Everyone needs a theory that has a name to argue over so I will call this:

The Time-Stretch Theory

Pioneer 10 (Officially tracked until March 1997......still transmitting) and 11 (radio failure October 1990- Tyrell Corp., JPL NASA), flying through the solar system and into space, the Galileo spacecraft on its journey to Jupiter and the Ulysses space probe that is circling the Sun, were found to be slowing more than the calculated speed. The question is, what is making the probes travel at less velocity than expected?

From my studies I can conclude this:

The sun holds planets at approximately a 90 degree plane to its north / south axis. This configuration of planets are held in the suns plane of magnetism and 4D gravity and refutes science's prediction that, since the planets do not exhibit the same slowing as the space probes, then the probes cannot be slowed by this same magnetic / gravitic mechanism that orders planets. We will not rule out magnetism nor gravity for both are intrinsic to the whole.

The question is, what mechanism is affecting the probes and not the planets if it is not magnetism nor gravity? From what I have learned, it seems the toroidal suns gravity operates mostly in the ecliptic plane for planets (B. Fuller). Magnetism of the sun, however, seems to be looping through space from its north and south pole, forming the toroidal lines of magnetism upon which all planets are held.

We might conclude that if the probes are outside the ecliptic plane then gravity is not affecting the probes speed to a great degree as reported. If the probe is within gravity's influence in or near the ecliptic plane, as is the planets, then the probes should not be slowing.

Without looking at any other data on these probes, I will venture that these slowing probes, are encountering a time-stretch anomaly, different from that of gravity or magnetism.

I will assume that the probes are far from the ecliptic thus negating gravitic-plane influence for the most part. I do not know where in space these probes are at this time. If it is confirmed that the probes are indeed far from the ecliptic then magnetism will be affecting them to a degree but not to such a degree as reported.

Pioneer 10 and 11, Voyager 1 and 2 Positions (Found on 6/2/01).

Pioneer probes seem to be outside the orbit of Pluto, at least. It is unknown to me how far above or below the ecliptic these probes are.

My conclusion therefore, without being more tedious, is this:

We know that in our normal earth plane our time is measured in certain units. In the quantum world time is very much faster and in the astrophysics world time is very much slower by approximately 40 magnitudes either way, because of the seeming compression / expansion of the micro / macro space.....

With deep-space probes such as what we see here, we are encountering a time change of instruments set to detect earth-time units, which instruments are measuring time units of deep-space that is relatively slower than our normal time and the farther out into deep space these probes go, away from sun, planets and ecliptic, the slower the measurements will get, just as we detect galaxies at the edge of the universe showing deep blue light interpreted as moving away from all other galaxies, including ours, at ever increasing speeds. We may not be considering that the farther away from earth our time-count probes or light gets, the slower are the counting units of that same time-count. The detection of "slower speed" is still error.

Certainly any measurement of deep space will give a time anomaly, as reported, and it will also keep science guessing and inventing new names that try to describe this time change. What is anomalous is how we look at these realities.

(1) If we know a little of time or gravity we might conclude the following:

The anomaly name should be time-stretching, which is a characteristic of gravity, seeing that time is gravity. This leads me to conclude that gravity has an unstretched state in the ecliptic, and a time-stretched state proportional to gravity's distance from the ecliptic plane wherein planets travel. But...........

Adding more knowledge of gravity, 4D, and time we might conclude:

If gravity is perfectly nested 4D (higher octave) information (File, 25 Gravity), encompassing our 3D (lower octave) world, the conclusion would be that gravity-time and our normal-time should reverse roles: Applying a non-stretched condition to gravity-time, and a stretched condition to our earth bound time-units. Several authors call this gravity-time: Sun-time, the NOW, which is no time, no space and by the way, no gravity, of the sun itself. It is called cause = effect while our earth-time units are lagging far behind sun-time-NOW and should be called cause then effect, or stretched-time.

(2) We now arrive at the opposite of the above conclusions (1):

The probes anomaly areas in deep space are non-time-stretched and are closer to gravity's perfection (4D), which earth time detects as an anomaly.

The suns ecliptic areas of planets are time-stretched, including our earth time, ever giving our time-stretched measuring instruments, relativistic non-time-stretched data, thus the anomaly.

The sun itself has perfect non-time-stretching and exists in no time at all.

Deep space intrinsically has less time-stretching the farther the area is from any matter or matters ecliptic plane.

If this time-stretching is correct then the toriodal shape of and around the sun, which encompasses all planets, has non-time-stretched areas within it, outside the plane of the time-stretched-ecliptic. The probes are merely reporting the "difference" between earth-time-measurements and the non-time-stretched areas of space. Since the non-stretched areas where the probes fly through are intrinsically closer to the speed of light, we can see that their report of slowing is not slowing of the probe at all. In fact, I would postulate that the time data the probe measures or flys through is faster than earth-time.

This theory may be Einstein's relativity of time in space and should be called so if found to be so. If there are new elements that supersede general or special relativity, it remains the Time-stretch Theory.
