5-28-00 - DREAM - This dream left me feeling disturbed
somewhat because I don't understand it.
I was on 12th St. in Milwaukee. The High School I went
to was on the east side of the street. On the West side,
some farmer or someone was plowing up the entire area and
the soil was turning to yellow powder. It seemed like he was
plowing it into useless nothing....???
I went to an outdoor bathroom and changed clothes. I
put on a man's pair of black and white checked shorts with
straps to hold them up. They also had a series of large
black buttons down the front which seems superfluous but
they all had to be buttoned. I had to step into these
shorts from behind, through the straps. It was kind of
confusing but once they were on and I buttoned them, they
fit pretty good.
I then went to a shopping mall where women were
dressed like women in suits and high heeled shoes and for
some reason I was angry or something and was throwing low
heeled shoes at them like I was angry.
I woke up feeling rather this way also.
I then had a vision which was the word 'moire' which
I've looked up. It seems to be a pattern of black and white
which shifts as you look at it. Seems to kind of match the
black and white shorts I was wearing.

In July, there was a crop circle about the magnetic
field of the earth. What did they call it? a MOIRE pattern,
and I was upset because they were WRONG. heheheh

As I was waking up, I began to see a series of visions
which didn't seem to be related to anything I was doing.
They seemed to be related to a dream I had earlier in the
night about Extraterrestrial messages I was seeing on a
computer screen.
The following visions are
possibly messages I needed to deal with.
I saw three 'band' names which I can't remember, but
the songs they sang were like, "Everything comes in puzzle
form", and "We don't answer questions." or something like
that. I can't recall the third one. One of the band names I
think was Hubbard ... The band names and songs faded so fast
I almost couldn't remember them at all. I feel lucky I
remember what I do. It seemed like the band names were short
and should have been easy to remember, but I was thinking
the messages were more important than the names. At this
time I was thinking it was music related.
I then saw a light blue check with the money amount as
' m.mmm ' I didn't see that it was made out to anyone and
not signed either.
I then saw a bright sheet of paper like a brochure.
The name Hubbard was on it twice and it seems that Hubbard
was also one of the band names I had forgotten. This was one
of the lines ... ' 78 words'.
After I woke up, as usual I went to the computer to
type up my dreams and visions in my journal. I decided to
pick up my email, and one of them consisted of this url:

I went to look at it since we study crop circles and
was pleased to see such a great glyph.
Then I decided to do a web search for Hubbard and band
and was quite surprised to come up with this one:

I then quickly became aware that Hubbard was well
known in the field of magnetic fields and that was exactly
what the crop glyph was about. What a coincidence ... my
visions were actually telling me that 'music' of the spheres
were connected to the 'magnetics' of condense matter
structures. Music/sound/vibration/frequency is the creative
force What a thrill to discover the connection ... from the
puzzle of the visions to the crop glyph that just appeared
two days ago.

Moire pattern,
but they show an example which has a resemblance, but I don't agree that
this is what was intended by the makers of the crop glyph.

Since were have been studying earthchanges for
several years, and have
read the hundreds of predictions made by prophets, well known and
unknown through dreams and visions, we have reason to believe that
the magnetic field of the earth is changing and will change even
more
drastically. We also know that biomagnetism is a field of study we
need to work on even more than we do. I feel that the crop makers are giving
us a way to understand that the changes are coming quickly and this was

SCOPE OF BIOMAGNETISM
The world is a giant magnet and from the day you are born until the day you physically die you are constantly under
the influence of the earth’s magnetic forces. While the magnetic fields that surround the earth protect you from many harmful radiations from the sun and other harmful emissions from outer space, they also affect your mental functions and your health and welfare each and every day of your life. Plants and lower animals are also affected by this invisible energy that passes through all material and immaterial matter. The science of how magnetism affects biological systems is called biomagnetism or biomagnetics.
We can harness nature’s greatest energy and use it for
the benefit of all mankind. In fact, many nations of the world
are racing to determine to what extent man can utilize the new and important discoveries of biomagnetism. The scope of biomagnetism is unlimited. In over 40 years of applying our basic discoveries we have not found any field of human knowledge that is not affected. In many years past, and through the work of dedicated scientists for over 4,000 years, magnetism was considered a child of electricity.
Unlike in physics with inanimate objects, experiments could not be reproduced on biological systems with the
same expected results. In 1936, we made our basic discovery that there are two distinct magnetic poles that affect animal systems in two distinct and opposite manners. From developments since then, it is now definite that magnetism is the father of electricity, rather than the
child.

Magnetic Anomalies
*What are magnetic fields doing in the
middle of nowhere?
The next time you visit deep space, don't forget to
pack a compass. It might not be much use for navigation, but it will be one of the
few ways you can take in one of space's sublimities, the magnetic fields. The
lines of magnetic force twist and wind through the interstellar miasma and
arch over millions of light-years of intergalactic wilderness. They are,
astronomers have gradually realized, one of the great shaping forces of the
universe. Now it seems that even the outermost of outer space-the chasms
between clusters of galaxies-is pervaded by magnetic fields of unforeseen
power and unknown origin. "These magnetic fields are the
dominant free energy of the universe," says astrophysicist
Stirling A. Colgate of Los Alamos National Laboratory.
Magnetism had long been considered a side attraction
in astronomy-hard to measure, hard to master, seemingly easy
to neglect. The basic trouble is that the fields are invisible. To infer their presence,
astronomers must make do with such compasses and filings as nature has haphazardly
provided, including dust grains and charged particles. By
aligning dust grains or diverting the paths of electrons, for example, a magnetic field can effect the
emission of polarized radio waves or skew the polarization
of light passing through a region of space, rather like a
weak pair of polarizing sunglasses.
Gradually astronomers have deduced that the Milky Way
has a magnetic field of roughly five microgauss, generally directed along the
galaxy's spiral arms. (By comparison, the earth's north-pointing magnetic field is
about 500,000 microgauss.) If you had a compass sensitive to
this field, in our corner of the galaxy it would point
toward the constellation Cygnus. Other galaxies have similar
fields.
When researchers began to look for fields in between
galaxies in the late 1980s, their expectations were low.
After all, cosmic magnetic fields are embedded in plasmas,
which are much thinner in intergalactic than in interstellar
space. According to x-ray telescopes, even the thickest
intergalactic plasmas-found in the cores of galaxy
clusters-are a hundredth as dense as interstellar plasmas.
So it came as a surprise in 1990 when Philipp P. Kronberg
and Kwang-Tae Kim, both then at the University of Toronto,
announced the first magnetic readings of the interstices of the Coma cluster. The cluster's field
is nearly as strong as the Milky Way's.
Puzzled theorists took refuge in the thought that Coma
was a fluke. But that escape hatch slammed shut when
Kronberg, Tracy Clarke of Toronto and Hans Böhringer of the
Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics in
Garching, Germany, reported their latest findings at a
meeting of the American Physical Society this past April.
The 24 other clusters they probed all have galactic -
strength fields, too. Such fields are as potent as other
cosmic forces, so they can no longer be ignored in models of galaxy formation and
other celestial goings-on.
Kronberg also unveiled new measurements of the space
beyond clusters of galaxies, made with a special
low-frequency radio receiver installed two years ago on the Very Large Array telescope in Socorro, N.M.
Kronberg and the rest of his team-Torsten A. Ensslin of the Max Planck Institute
for Astrophysics in Garching, Richard A. Perley of the
National Radio Astronomy Observatory and Namir E. Kassim of
the Naval Research Laboratory-found that magnetic fields
just outside the Coma cluster are 0.01 to 0.1 microgauss,
also too strong for many theorists' comfort.
Explaining cosmic magnetism has never been easy, and
now the task is even more daunting. A galactic field must somehow be generated
from scratch, amplified to the strength now observed,
ejected into intergalactic space and further amplified
there. Each stage poses problems. And some worry that
ordinary galaxies simply lack the oomph to magnetize the
huge space between them. Colgate and his colleague Hui Li
think it is a job for the biggest guns in astronomy, the
black holes at the heart of so-called active galaxies. "The
only place where you have that much energy is a supermassive
black hole," Colgate says.
For all the questions they raise, the intergalactic
fields might resolve a separate mystery: the origin of ultrahigh-energy cosmic
rays. None of these superparticles has come from the
direction of a plausible source, such as the nearby active
galaxy M87. But, as Glennys Farrar of New York University and Tsvi Piran of Hebrew University of Jerusalem argued in
Physical Review Letters in April, sufficiently strong
intergalactic fields would deflect the
particles' paths. If so, M87 can't be ruled out after all.
Alas, the proposal immediately ran into controversy.
The Milky Way is not part of a cluster, and magnetic fields in its vicinity have
yet to be measured. Arnon Dar of the Technion in Haifa,
Israel, argued that the fields cannot have the requisite strength, as that scenario would contradict
other observations. Kronberg thinks the same process that
amplifies the intergalactic fields might also be responsible for the particles. In any event, it
looks like cosmic magnetic fields will retain their lure for
some time to come.

Opening the Amenti Light-Code Seals
All manifest forms are built upon unseen templates of
light and sound called morphogenetic fields. Morphogenetic
fields of light and sound composed of set of electro-tonal standing wave patterns called scalar waves.
The planetary morphogenetic field is a scalar grid, divided
into sections called Planetary Shields. Certain portions of the Planetary Shields control
inter-dimensional Star-Gates that have been dormant for
thousands of years, due to Geomantic Light-Code Seals
(electro-magnetic frequency seals) placed on them by the
Ancient Priests of Ur and visiting Stellar Races. The Star
Gate Seals could be opened only after the opening of the Arc
of the Covenant, which occurred on June 26, 1998 at 3:46 p.m. It is now time to begin releasing
the Star Gate Seals of the Giza Complex, which will set in motion the
opening of the Halls of Amenti and Halls of Records. When a Seal releases, its
dormant standing scalar wave patterns come to life in the Planetary Shields.
The 1st Star Gate Seal is the 8th dimensional Seal of Orion. Releasing the
Seal of Orion "awakens" the corresponding dormant standing scalar wave
patterns, the "Flame of Orion", within the Planetary Shields, activating
the Orion Star Gate of Giza. The Seal of Orion also exists within the human
body.
Awakening the Flame of Orion within the human body begins
activation of the higher chakra centers (8-15), the KA and dormant DNA
codes.
Awakening the planetary and personal Flame of Orion is a
process called Keylontic Morphogenetic Science. An ancient
Soul group called the Keepers of the Eternal Flame was appointed by the Priests of Ur as
Guardians of the Amenti star Gate Seals. This soul group
reincarnates on earth during time periods when the Star Gates can be opened. The period of
2000-2017 is the first time the Star Gates can fully open in over 200,000
years. During this journey we will use Advanced Ascension Mechanics as taught
in the ancient Egyptian, sumerian and Essene mystical
schools, to awaken the Flame of Orion within the Giza complex and within the bio-energetic

OUR Civilization stands much to gain by developing a wave
model predicting how our electromagnetic grid affects our
gravity field stability. Additionally, energy source devices
such as the POD MOD, Neuman, Trombley devices tap the
gravity grid directly as civilization changing energy
sources. Consciousness/recursion evolves potently only when
our relationship to the recursive field effect we call
gravity is understood and optimized. We must understand how
our gravity grid's stability is limited by how fractal we
make our magnetic grid, in order then to use this knowledge
to optimize the way in which conscious/self-awareness
evolves. (A Recursive-nest.)
In certain ways, I
have humbly tried to address these issues in the second
article in our new catalog: Gravity as Fractal. I would much
appreciate dialog/conversation/info swap to evolve the
clarity of this notion. The idea of the scalar wave as a
caddeuceus braid of magnetic vs. electric wave fronts
braided self-cancelling into each other to produce magnetic
monopole (which Einstein knew was gravity's doorway), ONLY
works when the 3 dimensional array of those wave fronts IS
fractal.
Our research on the harmonic content of the heart EKG,
when loving compassion is achieved, suggests an important
connection to the 'Zero Point' energy. I'd like to suggest a
specific mechanism which permits the harmonic series in the
EKG spectra to access the 'Zero Point Energy' (reference
literature by Henry Moray, and Moray King). Specifically
this mechanism is fractality.
Our wave model of emotion predicted that we would find
coherence in the EKG during loving. We did. Our wave model
predicted we would find increased braiding in DNA during EKG
coherence. We did. Our wave model predicted that when the
heart became a 'sonic laser' we could measure phase lock
between the heart and major biomagnetics in the environment
(example: a tree).
We did. We have even measured the EKG phase lock or
entrainment which occurs between people specifically at the
moment they hold hands!
3D wave modeling clearly indicates that fractality is
the specific mechanism which creates center of gravity as
well as self-awareness in a waveform. The lo-frequency phi
pent array (dodeca nest) permits/optimizes the densest
possible recursion/fractality/self- embeddedness in 3D.
Hence the Immune identity in the electrical waveforms around
the heart must therefore arise when the geometry of focus
called emotion learns to create fractal nesting among many
incident pressures. The resultant self-embeddedness permits
the context-richness in harmonic series accounting for what
has been called 'multiply connectedness' in holography. This
must also describe the information physics for the onset of
intuition.
In summary, our wave model must therefore predict
several important and testable principles, all having to do
with understanding how to describe and measure
fractality/recursion/self-similarity/self-embeddedness.
1. That the gravitational force, and mass of an object
is specifically proportionate to it's fractality as a
waveform. For example, the amount of self-similarity or
fractality between an electron shell wave series and its
nucleus should MEASURE it's mass! This would also account
for the approximate 1.4 ounce weight loss in the body at
death. Consciousness is recursion. Symmetry loss = Loss of
Recursion = Loss of self-awareness = Loss of Fractality =
Loss of Mass!
2. That the leverage the heart gains on matter (and
the immune system) is proportionate to its achieving
fractally as a waveform/harmonic series. Teach fractality
with feedback, and you teach immune health.
3. Properly quantizing fractality/self-embeddedness,
will enable us to better teach it with feedback and other
modalities. This will require properly modeling the multiple
spin geometries made possible by toroidal fields of the
wavelengths found in the EKG (AND non-linear energy device)
power spectra. Idealizing these in multiple axes of spin
will always result in the Golden-Mean dodeca nest. This
possibility of inclusivity of foldedness is the topological
image through which radiates human love.
Thus, the hearts access to the hyperbolic
spin/information densities of the 'Zero-Point' energy is
specifically derived from its whip cracking harmonic series,
translating vorticity contiguously up the caddeuceus
harmonic scale. Notice the harmonic content in the EKG
cascade going hyperbolic right at the approach to 0 hz. Only
the completed fractal of this cascade means spin can reach
out from the still point, without interference.
The challenge facing the human gene pool to
information embed itself in its galactic ecosystem is
directly related to understanding how fractality works.

The
Defense Advanced Research
Projects Agency (DARPA) is an agency of
the United
States Department of Defense responsible
for the development of new technology for
use by the military.
DARPA has been responsible for
funding the development of many
technologies which have had a

statement has evolved over
time. Today, DARPA’s mission
is still to prevent
technological surprise to
the US, but also to create
technological surprise for
our enemies.
DARPA
is independent from other more
conventional military R&D and
reports directly to senior
Department of Defense
management. DARPA has around 240
personnel (about 140 technical)
directly managing a $3.2 billion
budget. These figures are "on
average" since DARPA focuses on
short-term (two to four-year)
projects run by small,
purpose-built teams.

mission

DARPA is a Defense Agency
with a unique role within
DoD. DARPA is not tied to a
specific operational
mission: DARPA supplies
technological options for
the entire Department, and
is designed to be the
“technological engine” for
transformingDoD.
Near-term needs and
requirements generally drive
the Army, Navy, Marine
Corps, and Air Force to
focus on those needs at the
expense of major change.
Consequently, a large
organization like DoD needs
a place like DARPA whose
only charter is radical
innovation.
DARPA looks beyond today’s
known needs and
requirements. As military
historian John Chambers
noted, “None of the most
important weapons
transforming warfare in the
20th century – the airplane,
tank, radar, jet engine,
helicopter, electronic
computer, not even the
atomic bomb – owed its
initial development to a
doctrinal requirement or
request of the military.”[3]None
of them. And to this list,
DARPA would add unmanned
systems, Global
Positioning System (GPS)
and Internettechnologies.
DARPA’s approach is to
imagine what capabilities a
military commander might
want in the future and
accelerate those
capabilities into being
through technology
demonstrations. These not
only provide options to the
commander, but also change
minds about what is
technologically possible
today.

for four to six years. Like

knowledgeable about DoD. The

fresh thinking and
perspectives, and to have
room to bring technical
staff from new areas into
DARPA. It also allows the
program managers to be bold
and not fear failure.

significant part of its
portfolio around specific
technology challenges. It
foresees new
innovation-based
capabilities and then works
back to the fundamental
breakthroughs required to

technological advances to
prototyping, and then hands
off the system development
and production to the
military services or the

History
DARPA
was created as the Advanced
Research Projects Agency (ARPA),
by Public Law 85-325 and
Department of Defense Directive
5105.41, in February 1958. Its
creation was directly attributed
to the launching of Sputnik and
to U.S. realization that the Soviet
Union had
developed the capacity to
rapidly exploit military
technology. Additionally, the
political and defense
communities recognized the need
for a high-level Department of
Defense organization to
formulate and execute R&D
projects that would expand the
frontiers of technology beyond
the immediate and specific
requirements of the Military
Services and their laboratories.
In pursuit of this mission,
DARPA has developed and
transferred technology programs
encompassing a wide range of
scientific disciplines which
address the full spectrum of
national security needs.
From
1958-1965, ARPA's emphasis
centered on major national
issues, including space,
ballistic missile defense, and
nuclear test detection. During
1960, all of its civilian space
programs were transferred to
the National
Aeronautics and Space
Administration (NASA) and
the military space programs to
the individual Services. This
allowed DARPA to concentrate its
efforts on the DEFENDER (defense
against ballistic missiles), Project
Vela (nuclear
test detection), and AGILE (counterinsurgency
R&D) Programs, and to begin work
on computer processing,
behavioral sciences, and
materials sciences. The DEFENDER
and AGILE Programs formed the
foundation of DARPA sensor,
surveillance, and directed
energy R&D, particularly in the
study of radar, infrared
sensing, and x-ray/gamma ray
detection.
During the late 1960s, with the
transfer of these mature
programs to the Services, ARPA
redefined its role and
concentrated on a diverse set of
relatively small, essentially
exploratory research programs.
The Agency was renamed the
Defense Advanced Research
Projects Agency (DARPA) in 1972,
and during the early 1970s, it
emphasized direct energy
programs, information
processing, and tactical
technologies.
Concerning information
processing, DARPA made great
progress, initially through its
support of the development of time-sharing (all
modern operating systems rely on
concepts invented for the Multics system,
developed by a cooperation
between Bell
Labs, General
Electric and MIT,
which DARPA supported by
funding Project
MAC at
MIT with an initial
two-million-dollar grant), and
later through the evolution of
the ARPANET (the
first wide-area packet switching
network), Packet Radio Network,
Packet Satellite Network and
ultimately, the Internet and
research in the artificial
intelligence (AI) fields
of speech recognition and signal
processing. DARPA also funded
the development of the Douglas
Engelbart's
NLS computer system and the Aspen
Movie Map,
which was probably the first hypermedia system
and an important precursor of virtual
reality.
The Mansfield
Amendment of
1973 expressly limited
appropriations for defense
research (through ARPA/DARPA) to
projects with direct military
application. Some[who?] contend
that the amendment devastated
American science, since
ARPA/DARPA was a major funding
source for basic science
projects of the time; the National
Science Foundation never
made up the difference as
expected. But the resulting "brain
drain"
is also credited with boosting
the development of the fledgling
personal computer industry. Many
young computer scientists fled
from the universities to
startups and private research
labs like Xerox
PARC.
From
1976-1981, DARPA's major thrusts
were dominated by air, land,
sea, and space technology, such
as follow-on forces attack with
standoff weapons and associated
Command, Control, and
Communications; tactical armor
and anti-armor programs;
infrared sensing for space-based
surveillance; high-energy laser
technology for space-based
missile defense; antisubmarine
warfare; advanced cruise
missiles; advanced aircraft; and
defense applications of advanced
computing. These large-scale
technological program
demonstrations were joined by
integrated circuit research,
which resulted in submicrometre
electronic technology and
electron devices that evolved
into the Very Large Scale
Integration (VLSI)
Program and the Congressionally
mandated charged particle beam
program. Many of the successful
programs were transitioned to
the Services, such as the
foundation technologies in automatic
target recognition,
space based sensing, propulsion,
and materials that were
transferred to the Strategic
Defense Initiative Organization
(SDIO),
later known as the Ballistic
Missile Defense Organization
(BMDO),
now titled the Missile
Defense Agency (MDA).
During
the 1980s, the attention of the
Agency was centered on
information processing and
aircraft-related programs,
including the National
Aerospace Plane (NASP) or Hypersonic
Research Program.
The Strategic
Computing Program enabled
DARPA to exploit advanced
processing and networking
technologies and to rebuild and
strengthen relationships with
universities after the Vietnam
War.
In addition, DARPA began to
pursue new concepts for small,
lightweight satellites (LIGHTSAT)
and directed new programs
regarding defense manufacturing,
submarine technology, and
armor/anti-armor.
On October
28, 2009 the agency broke ground
on a new facility in Arlington,
Virginia a few miles from the
Pentagon.[5]

popular fiction. Appearances can
be classed into three forms. The

this fascinating, six-hour interview, (links
below) American lawyer Andrew D. Basiago, 47,
narrates the hidden history of his discovery of
life on Mars in 2008 and reveals the fact that
by 1968 the US intelligence community was
already aware of aspects of his later Mars work.

experiences in DARPAs Project Pegasus during the
period 1969 to 1972, and describes probes to
past and future events that he took via
teleportation and chronovision during the early

of Project Camelot a truth-teller with
significant new information -stated recently,
the real deal to share about the real
Philadelphia Experiment.
In this interview,

briefings over 40 years in which he was shown
evidence of his destiny involving the discovery

He was born on
September 18, 1961 in Morristown, New Jersey,
the youngest of five children, and grew up in
Northern New Jersey and Southern California.
Andy was one of the
“whiz kids” who served from 1969 to 1972 in
DARPA’s time-space exploration program, Project
Pegasus. Soon, he will publish his long-awaited
memoir of his childhood experiences in US time
travel research at the time of its emergence.
A past member of
Mensa, the high IQ society, Andy holds five
academic degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts
in History from UCLA and a Master of Philosophy
from the University of Cambridge.
While an undergraduate
at UCLA, he became a journalist and a protégé of
editor Norman Cousins of the Saturday Review,
who once compared Andy to Robert Hutchins and
nominated him to be the Editor of the Bulletin
of the Atomic Scientists.
Andy was inspired by a
meeting with the futurist Buckminster Fuller in
1981 to pursue a career in environmental policy.
After their meeting, Fuller wrote: “Andrew
Basiago’s integrity augurs well for humanity’s
continuance in (the) Universe.”
He began his career
writing articles about the urban environment for
Los Angeles newspapers, national periodicals,
and the Cousteau Society journal Calypso Log.
Andy studied
environmental law at Northwestern School of Law
of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon,
and then went on to design nature-friendly urban
plans for cities in California and study
environmental law with Professor Malcolm Grant
at Cambridge.
His papers about the
theory and practice of urban sustainability have
been published in international, peer-reviewed
journals in Australia, Britain, and the United
States, cited widely, and placed in the
environmental policy collections of university
libraries.
Andy was admitted to
the Washington State Bar Association in 1996.
A lawyer in private
practice, he specializes in personal injury law
while representing and collaborating with
writers and filmmakers in the development of
books, TV shows, and feature films with
planetary and interplanetary themes.
Recently, Andy edited
several major works related to humanity’s
contact with extraterrestrial life.
He was the editor of
Alfred Lambremont Webre’s book, Exopolitics:
Politics, Government and Law in the Universe
(Universe Books, 2005), which uses as a case
study human contact with an advanced
civilization on Mars.
He also edited The
Fátima Trilogy by Joaquim Fernandes, Fina
d’Armada, and others (Anomalist Books, 2007), a
definitive history of the Fátima Incident of
1917 that explores its extraterrestrial aspects.
Andy founded the Mars
Anomaly Research Society (MARS) in 2008 after
discovering evidence of life in a photograph of
the Red Planet beamed back to Earth by NASA’s
Mars Exploration Rover Spirit and writing about

on Mars might be an epochal event in history.
His crusade to evaluate and prove his findings
and bring them to public light has been called

whistleblowers independently report teleporting
to Mars and meeting Martian extraterrestrials
Two whistleblowers, both
formerly involved in
secret research and
development projects
undertaken by US defense
agencies, have
independently verified
their secret
teleportation to US
bases on Mars, and to
meeting intelligent
Martian extraterrestrial
life. Their
accounts are now
available on the
Internet, and can be
seen below in this

One of the
whistleblowers, Arthur
Neumann, who until
recently referred to
himself as Henry
Deacon,
was formerly associated
with a U.S. government
agency,
On July 25, 2009, at
the European
Exopolitics Congress in
Barcelona, Mr. Neumann
publicly stated, “There
is life on Mars. There
are bases on Mars. I
have been there.”
The following day, Mr.
Neumann participated in Futuretalk,
a Project Camelot
documentary interview,
in which he provided
details of his
teleporting to a base on
Mars and participating
in a one-hour project

attended by
representatives of an
intelligent civilization

The other whistleblower,

Martians were there on a
liaison mission to Earth

Arthur Neumann’s
verification of the
existence of bases on
Mars, and of having
personally been to Mars,
occurred at the end of
Command Sgt. Major (USAF
retired) Robert Dean’s

Robert Dean showed
satellite images of an
apparent city under the

Mr. Basiago was recently featured in “A Conversation with Andrew D. Basiago,” a six-hour interview posted by Jessica Schab on YouTube.
In the 39-part interview, he relates his experiences in DARPA’s Project Pegasus as one of America’s early time-space explorers during the period 1969-72 and narrates the seven episodes over 40 years in which the CIA, in possession of a “quantum access” capability since 1967-68, briefed him about his destiny as a public figure who would one day be principally associated with the discovery of life on Mars.
Ms. Schab writes that in this “six-hour interview, American lawyer Andrew D. Basiago, 47, narrates the hidden history of his discovery of life on Mars in 2008 and reveals the fact that by 1968 the US intelligence community was already aware of aspects of his later Mars work.

How to evaluate the significance of the Mars testimony of Arthur Neumann and Andrew D. Basiago
Arthur Neumann and Andrew D. Basiago are each intelligent, credible professionals with histories as former participants in top secret projects sponsored by US government agencies, including DARPA. Their separate and independent revelations that each has secretly teleported to bases on Mars provide strong corroborative evidence for the existence of a permanent teleportation mechanism linking Earth and Mars, and for the existence of functioning bases of the US government on Mars.
According to Mr. Basiago, the US government has had a fully operational teleportation capability since 1967-68, and by 1969-70, was already training a cadre of gifted and talented American schoolchildren, including himself, to become America’s first generation of “chrononauts” or time-space explorers.
This training, he said, culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old, he teleported to Mars, first by himself after being prepared for the trip by CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt, and then a second time in the company of Hunt. Both trips, Mr. Basiago said, were made via a “jump room” located at a CIA facility in El Segundo, CA. The apparent purpose of the trips to Mars was to familiarize him with Mars because the CIA knew of his destiny as the discoverer of life on Mars and deemed it important that he visit Mars and experience it first-hand.
Mr. Basiago’s involvement in US time-space research as a child, as well as Courtney M. Hunt’s identity as a CIA officer, have been confirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicist who works closely with US military and intelligence agencies, and by US Army Captain Ernest Garcia, whose storied career in US intelligence included both serving as a guard on the Dead Sea Scroll expeditions of Israeli archaeologist Yigal Yadin and as the Army security attaché to DARPA’s Project Pegasus.
Arthur Neumann has stated that he teleported to Mars in order to participate in an project meeting there at which Martian extraterrestrials were present. Mr. Basiago has publicly stated that he and his father briefly met three Martian astronauts at a US defense contractor location while the Martians were there on a liaison visit from Mars.
These independent whistleblower statements, in turn, provide a threshold of corroborative evidence that an intelligent civilization lives under the surface of Mars, and that this civilization is involved in on-going secret liaison programs with agencies of the US government, including the CIA.
There were seven times in his life when the CIA informed Mr. Basiago about some aspect of his future Mars work.
Five of the episodes were informational briefings in which aspects of his future landmark paper The Discovery of Life on Mars (2008), establishing the existence of life forms on the ecologically fragile surface of Mars, were revealed to him.
The other two episodes – the meeting with the Martian astronauts at Curtiss-Wright in 1970 and his two trips to Mars in 1981 – were practical exercises in which Mr. Basiago’s future role in making public the existence of a strategic relationship between the US government and the Martian civilization seems to have been the purpose.
The seven briefings apparently resulted from a finding by the CIA, made some time around 1967-68, that Mr. Basiago’s future Mars writings were of international security significance. According to Basiago, when the CIA asked him to teleport to Mars in 1981, he was told that he had to go to Mars but not told why he had to go.
Mr. Basiago told the Examiner:
“When I asked Courtney M. Hunt why I had to teleport to Mars, he said, ‘Because the survival of the human race depends on it.’ At this point, we can only guess at what my CIA contact knew. I wish I knew.
“Clearly, I was qualified to teleport to Mars because I had teleported back and forth between New Jersey and New Mexico as one of the children attached to Project Pegasus. But the broader reason why I had to teleport to Mars remains a mystery.
“Maybe it involved the normalization of relations between Earth and Mars pertaining to an extraterrestrial defense posture that was then being established. Maybe it was something as basic as the fact that they knew that my discovery of life on Mars would inspire the next generation of Americans to become astronauts and space scientists.
“All I know is that it was a journey to Mars that the CIA had determined that I absolutely had to make and that I could not decline. Today, I’m glad that I went to Mars, because it gave me an understanding of what Mars is like, and this understanding informs the works of natural history that I am currently writing about life on Mars.”

15, 2009 report using
Asymmetric Language Trend Analysis
(ALTA) of data collected by the Web Bot
predicts that “It is very likely that
the ‘whistleblower’ who had been
described in previous ALTA reports (see
1309) as emerging out of the period of
the [coagulation] of the
[government/officialdom of the USofA due
to financial structure collapse] is a
person by the name of [Andrew
D. Basiago].”
Clif High,
administrator of the Web
Bot and
author of the ALTA report, states that
the truth campaign of American whistle
blower Andrew D. Basiago will raise Mr.
Basiago’s public profile “to a very high
level within the mainstream media and
that such presence in the media will
climb over the next 9/nine months to a
planetary level.”
Basiago
published a paper entitled The
Discovery of Life on Mars on
December 12, 2008 that contains
photographic evidence and textual
analysis of humanoid beings, animal
species, carved statues, and built
structures on Mars. These were
derived from images taken by NASA’s Mars
Exploration Rover Spirit on the surface
of Mars. His paper, which achieves over
50 “firsts” in science, is the first
work to prove that Mars not only
harbored life in ancient times but is an
inhabited planet today.
Referring to
his paper, the ALTA report states “The
past forecast for this person who would
make a [planetary impact] of such
magnitude that [a second wave] of other
[whistle-blowers] of all kinds would be
drawn into the public view includes
descriptors and archetypes that are
currently being fulfilled by reports
about Andrew’s paper.”
The ALTA
report also states, “[T]he linguistics
both around Andrew D. Basiago and by him
reach to almost 34/thirty-four percent
of the predicted linguistic set
(actually quite significant levels when
attempting to match personality to
forecast at this early a stage).”
The
methodology of Web Bot and ALTA reports
The Web
Bot project on
which the ALTA reports are based uses
software to “search the Internet for
about 300,000 keywords with emotional
context and record the preceding and
following words to create a
‘snapshot.’ Through this, the technology
is claimed to be able to examine the
collective unconscious of the world as a
whole. It is thus said to be able to
predict catastrophic [and other] events
60 to 90 days in advance.” The Web Bot
is claimed to have accurately predicted
the September 11, 2001 terror attacks in
June 2001, as well as the blackout of
the Northeastern United States in 2003.
The project was unsuccessful in
predicting a Vancouver, B.C. and Pacific
Northwest earthquake for December 12,
2008.
Russian television reports Basiago’s
discovery
A recent

planetary media coverage that is
beginning to be accorded Andrew D.
Basiago’s discovery of life on Mars.

TVC - Moscow: What have you found in
NASA's photographs from Mars?
Andrew D.
Basiago, President, Mars Anomaly
Research Society (MARS): First, I have
found abundant evidence of humanoid
beings of two types on Mars, one closely
resembling modern human beings on Earth
and the other the Grays of the UFO
contact literature.
Second, I have
found animal species, including animals
that presently exist on Earth, that once
existed on Earth but are now extinct,
and that have never existed on Earth.
Third, I have
found many carved statues, especially
large heads and faces of humans and
animals made from indigenous rocks,
which is a distinctively Martian art
form, as exemplified by The Face on Mars
at Cydonia.
Fourth, I have
found built structures, including
aqueducts and buildings.
Fifth, I
have found dead bodies, including a
large mass of dead humanoids littering
the arroyo immediately west of the Home
Plate Plateau in the Columbia Basin of
the Gusev Crater of Mars.
Lastly, and
most intriguingly, I have found evidence
of both large monuments and small rock
carvings establishing the connection
between Ancient Egypt and Ancient Mars.
 Okuneva: Does
this evidence establish the existence of
a previous civilization on Mars?
Basiago: Yes. Mars was inhabited in
antiquity and is inhabited today. The
civilization on Mars was impacted by the
solar system catastrophe of 9,500 BC, in
which debris elements from the Vela
supernova explosion entered our solar
system, devastating Mars and destroying
the great maritime civilization on Earth
that built the Great Pyramid and the
Sphinx.
The evidence
on Mars of this ancient civilization
consists of very large monuments that
can be seen from satellite images and
now smaller details photographed by
NASA's rovers Spirit and Opportunity,
such as the image of an Egyptian pharaoh
that MARS has identified on a rock on
Mars that was photographed by Spirit,
that we are calling "The Rosetta Stone
of Mars" because it establishes the
connection between Ancient Egypt and
Mars.
After this
catastrophe, the human beings on Mars
took refuge underground, where their
post-catastrophe civilization has
survived intact, and where, according to
a senior CIA officer who contacted me
after I published The Discovery of Life
on Mars in 2008, one million Martian
humanoids of several different types now
live.
 Okuneva: Is
there any evidence of forests and water
existing on Mars?
Basiago: In my
opinion, yes. Although the ecology of
Mars is fragile and even tenuous by
earthly standards, there is evidence
that both forests and water presently
exist on Mars.
Several years
ago, the late Dr. Thomas Van Flandern,
the former chief astronomer of the US
Navy, published photographs showing
"possible trees" on Mars. He
concluded that they were "ancient
forests remains," that is to say,
fossils.
He also
studied The Face on Mars at Cydonia, and
concluded that the probability that it
is a built structure is astronomically
high − "a thousand billion billion to
one."
He determined,
however, that such evidence was from a
civilization that died out on Mars 3.2
million years ago, when life was
beginning on Earth. Dr. Van Flandern
concluded that Mars is a dead planet. I
disagree.
My analysis of
NASA image PIA10214 in 2008 proved that
Mars is inhabited today by humanoid
beings and by many different animal
species.
Mars' biota
also includes plant life that we would
liken to the algae, lichen, mosses,
ferns, and sedges that we find here on
Earth.
As for the
presence of water on Mars, I would cite
the fact that in 2008, at the very time
that NASA was announcing its "chilling
discovery" of ice on Mars, I published
data derived from NASA's own photographs
showing evidence of both standing water
and flowing water in the West Valley of
the Columbia Basin of the Gusev Crater
of Mars, which is in the middle
latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere of
Mars, about where Columbus, Ohio is here
on Earth.
In NASA image
PIA10214, a lake, azure blue in color,
can be seen at the foot of Husband Hill,
to the west of the Home Plate
Plateau. In NASA image PIA11049, a pipe
can be seen, and from it, water can be
seen flowing downward into a catch
basin, around which, in turn, human
beings can be seen standing, to the
south of the Home Plate Plateau.
Such evidence
shows that NASA is attempting to conceal
the obvious evidence of life that exists
in its own photographs, which is
contrary to the mission that the US
space agency was given by the US
Congress in the NASA Act of 1958, which
was to foster "the expansion of human
knowledge of… space." It is trying to do
so by making periodic announcements of
discoveries on Mars of a de minimis
nature, most recently, the discovery of
methane. Surely, the people of this
planet have a right to know that the
planet that every two years comes
closest to our planet, Mars, is an
inhabited planet, and, in this way, to
know and understand the true natural
history of the solar system that we live
in as inhabitants of this planet.
Okuneva: What
is the probability that all of these
forms of evidence are optical
illusions?
Basiago: None.
I am a lawyer in Washington State, and I
can say with some authority that the
evidence that MARS has already published
on the Web is sufficient to convince any
jury in the United States that Mars is
an inhabited planet.
However, we
are not at that place in the
debate. Where we are at in the debate is
whether President Obama will honor his
own call for "Change" and change the
traditional policy of the US government,
established by the CIA's Robertson Panel
of 1952-53, which has been to deny the
existence of extraterrestrial life.
You may
remember that during the presidential
campaign in 2008, President Obama was
asked about extraterrestrial life and he
joked that the critical question was
whether or not the ET’s were Democrats
or Republicans! I met Barack Obama in
1982 when we were college students, and
I think that he is smarter than that. I
think that he recognizes the great
contribution that he could make as
president were he to embrace my call to
acknowledge that Mars is inhabited,
establish a Mars protectorate under the
UN, and normalize relations with the
human civilization on Mars. Ultimately,
I think that he has no other choice, now
that the evidence that Mars is inhabited
so far surpasses the possibility that it
is an optical illusion that it falls
somewhere between the "substantial
evidence" standard and the "beyond a
reasonable doubt" standard. Clearly,
there is still some skepticism, but in
my view such skepticism results from
fear of change rather than the courage
to confront the truth.
Okuneva: If
the artifacts truly exist, what lessons
should be learned by humanity about your
discovery of life on Mars?
Basiago: The
overarching philosophical lesson to be
learned from this new discovery is that
we live in an inhabited Universe and
that human life as we know it on Earth
might be more commonplace in the Cosmos
than we once thought. The 21st Century
will see something that human
civilization on Earth has not seen for
500 years - the discovery of a new
world.
The immediate
lesson to be learned, however, and the
reason that I am leading the campaign to
achieve political recognition that Mars
is an inhabited planet, is that we must
begin the great debate on Earth to enact
the international treaty that is now
required to protect the ecology and the
civilization of Mars from visitation,
exploration, habitation, and
colonization by human beings from
Earth. We must remember that Mars does
not belong to the people of America or
of Russia or, indeed, the people of
Earth. Mars belongs to the Martians!
If we fail to recognize this, then we
will fail our first major test of cosmic
citizenship. I think that the people of
the Earth are ready for cosmic
citizenship and I think that they are
also ready for the truth.

fascinating about the determination made
by Mr. High is that Mr. Basiago’s high
level (34%) in the linguistic set
predicted by the ALTA model might be
caused by revelations of his other than
those pertaining to life on Mars. On
August 31, 2009, in a six-hour interview
by Jessica Schab that has become a
YouTube classic, Mr. Basiago disclosed
the existence of a secret US time travel
program called Project Pegasus.
In the
interview, Basiago states that the US
government’s “quantum access” capability
was so advanced 40 years ago that in
1971, he was asked to read a copy of his
paper The Discovery of Life on Mars that
had been retrieved from the future, so
that when he wrote it, in 2008, it would
contain as much data about Mars as
possible. This interview, in which Mr.
Basiago explains the connections between
his childhood involvement in Project
Pegasus and later Mars findings, can be

Project
Pegasus was a classified,
defense-related research and development
program launched by the US Defense
Advanced Research Projects Agency
(DARPA) in the late 1960’s. In the

Basiago “relates his experiences in

Remote sensing in the time-space
continuum
Mr. Basiago
has revealed that between 1969 and 1972,
as a child participant in Project
Pegasus, he both viewed past and future
events through a device known as a
chronovisor and teleported back and
forth across the country in vortal
tunnels opened in time-space via
Tesla-based teleporters located at the
Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical Company
facility in Wood Ridge, NJ and the
Sandia National Laboratory in Sandia,
NM.
DARPA had, he
explains, five reasons for involving
American school children in such new,
dangerous, and experimental
activities. First, the Department of
Defense wanted to test the mental and
physical effects of teleportation on
children. Second, Project Pegasus needed
to use children because the holograms
created by the chronovisors would
collapse when adults stood within
them. Third, the children were tabula
rasa and would tend to see things during
the time probes that adults would tend
to miss. Fourth, the children were
trainees who upon growing up would serve
in a covert time-space program under
DARPA that would operate in tandem with
the overt space program under
NASA. Lastly, the program sponsors found
that after moving between time lines,
adult time travelers were often becoming
insane, and it was hoped that by working
with gifted and talented children from
childhood, the US government might
create an adult cadre of “chrononauts”
capable of dealing with the
psychological effects of time travel.
In one time
probe to the future undertaken by
Project Pegasus from a chronovisor
device located at ITT Defense
Communications in Nutley, NJ, Mr.
Basiago viewed the US Supreme Court
building in Washington, DC as it would
be in the year 2013. During this
probe, he found that the Supreme Court
building was under 100 feet of stagnant
water and reported this to the
Lieutenant Commander from the Office of
Naval Intelligence who debriefed him
after the probe to the future was
completed. He hastens to add that
because the chronovisors did not
identify absolute, deterministic futures
but rather alternate futures in the
“multi-verse,” this catastrophic vision
of Washington, DC might be from an
alternative time line that does not
materialize on our time line.
In contrast to
the chronovisor probes, in which a form
of virtual time travel was achieved, the
teleporters developed by Project Pegasus
allowed for physical teleportation to
distant locations, sometimes with an
adjustment forward or backward in time
of days, weeks, months, or
years. According to Mr. Basiago, by
1972, the US government was using
“quantum displacement” of this kind to
both send people forward in time several
years to store sensitive military
secrets in the future and backward in
time several years to provide the
government current intelligence about
future events.
Societal impact of chronovision and
teleportation
Andrew D.
Basiago’s Pegasus revelations establish
that a secret, advanced US time-space
program emerged 40 years ago. For four
decades, this program has used esoteric
technologies involving chronovision and
teleportation to perform “remote sensing
in time” of past and future events. For
the past three decades, teleportation
has also been used to send individuals
from Earth to strategic US bases on
Mars. He is adamant that these
technologies be revealed so that their
positive and negative aspects can be
debated and their positive aspects used
to advantage humanity.
Chronovision,
he said, could be used to create an
international network of virtual museums
in which images from the past would be
shown to enlighten and educate the
public. Misapplied, such technology
could also be used to create a Fascist
society based on 24-hour surveillance of
individuals by government, which may
have been portended by the DARPA project
called “Total Information Awareness”
that President George W. Bush
established and placed under Admiral
John Poindexter.
Teleportation
is a second quantum access technology
developed with public funds that the
public is being denied the full benefits
of. Teleportation could be used, Basiago
said, to move people and goods more
quickly and efficiently around the
globe, without the pollution caused by
planes, trains, and automobiles or the
negative land use effects from airports,
railroad tracks, and highways. Yet, if
it is not declassified, teleportation
will remain what it has been for 40
years, that is, a weapon for use only by
the US military, to have the option to
put troops precisely where they are
needed on battlefields.
“I take my
responsibilities as a planetary whistle
blower very seriously,” Basiago
said. “This is a truth campaign for
positive human development on this
planet. The people of this planet have a
right to a true telling of the natural
history of the solar system that we
inhabit. This includes the truth that
Mars is an inhabited planet and also
that the United States’ secret space
program has already sent individuals
from this planet to the Red Planet. If
we are to achieve a sustainable human
future on this planet, we must demand
that the US government reveal the
teleportation that has been used to
reach Mars so that it can now be used to
revolutionize human transport on
Earth. The people of this planet have a
right to inhabit a future global society
in which all human beings enjoy the
life-advantaging benefits of all of the
technologies that all of human ingenuity
has ever produced. In both of these
cases, whether a treaty protecting Mars
or a global network of teleports
results, the truth shall set us free.”
