The Grandcamp's propeller shaft was flung far from where the ship was berthed. Pieces of the ship, some ablaze, were transformed into deadly missiles. The powerful explosion hurled the Grandcamp's 1.5-ton anchor two miles.

The tidal wave produced by the explosion sent this 150-foot, 30-ton barge 100 feet inland. The surge of water also killed a number of people who survived the initial blast, drowning them as they lay trapped in rubble or unconscious.

When the Grandcamp exploded, some people thought it was an atomic bomb - and the smoke that rose took a shape eerily similar to the mushroom cloud of an Atomic Age.

They were very interested in the numeric oddity that there were 911 days between 911/2001 and 311/2004 – and that the media were not reporting it. It was at this point that Capt. May changed his view of the 911 event, which he had previously believe to be a foreign terror event, and came to believe that it was a staged event, under orders by the Bush White House, intended to start the war in Iraq (and the Middle East at large). This was, after all, the goal that Bush and the Neocons had the day they came to office – but simply had no excuse to enact. Using basic numerological ciphering techniques, Capt. May and his associates, Ghost Troop (you can find them under the search phrase, Ghost Troop) alerted the FBI, Homeland Security Agency and many Houston-area police departments that there would be a terror event against a Houston-area petrochemical target on 3/31/2004. After four conversations with three FBI agents, Ghost Troop was threatened with prosecution if it did not desist from its predictions. In response,
Capt. May called several Houston-area media outlets, most importantly news radio station KTRH, which in turn called the National FBI. At this point the FBI issued a warning, carried in national media, on 3/25/2004 (http://www.command-post.org/nk/2_archives/011140.html).
They changed the Ghost Troop prediction by saying that there were "unspecified, uncorroborated, foreign reports" that Al-Qaeda was intending a refinery strike to interrupt the US elections, just as they had done in Madrid on 311.

The strike, contrived by the Bush White House, occurred in Texas City (30 miles from Houston) on 3/30/2004; the Capt. May/Ghost Troop prediction had been accurate to within one day. Although the FBI assured worried Americans that the event was not intentional, the world oil markets believed Capt. May and Ghost Troop, and gasoline futures reached their highest level in history the next day. The news of a terror strike (and its prediction) became a major point of anxiety in the annual OPEC conference, according to Forbes Magazine

In an August 16 email (below) Capt. May explains to Ghost Troop why they were off-date by twenty-four hours in the email extract below, and makes a frightening prediction that the next 911 will occur on 9/27/2004 – the 1111th day after 911, and completely in keeping with the methodology of the time-schedule of the makers of 911 itself, and 311 in Madrid. Please forward this email, with its analysis of the embedded code and its prediction of a 9/27 staged terror event, to all friends and family, and to all local police agencies and fire departments. The more people who are aware of the methodology of the faked terror events there are, the less able the Bush White House will be to carry them out.

POSTSCRIPT: Two days after this email extract, there was an "unexplainable" event involving a petrochemical explosion, with a 1,000-foot pillar of fire, at Moss Bluff, Texas. Moss Bluff, like Texas City, is around 30 miles from Houston, Texas. In Capt. May/Ghost Troop analysis, the significance of this event was to give the final signal for the follow-up to the foiled 3/30 event in Texas City. The date of the Moss Bluff "pillar of fire" was 9/18 (9/1+8=9, therefore 9/9) and 9+1+8 = 18; 1+8 = 9. These numbers are the signature of the embedded code. Any Mason will be able to identify the Illuminatist numerology. IMPORTANT: Just as 3/30, the date of the Texas City event, was 930 days from 911 (9+3=12, the number of completion or perfection to Masons), the 9/18 Moss Bluff event is 39 (93(0) reversed) from the target date of 9/27, the 1111th day in the 911 sequence. HOUSTON, March 31 (Reuters) - An explosion and fire rocked a BP oil refinery in Texas, the third-largest in the United States, on Tuesday, driving gasoline prices to an all-time high and unnerving currency markets worried about security threats.

BP.L said there was no sign of "any outside influence" in the blast and fire, which came days after the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation warned Texas oil refiners of possible terror attacks ahead of elections in November.

The cause of the fire, which began with an explosion in the gasoline-producing unit at the 447,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) refinery in Texas City, Texas, was not known, but it did not appear to have been started intentionally, BP said.

"We have no indication of any outside influence on the incident," said company spokeswoman Annie Smith.

BP has been maintaining high security at its Texas refinery after the FBI warning on March 25 of an unsubstantiated threat of an attack.

No injuries were reported due to the explosion and fire, which began around 6:30 p.m. CST (0030 GMT Wednesday), and all plant personnel were accounted for, Smith added. A BP spokesman in London later said the fire was out by 11:00 pm (0500 GMT).

Television reports showed flames jumping over 50 feet (15 metres) in the area, lighting up the night sky across Texas City, located 30 miles (48 km) south of Houston.

Flames could be seen up to two miles away at the start of the blaze. A state highway and streets leading to the refinery were blocked off by police to prevent exposure to the hydrocarbon smoke and residents were instructed to stay indoors.

The rest of BP's Texas City refinery and chemical complex continues to operate normally, Smith said. The London spokesman said it was too early to say what impact on future output the fire might have.

NERVOUS MARKETS

BP and other Texas refiners said last week they had heightened their security since the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on New York and Washington, D.C. and were constantly on watch for possible threats.

Some traders said security fears prompted by the explosion might have triggered the latest dollar fall and helped boost the Swiss franc, traditionally seen as a safe haven.

U.S. unleaded gasoline futures hit an all-time high on Wednesday after the fire, which also revived worries of a motor fuel supply crunch in the peak demand summer months.

Front-month April gasoline on the New York Mercantile Exchange charged to a record $1.1768 a gallon, surpassing a May 2001 record at $1.1750, before easing to $1.1700 a gallon.

In Asian and early European trading, crude oil prices climbed on the back of gasoline strength, and oil company shares led stock markets higher.

Traders said the explosion and fire had eclipsed events at this week's meeting of the producer cartel OPEC in Vienna.

"The impact (of the blast) is much bigger than OPEC because U.S. gasoline demand is expected to be strong this year while inventory levels are low," said Tony Nunan, manager at the international petroleum business of Mitsubishi Corp.

Operations at other refineries in Texas City were unaffected by the BP fire.

Valero Energy Corp. spokeswoman Mary Rose Brown said the company's 210,000-bpd refinery about a mile from the BP complex was operating normally, though emergency crews were standing by to assist BP firefighters.

Marthon Ashland Petroleum also operates a 72,000 bpd refinery in Texas City, which is on the Texas Gulf Coast.

The recipients are expert members or associates of Ghost Troop, a group of former military and concerned citizens who have been successfully picking apart flaws in the cover-up of 911 and the Middle Eastern War since April 5, 2003. Indeed, before founding Ghost Troop, Capt. May began working on the prospect of an attack on the Houston Petrochemical area six months before the FBI put out its summer, 2003 warnings, by publishing an op-ed analysis of the attack scenario in the Houston Chronicle, Feb. 23, 2003. (it is one of five Houston Chronicle war essays by Capt. May at http://www.geocities.com/onlythecaptain/pub.htm).
 
Since his initial analysis of the prospects of a Houston/Pasadena strike, Capt. May has worked extensively in many areas military intelligence and media analysis, but Ghost Troop only returned to Houston/Pasadena target analysis after the Madrid bombings of 3/11/2004. 

They were very interested in the numeric oddity that there were 911 days between 911/2001 and 311/2004 ñ and that the media were not reporting it. It was at this point that Capt. May changed his view of the 911 event, which he had previously believe to be a foreign terror event, and came to believe that it was a staged event, under orders by the Bush White House, intended to start the war in Iraq (and the Middle East at large).

This was, after all, the goal that Bush and the Neocons had the day they came to office ñ but simply had no excuse to enact. For confirmation of this view, refer to the same site of his five war essays, and read his July 8, 2003 op-ed, in which he quotes General Wesley Clark's comments, who expressed the same view on CNN Crossfire, June 25, 2003. Using basic numerological ciphering techniques, Capt. May and his associates, Ghost Troop (you can find them under the search phrase, Ghost Troop) alerted the FBI, Homeland Security Agency and many Houston-area police departments that there would be a terror event against a Houston-area petrochemical target on 3/31/2004. After four conversations with three FBI agents, Ghost Troop was threatened with prosecution if it did not desist from its predictions. In response, Capt. May called several Houston-area media outlets, most importantly news radio station KTRH, which in turn called the National FBI. At this point the FBI issued a warning, carried in national media, on 3/25/2004 http://www.command-post.org/nk/2_archives/011140.html ). They changed the Ghost Troop prediction by saying that there were "unspecified, uncorroborated, foreign reports" that Al-Qaeda was intending a refinery strike to interrupt the US elections, just as they had done in Madrid on 311.
 
The strike, contrived by the Bush White House, occurred in Texas City (30 miles from Houston) on 3/30/2004; the Capt. May/Ghost Troop prediction had been accurate to within one day. Although the FBI assured worried Americans that the event was not intentional, the world oil markets believed Capt. May and Ghost Troop, and gasoline futures reached their highest level in history the next day. The news of a terror strike (and its prediction) became a major point of anxiety in the annual OPEC conference, according to Forbes Magazine http://www.forbes.com/newswire/2004/03/31/rtr1318047.html). The international markets clearly thought the FBI story was a lie ñ and it was.
 
In an August 16 email (below) Capt. May explains to Ghost Troop why they were off-date by twenty-four hours in the email extract below, and makes a frightening prediction that the next 911 will occur on 9/27/2004 ñ the 1111th day after 911, and completely in keeping with the methodology of the time-schedule of the makers of 911 itself, and 311 in Madrid. Please forward this email, with its analysis of the embedded code and its prediction of a 9/27 staged terror event, to all friends and family, and to all local police agencies and fire departments. The more people who are aware of the methodology of the faked terror events there are, the less able the Bush White House will be to carry them out.

Now to the matters numeric for y'all to chew on. First, a rundown on the "elevens":
 
3/11 (2004): Madrid Al-CIA-Duh bombings, intended to send Spain to the right but achieving the opposite effect.
 
5/11 (2004): Beheading of Nick Berg (manifestly bogus and post-dated to achieve the date) by Al-CIA-Duh.
 
7/11 (2004): End of seven-year term (initiated 7/11/97 of George Tenet (not his real name, but the name in Latin means "George Holds/Controls"). Also the Sunday on which the two parties announced on Sunday morning networks shows that Al-CIA-Duh was preparing another strike, "most likely before or after the elections, as the did in Madrid."
 
8/11 (2004): CIA releases information that the next Al-CIA-Duh attack will entail "political assassinations." This is the Bush Boyz way of threatening the many politicians, military and media who have become aware of the Al-CIA-Duh hoax. "If you tell, we'll kill you and say it was Arab Terrorist!" is the gist of the 8/11 release.
 
9/11: The granddaddy number: 9/11, 1991 is the day King George XLI announced the New World Order, as we were preparing to attack Iraq in Kuwait (whither we had enticed them by promising that little prize for service rendered on behalf of Uncle Sam when Iraq fought a war against Iran -- yep, it was a set-up, just like Saddam said). ELEVEN years later -- to the day -- it is the day of the domestic facet of the NWO. Nowadays all the media whores delight in saying "the post-911 world/reality" (meaning the police state/paranoid reality, requiring that the US dominate the world just to be safe in the world).
 
Bonus date: 6/11 (2004) when they buried Ronnie Reagan and Bush made his cryptic "western star rising" eulogy -- 1002 days after 911. The numbers were beautiful on that one: 911/2001, with the 911 "flipping" to 611 while 2001 (the year) reversed to 1002 (the ordinal since 911). In summary, 911/2001 = 611/1002; that one took real manipulation, boyz, and I'm sure Ronnie wasn't present in mind when the SS (as in Secret Service) physicians and agents terminated his term of years in time for the event to take place. He was an actor to the end, after, all, and his last act was to lie in state so that the New World Order could have it's black mass of a funeral -- a rallying signal for the last phase.
 
Oh, and a last things: I know now why the Texas City petrochemical explosion/fire took place on March 30 (2004), and must now admit that I was off by a day in my 3/31 prediction: 3/30 is the only day in the year with the supreme cult number (of the Masons, inter alios) of 33 (11x3). It is, incidentally, also the date in 1981 when Bush buddy Hinkley tried to kill Ronnie Reagan -- as a Hinkley family member had dinner with Neal Bush -- whose marriage date was two or three years before on..., you guessed it, 3/30. I've got a feeling that Neal is heavy into the crime and assassinations end of the family biz, y'all...
 
OK, XO, Top, y'all can broadcast it as far and wide as you want -- all to support my prediction that we're headed for 911, part 2 on 9/27 or 11/11, depending on whether the Bones Boyz want to bother with the election (in which case they'll wait to see which King wins the contest) and make their move on 11/11. If they've brokered a deal, dependent on a crisis before the election (and I'm leaning that way in my prediction), then they'll go with 9/27. That date is fresher, anyhow, and has a lot more numerological subtlety in it.
 
These numbers are the signature of the embedded code. Any Mason will be able to identify the Illuminatist numerology. IMPORTANT: Just as 3/30, the date of the Texas City event, was 930 days from 911 (9+3=12, the number of completion or perfection to Masons), the 8/19 Moss Bluff event is 39 (93(0) reversed) from the target date of 9/27, the 1111th day in the 911 sequence. Texas City is approximately 30 miles southeast of Houston/Pasadena; Moss Bluff is approximately 30 miles northeast of Houston/Pasadena; the next strike, 9/27, will be in Houston/Pasadena. Just as the media struck itself in New York to be able to deny the 911 event, and Washington, D.C., struck itself to be able to do the same, George W. Bush will strike his adopted hometown to remove suspicion of the event from himself. I predict casualties in the tens to hundreds of thousands, and an immediate willingness of the US public to stop investigating Bush and follow his insane plan to initiate the Third World War.
 
Remember, once the secret of the embedded code is out, the war conspiracy collapses. If they had the power to effect their plans without stealth, outright, they wouldn't be using the code in the first place!

The sarge whistled under his breath and asked me if I was a Mason, and when I said no he simply said: "There's a lot of cult stuff built into the San Jacinto Monument -- I wish you hadn't said that."
 
On 311 "Al Qaeda Terrror" blew up the Madrid bombings. Within a day Fox Network was saying that "Al Qaeda Terror" had announced that it was 90% ready for a "Black Wind of Death" attack on the United States. (This was exactly the type of attack mentioned in my Houston Chronicle op-ed about a Houston Refinery District attack.
 
On 321 "Al Qaeda Terror" vowed revenge for the "targeted killing" of Sheik Yassin, and within a day (322) Fox Network had explained that "Al Qaeda Terror" has a suitcase nuke that it got from Russia -- a plausible enough scenario (supposed to be), and was vowing revenge against the United States.
 
On 331 "Al Qaeda Terror" will place a suitcase nuke in the Refinery District, and it won't matter if it's placed near to the San Jacinto Monument, because when the Refinery District goes up like an atomic fireball the monument will be vaporized along with everything else within miles.
 
Watch Independence Day, the movie we of Ghost Troop have been cracking as part of the EMBEDDED MEDIA. Before ten minutes you'll be as frightened as the gentlemen below -- on of whom is a Marine Officer, the other of whom is an Army Officer. Y'all think it's for real yet, boyz and girlz??? As we poise to attack Iraq, our military leaders worry that our forces will have to survive and function on the "dirty battlefield" of chemical and biological contaminants. They are preparing for that worst-case scenario, which is the best thing to do. Here at home, on the other hand, I'm afraid that too many of us are expecting the best-case scenario ñ that we will be untouched by the war - which is the worst thing to do. We are negligent in our civil defense.
 
Take the duct tape squabble as an example. Earlier this month, the Bush administration heightened the nation's alert status, and gave the specific advice that citizens have emergency supplies, including duct tape and plastic sheeting, in the event of possible chemical or biological attacks on American soil. Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle, more concerned with the war for the presidency in 2004 than the war for Iraq in 2003, mocked the administration's ineptitude, saying that it would have to do better than duct tape to protect the American people.
 
Daschle is wrong. One of the first tricks of survival in a contaminated environment is to seal up a room with duct tape and plastic, breathing the ample inside air until any wind-borne toxins outside have dissipated.
 
Dismissing Daschle's argument, I went down to a local hardware store to get supplies a few days ago, only to learn that he had already influenced many shoppers. Duct tape and plastic sheets in hand, I asked the checkout clerk fomr the back of the line how many people were stocking up on the items. "Not many," she replied, "duct tape won't work." I explained to her why duct tape would work. To most of the shoppers in earshot, this seemed to be welcome news, and several of them went back to the shelves for supplies. The hardware store made a handful of dollars in profit, and a handful of people made purchases that could save their lives.
 
Now is the time for all wise people to come to the aid ofÖ themselves. Civil defense, like all forms of self-defense, is an unpleasant concept. It demands that we accept our own stated reason for going to war: There are evil people in the world who hate and seek to harm us with weapons of mass destruction. We are in a war with terrorists ñ and terrorists are in a war with us. Not just with our service personnel, intelligence agencies and police forces; not just with citizens of our political and financial capitals, but with all of us. Terrorists deal in terrifying deeds. The know that a thousand civilian casualties in America are more devastating to the nation's morale than a thousand U.S. military casualties in Iraq, and may well be easier to inflict.
 
The Houston area is unquestionably among the top homeland targets for agents of evil. Consider:
 
We're the nation's fourth most populous city.
 
We're the home of the Johnson Space Center.
 
We are the declared home town of the Bush family.
 
We have the nation's largest chemical district.
 
Our climate enhances the lethality of a chemical attack.
 
When I was a general staff officer we routinely envisioned worst-case scenarios to test our preparedness. Let's use one for ourselves:
 
Early one morning there is a massive explosion in the chemical district along our ship channel. Lethal gases, similar to the ones released in the catastrophe of Bhopal, India, erupt into the atmosphere. An early morning inversion temperature gradient ñ our climatic norm ñ keeps the toxic cloud on the ground, while gentle southeasterly breezes ñ again, our norm ñ blow it northwest inside Loop 610, where our population is most dense. It may reach beyond that. In any case, the toxins would not dissipate until the afternoon, when our atmospheric conditions usually cause ground pollution to rise.
 
If anyone thinks that my scenario may give the bad guys ideas they haven't already thought of, think again. Terrorists like the ones who simultaneously hijacked four planes and turned them into missiles are smart enough to think of blowing up toxic factories in populous areas. They are constantly thinking of the bad things they can do to us ñ and we'd better start thinking about them ourselves.

You might recall I've also written about the "code" of 9-11 before, including a list of the 80 different "11" type days in this year alone. We are now coming down to the wire. All the numbers must "add up" to get 11. Therefore, Sept. 27 isn't likely based on more than 80 previous 11-type events.
 
The code simply consists of adding up the two digits of the day of the month AND the number of the month, to have a total 11. For example, 3/17 was when the war on Iraq was declared by Bush. Typically at least two or more such days exist each month. This is in addition is of course, to the actual 11th day of the month, too.
 
For Sept. the "11" days are: 9/2 (Thursday) , 9/11* (Saturday) and 9/20 (Monday)
 
For Oct. the "11" days are : 10/1 (Friday), 10/11 (Monday) and 10/19 (Tuesday)
 
For Nov. the "11" days are: 11/9 (Friday), 11/11 (Thursday), 11/18 (Thursday) and 11/27* (Saturday)
 
* Most likely they will only select a SCHOOL DAY to perform the next attack and declare condition red. I would count anything on that.
 
It would be prudent to be cautious about any of these days that are connected with 11. The govt. will separate the children from the parents by shipping them to camps (using FEMA school lockdown rules.) You'll also recall that school was also in session on 9-11, too.
 
Further, to cancel elections the next attack must take place before election day. Therefore, it is logical to assume the next attack will be between now and the end of October.

Sources inside the Houston Police Department (HPD) have confirmed officers in recent weeks have been taking part in nuclear disaster drills, adding more fuel to the fire that the city is being targeted by the "enemies within" the Bush administration for a nuclear attack.

 

"In the last week I have multi-checked with sources of mine in the Houston Police Department and confirmed that HPD has been running nuclear disaster drills," said former Army Intel Capt. Eric May, who is trying to alert Americans of a possible nuclear strike in the upcoming days, possibly to take place in the Texas City or Houston metro area.

 

"Accordingly, I've been calling my personal contacts, among them HPD CID Sergeant John Karshner and HPD Internal Affairs Lt. Felix Garcia, to let them know that the set-up is on."

 

Capt. May, who once backed the government's position while serving his country, became disillusioned after 911, saying facts surfaced making it "crystal clear" the enemy wasn't Al Qaeda but an "enemy within," or the Bush-New World Order Cabal.

 

Since realizing 911 was an inside government job, Capt. May has used every ounce of his military training, energy and intelligence to try and stop the Bush administration and what he calls its "phony war on terror." His info-war on terror can be better understood by a Google search of Ghost Troop Bibliography, taken from the name of his cyber-unit called Ghost Troop.

 

Capt. May said the Al Qaeda scare has been contrived and manufactured by the Bush Cabal in an effort to cover-up the real criminals and culprits in the White House. Saying every so-called terrorist attack escalates in size and body count, he is warning Americans that the next one will involve a nuclear blast on American soil.

 

"There is a very good chance the next attack could occur within the next 9 days and the target being the British Petroleum plant at Texas City, Texas," said Capt. May, adding that he believes he has broken the Bush Cabal-Illuminati "embedded code, " a secret code using numbers and symbols.

 

Capt. May also feels the "breaking of the Illuminist number code, using variations 1, 3 and 9 to name a few, may have halted a previously planned nuclear attack bacon on July 28 at a petroleum plant in Texas City.

 

"They like to communicate with this Illuminist number code and the media is actually passing the information on to the many levels of members, alerting them of the potential dates and times of planned acts of terror," said Capt. May. "They are also using the repetitive name game, another way of feeling superior. Just think about it: Oklahoma City, Okla., New York, N.Y. and now maybe Texas City, Texas."

 

And Capt. May's dire prediction raised some eye-brows in Texas City as resident Jon Watkins recently alerted law Texas City law enforcement officials about May's inside information.

 

"I think I have stirred up a hornet's nest here in town after going to the police department with the information," said Watkins today from his Texas City home, as other reports have come in from local citizens that there are ongoing "SWAT" exercises going on in the area, involving numerous police and government agencies, including the HPD, the Pasadena Police Department and Homeland Security.

 

"After Leaving the Texas City police station, I noticed one thing really strange, as I counted at least 11 different type of official police and government vehicles parked in the police lot. I have never seen this before and it has me a little worried. What are they planning?"

 

Watkins said he is passing the information about the possible nuclear threat to hundreds of locals, saying it is "better to be safe then sorry." He added that some people have listened, including several police officers, but others have brushed him off as nothing more than a "conspiracy nut."

 

"I have taken the taped interview of Capt. May's warnings broadcast on Greg Szymanski's Investigative Journal and have passed it on to the proper authorities," added Watkins.

 

When Capt. May was told of Watkins actions in Texas City, he added:

 

"Pray for Mr. Watkins to preserver, and for Sergeant John Karshner and Lt. Felix Garcia (of the HPD) to do the right thing and challenge the official co-conspirators of this pending mass murder."

 

Besides the suspicious mounting of police activity in the Houston metro-Texas City areas, credible reports have surfaced from Bank of America branch managers in Houston and the Los Angeles area that Homeland Security agents have been holding instructional meetings in the last two weeks, advising employees how to deal with customers in the case of a "pending national disaster."

 

Employees have been instructed to remain silent about the orders coming down from Homeland Security, saying it is for national security reasons. Employees in both the LA and Houston areas have come forward saying they have been instructed to remain silent and not to distribute valuables from safety deposit boxes, including gold, silver and firearms in the case of a national emergency.

North Carolina Workers Alive Because of Possible Pre-Explosion Warnings -

Workers might have been warned to evacuate a North Carolina chemical plant that was the site of a deadly Feb. 1explosion that injured 14 workers and two motorists passing by.

"This is probably why almost all the workers were gone and the ones who were there survived," Stephen Selk, lead investigator for the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB), told OccupationalHazards.com.

Two of the injured workers are in serious condition, according to officials.

CSB deployed an investigative team to assess the damage of the explosion and fire at the Synthron Inc. plant in Morganton, N.C.

The CSB team has yet to enter the plant's premises because of the massive destruction, agency officials said. Even nearby buildings, such as the plant's office building and a church, were completely destroyed. The force of the blast moved the house across the street from the facility off its foundation and blew out windows in nearby homes.

CSB public affairs specialist Lindsey Heyl said that it was a good thing that no one was saying their prayers at the church.

"The blast tore the ceiling and the heavy debris came down all over the pews," she said.

Because of the extent of the damage, investigators predict that even though the plant is small, the investigation can take up to 1 year.

"Site access is going to be very slow," Selk admitted.

"This was a serious event, injuring workers and affecting neighbors and causing considerable damage to the facility, said CSB board member John Bresland. "Our team will conduct interviews, review documents and examine the site in the next few days in order to determine whether a further investigation is warranted."

Cause of the Blast Unknown

Both Selk and Lee Peacock, OSHA's onsite lead investigator, told OccupationalHazards.com that the cause of the blast remains unknown.

"OSHA and other groups have assembled teams of experts to try to determine the cause of the explosion," Peacock said. "Nothing definitive has yet been identified."

Synthron is a subsidiary of Paris-based Protex International, which produces specialty chemicals in the United States, Europe, Asia and North Africa. The Morganton plant produces several chemicals, including toluene, a petroleum-based solvent that can be explosive.

Because of the nature of the chemicals produced by the plant, inspectors were wary that the air in Morganton could have been contaminated with dangerous toxins.

Toluene, used in making paints, thinners, adhesives and other products, is a liquid that can affect the nervous system. Inhaling high levels in a short time can make victims light-headed, dizzy or sleepy. In severe cases, it can cause unconsciousness or death.

Selk said that although precautionary measures should be taken, there is not much to fear.

"The Environmental Protection Agency has reported to emergency response teams that their samples did not show any findings of toxic substances in the air," he said.

Officials allowed residents who had voluntarily evacuated because of the smoke to return to their homes. They were advised to keep their windows closed and ventilation systems turned off, until firefighters could determine whether toxic chemicals were present, according to a statement released by CSB.

Inspectors last found problems at the plant in 1996, when the company was fined $602 for 10 violations, five of which were classified as serious, according to the North Carolina Department of Labor.

Officials says leaking chemical reaction likely caused blast

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A leak from a chemical reactor likely was the source of a blast this week that leveled a Morganton factory and injured 14 people, an investigator said Thursday.

An initial investigation shows "a chemical reactor ... leaked vapors into the production building" at the Synthron Inc. plant, Stephen Selk, investigations manager for the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board, told The Associated Press in a telephone interview.

Selk said workers have reported hearing a hissing sound that caused them to begin evacuating just as the building exploded around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

"That hissing would be consistent with a leak that was coming from the reactor," Selk said.

All 12 employees on duty at the time and two passers-by were injured in the blast, which leveled much of the plant and blew out windows up to a third of a mile away. Two people were seriously injured; a house across the street from the plant was moved off its foundation.

At the time of the explosion, Selk said, the reactor was producing a polymer paint additive using normal butyl acrylate as a reactant and the solvent toluene. A third solvent, cyclohexane, may also have been present, Selk said.

"These are all flammable," he said.

Investigators don't yet know whether to blame an out-of-control reaction or a mechanical malfunction for the blast, he added.

"That's what we're trying to determine," he said. "If it's a chemical reaction, I think the board will be more interested in it."

That's because the board has said in the past it does not believe the government is sufficiently regulating companies that engage in reactive chemistry.

A 2002 report by the panel said there had been 167 serious accidents over a 20-year period involving out-of-control chemical reactions. The accidents caused 108 deaths as well as hundreds of millions of dollars in property damage.

In that report, the board recommended that the federal Environmental Protection Agency and Occupational Safety and Health Administration tighten regulations on such reactions - something that Selk said has not occurred.

Synthron's maintenance head, Curtis "Butch" Brackett of Morganton, remained in critical condition with burns Thursday at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

Plant manager Dick Edwardson of Gastonia suffered head injuries and had been upgraded from serious to fair condition at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.

State environmental officials have said they do not believe chemicals released into the air by the blast or runoff from the water used to fight a subsequent fire pose an environmental threat to residents near the plant or downstream from it.

RUSSIAN NUKE TRACED TO TEXAS

During the summer of 2005 it was decided go ahead with plans for America’s second 9/11.

The decision was not made in a torch-lit cave in Afghanistan, nor in a nondescript safe-house in Iraq.  Implementing the plan would involve the highest officials of the United States government.  The centerpiece of the plan is a portable nuclear weapon manufactured in the former Soviet Union.  A tame “terrorist”, destined no doubt to be an eventual patsy, arranged for the bomb’s transport by sea, and the ship carrying it entered Galveston Bay on January 25, 2006.  At this time the device remains hidden on board the ship that brought it, a freighter docked in or near the port of Texas City, about thirty minutes south of Houston, and only ten miles from the island city of Galveston.

Radiation monitoring teams from the Department of Homeland Security were on the beach at Galveston to make sure there was no radiation leakage from the ship that might register on monitors and give away the secret.  After the vessel concluded it’s normal business and was tied up at its final position, a team of experts inspected the device, determined that it was fully functional, and installed the triggering mechanism.  They pronounced it ready to go, and released it to the White House on February 16th.

The nuke has remained there up to the time of this posting, and will be detonated at some time during the Easter holiday, April 14-16, to maximize the illusion that the world is involved in religious conflict.  This will be a spectacular media event involving the mass evacuation of three million people, already tested in the bizarre Rita stampede last November.  Network cameras will be locked on Texas City, from a distance of course, to ensure the best possible pictures of the flash and rising mushroom cloud.  Many Americans will die, and the once again the world will be changed forever.

This is ultimate reality, life in the raw, far removed from the fairytales taught in schools and portrayed in mass media.  It simply doesn’t get more real than this.  Within this report you will hear the voices of U.S. officials in reversed speech, a medium that reveals hidden thoughts, giving you the actual details about their little mushroom surprise for America and the world.

You will hear with your own ears WHAT it is, WHERE it is, HOW it got here, WHO is responsible, and WHEN they intend to set it off.

Perhaps, if you share this report with enough people, the plan will be changed.  The nuke can be quietly recovered and they will take it somewhere else.  However, events over the past decade clearly demonstrate that those who are calling the shots firmly believe that their control and corruption of the government and military is so complete that the American people are totally powerless.  It simply doesn’t matter how many people are aware of what is really happening.  There is nothing they can do about it.


I.  January:  Rumors Of A Nuke

On January 25th, 2006, the same day that we now know the nuke actually arrived, journalist Greg Szymanski posted on his ArcticBeacon.com a story titled, “All Signposts Lead To Imminent Nuclear Attack In America”.  The story was mirrored the following day on Rense.com, where my eye was naturally attracted to the subtitle, which read: “Intel Army Capt. Eric May Issues 'Red Alert' For Next 9 Days For Texas City-Houston Area”.

That’s where I live.  Now, truth be told, Houston is a city that has virtually no detectable character and I doubt that the world would miss it.  On the other hand there are a lot of people in Houston, some of whom I rather like. 

Szymanski wrote:

The January air is again filled with rumblings about an imminent nuclear attack on American soil, as ominous signs are popping up all over the place indicating the "dropping of the real potato" is right around the corner.  Sources inside the military and close to the action this week warned areas of "nuclear concern" within the next 10 to 90 days include Texas City, Tex., the Houston metro area, Charleston, S.C., Los Angeles, Ca., and Kansas City, Ka.


Szymanski’s source, a Captain May, claims to have deciphered the secret code of special dates that determines when the bad guys stage their big stunts, and also to have friends in Army intelligence circles who were leaking information about a nuke.  Websites related to May are basically incomprehensible.  However, the references to “military sources” naming various cities had all the earmarks of a long series of internet Psyops designed to prepare the public for a nuclear event.

If you don’t understand this, pause for a moment and think.  Why would people leak this?  If they are really looking for a nuke, then they will be out there looking.  What would be the point of blabbing about it? Sure, leaks happen, and often for very courageous reasons.  But with no way to narrow down the location there is really nothing to leak.  On the other hand, if you are trying to build a psychological framework to support a future event, or to distract people from some other program or event, then leak away - it’s just one more tool in the propagandist’s toolbox.

Szymanski posted a follow up article a day later, this one also driven by information from Capt.  May who claimed sources inside the Houston Police Department had confirmed that in recent weeks they had been taking part in nuclear disaster drills.  I have no idea if this is true.  The Arctic Beacon, however, listed this as one more piece of evidence that the city was being targeted by the Bush administration for a nuclear attack.  A third article on January 28th and a fourth on February 3rd completed the coverage, noting at the end that there was in fact a training exercise for homeland security WMD teams in Galveston that week, with monitoring equipment set up on the beach.  It was reported in a local newspaper.

On February 4th, the blog “Christian Partners For Peace” jumped in with an article titled, “Whose Nuke is Coming to the US?” This piece referenced “intelligence sources” who now were hinting that the mystery nuke had been smuggled through the newly discovered Mexican drug tunnel.  The article pointed out how unlikely this theory was, and echoed my own conclusion: there really was a nuke and the anonymous “sources” were simply laying the psychological foundation.  This is a very common tactic which serves two purposes.

First, when people are prepared for a big event over time, then when it actually happens their first thoughts are, “I just knew this was going to happen!”  It’s like being told for several years before 9/11 that terrorists would sooner or later come to America.

This ensures that people are much more likely to accept the official story of what happened, because key parts of it are already lodged in the back of their mind.  They whole story seems much more reasonable than it would if it were sprung on them all at once.  Second, the voices that are sounding the “warning” gain in credibility afterward, and their value as a propaganda tool is enhanced.  People will pay much more attention next time.

One thing in the back of MY mind as I read each story in turn: Houston has already experienced a bizarre, pointless, and distinctly surreal evacuation of nearly three million people in connection with hurricane Rita, only a few months before.  If the mystery nuke turns into a media circus so the whole world gets to watch like they did on 9/11, then all the kinks and problems that will arise as the population panics have already been mapped out from an exceptionally convenient test.  What a coincidence.


II.  Second week of February:  The Hunt Begins

Although I was immediately suspicious of the nuke stories, it took four days of an increasing feeling of “wrongness” before I realized that I was going to have to do something.  To find out quickly if there were grounds for my suspicions, I went to the website of the “World Economic Forum”, an organization that meets annually in Davos, Switzerland.  While others have their favorite “illuminati” organizations, my money says these folks, and the multinational corporations they represent, are the guys that are deeply involved in making things happen.  They have a great public image, but reversed speech has shown they know way too much about the really nasty stuff to be mere observers.  They brief each other in private, and then babble about it unconsciously when the microphones are on.

On the 26th of January, U.S. Secretary of State Dr. Condoleezza Rice addressed the annual W.E.F. meeting via a video hook-up, presumably from Washington.  The program was still available for viewing so I recorded the audio and went to work.  I hit pay dirt almost immediately.  Condi blabbed about the nuke.

Condi tells us there really is a NUKE and it’s hidden on a freighter.  Beyond that, however, I still don’t know much.  There is a “terrorist” involved, but in today’s world of half real, half fabricated “disney-news” that means nothing.  Few terrorists are who they claim to be.

Not too many years ago an expert on international terrorism pointed that all cross-border terrorism is state sponsored.  It is extremely expensive, and terrorists need government help with paperwork, transportation, and to keep them from running afoul of law enforcement.  Even the 9/11 hijackers, at least those that actually existed, had government agencies running interference for them on multiple occasions - just to keep them from being arrested and deported as a matter of routine.  Simply stated, there are no international terrorists running around loose, doing their own thing.  Never was, never will be.  As to who is paying a particular “terrorist” - well that’s for them to know and the rest of us to guess at.

Obviously, lives are at stake here, but the information so far is not enough.  I will need to gather a lot more speech reversals, and get them from multiple sources if possible, before I can really say that I have any grasp at all of what is happening.  I’ve learned enough over time to know that I wouldn’t buy a used car from a government employee, whether it’s Condi Rice or the principle at the local high school.  I also know that the people who run things have been playing a gigantic game of “wag the terrorist” for years.  If there’s a nuke, my feeling is the odds are at least ten to one it’s ours.  If it is, it would certainly be an answer to a lot of fervent prayers from around the Beltway.


III.  Is A U.S. Sponsored Nuclear Incident Reasonable?

I know there are still people that believe that a bunch of barely civilized nut cases in Afghanistan orchestrated the 9/11 attacks, and that those buildings fell down all by themselves.  Of course, if you get all your news from television and radio, then that’s the only information you have.  The rest of us know there is a much bigger, and vastly uglier story there, which will all come out eventually.  If you just can’t deal with the idea that evil people will naturally work very hard to occupy any position of power that we create for them, then I suggest that you go back to your television set and stay tuned.  Micky mouse will tell you everything you need to know.

As for current events, consider the following.

1) A number of media outlets are beginning to say the Bush administration is in big trouble.  There is open talk of impeachment.  Iraq is a disaster, if viewed according to its stated purpose, a success if the purpose was to raise the price of oil and gas.  In response to the nagging question, whether the Iraqi people will find their way to democracy, a lot of folks are realizing that they didn’t care before, and they really don’t care now.  It’s none of our business.  People have the governments they deserve.  This is just as true in Iraq as it is here.  When they no longer deserve it, things change.  Sometimes overnight.

2) People are waking up rapidly now to the fact that the German model of imperial government is the opposite of what America is all about.  We didn’t ask for it, we don’t want it, and it is obviously being imposed by a small group of officials who seem to get their orders from somewhere else.  The Motherland? The Fatherland? The Homeland? Give us a break! Have you ever met an American that uses any of these terms? Reminds me of an anti-war flyer I was handed one day at college.  It referred to GI’s in Vietnam as “yellow running dogs”.  Somehow you knew right off that the piece wasn’t written on campus.

3) The myth of terrorism is becoming increasingly thin.  The official story of 9/11 is falling apart, and the traditional gathering up and hiding of the evidence, ala Waco, Oklahoma City, etc., has an obvious and all to familiar odor.  It is also beginning to dawn that “terrorist” events, even as bad as the one in New York, are necessarily isolated and localized.  The world goes on.  And of course we can’t seem to find any more serious terrorists, anyway.

4) For reasons that are known only to themselves, the Bush crowd have clearly set their sights on a “pre-emptive” strike on Iran, despite the fact that we don’t have the manpower to wage war on Iran using conventional means .  On its face this makes no sense and the reasons given, that ten years from now Iran might be able to produce a nuke of its own, is obviously no emergency.  The real puzzle is why the White House effort to concoct a cause for war seems so half hearted.  On the other hand, a number of sources have indicated that, in another odd coincidence, U.S. war plans have been amended so that a nuclear strike on Iran is pre-authorized and pre-programmed -- if a nuclear device should explode in the United States.  For some reason it doesn’t matter whose device it might be.  This is so kooky that I have serious doubts about the story.  Nonetheless...

If there is one thing Washington desperately needs, it is another 9/11.  Naturally, it has to be bigger, louder, and kill a lot more people than the first one.  Otherwise, let’s face it, we’ve been there and done that.  The only kind of attack that meets all their needs would appear to be nuclear.  At the very least it would let the administration say they’d finally found a “weapon of mass destruction”.

One interesting side note: The Bush administration’s story was that 9/11 caught them totally by surprise.  In wonderful irony they were then badly burned for being asleep at the switch.  They don’t want to be accused of incompetence once again.  To prevent this, they’ll need a trail of clues indicating that they were hot on the trail of a loose nuke, searching high and low, 24/7.  This takes us back to the leaked stories.  Everyone who reads them is prepared in advance to hear that Big Brother was definitely on the job.  Too bad they were just one step behind.  Got it?

IV.  Third Week of February:  Getting Help


Speech reversals are really the only tool available for finding truth in the world as it is today.  They are the reason the new millenium will be different from the old, despite the fact that a gigantic array of forces are fighting an intense battle to return the planet to universal feudalism.  Luckily, there are now many people well versed in their use, and several I can draw on for quick help, as soon as I let them know what I’ve found.

Speech reversals are a fascinating medium.  They come from the right brain hemisphere which science previously assumed lacked the power of speech.  In fact the ability is there, but because of the left-right cross-wiring of the human nervous system the speech is backwards.  It is also buried within normal speech which makes it virtually undetectable without audio tools.  To learn more about speech reversals, check out ReverseSpeech.com.

My approach to RS as an intelligence gathering tool is based on my observation that most people are actually thinking about more than one thing at once, particularly when giving a prepared presentation that is already boring.  Many other thoughts will flicker through the mind and show up in speech reversals.  By itself, a single speech reversal is problematic.  You don’t know for sure what triggered the thought or, in most cases, what it is referring to.  However, if you already know that a certain situation exists, if there are multiple references that fit together, and particularly if a second source shows up with reversals on the same subject, then you’ve found something that has a concrete existence and a life of its own.

RS was used extensively to track the shamelessly deceptive activities of the Clinton administration, but by the time Bush Jr.  took office there was a definite chill in the air that suggested RS investigators had best keep a low profile.  Because of this, while there are some terrific RS practitioners out there, many prefer to remain below the radar, and only exchange audio files and the really eye-opening material among themselves.

I’m one of those who use speech reversals for other purposes, and over time I’ve gotten pretty good at it.  I also know three other RS “experts” who have collaborated in the past when the need for action outweighed the need for personal safety (a different story).  Fishing for speech reversals is incredibly time consuming.  The only way I would be able to get the whole story on the mystery nuke would be to enlist the others in the search.

Strider, a true master at RS who several years ago told the U.S. Army he didn’t want to see any more assassinations on film – and made it stick – signed on immediately.  RichardK, my next choice, was reluctant at first.  After he heard the Condi Rice reversals, though, he said a nuke was more important than anything else on his plate.  A third member of the team readily agreed but asked not to be named.  We quickly reminded each other to avoid key words in any telephone or e-mail conversations, and then tried to decide how to split up the work.  There was a huge amount of audio available that was both current and pertinent. 

No one wanted to do Bush himself.  Junior is a tough subject for RS due to the physical effects of his years of drug and alcohol abuse.  The effect on his speech centers is obvious (just slow down his normal speech and see how many words and syllables are left out) and reversals are usually short, fragmentary, and often juvenile.  I end up with the recent “state of the union” speech because no one else will take it even though it has to be done.  It will be a huge task, with little hope of reward.

Strider would tackle the Senate Intelligence hearings with the new director of national intelligence, Skull and Bones member John Negroponte.  Based on an earlier look at Negroponte, Strider said he should be easy and most likely a goldmine of information.  He appeared on the Hill to discuss “threats” for 2006, and then reused much of the same speech at Georgetown university.

RichardK, would take Donald Rumsfeld, who would surely know about a loose nuke, and is almost always worth an RS effort even if you are not looking for anything in particular.  He’s fun because he views himself as a thespian and loves a good phrase.  He may or may not be helpful because, in the past, he has seemed to be able to compartmentalize his thinking.  Alternatively, things we would expect to carry a strong emotional charge may be to him only commonplace.

Our third person would back up anyone who got bogged down, and also take the President’s Saturday radio addresses and some older press conferences.

We have three main priorities.  They are to determine: 1) where is the nuke now, 2) who is controlling it, and 3) when will it be used.

Strider came through first, with breathtaking material from Negroponte’s appearance before the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Well, hell.  It’s Houston.

That answered our first question right off.  Unfortunately, it didn’t make me feel any better to be working near the next Ground Zero.  However, I have already measured the distance to the closest place a real ship could be (the actual Port of Houston) and my family and myself are simply not close enough to be harmed by the actual detonation.  Nonetheless, for the next few days I will periodically find myself listening for the blast, which could come at any moment.  I make sure the cars are filled up, and obtain an iodine supplement known to be helpful in situations involving radioactive fallout.

The Negroponte reversals also provide a much better picture of what we are dealing with.  First, the date of his presentation, February 2nd, follows the Rice appearance by only a few days and the statement that “the nuke’s here” identifies the arrival of the ship as the physical event that has taken place.  So Condi’s phone call about the nuke was no doubt her notification of the ships arrival.  This places the actual date of arrival January 26, or quite possibly the day before - the date the Zymanski article about mysteriously leaked nuke warnings appeared.

We also must accept the obvious.  The White House knows which ship it is, where it is, and even the fact that the nuke is hidden on the upper level of the ship “right near (a) lifeboat.” Is this the intelligence coup of the century?  It would appear that with this much information and a simple phone call, a couple of sherrif’s deputies could go out and pick the damn thing up.  Is that happening?  No.  Weeks go by and it doesn’t happen.

Strider tells me that the phrase “there’s no accidents” is Negroponte’s personal mantra, repeated many times whenever he is recorded.  It is reminiscent of FDR’s statement that nothing happens on the national or world stage by accident.  That there is always extensive advance planning by those in power.  The reversal, “We’re registered evil” is fascinating to.  Not just ordinary evil.  Registered.  Like badge of excellence.

I take the statement that the bomb “will blow up” literally.  This is not going to be a dog-and-pony show where they “discover” the nuke and then cart it off.

Two aspects are still clouded.  First, who’s bomb is it?  Is it really a foreign operation that the White House will simply allow to happen, or is it a completely in-house operation?

I also have serious doubts about Houston itself as the target, whether “terrorists” chose it or the administration picked the target.  While there is nothing particularly special about Houston, the port itself is an economic powerhouse.  A nuke in the port would inflect incredible damage that would effect the whole nation.  It would make no sense to allow that to happen.  I’m particularly aware people who have not lived in an area normally think in a sort of geographic shorthand based on large cities.  In other words, for an East Coast resident, “Houston” could typically describe a large area one or even two hundred miles in diameter.  This is a big target but the water route narrows it down considerably.  South from the actual port and ship channel is Galveston Bay.  First up is La Porte. Essentially at the lower end of the Houston ship channel, there are multiplce facilities along this stretch for handling container ships.  La Porte itself has no significant docking facility that I know of, but I've only been there once. Very nice place.

Below La Porte is the NASA / Clear Lake area, and towns like Kemah and Seabrook on the bay itself (underneath the "League City" name the map below).  As far as I can tell there are no facilities there that could dock an ocean going freighter.  Further south is Texas City with an actual port facility, and it is the only small town named in the so-called leaked intelligence.  Then, of course, there is Galveston - visible across eight or ten miles of water from the jetty at Texas City.  Here’s the layout.  You can click on the map and then explore it in a new window.
