to commemorate the date of the cataclysm.
The Panleonist theory is best known from the writings of Robert Bauval,
Adrian Gilbert and Graham Hancock. But it has its roots in an assortment
of different writings. Firstly, in Plato’s story of Atlantis, which
recalled the destruction of an advanced civilisation nine thousand years
before the time of Solon, i.e. c. 9600 BC. Secondly, in the prophecies of
certain mystics, such as Edgar Cayce. And thirdly, in the writings of
Zechariah Sitchin, who dated the beginning of history to the Great Flood
in 11000 BC, at the beginning of the age of Leo.
It is on the writings of Bauval, Hancock and Gilbert that I wish to
comment here, in particular their claims that the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx
were built to commemorate the date 10500 BC.
The Orion Theory
In ‘The Orion Mystery’ (1994), Robert Bauval and Adrian Gilbert made a
very interesting discovery, namely that the three main pyramids at Giza
(of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure) formed a pattern on the ground virtually
identical to that of the three belt stars of the Orion constellation. This
was a perfectly plausible hypothesis. However, Bauval and Gilbert then
entered controversial territory. Using computer software, they wound back
the Earth’s skies to ancient times, and witnessed a ‘locking-in’ of the
mirror image between the pyramids and the stars at the same time as Orion
reached a turning point at the bottom of its precessional shift up and
down the meridian. This conjunction, they claimed, was exact, and it
occurred precisely at the date 10450 BC.
In ‘Keeper of Genesis’ (1996), Robert Bauval teamed up with Graham
Hancock, and took the 10500 BC theory further, claiming corroborative
evidence in the form of the Sphinx at Giza (see below).
In ‘Heaven’s Mirror’ (1998), Graham Hancock tried to argue that the date
10500 BC was encoded also at the ancient Cambodian site of Angkor Wat (the
temples, he alleged, were in the image of the constellation Draco at
exactly 10500 BC).
On 15th September 1998, I issued a detailed rebuttal of Hancock’s Angkor
Wat theory, which I published on my website. I concluded that ‘Hancock’s
case is extremely weak, and by pursuing it with such vigor (claiming ‘no
doubt that a correlation exists’ p.126, and then winding back the skies to
10500 BC to claim a ‘precise’ match) he risks bringing this kind of
research into disrepute. He certainly does Robert Bauval no favors, for
many people will now highlight the poor quality of Hancock’s research to
debunk the more plausible (though unproven) 10500 BC alignment at Giza.’
My comments were to prove farsighted. On 4th November 1999, BBC screened a
Horizon documentary which raised serious questions about Bauval and
Hancock’s Panleonist theory. Hancock, in particular, was ridiculed for his
theory of a 10500 BC alignment between Angkor Wat and the constellation of
Draco (rightly so in my opinion). But Bauval too was criticised for being
careless in his calculation of the 10500 BC alignment between the Giza
Pyramids and the stars of Orion’s Belt. To the shock and horror of
Bauval’s followers, the BBC claimed that the accurate 10500 BC ‘lock-in’
between the Giza pyramids and Orion’s Belt was not quite so accurate after
all. Worse still, in the ensuing furor, Bauval and Hancock actually
conceded the point and admitted that the alignment was not precise.
Bauval and Hancock went on to accuse the BBC of bias, and their complaint
was upheld in one respect (although not in the majority of respects) by an
independent commission. Nevertheless, in the heat of the argument, the
fact was obscured that (a) the alleged accuracy of the Pyramids/Orion’s
Belt alignment had been absolutely central to Bauval and Hancock’s
original argument of a lost civilisation of 10500 BC; and (b) the alleged
accuracy of the Pyramids/Orion’s Belt alignment had been successfully
rebutted by the BBC.
The present situation is this. It is accepted that the alignment between
the Giza pyramids and the stars of Orion’s Belt is not precise but
approximate. Therefore, no firm conclusion can be drawn about any
particular date which the monuments might have commemorated. Accordingly,
the Panleonist theory of Giza is entirely baseless (nevertheless, it
remains an important discovery that the layout of the three Giza pyramids
mirrors the shape of Orion’s Belt).
The Sphinx Problem
One of the foundation stones of the Panleonist theory is the Great Sphinx
of Egypt, which is presumed to have the body of a lion, thus evoking the
precessional era of Leo (10900-8700 BC).
In his follow-up work with co-author Graham Hancock, Robert Bauval wound
back the skies to show that not only did the three Giza pyramids line up
with the three stars of Orion’s Belt at 10500 BC, but also, at the same
time, the constellation of Leo rose exactly due east of the Sphinx. This
occurrence, they said, was unique to 10500 BC, and it was therefore beyond
coincidence that the Sphinx had been carved in the form of a lion.
According to Bauval and Hancock (and other researchers, such as John
Anthony West) the weathering of the Sphinx by rainwater supports a date of
construction c. 10500 BC, at the same time as the ground plan had been
designed for the three Giza pyramids.
I would like to make three critical observations on this theory.
Firstly, the geological evidence for an older Sphinx, based on the work of
the geologist Robert Schoch, is more in line with 5000-4000 BC than with
the extreme date of 10500 BC. I know from personal discussion with Robert
Schoch that he is quite unhappy with the way Bauval, Hancock and West have
hijacked his evidence to fit their pet theory.
Secondly, as I pointed out in chapter 1 (p. 24) of my book ‘The Phoenix
Solution’ (1998), there is a much more plausible reason for the importance
of the age of Leo in ancient Egypt, namely that the Sun rose against the
backdrop of Leo during the heliacal rising of the star Sirius at the
summer solstice throughout most of Egyptian dynastic history. The leonine
imagery of the Sphinx (if indeed it be a lion) points us not necessarily
to the 11th millennium BC, but rather to the much more plausible era of
the 4th millennium BC.
Thirdly, I would question the assumption that the Sphinx has the body of a
lion. In fact, as Robert Temple has pointed out, the Sphinx has ‘no mane,
no tufted tail (and) no raised haunches’, which we would expect of a lion,
and nor does it have a lion’s powerful shoulders. Furthermore, the lion
was a dualistic concept in ancient Egyptian myth and architecture; lion
sphinxes, for example, were generally built in pairs, protecting the
entrances to temples. And yet the Sphinx of Giza is most certainly a
solitary figure; there is no evidence whatsoever for a second Sphinx.
On balance, it seems to me that, as Robert Temple has suggested, the
Sphinx was built with the body of a dog, presumably to symbolise Anubis
(with the cat’s tail representing a later modification). Anubis, it should
be noted, was the god who guarded the Earth and the Underworld, and
protected the body of Osiris. With the Pyramid representing Osiris
(Pyramid Texts, Utterance 600), it would make sense that the Sphinx was
originally an image of Anubis (its head was probably re-carved from the
head of a dog to the head of a king).
The Anubis theory may, or may not, be correct, but its plausibility brings
into question the widely-held assumption that the Sphinx has the body of a
lion. Of course, if the Sphinx has the body of a dog, then astronomy is of
no use whatsoever in dating it.
All things considered, the Sphinx offers no evidence whatsoever in support
of the Panleonist lost civilisation theory. It might well date to the
pre-dynastic era (as I have indeed argued in ‘The Phoenix Solution’), but
probably to no earlier than the 5th or 6th millennium BC.
Summary
Much credit is due to Bauval, Gilbert, Hancock and West for getting us all
looking at Egypt again with a fresh perspective. But the debate must move
on, and frankly I would like to see an end to this obsession with 10500
BC. At the present time, there is not one single piece of evidence
anywhere in the world to justify the idea that 10500 BC was being
commemorated by a lost civilisation. In my view, this obsession with 10500
BC has done great harm, and continues to do great harm, to the cause of
those, such as myself, who would make a serious challenge to official
dogma on the origin of the Giza pyramids and the history of civilisation.
Yes, there is a mystery which requires an explanation. But what if the
answer to the mystery lies not in 10500 BC but rather in the more
plausible period of 6000-5000 BC?
The worst thing we can do is investigate the past with a preconceived
dogma to rival that of mainstream academia. Rather, it is time to take
account of all the scientific evidence and draw our conclusions
accordingly.

from the Sirius Star System of the 6th dimension.
The Hall of Records
3. The Hall of Records resides beneath the Sphinx, in a space
between its two paws and directly below its third eye. The Hall of
Records stores the Divine Plans for Earth and the Solar System, and
the collective memory of mankind. These records are kept as
vibrational sound patterns encoded in the walls of a small physical
chamber found beneath the Sphinx.

into the Earth realm was captured as a sound pattern and locked in the

specific light quotient or energy frequency. A loving or positive
thought is calibrated with a higher energy frequency compared to a
fear-based or negative thought.
The Ascension for Earth, Humanity, Individual Souls
5. By the end of the current evolutionary cycle (of 26,000 years)
when Earth is ready to transit to the 5th dimension of light, the
corresponding ascension of mankind as a specie will depend on (i) the
light quotient accumulated in our combined memory or akashic records;
and (ii) the consolidated energy frequency of the thoughts we hold
collectively on the day of the dimensional shift i.e. 21.12.2012.
6. Ascension of mankind means achieving an evolutionary stage where
all residual negative karmic imprints or lower-quality sound patterns
in our shared akashic are being transmuted and restored as God
consciousness. Mass ascension precedes the physical manifestation of a
heavenly Earth. This is to say whilst Earth as a living consciousness
can and will be elevated to the 5th dimension come 21.12.2012, not all
of mankind will experience or manifest this vibrational shift
externally.
7. Within mankind’s collective memory or akashic records, there is
the individual soul’s akashic. Although related to each other,
ascension of the soul can be attained independently of the mass
ascension of humanity. We, the human incarnates, exist on Earth as the
physical expressions and vessels of our souls. If, through our
numerous physical incarnations, we have built up sufficient light
quotient or positive karma in our akashic, our souls will then ascend
along with Earth. This is to say our souls would no longer need to
incarnate, learn and evolve through this physical school, after the
current incarnation.
Awakening the Sphinx on 21.12.2012
8. Within the third eye of the Sphinx lies a prism of living light.
When activated on 21.12.2012, this prism which serves as a switch,
will spark off the transmission of a series of sound, light and
geometric codes across the Giza plateau, activating the three pyramids
on Giza which are energetically connected to the network of pyramids
on Earth. The symphony of galactic sounds so released throughout
Planet Earth at that moment is The Shift propelling the
awakening of mankind.
