DEVELOPING YOUR PERSONAL LIGHT BODY
This is an update for people who are developing their personal Light Body or Mer-Ka-Ba. (These two terms are interchangeable) If you are not working with your Light Body then this information may be confusing or simply unnecessary. However, the last part of this update called the Unity Breath could be of great use to you.
This information will be useful no matter how you arrived at your understanding of the Light Body. However, some teachers around the world feel that teachings should not be mixed. If your teachers believe this way, then you should honor them by asking first if what I am about to give will interfere with their teachings.
If you do not understand what is being said but want to, then listen to your inner voice or Higher Self and find the person to teach you. If our teachings feel right to you, then go to the website for Flower of Life <www.floweroflife.org> and attend a Flower of Life Workshop which is either three or seven days long. It is not a life long study just to remember the Light Body, as it can be remembered in less than a week. You already know this information, but have forgotten.
Now to those who are ready. If you have been through the Flower of Life Workshop, then your focus is on the Mer-Ka-Ba. If you have arrived at the Light Body in some other way, you may or may not have the detailed understanding that is given in the Flower of Life. In the later case, you may not understand some of the instructions. Only do the instructions that you understand, otherwise, do nothing.
In the Flower of Life we only taught the student how to create the Mer-Ka-Ba. We did not give any instructions on how to use the Mer-Ka-Ba.
This was left up to the individual to remember through their connection with their Higher Self. Unfortunately, this did not work for the majority of the people. At one point a new workshop called the Earth/Sky Workshop was created to give this information. It has been very successful.
The following will be the essence of the Earth/Sky workshop. Only the primary knowledge will be given here since some of the information can only be given orally through experience. It's kind of like trying to "know" a piece of fruit that you have never seen or tasted. You can read about it.
You can look at pictures. You can listen to other people describe their experiences when they ate it. You could study it all your life, but not until the day comes that you actually hold a piece of this new fruit in your hands and take a bite, will you truly understand. Some of the information of the Light Body is like this. I will do my best.
The following steps are for those that know the Mer-Ka-Ba or the Light Body:
1. YOUR LIGHT BODY IS ALIVE. Realize that your Light Body is alive. It is conscious and aware of everything that is going on in the entire universe including other dimensions.
2. LOVE IS THE KEY TO HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS. Your Light Body becomes more alive and it's awareness more accessible as your love for Life grows. As you let go and forgive those that have harmed you; as you begin to love your enemies; as you begin to see the perfection in each moment with every breath; your Light Body begins to function on higher and higher levels. You become more conscious and able to function in new ways. Your human potential is probably beyond anything you have ever imagined. Love is the key. The instructions that will follow are meaningless without this Love. Please do not underestimate what I have just said.
3. YOUR LIGHT BODY WILL RESPOND TO YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS. Your Light Body will simply exist around your body if your consciousness does not give it instructions. It is very much like a computer. You can own a computer, but if you do not put software into it, it is not of much value. And, of course, depending on what software you choose your computer will perform differently. The Light Body is similar.
Another example is a crystal (very similar actually). A crystal will accept programs (thoughts, feelings or emotions) and will continue to send out theses programs forever with great precision until someone or something erases the programs. It was Marcel Vogel who first scientifically discovered this fact in recent times, but the native peoples of this world have known it at least back to the beginning of known civilization. Marcel further found that crystals can only hold as many different programs as there are faces on the crystal. This is not true with the Light Body. There is no limit to the number of "programs" that can be run in your Light Body or Mer-Ka-Ba.
If you already know how to program crystals, then realize that your Light Body is very crystal-like and is "programmed" in exactly the same way.
For those of you who do not know, this is what you do. Everything in psychic energy is based on two simple principles: attention and intention. First you place your attention on what it is that you are working with, and then you place your intention into that area that your attention is focused on.
For example: if you wanted to do something, say light up a dark room (without any instruments), then you place your attention on the specific room that you want lit up, and then you focus your intention on the room lighting up. The focused intention itself can have many aspects to it. By this I mean, you could "see" or "visualize" the room lighting up. You could "feel" it lighting up. Or you could simply "know" that it is lighting up.
All of these types of psychic energy fields, however, require your intention in the first place.
Now we are not saying that you must first become a psychic in order to make your Light Body function, yet that will probably happen naturally. Being psychic is a normal part of human consciousness once it is opened to higher consciousness.
4. SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS Now, specifically, to your Light Body or Mer-Ka-Ba this is what you do. Go into meditation and place your attention on your Light Body. Then either speak or think what it is that you want your Light Body to do. Once your Light Body knows what it is that you want, it will instantly begin to perform this duty. It will perform this duty forever or until you stop it or change it. I underlined "you" because in the case of computers or crystals anyone can change the program, but with a human, only the person that has the Light Body or Mer-Ka-Ba can start, stop or alter a program. It is your right to maintain sovereignty. However, if you allow anyone to enter your field, then they can. This is the problem with certain drugs such as Heroin.
Okay, what would one program into their Light Body? First of all, there are different ways to set up your Light Body. You must choose. The following are the ways that I have thought of. You may think of others. These ways are similar to the ways of dealing with the Translation Period that was spoken of in the first message. Also, to be clear, there is more than just programming that may be necessary for you. That information will be given at the end of this part.
You can respond in one of four ways. These ways could be said as: positive, negative, both and neutral or in other words, male, female, child and witness, or proton, electron, neutron, void.
We now will describe the difference between the male and female ways. Male ways can be detailed, written down or explained to another. They have a pattern that is repeatable. They are usually very logical. Female ways have no specific pattern. You can not tell another how to do it, as it will continually change from time to time and from person to person. It does not have to be logical.
The child or "both" way is just that. It is using both ways at once. Sometimes male, sometimes female or both simultaneously.
The neutral or witness way does not take part in the drama of life, it just watches. This is relatively difficult for humans, but it is still possible.
Now that this has been explained, we can proceed.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE What is to follow are all earthly problems that we are talking about. The Light Body works on all levels or dimensions of the Universe. The higher levels will not be talked about here. Only the 3rd Dimensional aspects that pertain to the Translation Period will be discussed. I'm saying this so that you don't think that the Light Body is only to solve physical problems. The truth is that these earthly solutions are a very primary manner of understanding something far beyond just the earth. The Light Body is related to consciousness itself. By changing certain relationships within the Light Body, one can literally disappear out of this world into another one. The very interpretation of the Reality will change under specific conditions. This is not the place to discuss this. At least not now, except to say there is much more.
THE MALE PROGRAMMING At this point I will give some examples of the "male" way or "male" programming. When I first started teaching the Mer-Ka-Ba to other people, it became apparent that the military was able to see me and anyone who is in their Mer-Ka-Ba. We actually show up on their screens.
Every single time I gave the Tri-Phased Mer-Ka-Ba Workshop, the black helicopters would come around and bother us with their experiments. No matter where we went, even deep into the woods or in foreign countries, they would be there. And they would always come about fifteen minutes after the group had brought their Mer-Ka-Ba's to life.
So at one point, it was the seventh Tri-Phase Workshop, I programmed into a special Mer-Ka-Ba called a "surrogate" that the group was invisible and undetectable so that we would not be bothered. This Mer-Ka-Ba is fixed to a particular place on the earth not the human body, and lives through the breath of the creator of the Mer-Ka-Ba. The black helicopters for the first time did not come when the group started their Mer-Ka-Bas. However, I forgot on the last day, and took the group to a hidden place in the woods about 50 miles outside the surrogate Mer-Ka-Ba that was programmed. There we did a medicine wheel and at the end we all performed the Mer-Ka-Ba meditation. Immediately the black helicopters were everywhere. Since that time I have become very careful. It isn't that I am trying to hide from the military, I just don't want them to bother us during our meditation. So being "invisible and undetectable" may be a "program" that is desirable for you too. Only you know.
Another example is the problem with Geopathic lines and Hartmann lines. The Geopath lines are stress lines moving over the earth. They are caused by internal stress in the earth such as the movement of tectonic plates or lava movement. They are about three to five hundred feet across and thousands of miles into space. They are like sheets. They are very, very dangerous to life and can cause fatal illness. If they happen to pass through your home, you will almost for sure become sick. The Hartmann lines are much weaker.
They are about two to three inches wide and move south to north and west to east. They are about six feet to fifteen feet apart in a grid. They are deeply aggravated by electrical transformers. If these lines cross in your home, and they will in almost every home, and you spend a lot of time where they cross, such as in your bed or at your desk, they can make you very sick or even kill you.
Geomancy has known about these lines of energy for a very long time, and has found ways to deal with them. You can, for example, with the Hartmann lines make a copper wire into an "omega" symbol, place it in the ground in a certain way and it will divert the Hartmann flow of energy so that you are not effected by it.
Or you can simply program into your Light Body that these negative lines of force (and any other unknown lines) will flow around your Light Body, and they will. No matter where you go, this problem is no more, at least for you. You can prove this to yourself or others if you are a dowser. Simply find the lines with your rods. Then just think into your Light Body that the lines will divert around you, and then test with your rods again. If you are truly in your Light Body, the rods will no longer react. Or better yet, get someone else to dowse while you just "think" them away. This is very convincing.
You may find that the EMF (electro-magnetic fields) that are being broadcast all over the world are not good for you. At this moment, millions of beepers, telephone calls, radio stations, television stations, police radar, microwave stations etc. are passing through the center of your head. If you understand about your Light Body, you can stop this with a single program to your Light Body.
In the same manner, the loss of the geomagnetic field of the earth that could cause incredible harm to the planet, is a simple program that says that you will not be affected and that the geomagnetic field around your body will remain at normal and that the Schumann Resonance Field will also remain at normal. In this way you escape the basic problem. You will still have to live with a planet that is going crazy. This is exactly what the Mayans did when they left Atlantis during the identical problem, the shifting of the geomagnetic poles of the earth. The Atlantian priesthood, or part of it, protected themselves and left by boat to the Yucatan in Mexico.
Once in the Yucatan, they were able to remember what had happened as evidenced by the "Troano Manuscript", that I believe is in the British Museum, whereas the rest of Atlantis lost their memory and went crazy. This document proves that the Mayans remembered the sinking of Atlantis.
THE FEMALE PROGRAMMING Here we cannot tell you what to do. There is no right or wrong way. This way corresponds to Taoism, to the Way of Life. It is simply flowing with what is in balance with nature. A female program could go something like this: "Through my intimate connection with God and All Life Everywhere, I program my Light Body to protect me and give to me whatever I need." It is never specific. It never defines exactly or anticipates what will happen. It will accept the good and the bad as lessons in life. The female way knows that Creation is perfect.
THE CHILD PROGRAMMING The child programming is both. It primarily depends on the Female Programming, but at the same time may use specific male programming also. When the child wants something specific, it will cry to get it and be specific, but as a general rule, the child trusts life.
THE WITNESS PROGRAMMING This way is really no way at all. Its philosophy is: "The greatest defense is no defense at all." In fact even this is statement is too much. The Witness will not respond to anything that happens in creation. It is "part" of creation, but not "in" creation. Throughout Creation, this part of consciousness is by far the largest part. Most of life is just a witness. We as humans partaking in "Good and Evil Consciousness" are in a position that cannot really understand the truth of the witness. For almost everyone on earth, the first three options are all that we have.
SUMMARY You, and only you, can choose what is appropriate for you to do. No matter what happens, your spirit is immortal and is intimately connected to God. You really have nothing to worry about for the Creation is whole, complete and perfect. Now that you have programmed your Light Body, what is the "other thing" that we can do? This other thing is the greatest action that I am aware of.
THE UNITY BREATHE The following instructions can be achieved with or without the Light Body. This is a source of action that is the most perfect that I know of. This information comes from Sri Yukteswar Giri, Yogananda's guru.
It is one of the final stages of Kriya yoga. May this be a blessing in your life.
1. Sit quietly where you will not be disturbed.
2. Be aware of your Light Body or Mer-Ka-Ba if you can. If you cannot, then just be aware of a tube of light that is embedded inside your body. If you are Buddhist, you may be aware of this tube. It is similar to a fluorescent tube in that it is straight and glass-like and about the same diameter. If you hold your middle finger and thumb together, that will be the size of your tube. It runs from one hand length above your head to one hand length below your feet. It enters your head at the crown chakara on the top of the head or, in other words, the place where a baby pulses directly after birth. It then leaves the body at the perineum, the soft place between the anus and the genitals, but continues between the legs to one hand length below the feet.
Place your attention on this tube as you begin.
3. Shift your attention to Mother Earth, the Divine Female. Let yourself feel love for her. See nature, trees, rivers, mountains etc., and feel love for this beautiful planet. Realize how much that she has given to you, and allow your emotional body to feel love for her. This cannot be intellectualized. You cannot say to yourself, "I am now feeling love for Mother Earth". It must be a fully body experience. You must actually "feel" love for her. If you cannot really feel love for Mother Earth, then there is no need to continue.
4. Once the feeling of love is in your heart, then imagine your love being put into a small ball about two inches in diameter at your heart chakara. This chakara is just above the sternum and in the center of your body (inside the tube). Now with your intention, send this love (in the little ball) down your tube to the center of the earth, and wait for a reply from Mother Earth. She will reply. You are her child; of course she will reply. For some this happens almost instantly. For others it may take two or three minutes. You will "feel" the reply. You will "feel" her love coming back to you. When you do, let the love spread through your Light Body.
5. Without breaking the connection to Mother Earth that you have just made, shift your attention to what we call Father Sky, the Divine Male. Father Sky is the rest of creation other than the earth. See perhaps, the night sky with all the stars shinning brightly. See the Milky Way and the other planets moving through space. Feel the love you have for the Father. When this love becomes strong, place this love into a small ball at your heart chakara, and send it up your tube into the space above the earth about 60 miles above the earth's surface. We cannot explain what happens here, as it is too complicated. You will have to trust.
Send your love into the space surrounding the earth, and wait for a reply from Father Sky. You will "feel" his love coming back to you. When you do, let the love spread through your Light Body.
6. Now you have both the love of the Divine Mother and the love of the Divine Father in your heart at the same moment. This seldom happens in human experience. You are now ready for the next part of this meditation.
7. Without stopping this Divine Love, place your attention on your breathing tube. Be aware of the very ends or tips of the tube one-hand length above your head and one hand length below your feet. Now with your intention, open this tube so that the consciousness of All Life Everywhere begins to flow into your body. This is the very consciousness of God. This Light will instantly pervade your entire Light Body. You are now breathing God. God is everywhere. God has always been within your space. This meditation simply allows you to be aware of it by making a conscious connection. This almost always is a very powerful experience.
8. There is one more part. There is a cosmic law that says that whenever we receive, we must give back. At this point, imagine a sphere around your body, (or use one of the actual energy spheres if you are aware of them) that is filled with the Light from God that entered through your tube. See this sphere surrounding your entire body. Now let this sphere begin to expand like a balloon being blown up. First slowly, then faster and faster. After a second or two it will be moving at a tremendous speed. Now let it expand with the intention that it returns to God. It expands at the speed of thought to the source of the Light. It expands throughout all dimensions and all levels of reality. God is now breathing you.
9. The image is a flow coming in through your breathing tube, spreading throughout your Light Body, and then returning to the Source.
10. At this moment, you are in the presence of God. If you really do this with truth and honesty, this connection is all you need to find your way through these incredible times.
11. Now the object is to stay in this state of consciousness at all times. Remember and know your intimate connection to God. What else is there? What could you possibly fear? Everything will come to you. Life is whole, complete and perfect.
May this information be a blessing in your life. May you remember who you are and why you came to earth. May you remember your sacred purpose in life.
Love is the key.
