| 9-30-08 - I had a dream vision of long story about someone named
LOT.  The whole story was typed in caps - not like I'm typing now.
It went by so fast in the dream/vision that I couldn't remember any of the
words except the name LOT.  When I woke up, I couldn't remember who
LOT was, so this is my own research on the topic.  I have to wonder
why I was shown this story in the Bible when there are so many stories
available - What bigger reason is there?

(Gen. 11:27) Abraham's brother Nahor became Lot's brother in law
by the marriage of Nahor (Abraham's brother) to Milcah (Lot's
              sister).

GenesisThe story of Lot is told in the

Book of Genesis. Lot is mentioned in chapters 11-14 and 19. Lot was the son of Abraham's brother Haran.[2]
Lot and his family went with

              Abraham and his family from

              Ur of the
              Chaldees to
              Egypt.
When Abraham traveled to the Land of

              Canaan at the command of

              God,
Lot accompanied him. (Gen 12:1-5). Abraham had always a great
affection for him, and when they could not continue longer
              together in

Canaan because they both had large flocks and their shepherds
sometimes quarrelled (Gen 13:6,7) he gave Lot the choice of his
abode. Lot went southeast to plains near the cities of

Sodom and Gomorrah, since the land there was well watered.
(Gen. 13:10-12). About eight years after this separation,

Chedorlaomer and his allies attacked the kings of Sodom and
the neighbouring cities, pillaged Sodom, and took many captives,
              including Lot.

Abraham armed his servants, pursued the confederate kings, and
overtook them near the springs of Jordan. He recovered the spoils
they had taken and brought back Lot with the other captives.

Abraham was offered a reward by the King of Sodom, but refused
even a shoelace. In Gen. 19, when God decided to overturn and destroy the
five cities of the plain, he sent angels to rescue Lot and his
              family. The men of

              Sodom
              sought to
rape (in some translations, meet) the angels (19:5). Lot
offers the men his daughters instead, whom he says are virgins
(19:8), but the men were not interested. Consequently, an

Lut(in Arabic).i.e., Luti. When the sins of the Sodomites and of the neighboring cities
had called down the vengeance of God to punish and destroy them,
two angels were sent to Sodom to forewarn Lot of the dreadful
catastrophe about to happen. The angels took Lot, his wife, and
his daughters by hand and drew them forcibly out of their house,
saying, "Save yourselves with all haste. Look not behind you. Get
as fast as you are able to the mountain, unless you be involved in
the calamity of the city." Lot entreated the angels, who consented
              that he might retire to

              Zoar,
which was one of the five doomed cities. His wife, looking back on
Sodom, was turned into a pillar of salt. Lot left Zoar and retired with his two daughters to a cave
in an adjacent mountain. In Gen. 19:30-38, Lot's daughters
incorrectly believed they were the only people to have survived
the devastation. They assumed it was their responsibility to bear
children and enable the continuation of the human race. On two
subsequent nights, according to the plan of the older daughter,
they got their father drunk enough to have

sexual intercourse with them. By him each became pregnant. The
first son was named Moab (Hebrew, lit., "from the father" [meh-Av]).
He was the patriarch of the nation known as
              Moab.
              The second son was named

              Ammon
or Ben-Ammi (Hebrew, lit., "Son of my people"). He became the
patriarch of the nation of Ammon. New TestamentIn

Koran does say that the people of Lot insisted on their
wickedness of raping men, murder, and robbery while also refusing
to stay lawful to their wives. And his people came rushing
towards him, and they had been long in the habit of practicing
abominations. He said: "O my people! Here are my daughters (my
nation's daughters): they are purer for you (if ye marry)! Now
fear God, and cover me not with shame about my guests (for wanting
to rape them)! Is there not among you a single right-minded man?

Truly, you are a nation who exceed (in sin).' The only answer
of his nation was: 'Expel them from your village. They are
people who keep themselves purified.' We saved him and all his
family, except his wife, who was made to remain, and We rained

 Critical viewpointsHomosexualityDefenders of

homosexuality view the story of Lot in the Bible as supporting

              rape
              and

homophobia They point to the following:
Lot offers his daughters to the men of Sodom. Lot seems
to value his male guests more highly than his daughters. Some
also see in the text a suggestion that raping women is a cure
for homosexuality, and that homosexuality is a worse sin than
the rape of women. This does not apply to either the Islamic or
Latter-day Saint account, and is also a subject of contention
and discussion amongst the classical Jewish commentators. It
would also suggest that Lot is not the innocent he is often
                depicted as.[3]

The story that Lot was seduced by his daughters seems
highly implausible in this view. From a

feminist perspective, this is in line with

patriarchal society which seeks to make victims of rape and
incest responsible for their abuse, rather than the
perpetrators. It should be emphasized that a plain reading of
the text would seem to give little immediate support to this
viewpoint. Islam meanwhile denies the incest occurred.[3]

However, these views regarding incest can be argued as
being incorrect, as the nation of Moab, a cursed tribe in the
context of the Bible, was founded by two daughters who committed
incest with their father; the nation being cursed because of
their incestual relations with him. ScholarshipThe Biblical

Book of Judges 19-21 seems to offer a story very similar to
Lot's ordeal in Sodom and Gomorrah. This has led many critical
scholars to surmise that both tales stem from a similar legend and
not from a historical account. Such issues have also called into
question whether Lot was an actual person or simply a fictional
character in a cautionary fable (101 Myths of the Bible,
Greenberg, 2000). Later international relationsIn modern historical research, legendary accounts (in the
Bible as elsewhere) of the eponymous ancestors of tribes or
nations are interpreted as reflecting the actual relationships
between these tribes or nations. Thus, the legend of Lot's incest
with his daughters should be considered as reflecting the
historical Hebrews' view of the historical

              Moabites
              and
Ammonites - their direct neighbours to the east. As such, the story indicates an acknowlegement of these
neighbours being "cousins" (Lot being Abraham's nephew) but also a
rather unflattering and unrespectful attitude in ascribing to them
such an origin. This accords well with the account given in later
parts of the Bible, and supported by surviving

              Moabite
inscriptions, which indicates that Moabites and Ammonites were
closely related to the Hebrews in culture and language, but
nevertheless were on many occasions involved in bloody wars with
              them. Science fictionIn the

          Genesis 11 1And
the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.
            2And
it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a
plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.   3And
they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them
thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for
          morter.   4And
they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may
reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered
abroad upon the face of the whole earth.   5And
the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children
          of men builded.   6And
the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one
language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be
restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.   7Go
to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may
not understand one another's speech.   8So
the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the
earth: and they left off to build the city.   9Therefore
is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound
the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter
them abroad upon the face of all the earth.   10These
are the generations of Shem: Shem was an hundred years old, and begat
Arphaxad two years after the flood:   11And
Shem lived after he begat Arphaxad five hundred years, and begat sons
          and daughters.   12And
Arphaxad lived five and thirty years, and begat Salah:   13And
Arphaxad lived after he begat Salah four hundred and three years, and
          begat sons and daughters.   14And
Salah lived thirty years, and begat Eber:   15And
Salah lived after he begat Eber four hundred and three years, and
          begat sons and daughters.    16And
Eber lived four and thirty years, and begat Peleg:   17And
Eber lived after he begat Peleg four hundred and thirty years, and
          begat sons and daughters.   18And
Peleg lived thirty years, and begat Reu:   19And
Peleg lived after he begat Reu two hundred and nine years, and begat
          sons and daughters.   20And
Reu lived two and thirty years, and begat Serug:   21And
Reu lived after he begat Serug two hundred and seven years, and begat
          sons and daughters.   22And
Serug lived thirty years, and begat Nahor:   23And
Serug lived after he begat Nahor two hundred years, and begat sons and
          daughters.   24And
Nahor lived nine and twenty years, and begat Terah:   25And
Nahor lived after he begat Terah an hundred and nineteen years, and
          begat sons and daughters.   26And
Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran.
            27Now
these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and
Haran; and Haran begat Lot.   28And
Haran died before his father Terah in the land of his nativity, in Ur
          of the Chaldees.   29And
          Abram and Nahor took them wives: the name of Abram's wife was Sarai;
and the name of Nahor's wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the
father of Milcah, and the father of Iscah.   30But
Sarai was barren; she had no child.   31And
Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran his son's son, and
Sarai his daughter in law, his son Abram's wife; and they went forth
with them from Ur of the Chaldees, to go into the land of Canaan; and
they came unto Haran, and dwelt there.   32And
the days of Terah were two hundred and five years: and Terah died in
          Haran.   |

          Genesis 14 1And
it came to pass in the days of Amraphel king of Shinar, Arioch king of
          Ellasar, Chedorlaomer king of Elam, and Tidal king of nations;
            2That
these made war with Bera king of Sodom, and with Birsha king of
Gomorrah, Shinab king of Admah, and Shemeber king of Zeboiim, and the
king of Bela, which is Zoar.   3All
these were joined together in the vale of Siddim, which is the salt
          sea.   4Twelve
years they served Chedorlaomer, and in the thirteenth year they
          rebelled.   5And
in the fourteenth year came Chedorlaomer, and the kings that were with
him, and smote the Rephaims in Ashteroth Karnaim, and the Zuzims in
Ham, and the Emins in Shaveh Kiriathaim,   6And
the Horites in their mount Seir, unto Elparan, which is by the
          wilderness.   7And
they returned, and came to Enmishpat, which is Kadesh, and smote all
the country of the Amalekites, and also the Amorites, that dwelt in
          Hazezontamar.   8And
there went out the king of Sodom, and the king of Gomorrah, and the
king of Admah, and the king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela (the same
          is Zoar;) and they joined battle with them in the vale of Siddim;
            9With
Chedorlaomer the king of Elam, and with Tidal king of nations, and
Amraphel king of Shinar, and Arioch king of Ellasar; four kings with
          five.   10And
the vale of Siddim was full of slimepits; and the kings of Sodom and
Gomorrah fled, and fell there; and they that remained fled to the
          mountain.   11And
they took all the goods of Sodom and Gomorrah, and all their victuals,
          and went their way.   12And
they took Lot, Abram's brother's son, who dwelt in Sodom, and his
          goods, and departed.   13And
there came one that had escaped, and told Abram the Hebrew; for he
dwelt in the plain of Mamre the Amorite, brother of Eshcol, and
brother of Aner: and these were confederate with Abram.
            14And
when Abram heard that his brother was taken captive, he armed his
trained servants, born in his own house, three hundred and eighteen,
and pursued them unto Dan.   15And
he divided himself against them, he and his servants, by night, and
smote them, and pursued them unto Hobah, which is on the left hand of
          Damascus.   16And
he brought back all the goods, and also brought again his brother Lot,
and his goods, and the women also, and the people.   17And
the king of Sodom went out to meet him after his return from the
slaughter of Chedorlaomer, and of the kings that were with him, at the
valley of Shaveh, which is the king's dale.   18And
Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the
priest of the most high God.   19And
he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God,
possessor of heaven and earth:   20And
blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into
thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all.   21And
the king of Sodom said unto Abram, Give me the persons, and take the
          goods to thyself.   22And
Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up mine hand unto the
LORD, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth,
            23That
I will not take from a thread even to a shoelatchet, and that I will
not take any thing that is thine, lest thou shouldest say, I have made
          Abram rich:   24Save
only that which the young men have eaten, and the portion of the men
which went with me, Aner, Eshcol, and Mamre; let them take their
          portion.   |

 Genesis 19 1And
there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of
Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself
with his face toward the ground;   2And
he said, Behold now, my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your
servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall
rise up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will
abide in the street all night.   3And
he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered
into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened
bread, and they did eat.   4But
before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom,
compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from
          every quarter:   5And
they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came
in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them.
            6And
Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him,
            7And
said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.    8Behold
now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray
you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your
eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under
the shadow of my roof.   9And
they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to
sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with
thee, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot,
and came near to break the door.   10But
the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them,
and shut to the door.   11And
they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness,
both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the
          door.   12And
the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy
sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring
them out of this place:   13For
we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great
before the face of the LORD; and the LORD hath sent us to destroy it.
            14And
Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his
daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the LORD will
destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in
          law.    15And
when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise,
take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be
consumed in the iniquity of the city.   16And
while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand
of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being
merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the
          city.   17And
it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he
said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in
all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.
            18And
Lot said unto them, Oh, not so, my LORD:   19Behold
now, thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast
          magnified thy mercy, which thou hast shewed unto me in saving my life;
and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest some evil take me, and I
          die:   20Behold
now, this city is near to flee unto, and it is a little one: Oh, let
me escape thither, (is it not a little one?) and my soul shall live.
            21And
he said unto him, See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing
also, that I will not overthrow this city, for the which thou hast
          spoken.   22Haste
thee, escape thither; for I cannot do anything till thou be come
thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.
            23The
sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar.
            24Then
the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from
the LORD out of heaven;   25And
he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants
of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.   26But
his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
            27And
Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he stood before
          the LORD:   28And
he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the
plain, and beheld, and, lo, the smoke of the country went up as the
          smoke of a furnace.   29And
it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the plain, that God
remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow,
when he overthrew the cities in the which Lot dwelt.   30And
Lot went up out of Zoar, and dwelt in the mountain, and his two
daughters with him; for he feared to dwell in Zoar: and he dwelt in a
cave, he and his two daughters.   31And
the firstborn said unto the younger, Our father is old, and there is
not a man in the earth to come in unto us after the manner of all the
          earth:   32Come,
let us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we
may preserve seed of our father.   33And
they made their father drink wine that night: and the firstborn went
in, and lay with her father; and he perceived not when she lay down,
          nor when she arose.   34And
it came to pass on the morrow, that the firstborn said unto the
younger, Behold, I lay yesternight with my father: let us make him
drink wine this night also; and go thou in, and lie with him, that we
may preserve seed of our father.   35And
they made their father drink wine that night also: and the younger
arose, and lay with him; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor
          when she arose.   36Thus
were both the daughters of Lot with child by their father.
            37And
the first born bare a son, and called his name Moab: the same is the
father of the Moabites unto this day.   38And
the younger, she also bare a son, and called his name Benammi: the
same is the father of the children of Ammon unto this day.   |

afterwards conquered and dispossessed by the Canaanite tribes, are
classed under this general title. They were known to the Moabites as
            Emim, i.e., "fearful", (Deut.
2:11), and to the Ammonites as Zamzummim. Some of them found
refuge among the Philistines, and were still existing in the days of
David. We know nothing of their origin. They were not necessarily
connected with the "giants" (R.V., "Nephilim") of

            Anakim (Dt
            2:10,11) and the Zamzummim (Dt
2:20). It is probable that they were all of the same stock,
being given different names by the different tribes who came in
contact with them. The same Hebrew word is rendered "the dead," or

      | NEPHILIM
 Num

13:33 We even saw the Nephilim1  there
(the descendants of Anak came from the Nephilim),
and we seemed liked grasshoppers both to ourselves
               and to
              them.

              Gen

              6:4 The Nephilim
                were on
the earth in those days (and also after this)
                when the
sons of God were having sexual relations with

              3  the
daughters of humankind, who gave birth to their children.
                They
              were the mighty heroes
              5  of old,
              the famous men.
Nephilim are beings who appear in the

              Hebrew Bible, specifically in the

Book of Genesis, and are also mentioned in other

Biblical texts and in some non-canonical

Jewish writings. Genesis Chapter 6, verses 1 through 4
describe the origin of the Nephilim:
"Now it came about, when men began to multiply on the
face of the land, and daughters were born to them, that the sons
of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful; and they
took wives for themselves, whomever they chose. Then

                the Lord
said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, because he
also is flesh; nevertheless his days shall be one hundred and
twenty years." The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and
also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of
men, and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men
who were of old, men of renown.
              According to the

              New American Bible, the
       Nephilim
appear as part of the "increasing wickedness of mankind". Their
mention does account for the "giants" of

              Canaan, whom the

Israelites also called the Nephilim, since according to
Genesis 6:4 "The Nephilim were on the earth in those days--and
also afterward--when the sons of God went to the daughters of men
and had children by them." (NIV translation). This verse, which
precedes and introduces the passage of the Great Flood thus
implies that the Nephilim actually came to the earth at least
twice. The first of which were destroyed in the flood, and the
second succeeding the flood. Thus it is possible the "giants of
Canaan" were the direct result of the Nephilim. The reference
introduces the story of the flood with a moral orientation.[2]
Also, the commentary suggests that the phrase "(as well as later)"
stated above is a reference to the

Book of Numbers 13:33, how the Israelites likened the tall

aborigines ("Anakim") to the Nephilim, possibly due to seeing
the very tall structures of Canaan that appeared to have been
built by a race of giants.[3] The

New American Bible commentary draws a parallel to the

Letter of Jude and the statements set forth in Genesis,
suggesting that the Epistle refers implicitly to the paternity of
Nephilim as heavenly beings who came to earth and had sexual
              intercourse with women.[4]

                  | | The angels too, who did not keep to their own domain but
deserted their proper dwelling, he has kept in eternal chains,
in gloom, for the judgement of the great day. Likewise,

                  Sodom,

Gomorrah, and the surrounding towns, which, in the same
manner as they, indulged in sexual promiscuity and practiced
unnatural vice, serve as an example by undergoing a punishment
of eternal fire.[5] | | According to the

New Oxford Annotated Bible, the Genesis verses only indicate
that the Nephilim existed at the same time as the products of
              divine-human intercourse. The

Jerusalem Bible, calling it an obscure passage (from the
Yahwistic tradition), links the Nephilim with the Greek

              Titans. It goes on:

The author does not present this episode as a myth nor, on the
                  other hand, does he deliver judgment on its actual occurrence;
he records the anecdote of a superhuman race simply to serve
as an example of the increase in human wickedness which was to
provoke the Flood. Later Judaism and almost all the earliest
ecclesiastical writers identify the "sons of God" with the
fallen angels; but from the fourth century onwards, as the
idea of angelic natures becomes less material, the Fathers
commonly take the "sons of God" to be Seth's descendants and
the "daughters of men" those of Cain. The view that the reference is to descendants of Seth and Cain,
is in fact earlier than the fourth century; for example in the
              writings of

              Sextus Julius Africanus,
              as well as throughout the

Clementine literature In Biblical criticismThe Hebrew of nephilim is נפלים, which may mean "those
              causing others to fall".

Abraham ibn Ezra proposes that they were called this because
men's hearts would fail at the sight of them. Some (e.g.

              Jean Leclerc and

Peter of Aquila) suggest that it is derived from the warlike
nature of the Nephilim, comparing the usage of Naphal in
Job 1:15 "And the Sabeans fell upon them" where Naphal
means "to take in battle". Alternatively,

Shadal understands nephilim as deriving from the Hebrew
word פלא Pela which means wondrous. The

Targum Yonathan states that they were given this name because
they were descended from fallen angels. The Nephilim come from a union between

Sons of God (בני האלהים "bnei ha-'elohim" Lit. "Sons of the
              powers" ) and "daughters of
              man". In
Aramaic culture, the term Nephila specifically referred
              to the

constellation of Orion, and thus Nephilim to

Orion's semi-divine descendants (cf. Anakim from

              Anak);
the implication being that this also is the origin of the Biblical
Nephilim. Some commentators have suggested that the Nephilim were
believed to have been fathered by members of a proto-Hebrew

pantheon and are a brief glimpse of early Hebrew religion,
most of the details of which were later edited out from the

              Torah
(or at least would have been edited out when, as some claim,

it was redacted together), and that this passage may have
offered monotheistic Hebrews a way to fit semi-divine pagan heroes
into their cosmogony. In the Hebrew Bible, there are a number of other words that,
like "Nephilim", are sometimes translated as "giants":
                Emim ("the fearful ones")

                Rephaim ("the dead ones")

                Anakim ("the [long]-necked ones")
                 Rephaim

                  "Rephaim"
(or Rephaites) is a general title that the

Book of Joshua states was given to the

aborigines who were afterwards conquered and dispossessed by
              the
              Canaanite tribes.
The text states that a few Rephaim had survived, one of
              them being
              Og,
              the king of

Bashan. Og of Bashan is recorded as having a 13-ft long bed.[14]

                  | | Only Og king of Bashan was left of the remnant of the
Rephaites. His bed was made of iron and was more than thirteen
feet long and six feet wide. It is still in Rabbah of the
Ammonites. | | The Rephaim may have been the same Canaanite group known to the

              Moabites as

              Emim,
              i.e., fearful, and to the

              Ammonites as

              Zamzummim. The second of the

Books of Samuel states that some of them found refuge among
              the

Philistines, and were still existing in the days of

              David.
Nothing is known of their origin, nor of anything specifically
connecting them with Nephilim, though the connection is made by
Jewish tradition. AnakimAnakim (or Anakites) are the descendants of

              Anak,
and dwelt in the south of Canaan, in the neighbourhood of

              Hebron. In the days of

Abraham, they inhabited the region afterwards known as

              Edom
              and
              Moab,
              east of the

Jordan river. They are mentioned during the report of the
spies about the inhabitants of the land of Canaan. The book of
Joshua states that Joshua finally expelled them from the land,
excepting a remnant that found a refuge in the cities of

              Gaza,

              Gath, and

              Ashdod. The

              Philistine giant

              Goliath, whom

              David
later encountered, was supposedly a descendant of the Anakim.

                  | | The land, through which we have gone to spy it out, is a land
that devours its inhabitants, and all the people that we saw
in it are of great height. And there we saw the Nephilim (the
sons of Anak, who come from the Nephilim), and we seemed to
ourselves like grasshoppers, and so we seemed to them. | | It is more commonly suggested by traditional Jewish sources
(such as the Midrash) that the spies saw large and powerful
inhabitants in Canaan and because of their own fears, cowardice,
              and inadequate faith in

Yahweh, saw themselves as grasshoppers in the eyes of the
Canaanites, whether they were actual 'giants' or not. In other texts

                 In the texts of

Ugarit, there were 70 sons of God, each one being the special
deity of a particular people from whom they were descended. Some
memory of this is found in Biblical texts which speak of

              Baal

              Melkart of

              Chemosh of

Moab. The story of the Nephilim is chronicled more fully in the

              Book of Enoch (part of

biblical canon). Enoch, as well as

Jubilees, connects the origin of the Nephilim with the

fallen angels, and in particular with the

              Grigori (watchers).

              Samyaza, an

              angel
of high rank, is described as leading a rebel sect of angels in a
descent to earth to have sexual intercourse with human females:
And it came to pass when the children of men had multiplied
that in those days were born unto them beautiful and comely
daughters. And the angels, the children of the heaven, saw and
lusted after them, and said to one another: 'Come, let us choose
us wives from among the children of men and beget us children.'
And Semjaza, who was their leader, said unto them: 'I fear ye
will not indeed agree to do this deed, and I alone shall have to
pay the penalty of a great sin.' And they all answered him and
said: 'Let us all swear an oath, and all bind ourselves by
mutual imprecations not to abandon this plan but to do this
thing.' Then sware they all together and bound themselves by
                mutual imprecations upon it. And they were in all two hundred;
who descended in the days of Jared on the summit of Mount Hermon,
and they called it Mount Hermon, because they had sworn and
bound themselves by mutual imprecations upon it... According to these texts, the fallen angels who

begat the Nephilim were cast into

              Tartarus/Gehenna,
a place of 'total darkness'. However, Jubilees also states that
God granted ten percent of the disembodied spirits of the Nephilim
to remain after the flood, as demons, to try to lead the human
race astray (through idolatry, the occult, etc.) until the

final Judgment. In addition to Enoch, the

Book of Jubilees (7:21-25) also states that ridding the
Earth of these Nephilim was one of God's purposes for flooding the
Earth in Noah's time. The Biblical reference to Noah being
"perfect in his generations" may have referred to his having a
clean, Nephilim-free bloodline, although it may be inferred that
there was more diversity among his three

daughters-in law. These works describe the Nephilim as being evil giants. There are also allusions to these descendants in the

              deuterocanonical books of

              Judith,

              Sirach,

              Baruch,

               Maccabees, and

Wisdom of Solomon. Some individuals and groups, including the

              Ethiopian Orthodox Church,

              St. Augustine,

              John Calvin, and the

Latter-day Saints, take the view of Genesis 6:2 that the
"Angels" who fathered the Nephilim referred to certain human males
              from the lineage of

              Seth,
who were called sons of God probably in reference to their
              being formerly in a

              covenantal relationship with

Yahweh (cf. Deuteronomy 14:1; 32:5); according to these
sources, these men had begun to pursue bodily interests, and so
took wives of the daughters of men, i.e., those who were
              descended from

Cain. Not only is this unequivocally stated in Ethiopian
Orthodox versions of I Enoch and Jubilees, but this
is also the view presented in a few extra-Biblical, yet ancient
              works, particularly the

Conflict of Adam and Eve with Satan. In these sources,
these offspring of Seth were said to have disobeyed God, by
breeding with the Cainites and producing wicked children "who were
all unlike", thus angering God into bringing about the Deluge. Nowhere is the Ethiopian view presented more explicitly than in
the Conflict of Adam Book 3, chap. 4:
"Certain wise men of old wrote concerning them, and say
in their [sacred] books, that angels came down from heaven, and
mingled with the daughters of Cain, who bare unto them these
giants. But these [wise men] err in what they say. God forbid
such a thing, that angels who are spirits, should be found
committing sin with human beings. Never, that cannot be. And if
such a thing were of the nature of angels, or Satans, that fell,
they would not leave one woman on earth, undefiled... But many
men say, that angels came down from heaven, and joined
themselves to women, and had children by them. This cannot be
true. But they were children of Seth, who were of the children
of Adam, that dwelt on the mountain, high up, while they
preserved their virginity, their innocence and their glory like
angels; and were then called 'angels of God.' But when they
transgressed and mingled with the children of Cain, and begat
children, ill-informed men said, that angels had come down from
heaven, and mingled with the daughters of men, who bare them
giants." External linksThis article incorporates text from the public domain

Cain and Abel and is the only
other son mentioned by name. According to Genesis 4:25, Seth was
born after the slaying of Abel by Cain, and Eve believed God had
appointed him as "replacement" for Abel "because Cain killed him".
        IDENTIFYING THE SONS OF GOD

In the Hebrew BibleIn Genesis, Seth was the third son of Adam and Eve, and is
their only child mentioned by name besides Cain and Abel. After
stating that Seth was to Adam "a son in his likeness and image",
born when Adam was 130 years old (Genesis 5:3), Genesis 5:4 states
that Adam fathered "sons and daughters" before his death aged 930
years. Seth had a son, Enosh, or

Enos at age 105 (Genesis 5:6) and
further children; he lived 912 years (Genesis
              5:8).
              Rashi (Rabbi Shlomo Yitzhaqi)
refers to Seth as the ancestor of Noah and hence the father of all
              mankind. According to

Zohar 1:36b, Seth is "ancestor of
              all the Generations of the

              Tzaddikim" (righteous ones).
              Parashat

Balak refers to "all of Seth's
              descendants" (Numbers
              24:17). In GnosticismIn

Gnosticism, Seth is seen as a
replacement given by God for Cain and Abel. It is said that late
in life, Adam gave Seth secret teachings that would become the

Kabbalah. One particular school of Gnosticism arose which focused on
              Seth called the

              Sethians. In LDS doctrineIn

              Latter-day Saint doctrine, Seth
              was

ordained by Adam at the age of 69
years. Three years prior to Adam's death, he blessed Seth that his
posterity would be "the chosen of the Lord" and that it would be
"preserved unto the end of the earth" (D&C

              107:42). Furthermore, Seth was "a
perfect man, and his likeness was the express likeness of his
              father" (D&C

107:43). Seth is also the name of

              about Seth

Josephus refers to Seth as the
most notable of the sons of Adam in the

              Antiquities of the Jews, and
reports that his descendants built the

Pillars of the sons of Seth. Seth in the Garden of
              EdenAccording to the noncanonical

              Testament of Adam and medieval
legend, Adam, knowing his death is near, calls his son Seth to his
side. He tells Seth to go back to the

Garden of Eden, to enter and get
three seeds from the fruit of the

Tree of Life. Adam then instructs
Seth to return to him and place the three seeds in his mouth
before burying his body. Seth does as his father requests and
              makes the trip to the

Garden of Eden. At the gate
              stands the

              Archangel Michael, who asks Seth
his business. Seth tells him, and Michael lets him pass, directing
him to the tree of life. Seth collects three seeds from the fruit
of the tree, and then returns, back through the gates, down to his
father, who by this time has died. He digs Adam's grave, and
buries him, placing the three seeds in his mouth before covering
him with dirt. Eventually three trees spring up from Adam's grave,
and it is these three trees that are later chopped down to provide
the wood for the three crosses on

Golgotha.   There is no problem in identifying the "daughters of men" for this
is a familiar method of designating women in the Bible. The problem lies
with the "sons of God." Three major interpretations have been offered to
shed light on this cryptic designation. First, a group within orthodox Judaism theorized that "sons of God"
meant "nobles" or "magnates." Hardly anyone today accepts this view.
Second, some interpret the "sons of God" as fallen angels. These
were enticed by the women of Earth and began lusting after them. Many
reputable Bible commentators have rejected this theory on
psycho-physiological grounds. How can one believe, they ask, that angels
from Heaven could engage in sexual relations with women from Earth?
Philastrius labeled such an interpretation a down-right heresy. Third, many famed scholars contend that the "sons of God" are the
male descendants of Seth, and that the "daughters of men" are the female
descendants of Cain. According to this view, what actually happened in
Genesis 6 was an early example of believers marrying unbelievers. The good
sons of Seth married the bad daughters of Cain, and the result of these
mixed marriages was a mongrel offspring. These later became known for
their decadence and corruption; indeed, it reached such a degree that God
was forced to intervene and destroy the human race. This comment of
Matthew Henry could be taken as representative of those holding this view:
"The sons of Seth (that is the professors of religion) married the
daughters of men, that is, those that were profane, and strangers to God
and godliness. The posterity of Seth did not keep by themselves, as they
ought to have done. They inter- mingled themselves with the excommunicated
race of Cain." However, in spite of the excellent pedigree of the proponents of
this theory, their argument is not convincing. Their interpretation is
pure eisegesis--they are guilty of reading into the text what is obviously
not there. FALSE EXEGESIS Their interpretation fails on other grounds as well. At no time,
before the Flood or after, has God destroyed or threatened to destroy the
human race for the sin of "mixed marriages." It is impossible to reconcile
this extreme punishment with the mere verbal strictures found elsewhere in
the Bible for the same practice. If God is going to be consistent, He
should have destroyed the human race many times over! The contrast made in Genesis 6:2 is not between the descendants of
Seth and the descendants of Cain, but between the "sons of God" and the
"daughters of men." If by "sons of God" is meant "sons of Seth," then only
the sons of Seth engaged in mixed marriages, and not the daughters. And
only the daughters of Cain were involved, and not the sons. And another
strange assumption is implied: that only the sons of Seth were godly, and
only the daughters of Cain were evil. The strangeness is compounded when one seeks for evidence that the
sons of Seth were godly. We know from Genesis that when the time came for
God to destroy the human race, He found only one godly family left among
them--that of Noah. Where were all the other supposedly godly sons of
Seth? Even Seth's own son could hardly be called righteous. His name was
Enos, meaning "mortal" or "frail." And he certainly lived up to it!
Genesis 4:26 reads, "And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he
called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the Lord."
That statement seems harmless enough, but what does it mean when it says
that it was only now that men began to call upon the name of the Lord?
Upon whom did Adam call? And Abel? And Seth himself? Some scholars give us a more literal and exact translation to this
verse: "Then men began to call themselves by the name of Jehovah." Other
scholars translate the statement in this manner: "Then men began to call
upon their gods (idols) by the name of Jehovah." If either of these be the
correct translation then the evidence for the so-called godly line of Seth
is non- existent. The truth of the matter is that Enos and his line, with
few noted exceptions, were as ungodly as the other line. The divine record
could not be clearer: "all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth"
(Genesis 6:12). In the Old Testament, the designation "sons of God" (bene Elohim) is
never used of humans, but always of supernatural beings that are higher
than man but lower than God. To fit such a category only one species is
known--angels. And the term "sons of God" applies to both good and bad
angels. These are the beings of whom Augustine wrote: "Like the gods they have corporeal immortality, and passions like
human beings." (2) The designation "sons of God" is used four other times in the Old
Testament, each time referring to angels. One example is Daniel 3:25,
where king Nebuchadnezzar looks into the fiery furnace and sees four men,
"and the form of the fourth is like the son of God." The translation is
different and clearer in our modern versions, "like a son of the gods."
Since Jesus had not yet become the "only begotten son" of God, this "son"
would have had to be angelic. Another example is Job 38:7 which says the sons of God shouted for
joy when God laid the foundations of the Earth. Angels are the only
entities that fit this designation since man had not been created at that
time! In Job 1:6 and Job 2:1 the "sons of God" came to present themselves
before the Lord in Heaven. Among the sons of God is Satan--a further
implication that the "sons of God" must have been angels. Since the designation "sons of God" is consistently used in the Old
Testament for angels, it is logical to conclude that the term in Genesis
6:2 also refers to angels. SONS OF GOD: THREE CATEGORIES In the New Testament, born-again believers in Christ are called the
children of God or the sons of God (Luke 3:38, John 1:12, Romans 8:14, 1
John 3:1). Dr. Bullinger in the Companion Bible states: "It is only by the
divine specific act of creation that any created being can be called 'a
son of God.'" This explains why every born-again believer is a son of God.
It explains also why Adam was a son of God. Adam was specifically created
by God, "in the likeness of God made He him" (Genesis 5:1). Adam's
descendants, however, were different; they were not made in God's likeness
but in Adam's. Adam "begat a son in his own likeness, after his image"
(Genesis 5:3). Adam was a "son of God," but Adam's descendants were "sons
of men." Lewis Sperry Chafer expresses this in an interesting way when he
states: "In the Old Testament terminology angels are called sons of God
while men are called servants of God. In the New Testament this is
reversed. Angels are the servants and Christians are the sons of God." (3)
It is thus clear that the term "sons of God" in the Bible is limited
to three categories of beings: angels, Adam and believers. All three are
special and specific creations of God. As for the use of the term in
Genesis 6, since it cannot possibly refer to Adam nor believers in Christ,
we conclude that it has to refer to the angels whom God had created.

The Book of Enoch (known today as 1st Enoch)
1 Enoch has been authenticated as existing and in wide use before
the church age (most scholars now date it at 200 BC). Multiple
copies were discovered in 1948 in the

 Enoch 9:5-8
 | The Book of Enoch
tells the story of wicked angels who abducted and mated with human
women, resulting in the hybrid race known throughout secular and
Biblical history as the Nephilim. While this account
encompasses only the first four verses of Genesis 6 (but see also

            Genesis 3:15, 2 Peter 2:4-6, Jude 6-7),
Enoch 1 relates this story in great detail. It lists the names of 18
"prefect" angels - of 200 - who committed this sin. According to the
text, these angels also taught mankind the "making of swords and
knives, shields and breastplates (metallurgy); ... magical medicine,
dividing of roots (medicinal and hallucinogenic use); incantations,
astrology, the seeing of the stars, the course of the moon, as well
            as the deception of man."
The 18 'prefect' angels are:  Urakabarameel, Akibeel, Tamiel,
Ramuel, Danel, Azkeel, Sarakuyal, Asael, Armers, Batraal, Anane,
Zavebe, Samsaveel, Ertael, Turel, Yomyael, Arazyal.

                    Samyaza (Aramaic :
                    שמיחזה,
Greek : Σεμιαζά) also Semihazah , Shemyazaz ,

                    Shemhazai , and Amezarak (Ethiopic
                    corruption) is a

fallen angel of Christian tradition that ranked in the
heavenly hierarchy as one of the

Grigori (meaning "Watchers" in Greek). The name 'Shemyazaz'
means 'infamous rebellion', the combination of 'shem'
[meaning 'name' or 'fame' {whether positive or negative}] +
'azaz' [which means 'rebellion' or 'arrogance' as a negative
particle]. Michael Knibb lists him as the (or my) name has
seen or he sees the name. The interesting thing about the
second interpretation is there is a tale about Semjβzβ
knowing the explicit name of God and making a deal with a
human Istahar to tell her the name. The Watchers
are also said to be 'aliens/extraterrestrials".

                        | Three translations of the Bible translate "shem"
as "name". Zechariah Sitchin argues that shem meant
"monument", but that the monuments were copies of the
rockets used by the ancient gods (space aliens)
Stone pillars shaped to simulate the oval vehicle
were erected at selected sites, and the image of the
god was carved into the stone to indicate he was
                          within the object. (Sitchin, 145)

grigori that are consumed with lust for mortal

Fallen Angels. "3. And Semjβzβ, who was their leader, said
unto them: 'I fear ye will not indeed agree to do
this deed, and I alone shall have to pay the penalty
of a great sin. 4. And they all answered him and
said: 'Let us all swear an oath, and all bind
ourselves by mutual imprecations not to abandon this
plan but to do this thing.' 5. Then sware they all
together and bound themselves by mutual imprecations
upon it." - Chapter 6, Verse 3-5." A full listing of the leaders of the group can

Grigori to join him in fornicating with women. As a
result, he and the other sinful Grigori begot giant
                            offspring (in Genesis called

Nephilim or 'fallen ones' in Hebrew) that
dominated and feasted upon humans during the days of
Enoch. The Watchers' other sin was to teach humans
                            various creative arts especially

brought down the wrath of God. In the Book of Enoch, 7:10, we find:

conceiving brought forth Giants.  (Gen 6:4-6)
(This would indicate that Samyaza and the 'prefect'
angels were all giants. 12. Whose stature was each three hundred
cubits. These devoured all which the labor of men
produced, until it became impossible to feed them.
                            13. When they turned themselves against men, in
                            order to devour them. (Cannabilism)
 14. And began to injure birds, beasts, reptiles, and
fishes, to eat their flesh one after another, and to
drink their blood (Matt. 24:37-39) 15. Then the
                            earth reproved the unrighteous.
Cubit, from the Latin word cubitus,
meaning the lower arm, is used to translate
the original Biblical Hebrew word pronounced am-mah,
which meant the forearm. Based on the length
of a man's arm from elbow to finger tips, the cubit
                            is one of the major

Biblical Weights and Measures. Although the
precise length of the Biblical cubit is unknown
today, it's estimated to have been approximately 17½
to 20½ inches, with Scriptural references to both a
"common" cubit and a "long" cubit. Three hundred cubits would then approximately
equal: 437.5 feet.  The forearm, measured from
the inside elbow to the wrist is 10 inches, which
would then equal approximately:  250 feet.
It hardly seems likely a man of that size could
cohabitate with a normal size woman - who in those
days were smaller than they are today. In chapter 8, we find:
 1. Moreover Azazyel taught men to make swords,
knives, shields, breastplates, made them see that
which was behind them and the workmanship of
bracelets, and ornaments, the use of paint, the
beautifying of the eyebrows, the use of stones of
every valuable and select kind, and all sorts of
dyes, so that the world became altered.
 2. Inpiety increase, fornication multiplied, and
they transgressed and corrupted all their ways (Ecc
                            1:10, 2:17)
 3. Amazarak taught all the sorcerers, and dividers
                            of roots.
 4. Armers taught the solution of sorcery.
 5. Barkayal taught the observers of the stars.
 6. Akibeel taught signs.
 7. Tamiel taught astronomy.
 8. And Asaredel taught the motion of the moon.
In the story of Gilgamesh, who was 2/3 human,
                            1/3 god we find:

                                              THE STORY OF GILGAMESH

                                               Gilgamesh
is the King of Uruk. His father is
mortal and his mother is a
                                              goddess. However, because
he is part mortal, Gilgamesh must
                                              eventually die, as he discovers
and comes to accept during the
course of the story. Gilgamesh is
a bad ruler; he sleeps with all
the women and takes away children
                                              from their families. His subjects
ask the gods for help, and the
gods have the goddess Aruru create
a man, Enkidu, who will be almost
                                              Gilgamesh's equal.

Enkidu comes to life in the
                                              wilderness. He is covered with
                                              hair, shaggy, wild like the
wilderness. He eats grass with the
gazelles and drinks water with the
                                              animals. A trapper is frightened
by the sight of Enkidu and asks
his father what to do, because
Enkidu is freeing animals from the
                                              traps.

His father advises him to go to
Uruk, find Gilgamesh, and tell him
of the wild man. Then he should
ask for a harlot from the temple
and bring her back with him. She
will seduce Enkidu, and then the
wild animals will reject him and
he can be lured to civilization.

                                              The harlot does just that,
seducing Enkidu, so he is rejected
by the animals. She teaches Enkidu
some of the ways of civilization,
                                              such as wearing clothing, eating
bread and drinking wine. Then she
tells him of the strength of
                                              Gilgamesh. Enkidu wants to meet
                                              and challenge Gilgamesh to a
                                              contest of strength.

                                              Enkidu hears how Gilgamesh is
sleeping with all the women of
Uruk, and he is shocked. He now
                                              wants to challenge Gilgamesh to
conquer him and force him to
                                              behave properly. They struggle
                                              like equals, but finally Gilgamesh
throws Enkidu, who loses his anger
and recognizes Gilgamesh as a true
king. They embrace and become best
                                              friends.

                                              Gilgamesh longs to perform great
deeds, so his name will be
remembered. He wants to go to the
cedar forest and slay its guardian
                                              monster, Humbaba. Enkidu is
                                              terrified, because he knows
                                              Humbaba, but Gilgamesh insists,
and they prepare for the journey.

Enkidu's hand is paralyzed when he
touches the cedar forest gate, but
                                              Gilgamesh helps him to continue.
                                              They have disturbing dreams, but
nonetheless cut down a cedar tree.
                                              Humbaba approaches and they fight;
Humbaba begs for his life, but
                                              they cut off his head.

                                              Gilgamesh washes himself and puts
on clean clothes and his crown. He
is so attractive that Ishtar, the
goddess of love, wants to marry
                                              him. He refuses, quite rudely,
pointing out how she had ruined
                                              the lives of her previous
                                              husbands. Ishtar is hurt and
furious and she goes to her
                                              father, Anu, demanding that he
send the Bull of Heaven (drought)
                                              to punish Gilgamesh. She threatens
to smash down the gates to the
underworld if her father does not
comply. Anu sends the Bull of
Heaven, but Enkidu catches it by
the horns, and Gilgamesh kills it.

                                              Unfortunately, as Enkidu discovers
in a dream, the gods are holding a
                                              council to determine who should
die for these attacks on divinity:
                                              Gilgamesh or Enkidu. Naturally,
since Gilgamesh is part divine and
part human, while Enkidu is part
                                              human and part animal, the
                                              sacrifice, the judgment falls on
Enkidu, who sickens and dies, at
first cursing the harlot who led
                                              him to civilization, Gilgamesh and
death, but then blessing her for
                                              the joy of friendship with
                                              Gilgamesh.

                                              Gilgamesh is distraught with grief
and denial of death. First he
keeps the body of Enkidu for a
week, until the body became wormy.
Then, he had him buried and
wandered out from Uruk into the
                                              wilderness as a wild hunter,
                                              dressed in animal skins. Gilgamesh
despairs for the loss of Enkidu,
but also for his own death, which
he now understands must come some
                                              day. Seeking to avoid death,
                                              Gilgamesh looks for Utnapishtim,
the only human being who was
granted eternal life by the gods.
He wants to learn the secret of
                                              how to avoid death.

                                              Eventually, Gilgamesh comes to the
entry to the land of the gods, an
                                              other-world, which is under a
                                              mountain, guarded by a
                                              Man-scorpion and his mate.
                                              Gilgamesh gains entrance to the
                                              mountain and travels for leagues
in the dark until he arrives in
the jeweled garden of the gods.

                                              Gilgamesh continues in his search
for Utnapishtim and the secrets of
life and death. He meets a divine
                                              wine-maker, Siduri, who gives him
shelter and advises him to accept
his human fate and enjoy life
while he can. But he insists that
he must find Utnapishtim, so she
                                              tells him that the boatman
Urshanabi can take him across the
Sea of Death to the place where
                                              Utnapishtim lives with his wife.

                                              After a complicated boat-trip,
                                              Urshanabi brings Gilgamesh to
                                              Utnapishtim, who tells his story.
It is the story of the Flood
                                              (remarkably similar to the Flood
story in Genesis). The point is,
the Flood was a one time ever
event, will never occur again, and
                                              the only reason Utnapishtim and
his wife are now immortal is
because the gods chose to make
them so after they survived the
flood. The final blow to Gilgamesh
here is seven loaves of bread
                                              which Utnapishtim's wife made, one
each day that Gilgamesh slept. He
could not even stay awake for
seven days; how could he ever hope
                                              to live forever?

                                              Utnapishtim's wife takes pity on
Gilgamesh and asks her husband to
tell him about the plant that can
make him young again, if not
                                              immortal. Gilgamesh dives into the
sea to pick the plant, but loses
it later, while bathing, because a
snake slithers up and eats it.

Gilgamesh returns to Uruk with the
                                              boatman Urshanabi, and points out
to him the mighty walls; this is
the proper work of a human being,
not the search for eternal life.

The final segment of the story
tells of the death of Gilgamesh
and the mourning for him of all
                                              the people of Uruk.
                                               God commanded the angel

Gabriel to cause the Giants to wage Civil War: "And to Gabriel said the Lord: 'Proceed
against the biters and the reprobates, and
against the children of fornication: and destroy
[the children of fornication and] the children of
the Watchers from amongst men [and cause them to go
forth]: send them one against the other that they
may destroy each other in battle: for length of days
shall they not have." - Chapter 10, Verse
9 The judgment of the associates of Shemyazaz
is described in Chapter 10 verse 12-14 of the Book
of Enoch. "11. And the Lord said unto Michael: 'Go,
bind Semjβzβ and his associates who have united
themselves with women so as to have defiled
themselves with them in all their uncleanness. 12.
And when their sons have slain one another, and they
have seen the destruction of their beloved ones,
bind them fast for seventy generations in the
valleys of the earth, till the day of their
judgement and of their consummation, till the
judgement that is for ever and ever is consummated.
                            13. In those days they shall be led off to the abyss
of fire: 〈and〉 to the torment and the prison in
which they shall be confined for ever. And whosoever
shall be condemned and destroyed will from
thenceforth be bound together with them to the end
of all generations." - Chapter 10, Verses 11-14 After the destruction of the Giants, God
                            caused the

Great Flood (Noah's flood) to wipe out the

                                                    the violence and quantity of
                                                    water, they made
                                                    two pillars,
the one of brick, the other
                                                    of stone: they inscribed
                                                    their discoveries on them
                                                    both, that in case the
                                                    pillar of brick should be
                                                    destroyed by the flood, the
                                                    pillar of stone might
                                                    remain, and exhibit those
                                                    discoveries to mankind; and
                                                    also inform them that there
                                                    was another pillar of brick
                                                    erected by them. Now this

 |    By Noah's time, "The
earth also was corrupt before God, and the
earth was filled with violence... all flesh had corrupted his way
upon the earth." Gen 6:10-11. Afraid of the consequences, these
angels appeal to Enoch to intercede with God on their behalf; God
instead uses Enoch to deliver a message of judgment against them.
Aside from the "taking of wives," God states that he would not
forgive them for teaching mankind magical
arts and warlike ways. As summarized by Pastor Chris Ward: "According to
the Book of Enoch (Not a Canonical Text), God judged the angels for
producing the Nephilim. God decreed that the fallen angels
(Watchers) were to be cast into Tartarus. The Nephilim were also
judged and it was determined that their bodies were to return to the
earth in peace but their souls were doomed to wander the earth
            forever (as) wandering spirits..."
             The increasing
acceptance and popularization of this important book among
theologians helps cast light on the extra-terrestrial hypothesis
in general. Enoch is an ancient writing which states that
angels (not true space aliens, as stated by many UFO cults, and
            popular modern authors

            Erich Von Daniken
            and

            Zechariah Sitchin)
visited ancient Earth and polluted mankind's DNA. While this case
can easily be made solely from the canonized Bible (see

            Relevant Bible Verses),
Enoch is yet another witness against these bad interpretations of
Earth's predelulvian era (i.e., before the flood of Genesis 6). The
fact that they also gave mankind technology which supposedly
"advanced our race" (but which we actually used to destroy each
other, and to incur God's judgment), lends itself to a more sinister
            understanding of today's UFO phenomenon...

 | The idea that Jesus
said that angels cannot have sex is a very common objection to The
Book of Enoch and the angelic understanding of Genesis 6 in general.
It is a common misinterpretation of what he
            actually said.
             (Matt 22:30) . Beyond
that misunderstanding, there is no doubt today that The
Book of Enoch was one of the most widely accepted and revered books
of Jewish culture and doctrine in the centuries prior to Jesus'
            birth.

                    | WHAT ARE ANGELS?The Hebrew word for angel is mal'ak, which
means to dispatch as a deputy; messenger; ambassador. The
Greek word for angel is aggelos, which means to
bring tidings; a messenger. The word angel is used, in one
form or another, 198 times in the Bible. Common angels are
real personal beings with personal bodies and personal souls
including feelings, emotions, passions and desires as well
as personal spirits including all intellectual powers as we
know them. In Hebrews 1:13-14 we find the following: But to
which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right
hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? Are they not
all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who
shall be heirs of salvation? Reading down a little
further we find Hebrews 2:7 which says: Thou madest him
(man) a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him
with glory and honour, and didst set him over thy works of
thy hand. Angels can be visible or invisible, depending on what
their particular mission happens to be, at any given time.
Invisible things are made up of material substance which is
visible in it's own realm. Created things, including spirit
beings such as angels, cherubim, seraphim, etc. are all of
material substance. Some substances are of a higher order
than others. Though all are visible in their own realms,
some may not be visible to others of lower realms. Spirit
beings are of a higher substance than flesh and blood beings
and ordinary material that we see. They are not limited to
ordinary substance as we know it, because they can go
through closed doors, walls, and other solid objects. This
is proved by what is recorded in Scripture of angels and
others. Even the material, spiritual, and immortalized body
of Jesus, a real flesh and bone body (Luke 24:39) can go
through material walls without an opening (John 20:19; Luke
24:31, 35-43). An angel can manifest himself in all his God given
glory or he can appear as a mere mortal (or not at all)
depending on what he is sent to do. It is evident that
angels can and do appear in the form of a man as stated in
Hebrews 13:2 which says: Be not forgetful to entertain
strangers; for thereby some have entertained angels
                    unawares. FROM:

 |    It is usually noted
first that New Testament author Jude directly quotes from 1 Enoch -
"Behold he comes with ten thousands of his saints to
            execute judgment ..." (1 Enoch 2, Jude 14-15).
Additionally, "the citations of Enoch by the Testaments of the
Twelve Patriarchs... show that at the close of the second century
B.C., and during the first century B.C., this book was
regarded in certain circles as inspired" (1). Aside from Jude,
            Peter and Paul's

            affirmations
of the angelic/hybrid interpretation, recognition of 1 Enoch "... is
given amply in the Epistle of Barnabus, and in the third century by
Clement and Irenaeus" (1). The Catholic Church's Origen - known as
"the father of theology" - affirmed both the Book of Enoch and the
fact that angels could and did co-habitate with the daughters of
men. He even warned against possible angelic and/or
Nephilim infiltration of the church itself. Oddly, while
thousands of his writings are still considered by them as "sacred,"
this very issue got him labeled as a heretic when the faulty

            Sons of Seth
"doctrine" was conceived! (2) Additionally, the

            Coptic Orthodox Churches
of Egypt (est'd appx 50-100 A.D.) still include Enoch as
            canonized text in the

            Ethiopic Old Testament
(2). This fact alone should carry great weight for Western
Christians when honestly studying the "case" for Enoch. Given their
1900+ year history, the fact that they were never "ruled" by Rome's
theology, and that they currently number over 10 million - this is a
VERY significant portion of The Body of Christ that has historically
esteemed 1 Enoch as inspired doctrine. Some today (who do
not seem to believe in the inspiration of scripture) claim that most
major themes of the New Testament were in fact "borrowed" from 1
Enoch. "It appears that Christianity later adopted some of its ideas
and philosophies from this book, including the Final Judgment, the
concept of demons, the Resurrection, and the coming of a Messiah and
Messianic Kingdom" (3). No doubt, these themes are major
parts of 1 Enoch, and appear there as complete theologies a full 200
years before any other NT writings. Christian author
Stephen Quayle writes, "Several centuries before and after the
appearance of Jesus in Jerusalem, this book had become well known to
the Jewish community, having a profound impact upon Jewish thought.
The Book of Enoch gave the Jews their solar calendar, and also
appears to have instilled the idea that the coming Messiah would be
someone who had pre-existed as God (4)."
Translator RH Charles also stated that "the influence of 1 Enoch on
the New Testament has been greater than all of the other apocryphal
and pseudepigraphical books put together" (3). The
            conclusions are somewhat inescapable
given Enoch's dating and wide acceptance between 200 B.C. and 200
A.D. - either Christian authors, and especially the

            Nicene Council,
did plagiarize their theology directly from Enoch, or
the original version of Enoch was also inspired. James H Charlesworth,
director of Dead Sea Studies at Yale University, says in

The Old Testament Pseudepigrapha & The New
            Testament (Trinity Press
International),"I have no doubt that the Enoch groups deemed the Book
of Enoch as fully inspired as any biblical book.
I am also convinced that the group of Jews behind the Temple Scroll,
which is surely pre-Qumranic, would have judged it to be
quintessential Torah -- that is, equal to, and
perhaps better than, Deuteronomy....Then we should perceive the
Pseudepigrapha as they were apparently judged to be: God's
            revelation to humans(2 & 5)."
 But perhaps the most
telling argument for 1 Enoch's "inspiration" may well be that the
Jewish understanding of the term "Son of Man" as a
Messianic title comes - not truly from our Old Testament
canon - but from the Book of Enoch! Ever wonder why
Jesus refers to himself in the gospels as the "Son of Man" rather
than the Son of God? (2) Of over 100 uses of the phrase
"son of man" in the OT, it refers almost always to "normal" men (93
times specifically of Ezekiel, and certainly not as Messiah!), but
is used only one time in the entire OT, in one of Daniel's heavenly
visions, to refer to divinity. Despite the Old Testament's frequent
lack of divine application of the phrase, 1 Enoch records several
trips to heaven, using the title "Son of Man"
unceasingly to refer to the pre-incarnate Christ. Of
particular Messianic significance, Enoch describes the following
            scene (2): The angels "glorify
with all their power of praise; and He sustains them in all that act
of thanksgiving while they laud, glorify and exalt the
name of the Lord of Spirits forever and ever... Great
was their joy. They blessed, glorified and exalted
because the name of the Son of Man was revealed to them
(1 Enoch 68:35-38)." Both His disciples, and especially the
Sanhedrein knew what Jesus was claiming - 84 times in the gospels! -
when referring to Himself as the "Son of Man." This claim was
considered an obvious blasphemy to the Pharisees & Saducees, but it
is eternal life to all who confess that Jesus of Nazareth was, and
is, the Son of Man, The Messiah, God in the flesh, The Holy One of
Israel, God's Christ - the Lord of All to whom

            every knee shall bow
            (Philippians 2:8-10). Using "normal rules"
of scriptural interpretation, we are never to draw firm doctrine
from only one passage of scripture. Right? Daniel's single use of
"Son of Man" (in a "night vision" at that - Dan 7:13), would not be
sufficient to claim that the phrase is indeed Messianic,
especially given the other 107 times it is
not used in that way. 1 Enoch is the missing
"second witness" needed (according to all other rules of
interpretation) to understand the phrase's double meaning as an
enduring Messianic title. It has been argued
ever since Enoch's first English translation, that by using this
title so familiar to the Jews, Jesus was actually
affirming the truth of this book, that the prophet was
taken on many trips to heaven before his "final" translation, and
that HE WAS THE ONE whom Enoch saw there - the pre-existent Son of
Man, whom Enoch prophesied would judge the souls of all men. Interestingly, Daniel
is ALSO the only OT use of the term "watcher" to ever refer to
            angels (Daniel 4:13, 17, 23 KJV). Strong's Concordance defines a
watcher as a "guardian angel" (Strong's 5894). "The distinguishing
character of the Watcher (opposed to other angels in the canon)
appears to be that it spends much time among men, overseeing what
they are doing. It is also interesting to note that both times one
of these angels appeared to Daniel, he took pains to note that it
was "an holy one," suggesting that some Watchers are not aligned
with God while others are (4)." Found nowhere else in the OT canon
but the book of Daniel, "watcher" is patently
Enoch's term for these angels. Likewise, Daniel alone used Enoch's
term "Son of Man" to refer to the pre-incarnate Christ, adding
further intrigue to the case for 1 Enoch's inspiration, and an
overall understanding of it's doctrinal acceptance among both Old
and New Testament writers. What we lose out on
today by not examining 1 Enoch - even if only for its historical
significance - is that it is actually more splendid than ANY OTHER
book in our canon in its exultation of Christ as King! It also gives
clear, stern and oft-repeated warnings to the unsaved of swift
destruction at the Coming of The Lord, but is also full of amazing
promises of future glory for the elect! We are of course wise to
stay clear of dangerous heresy, but... ask yourself if the below
sounds like false doctrine? Keep in mind, this was written at least
200 years before Christ walked the earth, and perhaps before Noah's
            birth: Then shall the
kings, the princes, and all who possess the earth, glorify Him who has dominion over all things, Him who was
            concealed;
for from eternity the Son of Man was concealed,
whom the Most High preserved in the presence of
His power and revealed to the elect.
 He shall sow
the congregation of the saints, and of the elect;and all the elect shall stand before Him in that day.
All the kings, the princes, the exalted, and those who rule
over the earth shall fall down on their faces before Him,
 and shall worship Him.
They shall fix their hopes on this Son of Man...
 Then the sword
of the Lord of Spirits shall be drunk from them (the lost);but the saints and the elect shall be safe in that day; nor
            the face
of the sinners and the ungodly shall they thence-forth
            behold.
 The Lord of Spirits shall remain over them;
And with this Son of Man shall they dwell, eat, lie down,
and rise up for ever and ever...
 Enoch 61:10-13 Literally
Translated from the Ethiopic by Richard Laurence LL.D.Archbishop of Cashel
Late Professor of Hebrew in the University of Oxford

            ----------------------- "For more than a
century, scholars and church officials debated as to whether or not
certain gospels, epistles and apocalypses should be included. For
instance, it was long debated which to include in the canon, the
Book of Revelation, or the Book of Enoch..."Liberty Magazine  -  December 7, 1935  (1)
   OK! OK!  So why
is it not in the Bible? Uncertain as well as
multiple authorship, and several slightly varying texts are among
the main reasons cited for Enoch not "making it" into the generally
recognized canon. In truth, the spiritual agenda(s) of the early
Roman Church is most likely the ultimate reason however, and we will
examine this agenda here as well. Let's begin with the first two
though, before moving to the more incredulous, but quite valid
"conspiracy theories." "The Book of Enoch,
like the book of Daniel, was originally written in Aramaic, and
partly in Hebrew (1)." While there may have been Hebrew translations
during the centuries B.C. (which early church leaders may or may not
have had access to), today only the Ethiopic manuscripts exist, as
well as some incomplete Greek and Latin translations, plus one
            Aramaic fragment from the

            Dead Sea Scrolls.
By the time of Jesus' birth, "average" Jews were reading mainly the
Greek Septuagint translation of their own Torah (completed 200
B.C.), as a result of their years of foreign captivity and
then-current Roman occupation. To coin the vernacular, they had been
assimilated. So unless an authentic Aramaic version appears
miraculously today, there will never be any completely indisputable
way to argue for a modern "canonization" of 1 Enoch, as the
originals are lost, probably forever. The honest problem
facing the infant Roman Church of 390 A.D., when first assembling
today's Bible, was that the existing copies of 1 Enoch varied,
albeit in minor ways. "Unlike the (rest of the) Bible which was
carefully copied and checked for errors by Jewish and Christian
scribes throughout its history, The Book of Enoch is available in a
number of ancient manuscripts that differ slightly from one
another... and many errors have crept in... There is no way of
knowing which versions are (exactly faithful to) the original and
which are the errors. While this doesn't change its stories in any
substantial manner, it does make it impossible to anchor beliefs or
arguments on any given section... (4)." Even to those who
will rightfully argue that Enoch was
unjustly banned, this alone IS a legitimate
reason to exclude it from the holy writ. When faced with the task of
declaring what is and what is not the "inspired, infallible Word of
God," erring on the side of caution and certainty must be the case
every time! (Only those who do not believe in the divine
inspiration, and modern integrity, of scripture will be dissatisfied
with this reasoning. That topic is too far off the subject for this
            writing, but please at least

            read this
before writing me nasty notes. Also, here's a

great site with a history of the English
Bible from 500 B.C. to present, for those interested.)
So, while 1 Enoch is almost beyond doubt an "inspired" text, the
translated copies available (presumably) in 390 A.D.,
and especially those we have today, could not with any certainty
also be classified as "infallible." Another less
important but quite "legitimate" issue is that 1 Enoch is actually a
collection of at least four different "books," possibly written by
various authors over many centuries, and possibly not by the true
Enoch of Genesis 5. The Artisan
Publishers' introduction to The Book of Enoch says "there can be no
shadow of doubt" that there is a diversity of authorship and perhaps
even time periods represented across the span of 1 Enoch, but that
there is also "nonetheless, uniformity." They attribute this to the
very possible idea that as God raised up prophets (after
Malachi...?), they published under the safety of a revered
pseudonym, to avoid persecution and possible death at the hands of
the religious powers-that-were, who wanted no "fresh words" from God
(1). This could well be the case, but would make the
book(s) of Enoch no less inspired of God if true.
However, only the NT Book of Hebrews (written centuries closer to
the Bible's assembly, with multiple matching manuscripts) has been
accepted as canon with such uncertain authorship - without even a
good solid guess agreed upon, that is. Since "the real"
Enoch of Genesis 5 was transported to heaven - permanently - it
would be no stretch to imagine that it was also a normal experience
during his lifetime. After all, the Bible says he walked with God
for 300 years! (Genesis 5:22)  The first 36 chapters (detailing the
watchers' fall) are sometimes only reluctantly attributed to Enoch
(given their pre-deluvian history), but there are varying theories
regarding the rest of the book(s). For much of the 1800's, it was
argued that the remaining chapters were actually the work of an
early Christian scribe, but these claims were decisively put to rest
            with the discovery of the

            Dead Sea Scrolls,
as were JT Milik's claims that chapters 37-71 were Christian.
Charlesworth says "The consensus communis is
unparalleled in almost any other area of research; no
specialist now argues that I Enoch 37-71 is (written by a
first-century) Christian and (that it) postdates the first
century... (2) and (5)." With this in mind, we must again face up to
the very real dilemma of stating that that either the entire New
Testament was "drawn" in a natural, secular way from 1 Enoch - with
no supernatural inspiration - or that 1 Enoch and The New Testament
are both from God. It is also considered
that possibly a single author assembled older prophets' inspired
works around 200 B.C. and simply added Enoch's name to them all, to
ensure widespread acceptance - "Hardly a practice that inspires
confidence in the text (4)." But in reality, it is no secret
academically that certain canonized OT books, as well as Mark's
gospel, may have been originally written by another - or even
multiple - inspired author(s) and later were also
assembled under the inspiration of God by a single author, who
put either his own, or the original author's name, to the work. For
example, most agree that Moses actually wrote Job's story from other
existing texts (or that he knew him personally), before he even
wrote Genesis. Most of the Major Prohets and historical books
contain clear breaks in the time period, and were finally assembled
many years later - as the author "was carried along by the Holy
Spirit (1 Peter 2:21)." Christians need to get over the idea that
"inspiration" means the writer went into some mystical trance, while
God "possessed them" and wrote the Bible. Inspiration simply means
they were obedient to God's leading, and wrote what He said OR
supernaturally revealed to them, or even that he guided their
research, helping them discern truth from error, for the purpose of
writing "an orderly account (Luke 1:3)." Here, Luke
states that his gospel was an extended research project! In that vein, I.D.E.
Thomas has recently suggested one other possibility perhaps not
considered in academic circles before the 1986 publication of

            The Omega Conspiracy.
"Thomas suggests that the compiler may have written his book from
texts originally written by Enoch himself. In such a case it would
make perfect sense for the compiler to attach Enoch's name to the
book for which he had provided the material (4) and (6)."
             Even with all of
this said, there is still no "clean" explanation for Enoch's
1000-year disappearance from even popular literature though.
Despite the above reasons for not canonizing the book, it is
painfully apparent that the church did in fact supress
The Book of Enoch. Only in studying both the goals and
motives - positive and negative - of the Roman Church do the truest
reason for Enoch's "fall from grace" become apparent. (But despite the
arguments presented here, please note that I have no intention of
bashing the early Roman Catholic Church. Always remember, they have
done the world an incredible service by assembling and preserving
God's Word for the 1600+ years yet to follow. To make a distinction,
the greatest sins and travesties they often stand accused - and
guilty of - were not the work or intent of the earliest Church
fathers, but of the corrupt political system that grew up in the
centuries after the Roman system's formation. "It was not until
hundreds of years later (5th - 7th centuries), that the first
vestiges of this church government rose where there was a Roman
bishop as the head of the Church, making it an official Roman Church
functioning similar to today's." (7)) Realistically
however, there was also a "point" to the canon. The goal and even
eternal function in assembling the earliest Bibles was NOT merely
sorting out what was inspired of God and what was not.
They also had the specific intent of promoting and preserving a
solid doctrinal foundation for all believers in Christ. Like Paul,
they had to passionately argue against Gnosticism - "the doctrine of
salvation by knowledge (8)," or the idea that gaining "superior"
and/or "hidden" knowledge ensures one some higher spiritual position
            - opposed to a simple obedient faith in Christ. Arguing for 1 Enoch's
"proper place" today, one (seemingly) Gnostic apologist states
"Enoch had found and experienced God face-to-face, something which
Gnostics strive for. The Church opposed Gnostics... Experiencing God
was taboo... Putting a stamp of approval on such a wild tale (Enoch)
would have too many people believing that they could experience God
for themselves, instead of going into a church and being told what
to believe... Those who experienced visions or personal insights
became dangerous to the church. They could lead people astray by
supporting independent thought and actions (3)." It's quite
difficult to seriously consider this argument however, in light of
the fact that a more common criticism of Catholocism is that they
"worship," or at least perhaps TOO highly esteem, those who have had
profound mystical experiences with God! For that matter, the Bible
is NOTHING BUT a collection of "those who experienced visions or
personal insights." It would quite a thin book if all such stories
were left out! The truth is that
Gnostics "strive(d) for" experiencing God without knowing and
submitting to Christ or His Body, the church. Even today, the wish
to "experience God face-to-face" without Christ's mediation (1
Timothy 2:5) is not just an honest effort to avoid false religion
(of which there is much), but to not submit to any
spiritual authority at all - whether it be God's Church,
God's Word or even God's Christ! It should always be kept in
perspective that "the church" was not Rome's, or even man's idea.
Jesus said "I will build my church, and the
gates of hell will not prevail against it (Mt 16:18)." The early
church rightly opposed Gnosticism, but beginning with Paul's
letters, not with the Roman Church. Many who passionately promote
(or just reprint and sell) 1 Enoch today do so not with the
intention of promoting a deeper faith in God's inspired Word, but
more with the intent of undermining the
            Bible's authority - and especially the church's. 1 Enoch's clear
historical integrity but "lack of inclusion in the Bible" is often
used to "springboard" arguments for other "favorite" heretical
books, left out for all the right reasons. Modern Gnostics are often
fond of several other "gospels" (such as Thomas and Mary, both of
which have statements and theologies that clearly contradict the
more reliable works by John, Matthew, et al, proving they were NOT
inspired by God). In short (oops - too late for that!),
the typical Gnostic and New Age arguments have nothing to do with
why The Book of Enoch was not included in the Bible, or
not preserved with other ancient works. (The true "reasons why" are
actually more sinister...) The forming church
also had to publicly refute and stand against (from within!) the
heresy of modalism, which in part suggests that Jesus Christ is a
created being - eternal nonetheless, but inferior in substance to
            God the Father. The

            Council of Nicea
was expressly interested in making sure that
the doctrine of the Triune Godhead was clearly expressed by the
canon, and especially that it would not be misunderstood by those
who would read the Scriptures. Another "motive" was to refute
"Pneumatomachians - who accepted the deity of Christ but said the
Holy Spirit was an impersonal force... And so it was, and we are
indebted today to a 4th century Luther that stood up to define the
nature of Christ and God against a flood of falsehood
            (8)." To be honest, in
reading Enoch there seems to be in the multitude of heavenly trips a
physical distinction sometimes made between The Father and the
Pre-Incarnate Son. The phrases "Lord of Spirits" , "Ancient of
Days," and "Son of Man" are used so often (perhaps interchangeably,
perhaps not) that even a careful reading sometimes infers the
(doctrinally acceptable - 1 Cor 15:24) separation of the eternal
Godhead. On earth, "... all the fullness of the deity" was present
in Jesus Christ, "the image of the invisible God." But 1 Enoch can
at minimum cause confusion to the understanding of the Godhead -
hard enough to grasp even today - in a way that other authors
(Moses, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Paul and John) do not when speaking of
their face-to-face encounters with God. (Did any gnostics still in
the audience catch that phrase?) Even without the conflicting
manuscripts or possible multiple authors coming into play (which
careful examination of the rest of canon shows could have been
worked out actually, if they so chose), I sincerely believe that
if there was a legimate, excusable motive for not
including Enoch in the Bible, this was it. This does not excuse
why we had to wait 1000 years to re-discover this book however. So finally, with the
general integrity of the Holy Scriptures, and the legitimate reasons
the early Roman Catholic Church may have
rejected 1 Enoch covered respectfully (and in a way
palatable for modern Christian academics), let's critically examine
the real reasons behind the indisputable censure of 1
Enoch. There are many texts that - while not included as
canon - have nonetheless retained their "postion of honor" and even
reverence among the (Western) historical Christian church. Among
these are the Apocrypha (still included of course in modern Catholic
Bibles - and, just FYI, even included in the

            original King James Bible),
as well as The 12 Patriarchs, and writings too numerous to name by
various "Church Fathers." All of these have remained in a relatively
high-profile position throughout church history, more or less
available for both scholars and laymen to draw from when studying
the ancient origins of the Christian faith. Not so with
Enoch. Yes, ANY of the above
are certainly "good enough" reasons to have disqualified Enoch from
canonization. But only assuming you wanted to in the
first place ... With all of the
evidence in, we have to own the fact that 1 Enoch was not merely
"rejected for canonization." It was buried. Flat out suppressed. It
was quite intentionally lost to history, with all copies destroyed
or left to rot 10 stories deep under the Vatican. Enoch was not
merely "left out of the Bible." It was dropped like a
            bad habit.  Origen was
right. Enoch was suppressed and labeled as heresy
specifically to hide the truth of the fallen angels' past, present
and future activity on earth. Forget Roswell.
Forget the X-Files. The most successful, enduring and damaging
cover-up of "The Truth" about our planet's frequent visitors - has
come from within The Church. "For the
wrath of God is revealed from heaven againstall ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who
 suppress the truth in unriunrighteousness."
 Romans 1:18

              Revelation - Chapter 9

                  | Rev 9:1 | Ά | And the fifth angel sounded,
and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him
was given the key of the bottomless pit. |
                  | Rev 9:2 | | And he opened the bottomless
pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a
great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason
of the smoke of the pit. |
                  | Rev 9:3 | | And there came out of the
smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power,
as the scorpions of the earth have power. |
                  | Rev 9:4 | | And it was commanded them
that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any
green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have
not the seal of God in their foreheads. |
                  | Rev 9:5 | | And to them it was given
that they should not kill them, but that they should be
tormented five months: and their torment [was] as the torment
of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. |
                  | Rev 9:6 | | And in those days shall men
seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die,
and death shall flee from them. |
                  | Rev 9:7 | | And the shapes of the locusts
[were] like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their
heads [were] as it were crowns like gold, and their faces
[were] as the faces of men. |
                  | Rev 9:8 | | And they had hair as the hair
of women, and their teeth were as [the teeth] of lions. |
                  | Rev 9:9 | | And they had breastplates, as
it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings
[was] as the sound of chariots of many horses running to
                  battle. |
                  | Rev 9:10 | | And they had tails like unto
scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their
power [was] to hurt men five months. |
                  | Rev 9:11 | | And they had a king over them,
[which is] the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the
Hebrew tongue [is] Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath [his]
                  name Apollyon. |
                  | Rev 9:12 | | One woe is past; [and], behold,
there come two woes more hereafter. |
                  | Rev 9:13 | Ά | And the sixth angel sounded,
and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar
                  which is before God, |
                  | Rev 9:14 | | Saying to the sixth angel which
had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the
                  great river Euphrates. |
                  | Rev 9:15 | | And the four angels were
loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a
month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. |
                  | Rev 9:16 | | And the number of the army of
the horsemen [were] two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard
                  the number of them. |
                  | Rev 9:17 | | And thus I saw the horses in
the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of
fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the
horses [were] as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths
issued fire and smoke and brimstone. |
                  | Rev 9:18 | | By these three was the
third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and
by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. |
                  | Rev 9:19 | | For their power is in their
mouth, and in their tails: for their tails [were] like unto
serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt. |
                  | Rev 9:20 | | And the rest of the men which
were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works
of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols
of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which
neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: |
                  | Rev 9:21 | | Neither repented they of their
murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor
                  of their thefts. | |

      | RAGNAROK and the Bible Prophecies of the End Times:
Well, while Viking Folktales seem to match other cultures mythology (as
most mythology seems to over-lap), there is an amazing fit between the
Bible Prophecies of what the End Times will be like, and the scenario
painted by the Norsemen Mythology of what will happen in Ragnarok! And,
not only are the steps there, but they also seem to be in the same
chronological order. So, let us take a closer look at them:

            |

In Norse Pagan (Asatru) lore, Ragnarok is
the final battle to be fought against the Gods of the

Aesir and the heroic dead, against

Loki, the frost giants, and the
"unworthy dead" from Hel's realm. The forces of evil, along with
most of the gods, will be slain, and a new world will arise. Only a
handful of Gods, including two of Thor's sons, and two of Odin's,
are destined to survive the conflict. Two humans will survive to
repopulate the world, and the god

            Baldur will be resurrected.

 1. The Norse gods will come to set up a Kingdom at the center of the
Earth (Middle East?), that will be (or was) called Asgard or OusGaRahDT
(or Osgard), meaning the Garden of the gods. (For more details on this
      mythical(?) Garden, see

WHY DID ASGARD BURN.) This reign will
come to control Man and the humans, who live, by this view, in Midgardt or
the Middle Garden (Earth?). This strangely parallels the rise of the
Kingdom of the Beast and the anti-Christ, which many Believe5rs are
looking to occur, soon (1 Thessalonians 2:2-9 and Revelation 13:1-8)!
       2. Then will come a great 3-Year Winter, which seems to also match
the time of trials and troubles for Believers (Revelation 13:5). For, this
parallels the Great Persecution upon Believers, that will be brought about
by the False-Prophet (Matthew 24:9-12 and Revelation 13:11-18). And the
image of Winter (and no harvests) may go along with the view that
Believers will not be allowed to buy and sell to get food during this time
(unless they take the mark of the Beast). 3. Next, will come 3-Years of Natural Disasters: plagues,
environmental pollution, earthquakes, and a GREAT TIDAL WAVE (where the
Great Serpent of the Ocean is suppose to rise up, and engulf the Land).
This seems to match the time of Great Tribulation, when the wrath of God
will be poured out on disobedient Mankind (Matthew 24:20-22 and
Revelations 16:1-21). And many Plagues will be loosed by God upon the
rebellious, much as they were upon Egypt in the Exodus!   4. Following this, will come a Great Cosmic Collapse, as the
giants of Utgard or UTiGaRDT, meaning the Outer Garden (Heaven?) will come
and invade the lands of the Norse gods. This seems to correspond to the
Heavenly Signs of the Scriptures: Sun and Moon to darken, and the Stars to
fall from the sky--as the whole Universe is rolled together, like a scroll
(Isaiah 34:4 Matthew 24:29 and Revelations 6:12-17). 5. Then, comes the Giant Gray Wolf, sometimes called Loki. Or, is
this the symbol of Ivar? Yes, most likely, it is Ivar that fore-shadowed
the coming of a GREAT KING or Messiah! (Or was the emblem originallu a
White Lion, like Aslan?) In any case, this Giant, and his followers, come
and assault Asgard or OuSGaRahDT. At this LAST BATTLE (Armageddon?), the
Norse gods will be defeated and destroyed--and the city of the gods wiped
out in a GREAT FIRE! This sounds awfully close to the Second Coming of
Christ, with Ivar, as the Great King fore-shadowing Y'Shua or Jesus'
Return (Matthew 24:29-31 and Revelation 19:19-21 & 20:7-10). 6. Next, the Giants will make revenge and retribution on evil doers,
as they punish the wicked and slay the followers of the Norse gods. And
this seems to match the Great Day of Judgment by God, where the wicked
will be brought before HIM, and sentenced according to their deeds
(Matthew 25:31-46 and Revelation 20:11-15). 7. Finally, the Giants make a new world, with a NEW GARDEN, which
has a Tree of Life, that the survivors of Mankind may eat from, and live
forever! And this amazingly seems to parallel the New Heaven and New
Earth, and the New Jerusalem, of the Bible Prophecies (Revelation 21:1,
2-11; and 22:1-5). THEREFORE, while a type of Ragnarok may have
occurred in the reign of Ivar Vidfadmi, this was a fore-shadowing of the
Future event of the End of the World, when Christ shall return, and set
      all things right! FROM:

            The
Difference Between Fallen Angels, Demons, Aliens, Jedi, and the Watchers

            By Sherry
            Shriner      In these last
days, the Bible says it will be a time of mass hybridization and the
mixture and corruption of human DNA by fallen angels, also known as
            "Aliens."        The government
is and has been, conditioning the existence of aliens through
Hollywood, science fiction, cartoons, and other sources. However,
they are not telling you the whole truth.        These Aliens
are not ascended masters, or enlightened ones, or beings from
galaxies millions of miles away, nor are they our forefathers or
original creators. They are fallen angels who were kicked out of
heaven for their rebellion against the headship of God, and they
believe they have one last chance to try to usurp His authority.
They know He is coming to the earth to destroy them once and for
all, (Battle of Armageddon) and to gather those who are His and to
establish His reign on earth.        The Lord has
told me that in the coming days, these Aliens will make their
presence more visibly and physically known on earth.        As the end
times approach, the lies of extra terrestrial lineage, heritage, and
creation will come out in full force.
            Two Separate
Rebellions in the Early Days       Most people
are familiar with the rebellion of Satan wanting to be like God and
wanting to be worshipped as God. For his sins of rebellion and
pride, he lost his rulership over the planets he resided over and
lost his place in heaven as a high ranking archangel.        What most
people do not realize is that  the rebellion of Satan's, leading 1/3
of the angels to try to usurp God's authority, and the rebellion of
the Watchers are two separate events.      The Watcher's
were not a part of  Satan's rebellion; they created their own
rebellion against God by deciding to leave their first estate which
was heaven, and go to the earth to cohabitate with human women. Why
doesn't the church ever address this issue? In fact, why did they
try to cover it up by leaving Enoch out of the canon version of the
Bible, and then manipulate the meaning "sons of God."  They
mistranslated Sons of God, (angels of God) creating some ridiculous
theory suggesting it to mean Sons of Seth.  People bought that
explanation because they did not realize there was such a huge
difference in changing that text around and it would keep them from
the truth and allow the churches to cover it up.        Enoch was one
of the greatest Prophets of God to have ever walked the Earth. In
his lifetime he wrote 365 books. We have one of them. Where are the
others? Are they lost or being kept hidden? It is in Enoch where we
first learn about the rebellion of the Watchers, the angels assigned
to watch over and guard over the earth
            In Enoch
Chapter 6:1 it says.. 1 And
it came to pass when the children of men had multiplied that in
those days were born unto them beautiful and comely daughters. 2 And
the angels, the children of the heaven, saw and lusted after them,
and said to one another: 'Come, let us choose us wives from among
the children of men 3 and
beget us children.' And Semjaza, who was their leader, said unto
            them:
       Enoch then
continues to discuss a deal he makes with fellow Watchers to all
commit the same sin.       In verse 7, it
says that there were 200 chiefs on the summit of Mount Hermon, which
is located on the border of Lebanon and Syria and stands over 9,000
feet high. They agreed to come to earth and cohabitate with women.
                   These 200
chiefs were each in charge of tens of thousands of other Watchers.
So how many fell with them.We do not know, maybe they all did. That
would put the number into the hundreds of thousands that fell from
            heaven and came to earth.

            Chapter 7 1 And
all the others together with them (this indicates their armies did
follow them) took unto themselves wives, and each chose for himself
one, and they began to go in unto them and to defile themselves with
them, and they taught them charms 2 and
enchantments, and the cutting of roots, and made them acquainted
            with plants. And they 3
became pregnant, and they bare great giants, whose height was three
thousand ells: Who consumed 4 all
the acquisitions of men. And when men could no longer sustain them,
the giants turned against 5 them
and devoured mankind. And they began to sin against birds, and
beasts, and reptiles, and 6 fish,
and to devour one another's flesh, and drink the blood
(cannibalism). Then the earth laid accusation against the lawless
            ones.
            Chapter 8 1 And
Azazel taught men to make swords, and knives, and shields, and
breastplates, and made known to them the metals of the earth and the
art of working them, and bracelets, and ornaments, and the use of
antimony, and the beautifying of the eyelids, and all kinds of
            costly stones, and all 2
colouring tinctures. And there arose much godlessness, and they
committed fornication, and they 3 were
led astray, and became corrupt in all their ways. Semjaza taught
enchantments, and root-cuttings, 'Armaros the resolving of
enchantments, Baraqijal (taught) astrology, Kokabel the
constellations, Ezeqeel the knowledge of the clouds, Araqiel the
signs of the earth, Shamsiel the signs of the sun, and Sariel the
course of the moon. And as men perished, they cried, and their cry
            went up to heaven .

            Chapter 9
              1 And
then Michael, Uriel, Raphael, and Gabriel looked down from heaven
and saw much blood being 2 shed
upon the earth, and all lawlessness being wrought upon the earth.
And they said one to another: The earth made without inhabitant
cries the voice of their cryings up to the gates of heaven. 3 And
now to you, the holy ones of heaven, the souls of men make their
suit, saying, "Bring our cause 4
before the Most High. And they said to the Lord of the ages: Lord of
lords, God of gods, King of kings, and God of the ages, the throne
of Thy glory (standeth) unto all the generations of the 5
ages, and Thy name holy and glorious and blessed unto all the ages!
Thou hast made all things, and power over all things hast Thou: and
all things are naked and open in Thy sight, and Thou seest all 6
things, and nothing can hide itself from Thee. Thou seest what
Azazel hath done, who hath taught all unrighteousness on earth and
revealed the eternal secrets which were (preserved) in heaven, which 7 men
were striving to learn: And Semjaza, to whom Thou hast given
authority to bear rule over his associates. And they have gone to
the daughters of men upon the earth, and have slept with the 9
women, and have defiled themselves, and revealed to them all kinds
of sins. And the women have 10
borne giants, and the whole earth has thereby been filled with blood
and unrighteousness. And now, behold, the souls of those who have
died are crying and making their suit to the gates of heaven, and
their lamentations have ascended: and cannot cease because of the
            lawless deeds which are 11
wrought on the earth. And Thou knowest all things before they come
to pass, and Thou seest these things and Thou dost suffer them, and
Thou dost not say to us what we are to do to them in regard to
            these.

            Chapter 10    1 Then
said the Most High, the Holy and Great One spake, and sent Uriel to
the son of Lamech 2 and
said to him: Go to Noah and tell him in my name "Hide thyself!" and
reveal to him the end that is approaching: that the whole earth will
be destroyed, and a deluge is about to come 3 upon
the whole earth, and will destroy all that is on it. And now
instruct him that he may escape           The following
verses and chapters talk about their judgment and confinement, then
in chapter 15 Yahweh speaks to Enoch directly, who the Watchers had
approached to intercede for them on their behalf ..
             Chapter 15 1 And
He answered and said to me, and I heard His voice: Fear not, Enoch,
            thou righteous 2 man
and scribe of righteousness: approach hither and hear my voice. And
go, say to the Watchers of heaven, who have sent thee to intercede
for them: "You should intercede" for men, and not men for you:
Wherefore have ye left the high, holy, and eternal heaven, and lain
with women, and defiled yourselves with the daughters of men and
taken to yourselves wives, and done like the children 4 of
earth, and begotten giants (as your) sons? And though ye were holy,
spiritual, living the eternal life, you have defiled yourselves with
the blood of women, and have begotten (children) with the blood of
flesh, and, as the children of men, have lusted after flesh and
blood as those also do who die 5 and
perish. Therefore have I given them wives also that they might
            impregnate them, and beget 6
children by them, that thus nothing might be wanting to them on
earth. But you were formerly 7
spiritual, living the eternal life, and immortal for all generations
of the world. And therefore I have not appointed wives for you; for
as for the spiritual ones of the heaven, in heaven is their
            dwelling.
            Demons.. 8 And
now, the giants, who are produced from the spirits and flesh, shall
be called evil spirits upon 9 the
earth, and on the earth shall be their dwelling. Evil spirits have
proceeded from their bodies; because they are born from men and from
the holy Watchers is their beginning and primal origin; 10
they shall be evil spirits on earth, and evil spirits shall they be
called. [As for the spirits of heaven, in heaven shall be their
dwelling, but as for the spirits of the earth which were born upon
the earth, on the earth shall be their dwelling.] 11 And
the spirits of the giants afflict, oppress, destroy, attack, do
battle, and work destruction on the earth, and cause trouble: they
take no food, but nevertheless 12
hunger and thirst, and cause offences. And these spirits shall rise
up against the children of men and against the women, because they
            have proceeded from them.
       These are the
demons we deal with, that most confuse as aliens. The demons roam
the earth and torment mankind, causing them to sin and everything
            else.       These passages
describe the first Watchers rebellion against the Lord. They came to
earth, impregnated human women, and produced giant offspring. God
then destroyed the world with a Flood to get rid of them.  But it
did not stop the rebellions. Genesis 6:4 states that even after the
flood some of the Watchers continued to rebel against God and come
to earth. At the time Israel left Egypt, they had to conquer some 20
cities of the Watchers giant children to reclaim the land of Israel
as their own. The Watchers were known as the Annunaki, or the heroes
of old, men of renown as mentioned in Genesis 6:4.       In Genesis,
Chapter 6, from the Jewish translation of the Torah it says:
When men began to increase on earth and daughters were born to
them, the divine beings saw how beautiful the daughters of men were
and they took wives from among those that pleased them....It was
then, and later too, that the Nephilim appeared on earth - when the
divine beings cohabited with the daughters of men, who bore them
offspring. They were the heroes of old, the men of renown."
                   In the
Sumerian language, the term Annunaki meant "from heaven who came to
            earth"
            Fallen Angels       The Bible is
full of accounts of Israel dealing with hybrids. Genesis 6:4 says,
"There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that."
They are also referred to as Rephaim, Annunaki (sons of Annuk),
Emim, Zamzummim, "also after that" is referring to the Nephilim who
were again found in the land of Canaan Numbers: 13:33, "And there we
saw giants, the sons of Annak, which come of the giants: and we were
in our own sight as grasshoppers, so we were in their sight."  The
word Nephilim means "violent"  "causing to fall"  "wonder"
            "prodigies" or "monsters"       When fallen
angels shape-shift into a human form, they can have intercourse but
not without some aberrant genetic changes. The union of these beasts
with humans produced children that were different in many ways. The
first apparent difference was that they developed giantism. They
were giants or Nephilim. Og, the King of Bashan, had a bed that was
13 to 15 feet long; and Goliath was 6 cubits tall (9 feet). The
second aberration was that they had six fingers and six toes.       The aberrant
genetic defects of the Nephilim were unfortunately cloned into the
DNA of mankind.  These dormant genetic tendencies still surface
today at times in different people; however, most of the noticeable
DNA defects have been perfected over the centuries to where hybrids
can easily be born into a society that never suspects them of being
other than completely human.  The Watchers are a guardian class of
angels that were assigned to watch over the earth and protect
mankind from just this sort of thing happening.  The offspring
giants never went out of existence; they just went "underground" to
return later, which is now, during these last days.       According to
the Bible, the Book of Enoch, Jubilees, Jasher, and Testimony of the
Twelve Patriarchs, they rebelled against God and attempted to
enslave the whole world and provoke God. According to the Book of
Jasher, they not only tweaked with the D.N.A. of mankind but also
with the animals. They may have produced such beasts as the Pegasus,
Minotaur, the unicorn, and the dinosaurs.       In the past,
scholars speculated that one day it would be hybridization which
would create the antichrist and that these fallen angel-Aliens would
develop and produce a creature that is fully fallen angel and fully
man. A bastard angelic incarnation.          The
antichrist will be Satan's seed--a Nephilim. See Genesis 3:15,
Genesis 6:4, and Revelation 13. This will probably include cloning
and a hybrid or of the serpent seed illuminati-bloodline.         All along,
the abductions of humans breeding experiments was to perfect the
ultimate breed, half man, half alien to produce Satan incarnate in
man. And they have it now, and they have Mabus waiting for his cue
to descend to earth.        There are
those who believed all the giant offspring and offspring of the
fallen angels were destroyed during the flood. Not true. The
Philistines were hybrids, giants i.e. Goliath. As were most of the
races that Joshua and Israel had to conquer once Israel  was freed
            from Egypt.        The Bible
states that in the end times it will be just like the days of Noah.
(Matthew 24:37-38, Luke 17:26)  Also we believe that in Genesis 6:2
that the sons of God were fallen angels.  We believe this from Job
1:6, II Peter 2:4-5, Jude 1:6 (Very important verse, "did not keep
their own domain"), I Peter 3:18-20 and Revelation 9:1-12.        In the days
of Noah, the fallen angels were mixing/breeding with the daughters
of men (such as what the greys are doing now to humans, read about
the Dulce Base). We have many hybrids in our midst, most notably the
rise of "star" children who have "special" skills and talents
highlighted in the movie X2 Men, released in 2003.          The mixing of
genes which started with  Cain's daughters, the women of Cainan,
created a DNA defect called giantism. Their children were giants.
Some were 30 feet tall.   Demons are the spirits of the dead
Nephilim (I'll just refer to Nephilim as a collective term to
include all the races of the Annunaki offspring).  Jedi, refers to
all of the fallen angels who have ever rebelled against the Lord and
were cast out of heaven. A collective term for Lucifer, his forces,
            and the Watchers-Annunaki.         The Bible
Codes confirm that the Annunaki, had offspring called the Nephilim
that were giants. The Annunaki are the Watchers. There are two
different Factions within the Annunaki: the Enki and the Enlil. The
draconians infiltrated and inbred within both groups of the
Annunaki.  The Draconians are red dragons, the same as Lucifer is.        There are
groups of fallen angels competing for global dominance and control
within the Third Faction of the New World Order.        These are the
games they play. One group plays as good shepherds claiming to want
to help mankind while they kidnap, mutilate, implant, impregnate,
and use human body parts as a skin rejuvenation and coloring
            maintenance technique.         The other
faction plays as protectors and basic non-interventionists, the good
cop/bad cop strategy.  We all know that when someone says they
aren't in your business that that is exactly what they are into.
Both of these factions seek to destroy and dominate earth, setting
up the path and reign of Satan, also known as the Antichrist. Of
course, they will not tell you who he really is, he will play the
role of Ascended Master, Wise one, Great Teacher, Peacemaker,
Messiah, a great world leader, or whatever else they can sell to a
gullible population of earthlings.          There are two
factions or groups within the Annunaki, known as the Enki and the
            Enlil.
            The Enki faction
            of the Anunnaki         Includes but
            not limited to:
             Greys from Zeta
Reticulum (small greys with the oversized heads who like to mutilate
and experiment on humans), also includes Tall Greys (from Orion),

             Reptilians (Earth
based), Lizards. These are notably in charge of establishing a one
world government through our political leaders. Shape-shift into
human form and also use humans as hosts to possess and work through.
              Draco-Reptilians
from Orion, the ones really running the show while the others do
their bidding. It is the Dracos who are the rulers over the greys
and the reptilians. (There are some who believe the Nordic humanoids
are Reptilians in disguise). The draco's are shape-shifters, they
are annunaki - lizard, they are the ones coming on Planet X
(Rahab).  The Draconians are red dragons. Lucifer himself lost his
once held beauty and was turned into an ugly red dragon. The
Reptilians (lizards), greys, and others are all classes of what we
call aliens, but were once beautiful angels.
             Annunaki - those who
joined in Lucifer's rebellion against the Lord. -and the Enki
faction of the Anunnaki, also draconian, inhabitants of Rahab,
(giant humanoids from their home planet Nibiru, a group of them
stayed on earth while the others allegedly left to return sometime
            soon).         These are the
ones who seek to harm and destroy mankind, and will do so, as they
rule and dominant the earth with Satan and the New World Order.
The Enlil faction of the Anunnaki

The Enlil play a more protective role of Earth. They hate the
            Draconians and their ruler, Satan.
The Draconians are the archenemy of the Nordics. The Nordics
hate them. They hate Satan, they hate the NWO. The coming planet X
            is more draconians/annunaki, shape-shifting lizards/humanoid Giants
to help Satan dominate and rule the world during the tribulation
            period.
The Draconians are the dominant race of the (Enki), and the
Nordics and other humanoid groups are the dominant races of the (Enlil).        What gets
confusing is that humanoid races joined with the Dracos, so the
humanoids are in both groups.        The Nordics
and other humanoid races are largely very human in appearance,
approximately 7-8 feet tall, blonde hair, blue eyes (Aryans). Hitler
referred to them as "the master race." Ever wonder why Hitler was so
obsessed with a master race of Aryans when he was Jewish?       The Nordics
and other human looking alien races were also at one time beautiful
angels. Although they did not lose their good looks and forced to
look like the ugly beings of Lucifer and his angels were, they were
cast out of heaven, nonetheless, and lost the qualities of being
            angels.       This Enlil
faction includes the human looking groups, such as:
             Nordics (Lyra); Also
live in an underground city underneath Mount Shasta. Human looking,
            tall blondes.
             Sirians (Sirius B);
            human looking
             Pleiadians, from the
            belt of Orion, human looking.
             Alpha Centaurians -
            human looking
             Venusians - human
            looking        The ancient
Sumerians had their ancient culture saturated with the Annunaki. The
name Sumerian means, "who from heaven came." The Sumerians and the
Egyptians were both Alien-hybrid races.        The Bible
says Lucifer resides in the first and second heavens (space); that
is where he resides, and not in hell, as many believe.  Satan has
dominion over the first and second heavens but not over all the
alien races, only those who rebelled with him specifically and not
those who rebelled later.         He rules from
Orion and is a winged Draconian. He is not omniscient, or
omnipresent, thus he needs his minions to cover a lot of territory
on the earth to keep up with what is going on in what we call
reconnaissance and spying. Are UFO's real? Yes, they have vehicles
to travel in, but these are not Aliens from galaxies in other
universes, but from our own solar system and own outer space.
                   As in the days
of Noah, so shall the last days be. Although the humanoid races tend
to stay out of earth affairs and tend to uphold a neutral stand and
just watch everything, the Luciferian groups of aliens (greys,
reptilians) will run rampant on the earth, and are doing so
            already.          But we have
not seen anything yet like we are going to in the near future.
                    They have
perfected DNA manipulation and can look human while being
hybrid/demon/aliens, (such as "star children" hybrids) with the
ability to shape-shift into their original form and then back into a
human form. No, this is not science fiction or Saturday morning
            cartoon central.         This is
real!  Fiction, Cartoons, X-Files, this was/ is just conditioning to
get you and your children used to seeing these things happen and to
just accept it when it starts to happen more in the future, exposing
it instead of keeping it behind closed doors.           If you want
to know what is going on, sometimes the best information is in the
tabloids disguised as fiction or in Hollywood movies, where they
often reveal plans and agendas disguised as entertainment. One of
the more notable quotes I've never forgotten was one of the last
lines in a movie I watched last year from XMen 2 in which one of the
hybrids says, "We've been playing by your rules long enough. Now,
maybe, it's time you started to play by ours"           Phil
Schneider  a civil engineer contracted to build secret underground
facilities for clandestine organizations (the ones dealing with
these "aliens" and signing treaties with them), described the
evidence he encountered that ETs would be the true rulers of a one
world government, and was a reason why he and many others left the
'service' of US based clandestine organizations. Schneider was
killed in what appears to be a naval assassination hit.         In fact,
whenever you start to talk about or expose the government's
involvement with aliens, their treaties with them or their plans,
you become a target, just as Bill Cooper, former navy intelligence
officer, who wrote "Behold a Pale Horse." He was gunned down in a
stand off with Sheriff Deputies at his home last year.        Many have
tried to wake up and warn the public about the aliens in our midst,
I encourage you to read The Dulce Base book on my website at
thewatcherfiles.com. It is  all there. You can read all of it right
from the website. Also, the Cosmic Conflict series that is on the
website has great insight and information concerning what the
government keeps from the public.        The Veil is
being lifted, and the time will come when men will reject sound
doctrine and accept doctrine of devils; (aliens) through false
prophets (todays pastors). The time is coming when we will see with
through the spiritual realm and those in it. Fallen Angel Hybrids
and Reptilian Draconians Masquerading as Ascended Masters, our
Creators, and Beings of Light; they will deceive the world and
prepare the heralding of their master...the Antichrist.        They were
here before, and They will come back again        According to
the prophecy of Daniel, they will do it again in the 4th and final
kingdom of the beast. "They will mingle with the seed of men."
Daniel 2: 43.  It is this UFO phenomena, once revealed, that could
be the trigger of the falling away (apostasy) of the church as
predicted in 2 Thessalonians 2:3.         The Bible
warns that because the 'world' rejects the truth of the Bible that
God "will send them a strong delusion, that they should believe the
lie, that they may all be condemned who did not believe the truth
but had pleasure in unrighteousness." 2 Thessalonians 2:11.

I believe the coming delusion or  'lie' is coming right
from the UFO/New Age phenomena. The UFO cults say that the aliens
are the Elohim, that they are our "God" (gods) that they are our
forefathers and they created us and are returning to help us restore
peace on the earth, -This is THE LIE this is also the driving force
behind the New World Order that they're not telling you about!
The truth is, an alien or demonic invasion isn't coming..
it's already here       For some reason most of church believes the Nephilim race
was destroyed by the flood..then where did Goliath come from? The
Amalek, the Kenites, all the 18 hybrid cities Joshua destroyed to
reclaim the land of Israel? They didn't go anywhere, except maybe
underground.. to perfect dna mixing.. to come out again in the last
days undetected.       They have perfected the giant gene defect. In fact, now
they can shop in our stores, sit next to us on a bus, and most
wouldn't know any different. They look human..but they are not. They
are the tares sown into the wheat.      The church has been silent about UFOs and abductions.
About hybridization, fetus thefts, the impregnation of women by
these beings.       Now that they've assimilated into our population as star
children, politicians and civilians, who can detect them?     FROM:
