There were 5 of us in my group. At the last moment, one of the women decided she needed to go upstairs to get something. Her name was Beatrice.

So, we decided to start without her, rather than wait for her to come back.

I said I would try at first and told the oldest man in the group to step forward in the center -between us. He was dark-skinned, with curly black hair and brown  eyes - either Italian or Sicilian appearing.

He bent down and I made a ring around his head near his eye level and moved them upward towards the top of his head.

Immediately, a bright purplish-white light came up out of his head and danced around the top of his head brilliantly.

The man got down on his knees on the floor and the light grew brighter and seemed to spill out on the floor.

The light was so petty, the rest of us dove into the light on the floor that was still coming out of the man's head like a fountain of water. It felt cool and peaceful in the purple-white light and we all reveled in it.

But the light began to diminish with our excitement and we all got up off the floor talking excitedly about what we had just experienced.

I told one of the other men to go upstairs and get 'BEA' because I didn't want her to miss the next time we did this again.

By now the three of us were remaining laying on the floor. I had the Italian/Sicilian man in my arms and another man on his immediate left. We planned to do this experiment laying down, so the purplish-white light would spill out of the Italian man's head like water and cover us with the exquisite peace and coolness.

NOTE: The name Beatrice means 'blesses' and 'brings joy'

I found myself in the same house, waiting for Beatrice to come downstairs and decided to do some yard chores while I was waiting. So I went outside into the yard to water the flowers and the grass.

I had long hoses to do the watering with sprinklers on the ends, so I could water the whole yard at once.

So I lay the first hose out by the garden and turned on the water. As I did, I imagined that same purplish-white color coming out of the water into the garden and just as I did that, I could see purplish-white light pouring out of the water all over the flowers.

Then I lay a hose out on the lawn, all excited to do this again, but decided to imagine a different color and imagined the color green coming out of the water. Just as I imagined it, a greenish-white light came pouring out of the water all over the lawn where the water was hitting the grass.

This was a huge lawn with many trees that children played on and in as well, so I lay a series of hoses with sprinklers across the lawn about every 12 feet and at each one, I imagined the purplish-white light or the greenish white light coming out of the water onto the lawn and it did.

It was so pretty to see. Just as I was thinking that, I had a vision of a small screen in the upper reaches of my eyesight and saw a beautiful rose-colored rose flower and under it the word TOPAZ and immediately the color Topaz filled the picture over the rose which made me know that no matter what color I imagined, that's what color would come out of the water or the person.

What a precious gift of knowledge this was.

NOTE: Whitehorse woman says that topaz helps one have a practical outlook in ones life and methods of doing things. Helps one to know what will work best in any situation. Helps them to go from point a to point be then on to point c without wasting time.

Egyptians thought the Imperial Topaz was the captured light of the Sun God Ra. It was worn in amulets for protection from accident or attacks. Greeks and Romans also associated the golden crystals with their Sun God, Jupiter. They believed the stone increased their strength and could neutralize enchantments.

Bushmen in Africa used Topaz in healing ceremonies and rituals to connect with ancestral spirits.

If you don't know what color you need, you can use this rainbow technique and it will balance your entire body.  Personally, I always use blue to remove pain of a headache and green or pure white if I need to heal something within myself.  Following these instructions are more details for specific illnesses and dis-eases.

First, sit in a comfortable chair, with feet firmly planted on the floor in front of you. If you lay down you might fall asleep and not finish the technique and end up with too much color. If you stay conscious, you can control how long you do the technique. You will want to do it for only 3 to 5 minutes in the beginning. Once you are comfortable with the technique and know which color you need, you can individualize the color and work with only one at a time, such as done with individual chakras.

Breathe deeply and evenly, feeling the cleansing power of oxygen permeating your body's cells as you inhale, and the release of carbon dioxide waste as you exhale. Conscious, deep breathing cleanses the blood and cells of the body. . This also allows your spiritual Higher Self to align in the body.

Visualize the crown chakra (at the top of your head) and begin to imagine it opening as though it were the lens of a camera. Ask the Universe for all the color rays of rainbow energy to flow down through your crown chakra. Your spirit guides and guardian angels will be there to assist with this as they are always with you.  These rainbow colors are the red, orange, yellow, green, rose, blue, indigo, violet, silver, gold, white, and black rays. There is also ultra-red and ultra-violet. By stating your intent for healing they will flow from the Universe to whatever level body you need them in. Do not be too concerned if you don't know how this works. Just by asking, it will happen.

As the rainbow rays flow into your crown chakra, visualize them entering your bloodstream through the arteries and permeating the cells of your entire body. This only takes a few moments to go from one end of your body to the other.

If you have a specific problem you wish to work on, you can ask for the colors to infuse that particular area of the body. The body listens to every thought you think, so just by stating what you want, it will happen. This thought/body connection is very important to know, because your every negative thought makes negative things occur, and every positive thought you have, takes the body to higher levels of consciousness. The worst problem is that we confuse our own bodies by asking it to do something positive and then doubting that it can happen. In this case, please refrain from doubting the positive outcome so you don't undo the good you have just done.

In the end, balance is always the key to strive for.

Place a glass of clear water on the window sill in a sunny place. The sun will put its energies into the water . Sunlight contains all the colors of the rainbow. You can drink this water for health purposes. Or use it to water plants.

As seen in the dream above, you can pour a glass of distilled water and imagine whatever color you wish into the water and drink it for the health purposes you are working on that day.

Water, when exposed to sunlight in a colored container for at least an hour become irradiated and takes on some of the vibrational energy of that particular color. This is called solarized water. If you are not comfortable visualizing the colors at first, you can purchase special colored containers, but they can easily be improvised using colored cellophane. Simply drink (solarized water should always be sipped) this water at regular intervals throughout the day.

A red vessel will give red solarized water; a blue vessel, blue solarized water, etc. The longer the water remains exposed to the sun, the stronger is its potency. Solarization depends on temperature, geographical location and the time of the day. One simple way to determine if the water has absorbed the sun's energy is to drop an ice cube in the glass of water to be solarized. When the ice cube has completely melted, the water is charged. Obviously, it will take more time in winter as opposed to in summer.

Following you will find the appropriate colors for healing certain illnesses. Note that these instructions are not given by physicians, but color therapists work with them. Do not take these notes as a prescription - but in adjunct to your own physicians medicines and advice. Please note that recently, it has been advised on television that people no longer need to drink 8 glasses of water a day in addition to other fluids, and some doctors are now allowing coffee, teas, and sodas as part of the water allowance for the day. We do not recommend this. In fact, we would advise that all coffee, teas, and sodas, including and especially diet fluids be eliminated completely from the body while healing. Once you feel better, you will not want these other fluids to pass your lips and contaminate the body again.

It is easier to learn to heal than learning to ride a bicycle or play the piano. This type of healing utilizes the prana or life force available from the sun, air and ground to heal the bodies' imbalances. It requires no drugs, crystals, or mechanical gadgets or even physical contact with the body. The reason that no physical contact is needed is because you, the healer is working on the energy body and not directly on the physical body. The energy body, is better known as the aura. The aura is the field of energy that permeates the body and extends out from it from two to five feet in most people. The aura is what clairvoyants see as the luminous energy field that is visible around the physical body. The aura layers we will deal with here,  from the inner most dense to the outer finer or higher vibration layer are 1. etheric 2. emotional 3. mental 4. causal. This energy field is also interpenetrates the body, which is utilized by the chakras. There is a big connection between the chakras and the aura around the body. When we change and heal the energy body it creates a new pattern for the physical body to follow, which results in a physical healing. The physical body actually heals itself.

NOTE: There are more layers to the aura and the spiritual bodies, but that study will be dealt with elsewhere. The layers we will be working with are the following.

1. Etheric: lower astral, a bluish or grayish layer that extends an inch or two out from the body most associated with the physical body is the easiest to see . some people are also able to see the etheric outlines of the internal organs . This can also be seen as a light blue on dark blue grid. This grid is called the etheric web, which can also be repaired to assist in healing the body.

2. Emotional: The emotional aspects of life and being. Seen are soft multi-colored clouds of light visible from one to six inches out from the body. This is the layer most often described by aura readers. This layer will show dark spots or cloudy or stagnant areas where emotional blocks and pain exist .

3. Mental: The mental body reflects the colors of the thought processes, linear thinking. Personal power.

4. Causal: Higher Astral, Seen in this layer are multi-colored clouds, associated with the heart such as love, anger, and hatred. It is called Causal because this layer is the cause of many of the problems in the other layers.

That said, it is not necessary to see the aura to work with it. No one need feel left out for not seeing the aura. Anyone can still work with the colors and energies even if this aura is not seen. If you wish to get some idea of seeing the aura, you may sit in a dim light with a white background in front of you. Unfocus your eyes while holding your fingers in front of your eyes. Stare at the space between your fingers. At some point in this process, you will see light blue flickering lights of energy coming out between your fingers. This is your aura. Your entire body has this same blue flickering light energy around it, with the colored areas beyond it.

CLEANSING: Before healing can be accomplished, the dis-eased energies of the affected energy centers/dis-eased organs must be cleansed. After that is accomplished, then one can re-energize them. One wouldn't pour fresh coffee into a cup that is filled with stale coffee, thus the dis-eased energy of the body must be removed before putting in new energy. A person would get even sicker when the body tries to get rid of stale or dis-eased energies, if new energies are forced on top of the dis-eased energies.

ENERGIZING: Healers make a mistake by using their own energy to heal another person. To do healing, using prana of the Universe, the energies from the Universe are used, rather than that of another person. We live in a virtual ocean of energy. By projecting the Universal energy into the dis-eased and cleansed body it does not drain your own energy.

Using intention and visualization you can send color energies from the Universe to the person who needs the healing.

Emotional and psychological problems can also be healed using this method. The aura of the body holds all the negative emotions and traumatic experiences a person goes through in their life. One can spend many years agonizing and crying about the past experiences, and the memories remain just the same in the aura. But by adjusting the chakras and removing these negative energies from the aura, healing of emotional problems can be healed much more easily. The person need not even tell the healer what the problems are, and they can be healed. When the cleansing and re-energizing is done on a person, the body automatically experiences the peace and serenity that the new energies bring in. It's like getting a new inner body.

The invisible life force of energy is part of all living things. We could not alive without this energy surrounding and interpenetrating our bodies, just as we depend on water and air to live.  A good balance and regulation of the energies of the bodies is essential to health and life.

Water has been traditionally used as a symbol of life in many cultures. We see many of these ancient temples, fountains and baths in historical scenes. Life is all about energy and movement, therefore energy and water and air needs to be flowing well through the body. The body's energies must be flowing just like a waterfall or fountain in order to be healthy. There is no better metaphor for the mind body spirit connection than that of water. Research recently has implied that water molecules could be continually changing shape and form.

Water is can be looked upon as mystical on many levels. It is the only substance on earth that is naturally present in three different forms - liquid, solid, and gas. One of the most profound mysteries about water is that it is one of the rare substances that expands when it grows colder. Most substances become denser when they grow colder. Water expands as it grows cold which allows it (ice) to float. If our earth's water would be totally frozen, conscious life could never come into being. Water allows for conscious life ~ ancient peoples have long known this, and therefore declared it sacred.

In many health conditions, pure water administered externally or internally can treat stress and pain, and eliminate organisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungus, and parasites. There are many therapies using treated and mineralized waters. In this case, we are using pure unadulterated distilled water. This is one of the most easily accessible and least expensive ways to heal with water in your own home. Drinking lots of clean water, cleansing your inner organs, and taking baths in a ritualized way can assist in balancing the body in more than one way. Adding only color to the water in these treatments will assist in healing of the body. Nature's greatest gift to us is water, and it's yours for the healing.

All About White

Color is everywhere, on all planes of existence, as vibrations are everywhere and color is a manifestation of vibration. The Universal Light, the Sun, emanates vibratory streams of the life force in seven major rays.

Each individual is believed to incarnate into their own specific color, which is the Major Ray, and this contains their very own individual tint or shade of degree of evolution.

Everybody also possesses three other rays, known as the Minor Rays, which are the soul colors. When in harmony, all these rays are in tune with each other and the individual will enjoy good health and abundant energy. When the Rays are disharmonious, energy levels will decrease and sickness will be present.

One good indication of what your major color rays are, is to pay attention to your favorite color. Which color are most of your clothes? What color do you like your rugs to be? It would be pretty rare for someone to be born into a color we don't like.

When we speak of the Color Rays of the Universe, we are speaking in spiritual terms, not just physical terms. There are spiritual beings who are responsible for these color rays and help us to assimilate them and work with them during our incarnations on earth.

These messengers work with the Spiritual Hierarchy. The Linkage of authority in the hierarchy is as follows. The Central Sun represents 'The Godhead, the consciousness of the creator, the source of all manifestations. Connected to the Central Sun are the spiritual beings who exist on the Sun in our Solar System, Sol. The name of the spiritual beings who exist on the Sun in a higher vibration are Helios and Vesta. The World Teachers for the Earth are Jesus (Sananda is his solar system name) and Kuthumi. Then there are Archangels and Chohans who are associated with the Seven color Rays for the planet. Each color ray represents a part of being. For example, the lst Ray is color Blue and represents Power and Divine Will. Michael is the Archangel associated with this Ray and El Morya is the Chohan. All of the Chohans of each ray had Earthly lifetimes but were able to ascend and thus are known as Ascended Masters. What this means is they completed and totally balanced all aspect of Earth/material life.

At this time, these are the most important groups of beings. In the Spiritual Hierarchy are Archangel Gabriel who is the herald of the New Age and Ascended Master and Chohan of the Seventh Ray, color violet, St. Germain who is in charge of the transmutation into the Aquarian Age.

Up unto the fall of 1981, Lord Gautama or the Buddha was Lord of the World. He succeeded Sanat Kumara in the middle of the previous century, in 1956. It is the Highest Office to be attained on this Planet. The 9th Initiation.

The Lord of the World serves on the First Ray. The Lord of the World of the Earth is now Maitreya.

The Buddha achieved the 8th Initiation. It is an Initiation, which can be achieved on all the 7 Rays. However the Office of Buddha is on the Second Ray.

The 7th Initiation is that of the Bodhisattva and the Maha Chohan. Beloved Kwan Yin is a Bodhisattva of the Seventh Ray The Maha Chohan is the Lord of the Chohans of the Rays. It is the Office of the Holy Spirit for an entire Planet. The Holy Spirit is the Love Nature of God. The first and the last breath every human being receives, when he or she' s being born or leaving the Earth plane is given and taken by the Maha Chohan or in His Name by one of His Court. The Maha Chohan is also in charge of the Elemental Kingdom.

Sanat Kumara,  works with the fourth kingdom in nature, the human, and the fourth Ray of Harmony through Conflict. It is the balanced relation of these three, consummated at the fourth initiation, which produces the full beauty of the creative fixed design of the individual soul.

The 6th Initiation is the Initiation of Chohan. On this moment 7 Chohans are in function on the Seven Rays. They are:

 . El Morya on the First Ray -Will, Faith, Courage, Power, Protection and Strength -The color of the Ray is blue in all its different hues. The Elohim of the First Ray is Hercules and Amazonia. The Archangel of the First Ray is Michael and Faith. Archangels emerge from the Angelic Kingdom. At this initiatory level, you etherically recode and reactive your fifth strand DNA. In this ray, you work with the sacred geometry of the sphere, and the Egg of Life, and Soul travel to the third dimensional pocket of space within the Halls of Amenti, Overlighted by Lord Untanas, to complete this training.

 . Dwjal Kuhl on the Second Ray - The Second Ray of God’s Wisdom, Illumination and Understanding carries the golden color. The Elohim of the Second Ray is Cassiopeia. The Archangel is Jophiel and Christine, known as Constance…The Elohim also are Apollo and Lumina. The second ray is related to the seventh initiation, in which you are initiated into the Order of Melchizedek. Also, at this initiatory level, you etherically recode and reactive your seventh strand DNA. This ray is also brought into focus in Priesthood training, and specifically the second level of Priesthood training. For this training, you work with the sacred geometry of the cube, and the Egg of Life, and Soul travel to the fourth dimensional pocket of space within the Halls of Amenti, Overlighted by Lord Quertas.

 . Lady Rowena on the Third Ray - Active and Creative Intelligence. The Third Ray of God’s Love is pink. The Elohim of the Third Ray is Orion. The Archangel is Chamuel and Charity…The Elohim are also Heros and Amora. This ray works with a glorious yellow, as well as the vibration of daffodil, emerald, rose and cedarwood essential oils, and sacred geometry. The third ray is related to the sixth initiation, in which you will merge with your Christed Overself of the Light as you exist at a Multi-Universal level of Consciousness, and become the integrated aspect of this wonderful Higher Light on the Earth plane. Furthermore, at this initiatory level, you etherically recode and reactive your sixth strand of DNA. For this training, you work with the sacred geometry of the cube, and the Egg of Life, and Soul travel to the third dimensional pocket of space within the Halls of Amenti Overlighted by Lord Untanas.

 . Serapis Bey on the Fourth Ray - The Fourth Ray of God’s Purity, Harmony, Resurrection and Creativity is crystal clear white. The Elohim is Claire, the Archangel is Gabriel and Hope…The Elohim are also Purity and Astrea…the Chohan of the Fourth Ray may be Paul the Venetian… This ray anchors the qualities in an emerald green color through your base chakra. This ray holds the vibration of these Light Beings, as well as the vibration of jasper, rose and caraway essential oils, sacred geometry and color. The fourth ray is related to the fourth initiation, in which you become the integrated aspect of your Higher Self of the Light, as you exist on Sirius. Also, at this initiatory level, you etherically recode and reactive your fourth strand DNA.

 . Hilarion on the Fifth Ray - The Fifth Ray of God’s Healing, Truth, Concentration and Consecration is green. The Elohim is Vista [the All Seeing Eye of God], the Archangel is Raphael and Mary…The Elohim Cyclopia and Virginia…Lady Celeste works with Master Hilarion. This ray holds the vibration of these Light Beings, as well as the vibration of obsidian, rose and geranium essential oils, sacred geometry and color. The fifth ray is related to the third initiation; control over the mental body and the Soul merge with your Primal Soul of the Light, as you exist within the Solar Core under Helios and Vesta. At this initiatory level, you etherically recode and reactive your third strand DNA.

 .  John the Beloved, on the Sixth Ray - The Sixth Ray of God’s Peace, Reveration, Ministration, Harmony and Devotion is ruby gold. The Elohim is Tranquility, The Chohan is He, who once was ”John the Beloved”, Jesus’ disciple. Archangels Uriel and Aurora Grace…The Elohim Peace and Aloha…the Chohans of the Sixth Ray, are also Lady Nada and Lord Sananda…This ray anchors the qualities of devotion, idealism, reverence, tenderness, intuition and loyalty in an indigo color in your solar plexus center, the energy center related to these ray qualities. This sixth ray essence oil holds the vibration of these Light Beings, as well as the vibration of yellow poppy, garnet, rose and ginger essential oils, sacred geometry and color. The sixth ray is related to the second initiation; control over the emotional/astral body. Plus, at this initiatory level, you etherically recode and reactive your second strand DNA.

 . St. Germain on the Seventh Ray - The Seventh Ray of God’s Freedoms Love, Transformation, Ordered and Ceremonial Service, Directed Energy of Ritual and Magic, Compassion, Mercy and Forgiveness is violet and purple in all their many hues. The Elohim is Arcturus, the Archangel is Zadkiel  and Holy Amethyst…The Elohim Arcturus and Victoria…Lady Portia works with Master St. Germain.  This ray anchors these qualities in a violet color through your sacral center, which is the energy center related to the seventh ray. This essence oil holds the vibration of these Light Beings, as well as the vibration of white ground ivy, amethyst crystal, rose and clary sage essential oils, sacred geometry and color. The seventh ray is related to the first initiation; control over the physical body. Also, at this initiatory level, you etherically recode and reactive your first strand DNA.

The Elohim emerge from the Elemental Kingdom. The elementals are the builders of form. Physical forms like plants, animals and human beings. Every human being has his personal elemental friend allotted to him at his first incarnation on Earth. Other elementals are the builders of the inner bodies: Etheric, emotional, and mental. The Elohim are the builders of Planets and Solar System. They represent the Wisdom aspect of God. The angels represent the Feeling Nature and the Love of God on this Planet. The Chohans emerge from the human kingdom. The humans represent the Will of God on Earth. However, this stage will only be reached, when man realizes by his own free will, that human will fails in its search for peace and happiness. When he finally fully surrenders his will to the Father and decides: “Not my will, but Thyne be done oh Father of all Light, and Mother of all Love.”

· In 1981, The Silver Ray came in, which was to work with only humanity in the United States. Excellent protective energy, intuition, reflective energy of the sun (God's light), feminine, justice, purity. The silver ray is used for balancing feminine energy in a person, because silver embodies the feminine aspect of the Source. When infused in the body, this ray adds additional feminine energy that brings the recipient back into balance. The Silver Ray returns people very quickly to themselves and also increases underlying Karmic Tendencies. Those resisting the Cosmic override will be experiencing many dramas and much power struggles.  St. Germain is the Master in charge of this new energy and suggests we call down a violet spiral of energy whenever we need to cleanse a body or locality of negativity. Because this energy also contains the Silver Ray of Creation within its vibration its colour looks more like a pastel lilac rather than the stronger shade of violet we are familiar with.  This is considered by some to be the Thirteenth Ray, but it does not match the Thirteenth ray  below: Thirteenth- The Silver Ray of Purification- It is not just for purification of water systems, but for the transmutation of all toxic substances, ie, from a body of water, plant life, food, from a human or animal body. To be used for alchemy in addition to the Seventh Ray of the Violet Fire and the Eighth Ray of Transfiguration. Note also that the Fourteenth ray below is silver.

The seven Cosmic Lords of Amenti Overlight these higher earthly rays as well as the first three rays of Power, Love and Wisdom. These Cosmic Lords are Lord Untanas, Lord Quertas, Lord Chietal, Lord Goyana, Lord Huertal, Lord Semveta and Lord Ardal. The six Cosmic ray essence oils contain the vibration of all twelve earthly rays with the highest Quotient of Source Light, as well as the vibration of a particular dimensional frequency and appropriate Monadic influence upon each Cosmic ray. The Guardians of the six Cosmic rays are: Helios and Vesta on the fourth dimension, the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light on the fifth dimension, the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light on the sixth dimension, the Andromedan Intergalactic Beings of the Light on the seventh dimension, the Brotherhood of the Light under Lord Melchizedek on the eighth dimension, and Mother/Father God on the ninth dimension.

The First Seven Rays are the most important to work with in our young lives, but then, when they are mastered, we have more joyful work to accomplish, and the other rays come into play to work with to complete our spiritual training.

The Eighth Ray - The eighth ray is the ray of Transcendence, a beautiful expansive ray in a luminescent seafoam green and violet, and is composed of the fourth ray, the fifth ray and the seventh ray, combined with a Higher Quotient of Source Light. The word "transcend" is described as extending beyond the limits of all possible experience and knowledge, and is a good word to describe the qualities of the eighth ray of Transcendence. This ray brings with it the qualities of courage, justice, integrity, wisdom, stability, equilibrium, unconditional Love, understanding, unity and infinite expansiveness. This ray will assist you as you move beyond the limitations imposed by your negative ego aspects, your three lower bodies, and in particular your sub-conscious mind. In so doing, you may transcend your dualities: creating a balance beyond Light and dark through the "sacred flame of transcendence" and; furthermore, come into the One Unity Consciousness of all Life. This ray is related to the sacred geometry of the octahedron and the Flower of Life. This ray is also brought into focus in your Priesthood training, and specifically the third level of your Priesthood training. For this training, you will Soul travel to the fifth dimensional pocket of space within the Halls of Amenti Overlighted by Lord Chietal. At this initiatory level, you etherically recode and reactivate your eighth strand DNA. This ray essence oil is scented with rose, caraway, geranium and clary sage essential oils.

The Ninth Ray - The ninth ray is the ray of Highest Potentials and is related to the sacred geometry of the Flower of Life, and one of the prominent rays you work with, to reclaim your birthright as a Melchizedek Ambassador of Light, and to activate your Light Body. In the process of Forward Evolution, the probability of achieving your Highest Potential as your Higher Self of the Light and your Christed Overself of the Light is focused more intently through this ray than any other. To be used for alchemy in addition to the Seventh Ray of the Violet Fire and the Eighth Ray of Transfiguration.

Fourteenth- Pearlized Red-Orange. Includes energy and formulas to promote the creation of water desalination facilities, economically feasible. In addition, this Ray can be used and called forth to change chemical compounds as in alchemical restructuring. It will be used eventually, as it is better understood, for removal of barriers to dematerialization and dematerialization , ie, shape shifting. Those who learn to call upon this force at will with their minds can relocate their bodies, or change the form of their bodies to seemingly inanimate objects, animal or plant form.

Fifteenth- Pearlized Green- Solidarity of Purpose. To promote and encourage the sane use of nuclear power in alignment with Divine Will. It will promote harmony and good will between civilizations and nations. World power nations will begin to more consciously exercise humanitarian efforts for the benefit of the human species - thinking of the good of all more often than has been accomplished in the past. This ray may be called upon be conscious Light Workers to change the consciousness of groups who are deliberately manipulating other, ie, in the case of some of the world religions and sects.

Sixteenth- Pearlized Peach or Salmon Color- Institutes right use of Free Will choice in the consciousness, as in making Free Will choices in alignment with the Divine Plan for Earth and Human Evolution.

Seventeenth- Pearlized Fuchsia- PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Promotes the silencing of inner conflict. Reduces the negative effects of the quickly rising vibrations on the masses to give possibilities for greater focus on spiritual growth and human evolution. Uses of the combined 16th and 17th Rays: Move the masses to begin promoting what fosters feelings of peace, ie, in decorating schemes in public, closing off the public view while construction and reconstruction is being accomplished, promotion of the arts for the creation of beauty and beautification instead of art that simply reflects horror and the internal conflict of the artist.

Eighteenth- Opalescent Lavender- Promotes evolution of the species by scientific and medical breakthroughs to promote greater understanding of the human DNA and ways to sanely adjust genetically for hereditary diseases. This will give greater awareness to the scientific and medical communities of the effects of mental control on the body, ie, the stimulation of the immune system by exposure of the individual or group to certain colors of light and certain sound vibrations, increase knowledge of the effects light and sound have on the DNA and therefore health. Formulas for the cure of several so-called "incurable diseases" including in the release of this Ray into the etheric of Earth.

Nineteenth- Opalescent Turquoise- Ray to change the DNA of the human species to increase the use of the brain capacity, ie, removes the veil that limits conscious use of the brain, increases the ability for telepathic communication specifically with dolphins, whales and marine life. This will increase the creation of laws to protect all animal species which are considered to have evolutionary consciousness. More awareness of animal evolutionary consciousness as increased awareness of human evolutionary consciousness comes about. This will increase the possibilities of human conscious telepathic contact; will create a consciousness of other frequencies of communication and energy waves beyond telegraph, telephone, radio, television and microwaves. Greater understanding of communication in general with the species, ie, how information is taken in, stored and retrieved by the human brain; cross-over between right and left brain consciousness, understand of information; similarities and differences between human brain and cetaceans brains; study of brains through sonographic photography to record brain wave frequencies of thought and thought projection toward an object, plant, animal or other human; a way to photograph and record speech patterns as in recording dreams and telepathic communications between individuals, animals, plants, and dreams ( similar to thought photography ) . Ultra sensitive film and paper sensitive to thought and senses will be developed.( heat sensitive fabric dye is an example which has already been created ). Twenty Second- Opalescent Fire- Energy of the Emerald Fire- Used to purify polluted conditions, either physical or emotional.
