NOTE FROM DEE:  I'm really glad I didn't do this page the day I
received the first piece of information, because something came to light
this morning by way of a phone call from a friend who was watching C-SPAN
this morning because she didn't have anything better to do.
While she was watching, Senator McCain got up to speak and talked about the
bill going forward at this time about FEMA and they want to arrest people
with no habeas corpus or lawyers and can let anyone suspected of terrorism
sit in jail forever without trial.  That could include you and me for
whatever reason -  all it takes is an accusation for something we said
or did, including having more than a week's worth of food in their house.
We shop twice a month so that always gives us two weeks of food at certain
points in the month.  Are they crazy?

However, John McCain went on to say that the bill is over 1200 pages and he
doubts that any of them have read it all, and continued to say that one of
the parts is about the government arming crop duster planes.  He really
got upset over that and said that even the military isn't interested in that
and what is the purpose for that.  What do we need that for?

That set my mind to running full tilt because I dreamed it some years ago.

	Here is the dream:

			| 7-29-03 - DREAM - I was in Wisconsin. I was in a large
elementary school which was in the country.
Toward the end of the day, there was a band concert and
students from Canada came down to participate and play along with
the students from Wisconsin. These kids were young - about 4th
			grade.
I helped with one young girl who was even younger - about 2nd
grade. I even carried her at one point to help introduce her.
Besides playing her instrument very well - (sounded like a clarinet)
there was something special about her sweater. She wore a cardigan
and on the left side was the figure of a tall young woman - rather
like Princes Diana and this young woman had a long belt or something
that dangled awkwardly which the little girl always had to grab hold
			of and control.
I introduced the little girl to an old grandma lady so she
could see how the sweater was made.
I was then standing near a window looking out into the farm
country toward the west and I could also see out the East window
			which was very large.
I saw two planes come in really low - out of the east - not
flying at regular altitude for airplanes. These planes were older,
propeller type planes. They were flying over, following the contours
of the land. They just barely missed the school and one landed in
the farmer's field west of the building, followed by another plane
which either exploded as it landed, or shot off some kind of
explosive which showered bright red exploding fires in every
			direction.
That was pretty horrifying to see for everyone, but we were
just starting to calm down,w hen two more planes came over,
following the same course through the sky, but these two were eve
lower than the first two. One of the planes - a bright yellow one
almost hit the school roof as it flew over. These two planes also
			landed in the farmer's field.
I didn't even have time to see what happened to those tow
planes, because I saw a whole armada of planes coming in from the
East - it looked like Pearl Harbor attack all over again - but these
were small planes like WWII - propeller type - and these were
throwing off sparking things too rather like fiery grenades.
The first one almost hit the school and everybody jumped out
			of their seats.
Somebody yelled - "Get your coats and run to your classrooms"
			- as we were all still in the concert room. All the students had
their coats hanging out in the hallway on hooks along the walls.

The little girl I had helped to introduce earlier came running
into the room and grabbed onto me around the knees - She said, "I'm
			Gloria from 316".
She still had that danged belt hanging off her sweater. I
helped her grab it so we could run and get her coat. I wondered shy
someone didn't turn the lights off in the school so we weren't such
			a bright target.

I reported that dream to an on line source who I knew was working with the
government on such issues and he wrote back and said they were aware of such
	issues.
This is the follow-up web page I did about it at the time.

I didn't connect it with 9/11 because that was over already, but who knew?
But evidently someone is still thinking about it.

The Stage is Set for Chaos in America!

	By Clayton R. Douglas
	Sept. 19, 2011

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn explained why the people I have interviewed in the
last week and I have been targeted and attacked so much. "For a country to
have a great writer is like having a second government. That is why no
regime has ever loved great writers, only minor ones."

I have spent the last twenty five years researching history and current
events, interviewing top level intellects around the world concerning the
plans and methods of the One World/Global Government supported by the banks.
I discussed the red and blue lists with men named in my films. At that time
it seemed absurd to think that the government would round up dissidents, but
that was before we gave Brown and Root $350 Million to build the FEMA camps
and before I filmed the first law enforcement briefing by the "Department
of Homeland Security for World Government. That film is entitled, "The TRUE
	FACE OF FEMA".

What I've written about during those years was accurate and I've always
urged everyone to get prepared and become vocal. The money powers,
International Banks and the Corporations that have sprung up behind them,
what President Eisenhower called the Military Industrial Complex, has been
sacrificing young Americans in undeclared wars, are now targeting civilians
in America. That was made plain by Col. Brinkerhoff of FEMA in my film, "The
enemy is weak. He doesn't have planes, tanks or helicopters so he will use
unconventional tactics and we must adapt. In case of a national disaster,
like an earthquake along the New Madrid Fault Line, or a nuclear attack or a
single outbreak of smallpox in a major metropolitan area, we will need
400,000 well trained, well armed, organized, disciplined troops to control
the American people because some of them won't follow orders!"

I took it personally! He was not talking about the National Guard.
It soon became clear in the Homeland Security Assessment reprinted in my
book Mystery Babylon that the "weak" enemy he was speaking of is the
civilian populations of this country and others around the world. In
short, the War on Terror is a war against anyone anywhere in the world who
doesn't want to be enslaved by the money powers that fund and control
	governments.

The writing is on the wall! If you want to retain a shred of the freedom's
granted you by God and the Bill of Rights, you are going to have to shake
the chains of dogma and controlled propaganda that passes for Mainstream
Media and get organized but not as a gang or a giant group led by leaders
you can't see or talk to. You need to rise to another level and one way is
to use the ways I have outlined in Liberty Villages for you and your
family's protection. Large organizations need large money to run ads in the
same media that is being used to suppress you. Take this information, learn
to be self-sufficient and become prepared to stand together with true
Patriots. We are not the bad guys. The Militia is YOU. It is the people who
write the articles and stand up on behalf of the people who have always been
in the front line against tyranny and the terror that comes with it. They
are typified by the men and women I talked with on my radio show this last
	week.
It is my belief September 11. 2001 was the biggest, most spectacular and
well planned False Flag operation in history. It led us into two wars and
distracted us from a real invasion taking place right now. It gave us an
enemy where none existed. No Iraqi troops were amassed on our borders,
and no Arabs in a cave in Afghanistan flew remote controlled planes into
skyscrapers that caused them to fall down. Yet, ten years later, we are
still arguing over the brand of explosives and not investigating who had the
most to gain. Hundreds of thousands of people of all races and religions
have died in the last ten years in the wars that followed, and we have been
distracted from the real major threats to our security.

	But that is nothing new.

The people who have been crafting this socialist takeover of America have
been working hard at this for thousands of years. Try thinking of the Bible
as a plan not prophecy. Think of Jesus warning us about the Mark of the
Beast, the Jews who say they are Jews but are not, and finally how what we
think of as our government can control what the pastors of the 501C3
	churches can tell us.
9-11 was merely the shot over the bow of this nation. It was the beginning
of the final push towards culling the masses of humanity to the Elite's
acceptable population levels. The banksters have fomented war after war,
created situation after situation to reduce populations and tighten the
controls on the people under the guise of a New World Order. Code for One
World Government of the Banksters, by the Banksters and for the Banksters!

It may have back fired on them.

On 9-11 3000 people were sacrificed and the lies were so obvious that even
the common, drugged out, dumbed down couch potatoes started to sit up
straight and say, "WTF?" Lies are still being foisted upon us and it was
reported that the Firefighters and First Responders who were there at ground
zero and heard the bombs going off in the lobbies were barred from the tenth
anniversary memorial! More of a police presence than ever before? Afraid of
Terrorists? No! Afraid of an awakening American public. Afraid of the people
reading this column right now. That is why my magazine is off the shelves
and my website freeamerican.com has blocked in every library and no
publisher or agent will handle my work.
THE REAL CONSPIRACY THEORY FED US BY THE GOVERNMENT!

"Every collectivist revolution rides in on a Trojan horse of 'emergency'.
It was the tactic of Lenin, Hitler, and Mussolini. In the collectivist
sweep over a dozen minor countries of Europe, it was the cry of men striving
to get on horseback. And 'emergency' became the justification of the
subsequent steps. This technique of creating emergency is the greatest
	achievement that demagoguery attains."
	- Herbert Hoover (1874-1964), 31st US President

The number of Americans killed in the tragic 9-11 event are drops in the
bucket compared to the 50,000 Americans killed by illegal immigrants since
9-11 here or the millions of Germans, French, Korean, Vietnamese, Iraqis,
Palestinians, Afghanis and now Libyans killed in our wars, "Police Actions"
	or "Regime Changes".
Yeah, War is Hell! We all know that! So why do we keep going back into
them? Perhaps the civilian populations are just being entertained (or
programmed) by watching the war on TV. How about when the target is YOU
and the people of your country? What if they want the natural resources of
YOUR country or just the product of your labor? Please remember that a
bank's strategy is to finance BOTH sides. So who won the Cold War? It is
your fathers, sons and daughters that are being fed into the meat grinder of
war, as soldiers, for the profits of a few?
170,000,000 civilians have been murdered by their own governments in the
20th century. Tragically, these victims actually depend upon their
killer: they trust the killer to protect them. But in the end, using laws,
edicts, propaganda, and finally sheer force, the killer renders millions
powerless and destroys them. Horrific persecution, slavery, and mass murder
engulf nation after nation; Germany, China, Cambodia, Soviet Union,
Guatemala, Uganda, Turkey, Rwanda. 170,000,000 men, women, and children
died who were defenseless to protect themselves thanks to "Gun Control,
Government oppression, famines, starvation, disease and poisoning of their
	food and water.

What makes you think it isn't happening here, right now? What do you think
happened at Waco? Ruby Ridge? 9-11? It is happening here, right now and the
true impact of what is happening is being deflected by the Mainstream Media.
50,000 Americans have been murdered since 9-11Šby illegal aliens! 40% of the
inmates of our Federal and State Prisons are illegal aliens, and rather than
protect our borders, the Federal Government is aiding and supporting these
	people!

Forty Years ago I was a victim of the War on Drugs. I was arrested in
Texas for Possession of Marijuana and threatened with a possible life
sentence for what is now semi-legal in many states. During that time I wrote
a book about my vision future and called it Science Fiction. Much of what I
wrote about, I watched come true over the years. The Police State I
envisioned then has been foisted on us today. After 40 years sitting in a
battered, dust covered box, I am finally editing and updating that typed
	manuscript
Years later, I watched the television coverage of the attack on a
Christian church near Waco. I saw the coverage on TV and saw the films
of the frightened parents and children inside their home before they were
murdered, in my opinion by OUR government and vowed I would never watch
something like that happen again without trying to do something.

From that day, April 19, 1993, I have been fully immersed in a battle to
uphold that oath I took at 17 years of age in 1964 while volunteering for a
war that was based on lies and deception and the drug trade's just as I
believe the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya are.

I learned of that aspect of our world while publishing my first motorcycle
magazine, "Rider's Xchange" in Miami. I was given a top secret document
concerning a government operation that ran in conjunction with the televised
"Iran Contra" affair. "Let's see what kind of balls you have," said the
Vietnam Vet who gave me the document.
I had always tried to do everything by the book in my businesses, but I
was stunned and suddenly, as I read Col Edward P. Cutolo's statement in
Sturgis, I realized I was now one of a very small number of people who knew
our government agencies and those of Israel were part and parcel of the drug
industry. Most of the others were dead or in prison.
It was called "Operation Watchtower" and it is included in its entirety
in my book, "Mystery Babylon". I dared to print the story and the name
of the man in charge of the CIA at that time, George Herbert Walker Bush, in
my motorcycle magazine in Miami. Bush had used the Special Forces to go into
Columbia and build radio guide towers in the jungles there to guide planes
into Albrook Air Base in Panama, then controlled by Manuel Noriega.
The cargo was cocaine, according to Col. Edward P. Cutolo, put in
charge of the operation, along with one of the soldiers, William Tyree.
Tyree's wife kept a diary. She was killed and Bill was framed for her murder
who got life in Walpole Prison.
Col. Cutolo was later murdered in England by Michael Harari, the Mossad
agent in charge of Noriega, who met the planes along with CIA agents. Harari
has now been identified as working in Libya today by Gordon Duff, editor of
	"Veterans Today".

I found William Tyree through his mother, interviewed him in Walpole Prison
and featured his story and that of the notarized document Cutolo sent to the
	NSA in my motorcycle magazine.
This was the first time I was threatened by the CIA, before Ruby Ridge or
Waco. My magazine was sued, competition started, then came an offer I
couldn't refuse to assist with the rebirth of Indian Motorcycles. We
displayed the first two Indians at the Tingley Coliseum. When I asked the
man who built the engines, Cyril Batten, how many engines he was building
for the company, he told me two, the two in the Coliseum. Monday I walked
into office and I was fired. That was few days before my wife arrived with
all of our furniture after selling our house in Miami.

I did more investigating and wrote the story for "Easyriders" and
"Motorcycle Industry" magazines. The NM Indian company closed down and filed
bankruptcy but my series of articles, "Made in America" for "Motorcycle
Industry", led to the creation of a second Indian company under the guidance
of Rey Sotello of South County Motorcycles. Rey was successful for a while
but the attacks on me continued.

I was sued by another company who had contracted with me to build and
promote their motorcycle company to keep me from writing about them. I
countersued. They lost and I had the money to start the "Free American
Magazine" and radio show on "Worldwide Shortwave". William Tyree continued
to call in to my show from his prison cell.

At this time I thought it was just business as usual. I succeeded in getting
the "Free American" into national distribution and into Barnes and Noble.
Subscriptions were increasing. Liberty Villages were taking shape. The
militia movement was growing. Yes, the ADL was correct telling Americans I
helped start and promote the Militia in New Mexico. They just didn't tell
you that we met in the Governor's office. We put ourselves under his
command. Hardly a terrorist plot! Then the Federal Building in OKC was blown
up, in my opinion by the BATF, the same organization that attacked and
killed almost 100 men, women and children at Waco. This same organization is
guilty of arming drug dealers in Mexico in an operation called, "Fast and
	Furious".
In the beginning, I had no knowledge as to the extent of the plans and
methods of the New World Order Globalists. I had no idea that an old
biker from Texas would attract so much negative attention. I had no inkling
that the Jewish owned organizations like the ADL and Southern Poverty law
were merely civilian arms of the most extensive, worldwide organized
criminal enterprise in the world. The drug business is more profitable than
	oil!
J.B. Campbell put the Militia into perspective: "The militia was a
movement with a narrow window of opportunity to attack the Council on
Foreign Relations and other Jewish agencies before the movement was
infiltrated by FBI, military and police agents who would ultimately
slaughter scores of federal employees and their children to stop this armed
and potentially powerful phenomenon. The merger contemplated by the Ford
Foundation is obsolete in the literal sense, because, in my opinion the fact
is that America has become the Soviet Union, so an official merger became
	unnecessary."
Mossad, CIA, FBI, BATF, Masons and BAR AttorneysŠ.all agents of the
International Banksters, the ones President Thomas Jefferson, President
Lincoln, Henry Ford, Sen. Joe McCarthy, President John F. Kennedy and
Senator Lindberg tried to stop. Jefferson warned us that if we ever
allowed a private bank to issue our money, the banks and the corporations
that sprang up around them would leave us homeless in the land they had
conquered. These agencies are not looking out for the people's
interests, only the bankster's corrupt system.
"The Gulag Archipelago" is a non-fictional account from and about the
real great holocaust of our century-the imprisonment, brutalization and very
often murder of tens of millions of innocent Soviet citizens by their own
Government, mostly during Stalin's rule from 1929 to 1953." Aleksandr
Solzhenitsyn has called "The Gulag Archipelago" his "main" work, setting it
above the major novels that won him the reputation of Russia's pre-eminent
living writer and the 1970 Nobel Prize. The importance he attaches to the
book, written in 1958-68 is understandable. He spent ten years in that Gulag
	system.

I feel the same kind of emotions. I've been examining and analyzing the
progress of the NWO for several decades. . I feel the same way about my
book, "Mystery Babylon, the New World Order Unveiled". The difference being
that, due to our advanced technology, we are able to communicate what is
happening right now in our lives and world. This is our major advantage in
what is coming. They will intensify their efforts to demonize, marginalize
	and silence dissenters.
As Campbell says, "The US Army is now the Red Army. The US Army and the Red
Army were military partners from 1941 to 1945 and worked closely for another
three years to slaughter millions of helpless Germans and Jew-wise Europeans
until the lucrative Cold War was started. Suddenly, the partners became
"enemies." In a few decades, the Soviet Union had served its purpose and was
dissolved. America then became the Communist monster with no
	counter-balance!"
What Solzhenitsyn tried to communicate to us, from the distant past,
could be summed up in these words of his: "It would have been difficult to
design a path out of communism worse than the one that has been followed."
	Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

We are at that stage right now. We have to design a path out of and around
the Communist style tyranny that even the common man can see forming before
his eyesŠ.a full blown Police State! The United States has more people in
prison than any other country in the world and the drug business fuels the
	prison industries.

The tactics that were used on me are now being directed toward "Veterans
Today" editor Gordon Duff and some of his writers like Mike Harris who will
tell you of the connections between the illegals, the drug industry and the
buildup of the war against the American people that was engineered just like
the war on the German people declared with a full page ad in the New York
Times by Jewish groups in 1933!
Christie Czajkowski tried to warn you that the organizations that
were supposedly against the illegal invasion like the Minutemen, were funded
by the same groups as LaRaza.Š controlled opposition. She had her
daughters taken away from her over a year ago and is still awaiting trial!

	Tuesday Sept 6 Christie Czajkowski UPDATE: Czajkowski Trial Postponed Again;
They try to tell you I'm anti-Semitic. Well, listen to the conversations
I had with Gordon DuffŠoh yeah, Gordon happens to be Jewish.

Wednesday Sept 7 Gordon Duff on Veterans Today The Libyan Thing

The attacks on me and a lot of the guests I have interviewed, many of them
AFTER they appeared on my show, have not abated. Walking into a biker bar
that I have advertised for and frequented for years and suddenly I am told
that I am 86ed (kicked out) permanently. No fight, no trouble in the bar,
just another attack from unknown sources.

Why now and why in the biker community I have been a part of for most of my
	life?

Because my words can no longer be dismissed as conspiracy theories by
mainstream propaganda! And the attention my words have attracted, even with
the intensive blocking of my website in libraries and major companies, like
Intel and Intuit, are not stopping others from forwarding my shows, columns
	and ideas.
Recently I was introduced to and had breakfast with Sheriff Larry Dever
	of Cochise Country, Arizona.
Larry Dever, Joe Arpaio of Maricopa and Paul Babeau of Pinal County are
standing up for the people of their counties and are under a great deal of
pressure. The people want to be secure in their homes and cities. We
voted in a law based on the Federal laws to deal with the problem of
criminal aliens within our borders. At the same time, the Federal Government
joined by a few foreign countries, are suing the State of Arizona to stop
enforcement of the law the people just voted for.

A recent story in the mainstream about the Sheriffs: PHOENIX - "The recent
murder of a Cochise County rancher may provide the best chance in years to
get the federal government to provide greater border security,"according to
	the county sherif .

Larry Dever said the death of Robert Krentz "has put an exclamation point on
the problems that we face and have faced down there for some time." More to
the point, he said, it has "launched a lot of interest that we've been
trying to garner in other ways."

Dever and Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeau were in Washington for a
telephonic press conference with Sens. John McCain and Jon Kyl who were
pushing a 10-point plan for border security. Some of the elements are old,
such as renewing the call the two senators made a year ago to put 3,000
National Guard troops along the border. But there are some other elements
including funding for and expansion of existing federal programs.

"It's just sad and unfortunate it took this event to do that," Dever.

What is happening in these border counties is dangerous and may go a lot
farther than most of us suspect. Paul Babeau sent this message out to fellow
	law enforcement:

	Law Enforcement Leaders,

I wish to express my deep appreciation for your swift and immediate response
in answer to our call for help during our officer involved shooting in
western Pinal County. At approximately 4 PM on April 30th, Deputy Louie
Purrol was tracking six drug smugglers (later known to be armed) in the
remote desert area south of I-8 and west of Casa Grande, when he was
ambushed and shot. Over 200 officers from local, state, tribal nations and
	our federal partners responded.

Your help and support was tremendous and underscored the strength of our
	professional bond.

Though the investigation continues, we have several investigative leads and
have identified three other Mexican Nationals, who are victims (robbed of
cash and personal belongings) of the same suspects that shot Deputy Purrol.

The Border Patrol apprehended two of four (two escaped) illegals along this
smuggling corridor and recovered four fully loaded AK-47s in the three
points area, located along the Pima/Pinal border. Two illegal immigrants
with felony drug trafficking (cocaine) warrants out of the mid-west were

Mike Harris, a former candidate for Governor in Arizona, describes what is
going on here like this, "To recap the obvious problems with the USA/Mexico
relationship, let us begin with the border. Mexico is the primary source for
illegal drugs into the USA. Fully 90% of the illegal drug traffic entering
the USA comes through Mexico. The majority of the drug traffic enters
through the porous Arizona/Mexico border. The State of Arizona has made
passionate and direct appeals to the US Federal Government at every level
for Federal intervention to stop this problem, through effective Federal
enforcement of the border; Arizona's appeals for assistance are not only
ignored but thwarted at every turn.

According to this article the Border Patrol found a rocket launcher, six
assault rifles, a grenade launcher and three packages that might be C-4
explosives along the Rio Grande. Reportedly Border Patrol gave the weapons
to the BATF, the same federal agency that has been caught committing treason
by arming Mexican drug cartels with firearms bought through straw purchases
here in the US with the ATF's encouragement. This is like giving crack to a
crack dealer and asking them to behave. That rocket launcher will be back
	down in Mexico by morning.

Prof. Terry Lovell describes what the Obama Administration has done to our
	Sheriff in Arizona!

The discovery of "Operation Fast and Furious" and the results were
immediately apparent in these border Law Enforcement Officers! The pleas for
assistance and support come from the Sheriffs of our Arizona Counties.
Congress is well aware of the problems here.

As BATF special agent John Dodson told the House Oversight Committee:

"This is not a matter of some weapons that had gotten away from us or
allowing a few to walk so that we could follow them to a much larger
	significant target.

Allowing loads of weapons that we knew to be destined for criminals was the
	plan. This was the mandate.
A subsequent article written by Justin Raimondo sheds even more light on
	this disgusting debacle. Raimondo writes,
"Governments don't allow such large weapons shipments to pass over their
borders to foreign customers without having some foreign policy objective in
mind-and, when it comes to the empire-builders in Washington, what other
purpose could it be than the expansion of the imperial frontiers?

"Brushing aside the official explanation and excuses, when you look at what
Operation Fast and Furious actually accomplished-the arming and
consolidation of a military force currently fighting Mexico's armed forces
-the conclusion that we (Federal Government) are actively involved in
destabilizing the Mexican government is hard to avoid. It is a simple
	statement of fact."

Raimondo continues,"The embattled Mexican government has barely been
able to keep order, as the cartels rampage through the country, slaughtering
thousands and dominating the entire provinces: dead bodies keep turning up
in droves, and it seems like a day hardly passes without some spectacular
display of violence in a major Mexican city.
Whole police forces are deserting, not out of disloyalty but out of fear
-fear that the government is losing its grip and the drug cartels are about
	to take over.
"In this context, to put thousands of weapons in the hands of
highly-organized criminals is inconceivable-unless the plan is to bring the
Mexican government down and create chaos."

Then, Raimondo draws a particularly astute observation by saying, "For
years, our elites have been trying to forge links among the three nations
that make up North America: 'free trade' zones that aren't free,
coordination of military and law enforcement agencies, etc.

Some are even proposing a somewhat loopy-sounding 'North American Union,'
supposedly with its own currency-the 'Amero'-although officials (and the
mainstream media) deny it, claiming it's a rumor started by the hated
	'conspiracists.'
In the face of this criminal conspiracy carried out with the
collaboration of several US government agencies, however, one has to wonder
about the real purpose of "Operation Fast and Furious." With Mexico at
the mercy of US-armed drug gangs, and the central government in Mexico City
about to lose control, the introduction of US troops to 'keep order' is
entirely within the realm of possibility.

In that case, the North American Union will become a reality, in fact if not
in the formal sense and the latter can be arranged quickly enough.
"Call me a 'conspiracist,' if it makes you feel better, but when it comes
to the crack-brained schemes of our wise rulers, it seems to me there's no
limit to their ability to sow tragedy and terror wherever they tread.

They did it in Iraq, they're doing it in Afghanistan, and they've been doing
it for decades throughout the world-why should Mexico be immune?"

OK! You have heard from the highest Constitutional Law Enforcement officers.
How about the Hispanic leaders in this country? I will let them tell you

HERE ARE ALL THE DEVELOPED NATIONS OF THE WORLD THAT OFFER BIRTHRIGHT
CITIZENSHIP TO THE BABIES OF TOURISTS AND ILLEGAL ALIENS:

	1. United States - That's right, every other modern developed nation in the
world has gotten rid of birthright citizenship policies. Yet, most of U.S.
News media and politicians the last two weeks have ridiculed the comments by
some other politicians that it is time for the U.S. To put an end to
birthright citizenship for tourists and illegal aliens.

NO OTHER COUNTRIES (ZERO-NONE-ZILCH) Folks, the U.S. Stands alone. There
used to be all kinds of Developed countries that gave away their citizenship
as freely as we do in the U.S. But one by one they all have recognized the
	folly of that policy.
This is not just a conspiracy theory. It is not racist. This is about
an undeclared war on the white Christian citizens of the United States and
the administration of our current unconstitutional, Pretender President is
	responsible.
Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne accused the Obama administration
Tuesday of trying to thwart Arizona's voter-ID laws in a bid to get more
illegal immigrants to the polls - presumably to cast ballots for the
	president and Democrats.
Horne acknowledged that a brief filed by the Department of Justice in a case
to be heard next month by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals centers
around the agency's argument that Arizona's law requiring proof of
citizenship to register is pre-empted by federal law. But Horne, a
Republican, told Capitol Media Services he sees something more sinister.
"I think the motive is that the more illegals that vote, the better the
Obama administration thinks it will do,'' he said.

As proof, Horne pointed out that the Department of Justice did not file its
friend of the court brief until just last week. That is nearly three years
after the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund and others first
	challenged the law.

More to the point, Horne said, is that the administration waited until
virtually the last minute: The case is set to be heard in just two weeks.
	Executive Summary by FAIR
Analysis of the latest Census data indicates that Arizona's illegal
immigrant population is costing the state's taxpayers about $1.3 billion per
year for education, medical care and incarceration. Even if the estimated
tax contributions of illegal immigrant workers are subtracted, net outlays
still amount to about $1.3 billion per year. The annual fiscal burden
borne by Arizonans amounts to more than $700 per household headed by a
	native-born resident.

This analysis looks specifically at the costs of education, health care and
incarceration because they represent the largest cost areas and because a
1994 study conducted by the Urban Institute, which also examined these same
costs, provides a useful baseline for comparison ten years later. Other
studies have been conducted in the interim, showing trends that support the
	conclusions of this report.

As this report will note, other significant costs associated with illegal
immigration exist and should be taken into account by federal and state
officials. But even without accounting for all of the multitude of areas in
which costs are being incurred by Arizona taxpayers, the programs analyzed
in this study indicate that the burden is substantial and that the costs are
	rapidly increasing.
The $1.3 billion in costs incurred by Arizona taxpayers is comprised of
	outlays in the following areas:

Education. Based on estimates of the illegal immigrant population in Arizona
and documented costs of K-12 schooling, Arizonans spend approximately $820
million annually on education for illegal immigrant children and for their
	U.S.-born siblings.

Health Care. Uncompensated medical outlays for health care provided to
the state's illegal alien population is now estimated at about $400 million
	a year.

Incarceration. The cost of incarcerating illegal aliens in Arizona prisons
and jails amounts to about $80 million a year (not including the monetary
costs of the crimes that led to their incarceration). The unauthorized
immigrant population pays some state and local taxes that go toward
offsetting these costs, but they do not come near to matching the expenses.
The total of such payments might generously be estimated at $257 million per
	year.

The fiscal costs of illegal immigration do not end with these three major
cost items. The total costs of illegal immigration to the state's taxpayers
would be considerably higher if other costs such as special English
instruction, school nutrition programs, or welfare benefits for American
workers displaced by illegal alien workers were added into the equation. The
report is available in PDF. The Costs of Illegal Immigration to Arizonans

Several months ago, I was approached by a lady organizing a rally project in
association with Sheriff Dever of Cochise County. She wanted my help to
bring 1000-1200 bikers together to put on a rally in Cochise County to help
make people aware of the problems our border sheriffs are facing daily. I
said I could help but cautioned her that the Arizona border issues and
obtaining biker support would be delicate and the publicity had to be such
that it would not bring the propaganda machine down on the event and turn
the bikers off from supporting this worthy cause. The rally is now scheduled
for 11-11-11. That combination of numbers will only occur one time this
century! I agreed to help with this event but I wanted the emphasis to be on
the veterans and they agreed. The event has turned into a 3-day event which
will run from Benson all the way down to Douglas with the Historic Gadsden
Hotel giving half-price on its rooms to participants in the event. The
event, vendors and speakers will be at the Arena Bar in Benson. Tucson,
Sierra Vista and Tombstone Harley Davidson dealers will be the main ticket
outlets. The City of Tombstone is considering opening a major street to the
bikers during the first day of the event. More places to go and things to
see in Cochise County will be available at the event.
Sheriff Dever wanted to hold the event on Veterans Day 11-11-11. That
combination of numbers will only occur one time this Century! I agreed to
help him but I wanted the emphasis to be on the Veterans. I believe our
Veterans are the main line of defense of this country. They have been train
and they have the experience. All they need is our support and backing.

It has turned into a 3 day event that will run from Benson all the way down

Following is the plan and the initial flyer for the Event now up on my
	Website.

BIKERS, COWBOYS & VETERANS, WORKING TOGETHER WITH OUR FARMERS, RANCHERS AND
CITY FOLK TO REBUILD OUR RURAL ECONOMIES AND STRENGTHEN OUR LIBERTY AND
	INDEPENDENCE!

I decided, rather than allow the government and supporters of illegal
immigration to use their usual tactics, name calling, demonization and
misdirection, I would incorporate parts of Obama's plans as a basis of
action, specifically his latest Executive order and Jobs plan. These plans
are not perfect and in some ways deceptive, but they provide a platform that
our legitimate, pro-Constitution representatives like Sheriff Larry Dever
	and Sheriff Paul Babeau use.
Here is legislation that will help to solve the problem before it is
escalated into a full blown border war and illustrates the severity of the
	problems we confronting!

The House Judiciary Committee began its markup of Chairman Lamar Smith's
national E-Verify bill, the Legal Workforce Act. The Committee will continue
its work next week ultimately ending with a vote on the bill late Wednesday
or Thursday. In his opening statement, Chairman Smith explained why passing
this legislation is so critical. "Twenty-three million Americans are
unemployed or can't find full-time work. At the same time, seven million
people are working illegally. These jobs should go to American citizens and
legal workers. Š The Legal Workforce Act could open up millions of jobs for
unemployed Americans by requiring employers to use E-Verify."

Immigration Subcommittee Chairman Elton Gallegly, who is an original
cosponsor of the legislation, discussed the impact H.R.2885 would have on
ending the jobs magnet. "In my view, this bill by making E-Verify employment
verification system mandatory represents the single most important step
Congress can take in significantly eliminating the number of illegal
immigrants to enter and work in our country."

The Federal Government knows the potential of our rural Counties.
	PRESIDENT OBAMA'S EXECUTIVE ORDER 13575 JUNE 9, 2011

Section 1. Policy. Sixteen percent of the American population lives in rural
counties. Strong, sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the
future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years ahead. These
communities supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural
resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation.
Though rural communities face numerous challenges, they also present
	enormous economic potential!

WE AGREE WITH THAT MUCH! LET'S PUT OUR VETS TO WORK ON OUR FARMS AND RANCHES
IN COCHISE COUNTY! We can do that county by county and do not need the
Federal Government involved in our local affairs

Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric K. Shinseki on the American Jobs Act

"Yesterday, the President sent the American Jobs Act to Congress for
consideration. With the American Jobs Act, the President is again
demonstrating unwavering support of Veterans and of business by putting
forward an aggressive plan that will help create new jobs for Veterans and
	boost the American economy.
"By providing tax credits from $5,600 to $9,600 to encourage businesses
to hire unemployed Veterans, the American Jobs Act not only helps put more
Veterans back to work, it sends a message that a grateful Nation honors
their service and sacrifice. Congress should pass this bill as soon as
	possible.
This Jobs bill is flawed and I am not recommending that Congress pass it but
the concept of hiring Veterans to assist in the maintenance and protection
of our farmers and ranchers is a good idea! If they pass it those credits
should go to the Farmers and Ranchers who participate!

The plan I came up with right before my "accident" for Liberty Villages is
adaptable and suitable to solve many of the problems we currently face. Many
of the Ranchers and Farmers I have talked with have three main problems.
Interference from the Federal Government, more restrictions and controls to
bring about an Agenda 21 Communist program to promote the Ninth Plank on the
Communist Manifesto, Corporate Farms, GMO terminator seeds and a lack of
young people to work on the farms and ranches. "How ya gonna get 'em back
down on the farm after they have seen LA?" Hollywood programming.

The Liberty Village concept is simple and will work all the way across the
country if we can do it in one county or state. I asked myself how we lived
in the Nineteenth Century and the ten thousand years before. The answer was
given us by author Richard Kelly Hoskins who said the foundation of every
civilization was the self-sufficient family farm.
We survived the Great Depression reasonably well because 40% of the
American people lived and worked on farms and Ranches. Today that numbers is
	about 5%.
The Elite have a plan, so do we. Theirs is Divide and Conquer! Mine?
People working together to become more self-sufficient, healthier because
they are eating the right food and safe because the Veterans will be working
within the various communities, with farmers, ranchers, hippies and bikers,
like Today's Cowboys will be carrying a message of love, hope and community.
Grow natural organic food, generate our own power, low cost structures and
work together under the guidance and tutelage of our Farmers and Ranchers to
	restore our nation!

One ranch or farm with a low cost Liberty Village on it will set off a chain
reaction across the country with a strong message that WE, the citizens of
our respective Counties, are backing our Sheriffs, our Veterans, our Farmers
	and Ranchers.

BIKERS, COWBOYS & VETERANS, WORKING TOGETHER WITH OUR FARMERS, RANCHERS AND
CITY FOLK TO REBUILD OUR RURAL ECONOMIES AND STRENGTHEN OUR LIBERTY AND
	INDEPENDENCE!

Involuntarily a song by David Allan Coe popped into my mind. "Where bikers
stare at cowboys who are laughing at the hippies, who are praying they'll
	get out of here alive!"

	Mr. Douglas,

How does a veteran become involved in this event, etc.?

I'm not able to ride a motorcycle anymore (100% Disabled Vet), but I would
still like information about possibly being a part of this event! Maybe even
driving my truck in it if possible.

I have a few more questions about this whole situation, if we can talk
sometime? I believe Mr. Duff has my email address, so feel free to contact
	me.

I also have no problem putting the word out in the St. Louis Area!

	Thank you.

What you're saying sounds good and makes much sense. Ultimately, the only
solution is to network and organize with your family, friends, and neighbors
in your own communities. If that can be accomplished, then the communities
can get together, but you can't build anything of value from the top down.

If every country has gotten rid of birthright policies, why are there so

Because they have come from other countries, and are not required to
renounce their citizenship of that country. The US used to enforce
renunciation of all other citizenships on becoming a US Citizen, but a case
was brought to court by a US/Canadian dual citizen and the law was
	overturned.
This has allowed all the "Dual Citizens" into high positions in the US
	Government.
And you know the rest Š.

4.Mike Kay: Over the years, I have heard small voices telling us that the

NDAA S.1867 U.S.House Modified & Tried to Hide Indefinite Detention !!
The U.S. House of Representative voted in favor of NDAA S.1867 (the
House version (H.R 1540) after modifying it from having the part saying
U.S. army could arrest U.S. Citizens with no charges and hold
indefinitely without the right to a Trial that was in section 1031 in
the S.1867 version and spread it out over sections 1031 / 1032 / 1033 in
the House H.R.1540 version making it harder to find and understand ! --

NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012
U.S. Citizens Still Subject to Detention w/out Trial in Final
Version of Defense Bill
Posted on December 14, 2011 by Dr. Eowyn | 11 Comments
The House and Senate Armed Services Committees met last Monday to
"reconcile" the two respective versions of the National Defense
Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2012 which the House (HR 1540)
and the Senate (S 1867) had passed.
It appears they've removed U.S. citizens from S. 1867 Section 1031?s
arrest and detention without charge or trial.
--- " But then, it doesn't "? ---
Donna Cassata of the AP reports, Dec. 13, 2011:
WASHINGTON -Â Congress is pressing ahead with a massive $662
billion defense bill that requires military custody for terrorism
suspects linked to al-Qaida, including those captured within the U.S.,
with lawmakers hoping their last-minute revisions will mollify President
Barack Obama and eliminate a veto threat.
Leaders of the House and Senate Armed Services Committees announced
late Monday that they had reached agreement on the policy-setting
legislation that had gotten caught up in an escalating fight on whether
to treat suspected terrorists as prisoners of war or criminals in the
civilian justice system. [...]
The lawmakers said they hoped the House and Senate could vote on the
final bill by Thursday and send it to the president.
The issue of how to handle captured terrorist suspects has divided
Obama's senior national security officials and Congress, as well as
Democrats and Republicans.
The administration insists that military, law enforcement and
intelligence officials need flexibility in prosecuting the war on
terror. Obama points to his administration's successes in eliminating
Osama bin Laden and radical Islamic cleric Anwar al-Awlaki. Republicans
counter that their efforts are necessary to respond to an evolving,
post-Sept. 11 threat, and that Obama has failed to produce a consistent
policy on handling terror suspects.
The bill would require that the military take custody of a suspect
deemed to be a member of al-Qaida or its affiliates who is involved in
plotting or committing attacks on the United States, with an exemption
for U.S. citizens.
Several paragraphs after that, however, there's this paragraph:
The legislation would deny suspected terrorists, even U.S. citizens
seized within the nation's borders, the right to trial and subject them
to indefinite detention. The lawmakers made no changes to that language.
I'm thoroughly confused. I will need to find and read the final
"reconciled" version of the NDAA, but the bill is not yet available on
the Library of Congress' Thomas website.
At this point, it looks to me that this "reconciled" version has
retained S. 1867?s Sections 1031 and 1032. The "exemption for U.S.
citizens" pertains to Sec. 1032; the indefinite detention and denial of
the right to trial to "even U.S. citizens" pertains to S.1867?s Sec.
1031 — the same Sec. 1031 that we find so problematic and threatening.
Nothing's changed.
So much for conservatives putting our hopes in Congressman Allen West,
who's a member of the "conference committee" that produced this
reconciled version of the NDAA. If you need more confirmation that Allen
West is an enemy of freedom, listen to Glenn Beck's radio interview of
West on the NDAA yesterday. Go here. I heard it live and was ready to
spit nails.
Allen West also voted for the Budget Control Act of 2011, the passage of
which immediately increased our national debt ceiling by $2+ trillion.
I will do everything I can to see that Allen West does not get
re-elected.

	UPDATE III: The Senate

	rejected the Udall amendment 38-60.
While nearly all Americans head to family and friends to celebrate
Thanksgiving, the Senate is gearing up for a vote on Monday or Tuesday that
goes to the very heart of who we are as Americans. The Senate will be voting
on a bill that will direct American military resources not at an enemy
shooting at our military in a war zone, but at American citizens and other
civilians far from any battlefield — even people in the United States
	itself.

Senators need to hear from you, on whether you think
your front yard is part of a “battlefield” and if any president can send the
military anywhere in the world to imprison civilians without charge or
	trial.
The Senate is going to vote on whether Congress will give this
	president—and every future president —

the power to order the military to pick up and imprison without charge
or trial civilians anywhere in the world. Even Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas)
raised his concerns about the NDAA detention provisions during last night’s
Republican debate. The power is so broad that even U.S. citizens could be
swept up by the military and the military could be used far from any
battlefield, even within the United States itself.

The worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial provision is
in S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act bill, which will be on
	the Senate floor on Monday.

The bill was drafted in secret by Sens. Carl Levin (D-Mich.) and John
McCain (R-Ariz.) and passed in a closed-door committee meeting, without even
	a single hearing.
I know it sounds incredible. New powers to use the military worldwide,
even within the United States? Hasn’t anyone told the Senate that Osama bin
Laden is dead, that the president is pulling all of the combat troops out of
Iraq and trying to figure out how to get combat troops out of Afghanistan
too? And American citizens and people picked up on American or Canadian or
British streets being sent to military prisons indefinitely without even
being charged with a crime. Really? Does anyone think this is a good idea?
	And why now?
The answer on why now is nothing more than election season politics. The
White House, the Secretary of Defense, and the Attorney General have all
said that the indefinite detention provisions in the National Defense
Authorization Act are harmful and counterproductive.

The White House has even threatened a veto. But Senate politics has
propelled this bad legislation to the Senate floor.
	But there is

a way to stop this dangerous legislation. Sen. Mark Udall (D-Colo.) is
	offering the

Udall Amendment that will delete the harmful provisions and replace them
with a requirement for an orderly Congressional review of detention power.
The Udall Amendment will make sure that the bill matches up with American
	values.
In support of this harmful bill, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) explained
that the bill will “basically say in law for the first time that the
homeland is part of the battlefield” and people can be imprisoned without
charge or trial “American citizen or not.” Another supporter, Sen. Kelly
Ayotte (R-N.H.) also declared that the bill is needed because “America is
	part of the battlefield.”
	The solution is the

Udall Amendment; a way for the Senate to say no to indefinite detention
without charge or trial anywhere in the world where any president decides to
use the military. Instead of simply going along with a bill that was drafted
in secret and is being jammed through the Senate,

the Udall Amendment deletes the provisions and sets up an orderly review
of detention power. It tries to take the politics out and put American
	values back in.
In response to proponents of the indefinite detention legislation who
contend that the bill “applies to American citizens and designates the world
as the battlefield,” and that the “heart of the issue is whether or not the
United States is part of the battlefield,” Sen. Udall disagrees, and says
that we can win this fight

without worldwide war and worldwide indefinite detention.
The senators pushing the indefinite detention proposal have made their
goals very clear that they want an okay for a worldwide military
battlefield, that even extends to your hometown. That is an extreme position
that will forever change our country.
Now is the time to stop this bad idea.

Please urge your senators to vote YES on the Udall Amendment to the National
	Defense Authorization Act.
UPDATE I: Don’t be confused by anyone claiming that the
indefinite detention legislation does not apply to American citizens. It
does. There is an exemption for American citizens from the mandatory
detention requirement (section 1032 of the bill), but no exemption for
American citizens from the authorization to use the military to indefinitely
detain people without charge or trial (section 1031 of the bill). So, the
result is that, under the bill, the military has the power to indefinitely
imprison American citizens, but it does not have to use its power unless
	ordered to do so.
But you don’t have to believe us. Instead, read what one of the bill’s
	sponsors, Sen.
Lindsey Graham said about it on the Senate floor: “1031, the statement
of authority to detain, does apply to American citizens and it designates
the world as the battlefield, including the homeland.”
There you have it — indefinite military detention of American citizens
without charge or trial. And the Senate is likely to vote on it Monday or
	Tuesday.
UPDATE II: The debate on NDAA has begun.

Your Senator needs to hear from you RIGHT NOW! >>

Frontier Gibberish John McCain: Military Strips Citizens Of Their Miranda
Rights ~ S.B. 1867 – McCain vs. Rand Paul
JOHN MCCAIN SAYS THE TERRORISTS RELEASED AT GUANTANAMO BAY GO BACK TO FIGHT
OUR SOLDIERS. THEREFORE, WE MUST TAKE AMERICAN MIRANDA RIGHTS AWAY AND GET READY
TO PUT THE MILITARY ONTO AMERICA’S STREETS IN VIOLATION OF THE Posse
Comitatus Act.
NOW I ASK YOU, “WHO CAN ARGUE WITH THAT?”
Watch Here As McCain diverts the question from Senator Paul and gives the
generalized summary w/o addressing “suspect” which is in S.B. 1867. A provision
of S. 1867, or the National Defense Authorization Act bill, written by Senators
John McCain and Carl Levin, declares American soil a battlefield
and allows the President and all future Chief Executives to order the military
to arrest and detain American citizens, innocent or not, without charge or
trial.
Due Process Miranda Rights For Terrorists But Not For American
Citizens!
This bill was written in secret and approved by committee without a single
hearing. Senate Republicans support the bill and enough Democrats support it to
give it a great chance of passing. This provision does have opponents. President
Obama has threatened to veto the bill and even Ron Paul is concerned enough to
bring it up during one of the GOP debates. An amendment called the Udall
Amendment has been offered by Democratic Senator Mark Udall that would delete
the dangerous provision.
If you are an American citizen, protect your constitutional rights. Call your
senator and tell them to approve of the Udall Amendment. No American citizen
should be arrested by the military and held indefinitely without charge or
trial. It’s not conducive to American values and would give the military and the
government more power over the American citizenry. The last time Americans had
to deal with an overreaching military was during the Revolutionary era. Because
of that, the Founders included the 3rd Amendment to ban the quartering of troops
during times of war and peace. Once again, Americans are under threat of dealing
with a military that has more power than it should have. And it could cost us
most of the freedoms we tend to take for granted.
America is NOT a battlefield. America is a free country and American citizens
should not ever be arrested by the military and certainly not without being
charged or getting a trial. This provision would cast aside the Constitution and
put the liberties of American citizens here at home and around the world at
serious risk. Please call your senator or visit this link, because this is a
risk Americans cannot afford to take.
Addicting Info
Recently I reported on the
highly controversial bill S. 1253, the
National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for the fiscal year of 2012 which
was introduced back in June.
This bill was replaced by the one introduced on the 15th
of November,
S. 1867. Today Senator
Rand Paul of Kentucky and Senator John McCain of Arizona faced off on the
floor of the Senate over a proposed amendment to S. 1867.
The minimal coverage this bill is getting in the corporate-controlled
establishment media, especially when it comes to the massive danger it poses to
everything America was built upon, is nothing short of deplorable.
This amendment would, according to
Senator Paul, put “every single American citizen at risk.” Paul rightly
pointed out that if the amendment were to pass, “the terrorists have won.”
I couldn’t agree more and this is the major fact that McCain and far too many
others in Washington seem to miss. Or, equally likely, McCain and others are
well aware of the erosion of civil liberties and have no interest in stopping
it.
John McCain is a man who revels in death and suffering in true sociopathic
style:
joking about bombing Iran, calling for
military operations in Syria, and
supporting the murderous and thoroughly racist al Qaeda-affiliated Libyan rebels.
McCain is the epitome of Washington doublethink: in Libya, al Qaeda is good.
Yet, is al Qaeda still the biggest threat to humanity, so much so that it
justifies turning the entire world into a theater of war in which all rights are
suspended in the name of the war on terror?
Senator Paul argued against the amendment to S. 1867 that McCain co-sponsored
by
saying, “Should we err today and remove some of the most important checks on
state power in the name of fighting terrorism, well then the terrorists have
won. [D]etaining
American citizens without a court trial is not American.”
Unfortunately, the
PATRIOT Act has already removed “some of the most important checks on state
power in the name of fighting terrorism,” but there are very few politicians who
will put their careers on their line in saying this fact.
McCain quickly attempted to defend the amendment he’s been peddling on the
Senate floor by saying, “Facts are stubborn things. If the senator from Kentucky
wants to have a situation prevail where people who are released go back in to
the fight to kill Americans, he is entitled to his opinion.”
This is the typical, “Either you’re with us, or you’re with the terrorists,”
fallacious logic employed by those in Washington who will take every opportunity
to exploit the non-threat of terrorism as a method of control and erosion of
civil liberties.
McCain, who is the ranking member of the
Senate Armed Services Committee, is a member of the camp of individuals who
either lie on a regular basis while knowing the facts, or are so deluded and
removed from reality that they actually fear the al Qaeda bogeyman.
Senator McCain, just like the non-profit groups that are directly linked to
the Department of Homeland Security, promotes
a fear of terrorism that is completely at odds with the facts, using this
climate of fear and paranoia to justify otherwise unacceptable legislation like
S. 1867 and the PATRIOT Act.
McCain’s proposed amendment would allow the executive branch, which has
already murdered American citizens abroad without so much as a single charge,
to have power over whether a suspect is put through the civilian court system or
through the military tribunal system.
Military tribunals are the complete antithesis of the civilian justice
system, and putting American citizens through such a system would signal the
death of everything the American justice system was built upon.
The most dangerous aspect of S. 1867 is not only that it could subject
American citizens to military tribunals and detention, but also that individuals
could be imprisoned indefinitely without charge or trial.
Even if this was not used on American citizens, it represents a deplorable
move that would only make the rest of the world hate us that much more, knowing
that it is explicitly allowed for the American government to snatch up people
and detain them forever without charge or trial.
If any other government were to even consider engaging in such behavior,
people like Hillary Clinton who laughably claim to support human rights, would
likely decry such moves.
Yet, the nonsensical logic of American exceptionalism makes people like
McCain think that America has the right to operate outside of the rule of law
(not to mention common decency and respect for other human beings) at home and
abroad, so long as it is supposedly to combat terrorism.
Senator Paul countered McCain’s absurd assertion by saying, “I don’t think it
necessarily follows I am arguing of the release of prisoners. I am simply
arguing that particularly American citizens should not be sent to a foreign
prison without due process.”
It amazes me that any such thing would have to even be argued. The
Constitution is supposed to protect us from such egregious breaches of our
inalienable rights; and our so-called representatives take an oath to protect
the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic.
It is now clear that the true enemies of the Constitution, the ones that
truly put our liberties in danger, are domestic.
They wear expensive suits and happily stroll through the halls of power in
Washington, seemingly confident that they will not be treated as the traitorous
criminals that they are.
McCain is one of these traitors who are launching an all-out assault on our
way of life and our civil rights, S. 1867 is just the most recent, and most
virulent, manifestation of this.
“An individual, no matter who they are, if they pose a threat to the security
of the United States of America, should not be allowed to continue that threat,”
McCain said in defense of his attack on our rights.
“We need to take every stop necessary to prevent that from happening, that’s
for the safety and security of the men and women who are out there risking their
lives … in our armed services,” McCain added.
The real people who put the men and women in our armed services at risk are
warmongers like McCain who happily put Americans in the line of fire in order to
keep their
war profiteering cronies satisfied.
44 Republican Senators and 15 Democrats along with one Independent voted to
keep the new detainee provisions in the NDAA, with Senator Paul and Senator Mark
Kirk of Illinois being among the few Republicans who broke party ranks and sided
with a majority of Democrats who voted to block the new provisions.
Paul argued, “If these provisions pass, we could see American citizens being
sent to Guantanamo Bay,” while Republican Senator Lindsey Graham countered, “To
be clear: These provisions do not apply to U.S. citizens.”

Did that stop the American government from murdering a citizen of the United
States in Yemen in a drone attack?
No, in fact,
the National Security Council’s secret death panel makes these decisions
outside of all legislation and accountability, so Graham’s claim that it
wouldn’t apply to American citizens is hollow, at best.
A couple of days ago Glenn Greenwald, a journalist for Salon and a
former Constitutional and civil rights lawyer
tweeted a very similar sentiment:
With very few exceptions, the McCain-Levin bill, awful though it is,
doesn’t create any powers beyond what the O[bama] Admin[istration] thinks it
	now has.
The problem is that this bill would make it explicitly legal for the United
States to conduct the horrific operations they have already been carrying out.
If this were to pass, there would be absolutely nothing standing in the way
of the governmentrounding up dissidents who they could easily label terrorists
or individuals planning/supporting terrorism (given the absurdly broad
definition used).
They could then imprison them without charge or trial for however long they
please, and if they have their way, they would be able to openly torture them,
not just the torture deceptively labeled “enhanced interrogation” but torture
that can go by no other name.
Of course, that is not to diminish the fact that the tactics now employed by
the CIA and others are indeed torture. Just ask people like conservative radio
host Mancow who
was waterboarded and came to the conclusion that it is indeed torture after
having held the complete opposite opinion previously.
Or if that isn’t enough proof, take the Vanity Fair
article written by Christopher Hitchens in which he describes his experience
being waterboarded which brought him to the exact same conclusion: waterboarding
is torture.
Even Bahrain ostensibly has
more democratic accountability for torture, although I think we all know
that is about as legitimate as calling waterboarding “enhanced interrogation.”
McCain
laughably claimed that the changes would “help defend our nation against the
threat posed by al Qaeda while upholding our values and honoring our
Constitution.”
This is especially hilarious given that McCain said that the al
Qaeda-affiliated Libyan rebels “inspired
the world” in carrying out their bloody revolution.
Does McCain actually believe that he has the power to pick and choose when
individuals and groups directly linked to al Qaeda are good or bad?
How can they actually reconcile such absurdist moral relativism? Personally,
I don’t think that McCain can actually believe the things he says unless he has
actually been able to eliminate every bit of sense and logic that is innate in
human beings.
To the many people commenting and emailing me claiming that this is overblown
and it will not apply to American citizens, you might want to listen to
Republican Senator Lindsey Graham’s own words on the Senate floor.
“In summary here, [section] 1032, the military custody provision, which has
waivers and a lot of flexibility doesn’t apply to American citizens. [Section]
1031, the statement of authority to detain does apply to American citizens, and
it designates the world as the battlefield including the homeland,” Graham said.
Is there really anything even remotely unclear here? Our government is making
the final strides towards turning the brutal military apparatus that has
slaughtered so many people abroad in the name of “freedom” back to our own
people.
What we are witnessing now is truly historic, the American government is
trying to explicitly codify the ability to detain Americans without trial or
charge in a military facility under military rule with military tribunals.
In fact,
The Washington Post reported on the usage of aerial drones
domestically in January of this year along with
Homeland Security News Wire.
Currently, law enforcement agencies supposedly have to seek out emergency
authorization from the FAA to use drones, which, according to The Washington
Post is “only occasionally” granted.
The new FAA regulations coupled with turning the United States into a
battlefield in which all Americans could be enemy combatants is dangerous, to
say the least.
Given the fact that our current administration under the traitorous warmonger
Barack Obama has no problem
killing children with drones abroad, do we really think that they wouldn’t
conduct such operations at home?
To an administration that commits extrajudicial executions of American
citizens – and their
16-year-old child who was born in Denver, Colorado – is anything off the
table?
The unfortunate and thoroughly disturbing reality is that our government has
no problem carrying out such operations and S. 1867 would just make it that much
easier by codifying it and creating an explicit legal apparatus through which
they can operate.
I highly recommend that you explore at least some of the 344 proposed
amendments for S. 1867 in the Library of Congress’ Thomas system which can be
found
here.
You can track all of the updates on the act with the amendments organized by
date on
this Library of Congress page.
As you can tell, the 28th was by far the busiest day so far in the
life of S. 1867 with over 100 amendments considered in that single day, although
this very well might be beat in coming days when our so-called representatives
continue to debate turning the United States into a giant battlefield.
UPDATE: If the ridiculous assault on our inalienable rights
embodied by S. 1867 wasn’t enough, the Senate is also considering
repealing the anti-torture measures currently in place (lax though they may
be).
This flies in the face of the fact that
torture does not provide actionable intelligence or anything even remotely
reliable unless you’re looking for a false confession to anything from terrorism
to the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.
This bill must be stopped if we want to preserve anything that America is
supposed to stand for. The PATRIOT Act was a crippling blow to the Constitution
but S. 1867 would be the death of every last bastion of hope and freedom that
was left after the vicious attacks on our civil liberties that have brought us
to this point.

While I argue that we already live in a
police state, based on the
citizen spying programs,
ludicrous amounts of domestic surveillance, collection and storage of
massive amounts of biometric information, and the
Department of Homeland Security’s invisible surveillance state (just to
mention a few) the passage of this bill would bring about a new dangerous
paradigm in America.
Even if it was sold as something that wouldn’t apply to American citizens,
like the PATRIOT Act was sold as a counterterrorism bill, it would undoubtedly
be used against us regardless of these claims, just as the PATRIOT Act has been
utilized in cases wholly unrelated to terrorism.
Even the officials from the Department of Justice readily admit that the
PATRIOT Act is being used against non-terrorist American citizens.
As you will see in the above video, they admit that the PATRIOT Act is used
in cases completely unrelated to terrorism.
Is anyone really naïve enough to believe that the government will actually
restrict the usage of S. 1867 to terrorists and not Americans who stand up to
their corrupt, out of control, and wholly illegitimate criminal government?
To make matters even worse, the usage of drones in the United States is being
considered by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

The Los Angeles Times recently reported that the FAA plans to
propose new rules this coming January, which would give free license to
police departments and other domestic agencies to use them in the United
	States.

Yet, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), or drones, have been used by law
enforcement in the United States for some time now.

Montanans Launch Recall of Senators Who Approved NDAA Military
Detention. Merry Christmas, US Senate
Ralph Lopez Special to Salem-News.com
The issue of federal official recall has never reached the
federal courts.
(HELENA) - Moving quickly on Christmas Day after the US
Senate voted
86 - 14 to pass the National Defense Authorization Act of 2011 (NDAA) which
allows for the indefinite military detention of American citizens without charge
or trial, Montanans have announced the launch of recall campaigns against
Senators Max Baucus and Jonathan Tester, who voted for the bill.

Montana is
one of nine states with provisions that say that the right of recall extends
to recalling members of its federal congressional delegation, pursuant to
Montana Code 2-16-603, on the grounds of physical or mental lack of fitness,
incompetence, violation of oath of office, official misconduct, or conviction of
certain felony offenses.
Section 2 of Montana Code 2-16-603 reads:
"(2) A public officer holding an elective office may be
recalled by the qualified electors entitled to vote for the elective officer's
successor."
The website
Ballotpedia.org cites eight other states which allow for the recall of
elected federal officials: Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, North
Dakota, Oregon, and Wisconsin. New Jersey's federal recall law was struck down
when a NJ state judge ruled that "the federal Constitution does not allow states
the power to recall U.S. senators," despite the fact the Constitution explicitly
allows, by not disallowing ("prohibited" in the Tenth Amendment,) the states the
power to recall US senators and congressmen:
	"The powers not...prohibited...are reserved to
the States...or to the people." - Tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
The issue of federal official
recall has never reached the federal courts.
Montana law requires grounds
for recall to be stated which show conformity to the allowed grounds for recall.
The draft language of the Montana petitions, "reason for recall" reads:
"The Sixth Amendment of the
U.S. Constitution guarantees all U.S citizens:
"a speedy and public trial, by
an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been
committed..."
The National Defense
Authorization Act of 2011 (NDAA 2011) permanently abolishes the Sixth Amendment
right to a jury trial, "for the duration of hostilities" in the War on Terror,
which was defined by President George W. Bush as "task which does not end" to a
joint session of Congress on September 20, 2001.
Those who voted Aye on December
15th, 2011, Bill of Rights Day, for NDAA 2011 have attempted to grant powers
which cannot be granted, which violate both the spirit and the letter of the
Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
The Montana Recall Act stipulates that
officials including US senators can only be recalled for physical or mental lack
of fitness, incompetence, violation of the oath of office, official misconduct,
or conviction of a felony offense. We the undersigned call for a recall election
to be held for Senator Max S. Baucus [and Senator Jonathan Tester] and charge
that he has violated his oath of office, to protect and defend the United States
Constitution."
Montana residents William Crain and Stewart Rhodes are
spearheading the drive. Mr. Crain is an artist. Mr. Rhodes is an attorney, Yale
Law School graduate, and the national president of the organization Oath
Keepers, who are military and law enforcement officers, both former and active
duty, who vow to uphold their Oath to the US Constitution and to disobey illegal
orders which constitute attacks on their fellow citizens. Rhodes said:
"These politicians from both parties betrayed our trust, and violated the
oath they took to defend the Constitution. It's not about the left or right,
it's about our Bill of Rights. Without the Bill of Rights, there is no
America. It is the Crown Jewel of our Constitution, and the high-water mark
	of Western Civilization."
Rhodes noted that:
"Two time Medal of Honor winner Marine General
Smedley Butler once said "There are only two things we should fight for. One
is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. Time to
	fight. "
Butler famously ended his career as a Marine General by
touring the country with his speech and book denouncing war,
"War is a Racket."Butler
confessed that he had spent most of his life as a "high class muscle man for Big
Business, for Wall Street and the bankers...a racketeer, a gangster for
capitalism..."
Eighteen states at present have recall laws, most of which do
not apply to federal officials. For these and other states to recall federal
officials, state legislatures would have to first pass or amend such laws.
Rising on the House floor to oppose the bill based on the
military detention provisions for Americans, Rep. Tom McClintock said before the
House vote:
	" today, we who have

sworn fealty to that Constitution sit to consider a bill that affirms a
power contained in no law and that has the full potential to crack the
		very foundation of American liberty."

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders said in opposing the final
	NDAA:

”This bill also contains misguided provisions that in the name of
fighting terrorism essentially authorize the indefinite imprisonment of
		American citizens without charges.”

And in a New York Times op-ed piece by two retired four-star
U.S. Marine generals, Charles Krulak and Joseph Hoar, Krulak and Hoar said that
"Due process would be a thing of the past."
Montana would be the first recall drive to be launched as a
result of the vote for the NDAA military detentions provisions. A number of
Facebook pages appeared after the passage of the bill from locations across the
country.

40 Members of Congress Protest ‘Indefinite Detention’ Bill: Legislation set for final vote Thursday
Filed under: #_Destructionist, detention bill, detention camps, indefinitely detain us citizens, National Defense Authorization Act, NDAA Bill, ndaa section 1031, The Destructionist — 1 Comment

40 members of Congress have sent an urgent letter to House and Senate Armed Services Committee leaders protesting provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act that would legalize indefinite detention of American citizens without trial, as the revised version of the bill heads for a final vote on Thursday.

“The Senate-passed version of the NDAA, S. 1867, contains Section 1031, which authorizes indefinite military detention of suspected terrorists without protecting U.S. citizens’ right to trial. We are deeply concerned that this provision could undermine the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth amendment rights of U.S. citizens who might be subjects of detention or prosecution by the military,” states the letter.

Opposition to the bill has been bipartisan. While the letter is signed mostly by Democratic members of Congress, Republican representatives like Justin Amash, Ron Paul, and Rand Paul have also been vocal in their opposition.

After a weekend of secret meetings, the final version of the bill emerged on Tuesday morning and is set to voted on before the end of the week. Issues the Obama administration had with the bill, which had nothing to do with indefinite detention (indeed it was the White House itself which removed language that would have protected Americans from Section 1031), now appear to have been settled.

Both the ACLU and Human Rights Watch point out that the final version does nothing to protect American citizens against indefinite detention.

“The sponsors of the bill monkeyed around with a few minor details, but all of the core dangers remain – the bill authorizes the president to order the military to indefinitely imprison without charge or trial American citizens and others found far from any battlefield, even in the United States itself,” said the ACLU’s Chris Anders.

“The latest version of the defense authorization bill does nothing to address the bill’s core problems – legislated indefinite detention without charge and the militarization of law enforcement,” concurred HRW’s Andrea Prasow.

Proponent of the legislation Senator Lindsay Graham ironically summed up the nightmare scenario the bill will codify into law – the complete evisceration of all Constitutional protections for U.S. citizens.

“It is not unfair to make an American citizen account for the fact that they decided to help Al Qaeda to kill us all and hold them as long as it takes to find intelligence about what may be coming next,” remarked Graham. “And when they say, ‘I want my lawyer,’ you tell them, ‘Shut up. You don’t get a lawyer.’”

Of course, the government would not be required to present any evidence whatsoever or go through any legal process to snatch an American citizen off the street and send them to Guantanamo Bay, merely accusing them of aiding terrorists or ‘committing an act of belligerence’ would be enough.

Protests and funeral marches to mark the death of freedom in America and the legalization of permanent martial law, are being planned for Thursday, which ironically is Bill of Rights Day, 220 years since the liberties now about to be eviscerated were first ratified on December 15, 1791.
