7-7-2003 - I heard a long, personal story of alien manipulation today from a dear friend who is a life-long abductee/contactee, which I know for certain is true. I can't let this lay in secret - because I've seen the evidence of what she told me on the website of another friend - in the sun. The black-ops ETs with IQ's of between 300 and 400 with supercomputers have been working for 80 years on the physics of making the 'Tuning' occur faster than it should and the exact moment necessary to make the earth change frequencies to the positive, because their own planet turned negative in their own past. I've been told that 11 teams of 10 psychics each have been in training since the 70's, to work on this project.

That might be all well and good in their minds to make something positive rather than negative, if you don't understand what it means to have the earth 'Tuned". It ultimately means the deaths of billions of people will occur before the zero point is reached.

THE TUNING

I hate to admit that I've heard this stuff in other places for years and didn't want to accept it. My friend said that over the weekend, some ETS who are like the US black government - hijacked and arrested and held hostage the ET she usually works with. Then they tried to manipulate her into using her psychic powers to do something she had decided was not a good thing to do. This whole thing is related to HAARP. It seems that where the HAARP scientists said that they were going to bombard our own atmosphere - they were bombarding the sun instead. I don't know if you follow space weather at all, but the sun was supposed to reach its peak and diminish, but instead has continually gotten worse As a result, earth weather is also out of control. Sunspots, solar storms; what is going on is not just sunspots - but huge explosions. I've seen the photos of 'light' perhaps lazer torpedoes being shot at the sun for quite some time now. Kent Steadman has been following those for a couple years now. We have the photographs of these torpedoes hitting the sun also. The evidence is there for all to see. It affect both  our weather here on earth as well as communications. I don't really personally care about the communications so much because I can live without a cellphone - but people are getting killed because of the violent weather. And this is just the beginning. A pole shift is what is being worked towards because of the magnetics but that's not all either; the core of the earth has become unstable too, which will cause the pole shift. There will be a large increase in volcanic activity before the shift happens.

7-25-03 - It has come to my knowledge that the little greys who are scientists have come to some kind of 'awakening' since this event occurred two weeks ago. They assumed all this while that because they had a 'hive mind/consciousness' with each other that they knew everything that was going on within their own government, and just now found out that they were being lied to by their own government.  (Sounds familiar to me thinking about my own government while I write this too)  Because they are beholden to their government to feed, house, and transport all these little scientists around the galaxy, they don't have much of a choice if they want to continue their work.  

Meanwhile, since this weekend event occurred, there is a lot of thought being given to the topic of the 'spirit' of the planets  and sun, not just of human beings and animals. This is the awakening that the ETs are going to have to deal with in the very near future if they haven't considered it already. Because these crafts are so large and take so much metal and other materials to construct, it takes an entire planet, which up to now have been completely destroyed to provide that material.  They are careful to make sure there are are no animals or other life on these planets before they destroy them, yet no consideration has been given to whether the planet had a 'spirit' housed within it. The Native Americans were well aware of the spirit of the planet and of the sun, as well as other ancient tribes in Africa. Why weren't the ETs aware of this? Or were they so scientific minded, (perhaps like our own scientists) that if it couldn't be proven in a laboratory and tested and retested, that it didn't have life?

These questions need to be addressed soon or this program has basically come to an end. Now that the psychics are aware of what is going on with the 'spirit factor' they will not participate in the program. Their eyes have been opened to the truth.

I hate to say it, but I captured the Moscow chart on the 8th of July, and when I looked at it again on the 9th, it looked completely different and all the major ups and downs were gone - as a matter of fact - the whole chart looked different like they had taken an old chart and just redated it.

Of course they aren't going to say all the dangerous stuff going on - just report 'temps' and charts few people understand. I've already written about and warned about these things, so this is just another warning that we weren't kidding when we said it the first time.

Recall if you will that AL BIELEK has said hundreds of times that something important will happen on AUGUST 12 2003. This is because of a rip in the SPACE TIME CONTINUUM that occurred during the PHILADELPHIA EXPERIMENT that occurred on AUGUST 12 1943.

Then there are harmonic rifts that will occur right up until 2013..

Perhaps something might happen on August 12 2003 that we may not be aware of . At least immediately. Then again we might be very aware of it.

According to BIELEK there was another TIMEWAVE EVENT that occurred on August 12 1983. I believe that was the date that he and his brother were catapulted to in time. Where Dr.Von Neuman was waiting for them. According to Bielek that Dr.Von Neuman didn't die in 1958 as the puppet press has said.

I have all of Bielek's video tapes. Recall that he said in 1996 that WORLD WAR III would start in 2003. And it would go NUCLEAR in 2004. Bielek was given this information by some FUTURIONS that he encountered in the year 2127. It's interesting that in 1996 he said that WORLD WAR THREE would start in the year 2003. And go ATOMIC in the year 2004.

No doubt it will be very interesting to see if BIELEK'S predictions come true.

I don't think there is any doubt that WORLD WAR THREE has started. It most definitely has. It's Just that the POOR SHEEPLE haven't found out as yet.

MINI RANT  This sequence, the two SOLAR TORPEDOES line-astern plowing into the sun, is the FIRST torp event and the only full feed allowed. But shortly after this they lost the whole SOHO spacecraft for months! By the way I saw that torp first, late one night, got the word out and one of my readers sent it to CNN. Had I not been there live I doubt the event would remain in archive. As it was NASA surrounded the incident with really questionable spin.

Promptly, and as expected, the UIR issued an Official Edict of War against the Founders and Emerald Covenant legions.

In terms of intergalactic politics, an Edict of War issued against the Founders races really is a 'big deal' and one that contains the potentialities of intergalactic cataclysmic consequences not often witnessed in our Time Matrix.

Presently, the greatest threat to our global well being is not the UIR itself, but rather our amnesia ad resulting ignorance as to how to handle ourselves effectively. If we all sit around and wait for the 'First Contact Mass Landing" to occur, to 'prove' to us that our ET visitors are real, by THEN, know it is too late to do anything other than seek out the nearest Guardian evacuation team. If the First Mass Contact drama does take place, as the UIR presently intends (anywhere between 2002 and 2005), they will have already gained full control of EArth's portal systems, and will be able to initiate pole shift precisely when desired via the Niburian Battlestar, the crystalline installation beneath Stonehenge, England, and their global network of subterranean bases located across the planet. Prevention is the only way to solve this drama peacefully before it goes any further.

If the UIR movement has its way, the illusion of peace on Earth will be maintained until they have their photo-sonic beam-ship fleets in position, cloaked within the lower dimension-4 frequency bands (as many are already). The fleets will be positioned over numerous secondary Target Sites and 24 Primary Target Sites, Earth's 12 Primary Star Gate "Signet Sites" and their corresponding 12 "Templar Ce Sites," the activation sites for the corresponded Star Gates.

If the UIR, and their "Puppet Operatives" among the human Illuminati are permitted to continue with their plan, certain hybrid-target-viruses will be released among select populations to reduce the number of races considered by the Fallen Angelics to be expendable; the AIDS virus was simply an experimental test run originally orchestrated by the Drakonian agenda Rigelian zeta races via their human pawns within the Illuminati World Management Team Interior World Government. Then and only then, will the final phase of the invasion plan be set in motion.

In the final phase of the UIR plan, which must occur before the natural 2012 opening of the Halls of Amenti Star Gates if the takeover is to succeed, Earth's portal system will be used to invade the territories of Inner earth, the control matrix for the Halls of Amenti Star Gates, which are the real object of the UIR conquest. Once Earth's portals are used to invade the Inner Earth Amenti Temple-Generator Complexes, unannounced pole shifts on earth will be rapidly set in motion via the Nibiruian Battlestar and a stunned humanity will have little more than three days in which to contemplate 'what has hit them'.

This is the UIR Plan, numerous phases of which have already been set in motion.

In preparation for the August 2003 the UIR's "Great Thunder" plan for Hethalon involved first fulfilling their 666-BeaST Blue Fire Sword Initiation electrical Solar/Planetary Metatronic Shield reversal during May 2003 Hetharo, which they have successfully done, then completing magnetic Solar/Planetary Metatronic Shield reversal during August 2003 Hethalon, which will occur. The "Great Thunder" plan was scheduled to take place once reversal of the magnetic Solar/Planetary Metatronic Shield was accomplished. Since our first data dispensations of 1999, we have mentioned the potential of the " Intruders' August 2003 Dimensional Blend Experiment", the last in a series of 3 "experiments" that began with the 1943 Philadelphia Experiment, progressed to the 1983 Montauk Project and was scheduled for completion during the August 2003 "Magnetic Peak". The term "Dimensional Blend Experiment" was a gentle way of describing the potential "activation of the 666-BeaST machine" and reversed Solar/Planetary Metatronic Merkaba; dynamics we have had to progressively reveal since the early 2002 UIR BeaST activation. In simple terms, the UIR had intended to force the Wormwood body into its "Ricochet" between Earth and the Sun during the August 2003 Hethalon Peak. The UIR intended to use the Wormwood body to reverse the post-Hetharo CCW-spin of the PCM universe Metatronic Solar/Planetary Shield and Merkaba to a CW-spin during Hethalon, causing the PKA Parallel Universe Wesedak Black Hole, (which entered Vesica Pisces Phase-lock with the PCM universe Solar/Planetary Shield and Merkaba during Hetharo), to be forcibly ripped open into the PCM universe, in a "Dimensional Blend Experiment" the likes of which this Universal Veca has never seen.

Once the Wesedak Black Hole was ripped into our universe and solar system via the UIR/Wormwood-caused PCM Solar/Planetary Metatronic Shield reversal, the "rip and dimensional blend" were intended to continue on until the Wesedak Black Hole, and our solar system, were progressively pulled into the PCM universe UIR-controlled Wesedak Black Hole between 2008-2012. The "Great Thunder of Wormwood Passing" is a potential event that has been under the control of Nibiruian Anunnaki operatives since Atlantis, and which was partially turned over to shared Metatronic control with Andromie-Necromiton and Wesedaks in the later Atlantean period via the "Lucifer-Archangel Michael" agreements. Through their contemporary UIR alliance, these groups intended to fulfill their "Great Thunder" scenario during the August 2003 Hethalon Magnetic Peak; an event that would have caused rapid mass destruction on Earth, which would have appeared as if it was of "natural" origins, in the event of its occurrence. (The Zeta races have been preparing people for this drama, assigning it to "unavoidable natural causes", via their "channelings" over a recent number of years). If the "potential UIR shift" events had not taken place through the course of Hetharo, we, the Eieyani would have released public warning through our Speakers and simultaneously we would have personally visited Earth in a way quite obvious to the masses, in order to provide evidence to world governments to prove the reality of what we say, and to provide with this evidence the precise coordinates and related technical data by which the Wormwood body could be manually destroyed by Earth governments, to prevent the pending cataclysm.

If the Hethalon scenario had evolved in this way, utter chaos would have broken out on Earth, for UIR fleets would have orchestrated mass disclosure of presence as they physically mobilized in attempt to deter our visitation and prevent Earth governments from taking remedial measures against Wormwood. Fortunately, the "potential UIR shift" events occurred just following Hetharo, and the original UIR "Great Thunder" plan had resultantly undergone some very positive changes, much to the frustration of the UIR Andromie-Necromiton leaders. The rather chaotic energy that many of you have been feeling running within the Planetary Shield since Hetharo is partially due to these UIR shift events.

CIA REPORT RELEASED UNDER FOIA

Here is another verified incident of a gigantic test of a Soviet scalar EM howitzer deep within the Soviet Union.

This is a CIA report, released under the Freedom of Information Act. One can be quite sure that the incident occurred as stated.

The phenomenon was seen from two aircraft approaching Mehrabad Airport in Teheran, Iran on June 17, 1966 and reported by their pilots.

On the far horizon deep within the Soviet Union, an intense spherical ball of light appeared, "sitting on the horizon" so to speak. The globe of light increased to enormous size, dimming as it did so, literally filling an arc of the distant sky as it expanded. The sighting was shielded from most ground observers' view at the airport itself due to an intervening mountain range which masked most of the phenomenon from the ground.

The silent, expanding globe was observed for four or five minutes before it faded away.

On 17 January 1995, the Japanese city of Kobe was struck by a massive earthquake that devastated much of the city, killing over 5,500 people and injuring many thousands more. Shoko Asahara, the leader of the Japanese Aum Supreme Truth (Aum Shinrikyo) sect, had surprisingly predicted, in a Tokyo radio broadcast on 8 January 1995, that a major quake would soon occur at Kobe. Asahara went even further and stated that this quake would be initiated by a "a foreign power" utilising an electromagnetic (EM) weapons system.

Aum's Science Minister Hideo Murai later stated at the Foreign Press Correspondents' Club in Tokyo on 7 April 1995 that, "There is a possibility that the great Hanshin [Kobe] earthquake was activated by electromagnetic power or some device that exerts energy into the ground." Although Asahara would undoubtedly have preferred his great predictive powers to be thought of as due to a highly developed and superior spiritual ability to examine the future time-track (thus attracting more gullible followers after this quake event), it is far more likely that he was fed warning intelligence re Kobe by Aum's Science Minister Murai, and/or Japanese Intelligence operatives who themselves were forewarned by Russian KGB officials.

In his pre-Aum days, Hideo Murai had worked on highly advanced microwave and gamma/cosmic-ray physics applications for cold moulding of steel at the Kobe Steel laboratories. This laboratory complex was located at the near-exact epicentre of the great Kobe earthquake. Japanese investigative journalists believe that this Kobe laboratory was one of several research facilities (located at Osaka, Tsukuba and Tokyo universities) engaged in top-secret research and development of EM weapons technology under the cover of Kobe Steel industrial research and/or environmental "desert-greening" studies.

The Aum's deputy leader, Kiyohide Hayakawa, in his pre-Aum days studied at Osaka University in the Landscape Engineering section of the Environmental Engineering department. His thesis is highly confidential and not available to the public, but allegedly contains only "landscape gardening" studies. There is some suggestion that his area of study included the use of advanced EM weapons technology in Weather Engineering. Japanese scientists from their EM weapon research university departments are today conducting extensive field observations of Eastern Goldfields weather patterns and the factors required to "green" our Australian deserts - on behalf of the Japanese Environmental Ministry and our Western Australian Government.

Certain public observations on exotic cloud formations, new weather patterns, and unusually wet weather suggest to this author that experiments in weather engineering involving EM weapons technology transmissions have been underway in Western Australia over the past 4-5 years, with the apparent aim to green our central semi-deserts and create a series of huge forests - for commercial gain and to act as a CO2 sink.

A large group of Japanese scientists including military personnel (some 50 people) were observed east of Perth last Easter 96 photographing with telescopic tripod mounted cameras and observing by telescope such exotic weather tests.

Weather patterns observed on several occasions, including Easter 96, consisted of several perfectly symetrical and exactly similar circular cloud multi-ring complexes - each complex touching the next along the outer cloud ring - each complex consisting of one cloud ring inside the next - like a "Russian Doll" - creating five concentric "smoke rings" - each cloud ring being tube like in x-sectional form - each complex having a diameter of some 30km - the group of cloud ring complexes formed as a line over some 100km offshore of our western coast. Such totally symetrical cloud formations and the associated events have never been observed in previous W.A. history.

The individual cloud ring complexes formed as one ring puff followed by another each expanding until the entire cloud system was established over a few hours in the late morning. Heavy weather formed up to seaward of these cloud complexes by late afternoon and then swept inland in the early evening. These events always involved evening power outages caused by overvoltage generation in our Darling Ranges power line system - just prior to the eastward movement of the previously static storm systems. Persons sensitive to EM fields were in physical agony all day as the cloud system and heavy weather formed up. Such weather events have been seen several times in the 1995/96 time period and correlated well with cyclonic storms turning south off of our northern shores and rushing inland to connect up with the eastwards moving heavy weather fronts - the combination of two enormous storm systems then proceeding to dump highly anomalous rainfall into central and south-eastern Western Australia.

Note the recent press (Washington Post/Asia Wall Street Journal/Malaysian Star 14/13-11-97 ) re Malaysia's intention to engage the services of a Russian State company and it's secret orbital satellite technology to create large cyclones (hurricanes to you Yanks) in order to blow away the smoke and haze from the recent massive environmental disaster created by the huge Indonesian and Borneo Jungle Fires. This Russian company now provides weather to order - anywhere on the planet - at a multi-million dollar price.

To say that they have not used this system in the bad old days of the "Cold War", or in the more recent past in weather warfare, or at someone's very specific bequest would be at best na_ve. For instance the huge storm cell generated in the Bay of Biscay that hit the UK in October 1987 in a historically unknown manner, whilst the world stock market was crashing. The cyclonic winds destroyed entire areas of forest and knocked out significant sections of southern England's telephone system, and therefore locked many persons into a collapsing market - unable to sell. Someone made a lot of money out of that - by getting out first in New York - and bashed the British financial system at the same time. Of course it was a natural event - an act of God - but what if someone was playing at being God ???

There have been many other examples of very odd high power storm cells hitting many areas of the USA, Australia, Asia, and Europe over the past decade or so - all creating m,assive damage and significant loss of life - some creating very special economic pressure - eg. Lloyds great collapse was due to huge unprecedented insurance claims originating in damage from storms of this type over several years - how many of these storms were created by a Russian EM system (or a US system ?)- and with what economic intention ??? There is ample evidence of steered storms hitting special targets - eg the case a few years ago of a hurricane that hit southern Florida and appeared to specifically alter course to attack an isolated nuclear power station right on the nose.

In future insurance claims will have to include next to "Acts of God", a clause about "Acts of Fabians/old KGB etc.". Real estate in the central Australian semi-deserts could suddenly become very valuable - gives the MABO Native Title Rights a whole new meaning !!!

Coming to grips with the "new" Tesla EM field world will involve some high powered reality adjustment by many human mushrooms.

The existence of such an EM technology capable of weather engineering has been denied by Western Government, "scientists", and news media for many years - inspite of ground breaking observation by US scientists such as Tom Bearden and others - who were usually sneared at as "nutters or loony tunes". Now either the Malaysian Environment ministry has stuffed up big time by running this press release - when it should have been kept under wraps - or perhaps the news release announces in a subtle way that the Russians have come to the aid of Malaysia in her recent currency hammering by George Souros and the US Treasury - the message is "back off" or face a blast from our EM weapons.

Either way the Weather Engineering Technology doubters and ivory tower experts have now got a lot of explaining to do.

The EM technology for creating weather engineering, earthquakes, city busting explosions, or zapping space craft and/or UFO's is basically the same system - they just differ by the amount of energy per micro second per square meter poured into your target.

We are told that greenhouse gases are our worst enemy and are creating El Nino effects and massive weather changes across the planet. We are told we MUST all rally together to combat this CO2 plague by creating yet more pressure on jobs, and we MUST stop the great flurocarbon release that is hitting the Ozone layer for six.

I am all in favour of sound ecological management of our planet - but the recent Kyoto Vaudeville show could do with a new scientific perspective - now that there is US Newspaper "proof" of the existence of weather engineering technology, and a complimentary suggestion of my own that Ozone destruction could be due to the use of massive Tesla EM field transmission power (of both Russian and US sources) - concentrating via geomagnetic electron flow lines down to the South Pole where it effects the destruction of ever so unstable Ozone - rather than the effects of fluorocarbon molecules.

I am afraid that we are being conned yet again with the new environmental bogie replacing the Hitler clone type hate/fear spin doctor ikon - all in the name of covert control of the human mushroom population of our planet..............

A far better game would be to spur us all onto the discovery of a clean "Free Energy Source" - to replace oil, coal, and uranium fuel systems. But meanwhile back at Kobe ................

For several days prior to the great Kobe earthquake there were reports of glowing orange-red and pink lights and spherical forms hovering over and along the Kobe fault line. Such Earth stress lights have been observed over major quakes in many parts of the globe since the 19th century, but the number and intensity of those that developed in the January 1995 pre-Kobe quake days appear to be highly anomalous.

The existence of geophysical weapons capable of creating or triggering earthquakes in highly stressed crustal regions has been discussed privately by geophysicists for a decade or more. Rumours have abounded over certain huge earthquakes of the 1970s and 1980s in the Central Asian republics of the former USSR. Some writers have suggested that these were caused by Israeli, French or American EM weapons systems used in retaliation for Soviet EM weapon strikes on the West.

US scientist Tom Bearden contends that the Soviets brought into service an intercontinental-range Tesla EM weapon in 1963 during the Khrushchev era.

The evidence that Kobe was not a natural earthquake is slender and is based primarily upon Asahara's prediction that was later proved so horrifyingly correct. There would appear to be some supporting evidence of an indirect nature involving political considerations and other more recent world events. Taking into consideration the entire Kobe and Aum Tokyo scenarios together with the earlier, possibly Aum-related, fireball-explosion-earthquake events of 28 May 1993 at Banjawarn, Western Australia, one is left with a very strong impression of a serious "EM fire" underlying the visible "dark plume of smoke" that rose over Kobe - (See Bright Skies Parts 1 to 4 for further evidence re the existence of EM Earthquake, City Buster, and Beam weapon systems).

But what motive could there possibly be for such a major city- busting weapon strike? Why choose an exotic EM weapon system?

It is quite possible that the EM strike was directed at the secret Kobe Steel EM weapons research laboratory and that the motive was in part to destroy this facility and cause such a resounding blow to the civilian population, similar in scale to the nuclear bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, that the Japanese oligarchic powers behind the scenes would think long and hard before attempting to continue their EM weapons project. Only the big boys on the block were going to have the modern magical equivalent of Merlin's staff - all the second order gangs should think again ???

If the USA (or a covert international power group based therein) were the belligerent party that struck down Kobe, then the motive would most likely have included a 'big stick' warning to the Japanese powers to do what they were told with regard to the New World (economic) Order, or face the consequences.

It would appear from subsequent events that the Japanese oligarchy did not grovel under this attack but in fact, after some further provocation, went on the offensive with its own (or a friend's) EM weapon system.

Toward a Psycho-Civilized Society

In any event, narco-hypnosis was found, it is claimed, to be less than reliable, although some writers and observers dispute this. (9) Additional studies, conducted by Dr. Ewen Cameron and funded by the CIA, were directed towards erasing memory and imposing new personalities on unwilling patients. Cameron discovered that electroshock treatment caused amnesia. He set about a program that he called "de-patterning" which had the effect of erasing the memory of selected patients. Further work revealed that subjects could be transformed into a virtual blank machine (Tabula Rasa) and then be re-programmed with a technique which he termed "psychic driving." Such was the bitter public outrage, once his work was revealed (as a result of FOIA searches), that Cameron was forced to retire in disgrace.

Also of interest is Dr. John C. Lilly (10), who was asked by the Director of the National Institute of Mental Health to brief the CIA, FBI, NSA and military intelligence services on his work using electrodes to stimulate, directly, the pleasure and pain centers of the brain. Lilly said that he refused the request. However, as stated in his book, he continued to do "useful" work for the national security apparatus. In terms of timing this is interesting, for these events took place in 1953. Scientist Eldon Byrd, who worked for the Naval Surface Weapons Office, was commissioned in 1981 to develop electromagnetic devices for purposes including riot control, clandestine operations and hostage removal. (11)

From 1965 through to 1970, Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA), with up to 70-80% funding provided by the military, set in motion operation PANDORA to study the health and psychological effects of low intensity microwaves with regard to the so-called "Moscow signal." This project appears to have been quite extensive and included (under U.S. Navy funding) studies demonstrating how to induce heart seizures, create leaks in the blood/brain barrier and production of auditory hallucinations. Despite attempts to render the Pandora program invisible to scrutiny, FOIA filings revealed memoranda of Richard Cesaro, Director of DARPA, which confirmed that the program's initial goal was to "discover whether a carefully controlled microwave signal could control the mind." Cesaro urged that these studies be made "for potential weapons applications." (12)

Following immense public outcry, Congress forbade further research and demanded that these projects be terminated across the board. But as former CIA agent Victor Marchetti later revealed, the programs merely became more covert with a high element of "deniability" built in to them, and that CIA claims to the contrary are a cover story. (13) Despite the fact that many of the aforementioned projects revolved around the use of narcotics and hallucinogens, projects ARTICHOKE, PANDORA and CHATTER clearly demonstrate that "psychoelectronics" were a high priority. Indeed, author John Marks' anonymous informant (known humorously as "Deep Trance") stated that beginning in 1963 mind control research strongly emphasized electronics.

An obscure District of Columbia corporation called Mankind Research Unlimited (MRU) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Systems Consultants Inc. (SCI), operated a number of classified intelligence, government and Pentagon contracts, specializing in, amongst other things: "problem solving in the areas of intelligence electronic warfare, sensor technology and applications." (14)

MRU's "capability and experience" is divided into four fields. These include "biophysics -- Biological Effects of Magnetic Fields," "Research in Magneto-fluid Dynamics," "Planetary Electro-Hydro-Dynamics" and "Geo-pathic Efforts on Living Organisms." The latter focuses on the induction of illness by altering the magnetic nature of the geography. Also under research were "Biocybernetics, Psychodynamic Experiments in Telepathy," "Errors in Human Perception," "Biologically Generated Fields," "Metapsychiatry and the Ultraconscious Mind" (believed to refer to experiments in telepathic mind control), "Behavioural Neuropsychiatry," "Analysis and Measurement of Human Subjective States" and "Human Unconscious Behavioural Patterns."

Employing some old OSS, CIA and military intelligence officers, the company also engages the services of prominent physicians and psychologists including E. Stanton Maxey, Stanley R. Dean Berthold Eric Schwarz plus many more. MRU lists in its Company Capabilities "brain and mind control." (15) Despite vehement claims by MRU's chairman that it is not a "front organization for any branch of the United States Government..." one must treat these claims with a great deal of skepticism.

PENTAGON FIELDING ELECTROMAGNETIC CROWD DISPERSAL WEAPON

"The Marine Corps is on the verge of unveiling perhaps the biggest breakthrough in weapons technology since the atomic bomb: a nonlethal weapon that fires directed energy at human targets."

"I have nothing to hide. This is a good news story. Our American public needs to understand that we have done our homework." - Col. George Fenton, Director, Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate, Department of Defense, Marine Corps Times, March 5, 2001 (1)

In a neatly calculated "unveiling" of weapons designed for social control, for use against civilians and the suppression of dissent, the Pentagon has gone "transparent" with the latest in electronic weapons technology which targets people. At a selective press briefing for congressional and military leaders this past March 1st, Pentagon officials stated they were "developing a new non-lethal weapon which uses electromagnetic energy to cause a burning sensation on the skin" (Reuters, 3/1/01). The "biggest breakthrough in weapons technology since the atomic bomb" is none other than the so-called "Vehicle-Mounted Active Denial System" or VMADS. According to the March 5th issue of the Marine Corps Times, (cited above) in an article entitled, "The People Zapper: This new secret weapon doesn't kill, but it sure does burn", the "VMADS system is the first non-lethal, directed energy weapon designed specifically for use against humans." The weapon "focuses energy into a beam of micromillimeter waves designed to stop an individual in his tracks." Powered by electricity, it would ultimately "be powered by the modified Humvee on which it would be mounted."

According to the Marine Corps Times report, the projected energy "which falls near microwaves on the electromagnetic spectrum, causes the moisture in a person's skin to heat up rapidly, creating a burning sensation, similar to a hot light bulb pressed against one's flesh." The microwaves, "whose exact length, frequency and amplitude are classified, cause water molecules in the skin cells to vibrate." Presumably, "when used as directed - that is, briefly - the weapon causes no long-term problems". Meanwhile, "the amount of time the weapon must be trained on an individual to cause permanent damage or death is classified." Studies of long-term effects of "the VMADS system" have been completed, according to the report, but "the findings have not been released publicly." It should be noted that the Joint Chiefs of Staff major policy directive in the area of non-lethal weapons, DoD Directive 3000.3, which is currently under revision, calls for these weapons to have a built-in "rheostatic" (ie. "tunable") capability.

The Marine report states that, "the need for a nonlethal means for stopping an aggressor is a direct response to today's world of unknown enemies where small numbers of troops find themselves facing off against large crowds of civilians." And while "weapons that fire lasers, electricity and sound waves have been in development for years", "not since the advent of gun-powder and the splitting of the atom have armies seen such a leap in technology." The range of the electromagnetic weapon "remains classified" but project officials "expect it will exceed 750 meters" (2250') allowing the Marines to "engage a crowd from afar, directing two-second bursts of energy without risk of being overcome by the mob." The "mob", the target of the directed beam, cooking in 130 degree heat, "would immediately experience intense pain, causing confusion and driving the crowd to disperse." And while "the intention is not to burn the skin", "those hit by the beam begin to feel intense heat" during "potential applications" which include "urban operations." And finally, while "the Defense Department has spent nearly $40 million over ten years to develop the technology...budget predictions from last year...show another $26 million could be needed for development over the next five years." The primary contractor for the current VMADS $16 million project is Raytheon Missile Systems.

Deeper Unveiling

Turns out that while the Marines expect to be microwaving people, it was the Air Force that developed the "technology" in the first place. On February 22, 2001 the United States Air Force Research Laboratory, located at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, issued it's own news release announcing that "a breakthrough technology designed to project an energy beam that drives away adversaries without injuring them, is now undergoing advanced testing." (2) According to the Air Force, the projected energy "beam" travels "at the speed of light" and penetrates "1/64 of a inch into the skin", rapidly heating up the skin's surface, causing the "subject", within seconds, to "feel pain that stops when the transmitter is shut off or when the subject moves out of the beam." According to the news release, the weapon was developed by two Air Force Research Laboratory teams: one from it's Directed Energy Directorate at Kirtland, the other from it's Human Effectiveness Directorate, located at Brooks Air Force Base, Texas. The learned team leaders, Lt. Col.Chuck Beason and Dr. Kirk Hackett noted, in reference to the new EM weapon, that "the effect exploits a natural defense mechanism - pain - that has evolved to protect the human body from damage."

The Air Force Research Laboratory - Directed Energy Directorate, in addition to developing "high powered electromagnetic weapons and countermeasures" also develops "moderate and high power laser devices". (3) In fact, recently (2/212/01), the public affairs office of the Airborne Laser System Program Office, located at Kirtland, AFB, announced that "Lockheed Martin Space Systems will open an $8 million, 16,000 square-foot optical test centerdesigned to analyze the beam guidance system for the U.S. Air Force's Airborne Laser, the world's first combat aircraft armed with a directed energy weapon." (4) Meanwhile, the Space Vehicles Directorate - Air Force Research Laboratory, "develops technologies to support evolving warfighter requirements to control and exploit space." (5) This past November, Kirtland AFB was the site of the 3rd Annual Directed Energy Symposium entitled, Directed Energy for the 21st Century, presented by the Directed Energy Professional Association, in cooperation with the Office of the Secretary of Defense. (6)

The VMADS system is currently being tested in field conditions by the Air Force at Kirtland, AFB. At the New Mexico site, "they are using a transmitter that sends a narrow beam of energy to a test subject hundreds of yards away." It is reassuring to note that "all testing is being conducted with strict observance of the procedures, laws and regulations governing animal and human experimentation". In addition, "the tests have been reviewed and approved by the Air Force Surgeon General's Office and are conducted by the Air Force Research Laboratory's Human Effectiveness Directorate." Finally, "although testing is expected to continue in this summer (2001), officials have begun examining the technology for use on a vehicle-mounted version. Future versions might also be used on board planes and ships." (7)

Col. George Fenton, director of the US Marine operated NLW program firmly believes in the safety of this "revolutionary force protection technology." He recently stated that "humans have been exposed more than 6,000 times in testing, all inside the laboratory (and that) no long term effects have been detected." Given that track record, Fenton believes that "the technology could move into the acquisition phase of making a prototype as soon as this summer (2001), when the project would be taken over by the Air Force's Electronic Systems Center at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., near Boston." (8)

Finally, on-cue the New York Times joined in on the "unveiling", heralding "what some military officials hope will become the rubber bullet of the 21st century: a weapon that uses electromagnetic waves to disperse crowds without killing, maiming or, military officials say, even injuring anyone slightly." (9) Not even slightly! After all, notes the Times, they are only "intended to influence motivational behavior." According to free lance writer/researcher David Guyatt, "less than lethal anti-personnel weapons, especially some classes of EM weapons that are viewed as having a capability to remotely modify behavior or attack higher functions, are seen in some influential quarters as being the ideal remedy for future domestic disturbances...", wherein, the forces of repression will target the opposition, "armed with innovative technological weapons that do not necessarily kill but which render disenfranchised segments of society physically inactive, emotionally stupefied and incapable of meaningful thought" (10)

Sound farfetched? Back in 1986, Marine Corps Captain Paul E. Tyler, author of an influential study entitled, "The Electromagnetic Spectrum in Low-Intensity Conflict" (11) was already making the point that "the potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide ranging and can be used in many military or quasi - military situations" including "crowd control". At that time he pointed out that although scientists hadn't identified electromagnetism for what it really was until the eighteenth century, "the results of many studies that have been published in the last few years indicate that specific biological effects can be achieved by controlling the various parameters of the electromagnetic (EM) field." And further, "many of the clinical effects of electromagnetic radiation (have) been reported in the literature to induce or enhance the following effects (including) electroanesthesia behavior modification in animals, altered electroencephalograms in animals and humans, altered brain morphology in animals, altered firing of neuronal cells."

According to Capt. Tyler, "a 1982 Air Force review of biotechnology had this to say: Currently available data allow the projection that specially generated radio frequency radiation (RFR) fields may pose powerful and revolutionary antipersonnel military threats. Electroshock therapy indicates the ability of induced electric current to completely interrupt mental functioning for short periods of time, to obtain cognition for longer periods and to restructure emotional response over prolonged intervals." Further, "experience with electroshock therapy, RFR experiments and the increasing understanding of the brain as an electrically mediated organ suggested the serious probability that impressed electromagnetic fields can be disruptive to purposeful behavior and may be capable of directing and or interrogating such behavior", while "the passage of approximately 100 milliamperes through the myocardium can lead to cardiac standstill and death, again pointing to a speed-of-light weapons effect."

Was the Seattle-Vancouver earthquake triggered by environmental  war?

VANCOUVER, BC - Was the Seattle-Vancouver earthquake of 28 February 2001 triggered - accidentally or on purpose - by new, secret electromagnetic weapons?

The Vancouver-based author of EARTH CHANGES (Universebooks.com), environmentalist Alfred Webre, believes the deep, magnitude 6.8 earthquake may have been triggered by electromagnetic (EM) events. Other researchers, including members of the ELFRAD Group, which monitors electromagnetic (EM) events, note that HAARP, a U.S. electromagnetic (EM) weapons system in Alaska, - or some other EM source piggy-backing on HAARP's signal - may have inadvertently or intentionally affected the earthquake.

In the mid-1990s, despite the strong opposition of Congressman Ronald V. Dellums (Dem.-Calif.) the U.S. Congress narrowly approved HAARP, in the face of studies showing HAARP's negative environmental impacts. The U.S. Navy assured Congress that HAARP would not trigger climate change or seismic events like the Seattle-Vancouver earthquake. Now, if it can be established that HAARP - or some other EM installation - had a role in causing this earthquake, the U.S. domestic and international repercussions of this finding could be profound.

In the aftermath of the Seattle-Vancouver quake, a Yakima valley, Washington researcher, writing agreed with Webre's analysis that earthquakes can be triggered by electromagnetic EM warfare. He stated, "Like the weather and the oceans, the mantle beneath the floating tectonic plates also involve convection cells, but in a plastic medium that sets up wave patterns that may be modified by superimposition of additional waves."

Electromagnetic (EM) weapons can possibly trigger cataclysmic earth events. EM fields can superheat the ionosphere, devastating magnetic bands around the earth, and in turn causing massive disruption of the earth’s Tectonic plates. A January 17, 1995 earthquake in Kobe, Japan may have been triggered by clandestine deployment of EM weapons. EM strategic warfare includes weather, climate and earth event warfare. Researchers have reported the use of EM weapons in anti-population mind-control operations over major cities.

Scientific observers and short wave radio operators now state that unusual electromagnetic (EM) broadcasts preceded the Seattle- Vancouver earthquake. One researcher who actually monitored the EM broadcasts prior to the earthquake states, "Could the abnormal activity on 3.39 MHz February 20 and prior be linked to the Seattle quake? If so, why would HAARP (supposedly funded by U.S. sources) be used to create quakes or other assorted EM mayhem on U.S. property? I picked up a signal so strong it went right off the S meter on my SW set at that frequency at 6:00 am on Feb 20th. Took an audio sampling of half an hour but can't make hide or hair of what HAARP is broadcasting, just that it's STRONG."

One example of how earthquakes (and climate shift including so-called global warming) can be triggered is HAARP, a U.S. military electromagnetic EM installation located in Alaska, and part of a global network of U.S. (and other nations') military electromagnetic weapons. HAARP and its EM network are designed to turn the entire ionosphere into a giant anti-submarine and anti-missile antenna.

Environmental impact studies show that HAARP - and EM environmental weapons deployed secretly by many nations - could superheat the ionosphere, and substantially damage or destroy it in a runaway ecological process.

Seattle-based researcher Kent Steadman notes EM activity just prior to and during the earthquake. "COINCIDENCE? Date: 2/27/01 9:54:34 PM Pacific Standard Time [hour prior to quake] . Washington, Yakima Valley: On the dial at WX Air VHF band around 153 we are getting the strangest signal. Anyone else hearing it or no what it is. HAARP maybe?"

Steadman continues, "Date: 2/28/01 7:21:39 PM Pacific Standard Time. Does anyone have recording of 153 MHZ signal? I helped install seismic monitoring stations in California in early 90's. They are designed as early warning system in detecting earth movements prior to big quake. Several of these were in the 153-154 band. They send data, but during a big shift they send a screeching sounding data burst. Let me know what you find out."

Ominously, two earthquakes along the North American-South American Pacific Rim occurred just following the electromagnetic EM environmental war signals - The Seattle-Vancouver earthquake, and an earthquake off Central America. Were these triggered by the same signals? The director of the ELFRAD group that monitors EM electromagnetic activity, including HAARP and other EM weapons writes, "Date: 2/28/01 1:55:52 PM Pacific Standard Time. Thought you might find this file interesting. It is a 21-hour recording starting this morning at 0001 hrs. We recorded intense activity from .02 to .036 hertz 473 minutes prior to the Washington quake. Actually this was a double boomer, because 4 minutes earlier there was also a quake registering 5.4 off the coast of Central America. Also am including a [picture] during the same time period for yesterday so that you can compare with no major quake."

Faced with the information on EM Environmental war and earthquakes, another researcher with the ELFRAD group wrote, "I take back my former statement that all earthquakes are natural. After reading the following article and tying this information in with Russian predictions of major earthquakes in Kamchatka this year, I'm ready to believe we're in for a lot of trouble..." Other researchers have found that the HAARP electromagnetic (EM) signal is carrying within it another hidden signal, whose frequency has been shown to affect the limbic system in the human brain, which manages emotions and mood and is a target of mind control intrusions. Some researchers have stated that mood management of human populations may be happening through these hidden EM frequencies. On February 17, just 11 days prior to the Seattle earthquake, according to ELFRAD".9 Hz signal, which as we've discussed, may be related to limbic (emotion) activation in the brain, occurred during the transmission, lasting a very unusual 42 minutes from 1200 hrs to 1400 hrs UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) on Saturday, 17 Feb 2001."

During the 1990s, the US Congress held hearings on HAARP's environmental impact statement. Former Congressman Ronald V. Dellums (D-Calif) strenuously objected to giving HAARP a Congressional go-ahead. HAARP's environmental impact statement showed that possible environmental mishaps like the Seattle-Vancouver earthquake might result. Despite these obvious large-scale hazards, the U.S. Navy then insisted that HAARP's electromagnetic (EM) broadcasts were safe and would not produce runaway tectonic or atmospheric impacts.

If the Seattle-Vancouver earthquake is in any way shown to have been affected by HAARP broadcasts - accidentally or intentionally - the environmental, social, and political consequences to the U.S. environmental EM war programs will be profound. These include incalculable domestic consequences for the U.S. Navy and the Bush Administration's plans for an expansion of electromagnetic EM weapons systems. In addition, HAARP's negative environmental impacts are of such an unprecedented scale that they would constitute blatant violations of the 1977 United Nations Treaty against Environmental Modification. Blatant U.S. violations of this treaty could result in a major embarrassment and isolation of the United States in the world community.

The U.S. Government has a new, ground-based "Star Wars" weapon which is being tested in the remote bush country of Alaska. This new system is intended to heat and lift a portion of the ionosphere above a selected location on the planet in order to make a huge invisible "mirror" for bouncing electromagnetic radiation back to the surface of Earth. Is it wise to poke a hole, as it will do, in Earth's electrical umbrella? Is it wise to prod a dynamic natural system without knowing how it will react? The U.S. Military claims HAARP is designed to communicate with submerged submarines and to penetrate the land with ELF (extremely low frequency) waves to search for hidden tunnels or other sites of military interest. What else can HAARP technology do? It can, according to author Nick Begich:

(1) shield a territory from interconnentinental ballistic missles,

(2) fry satellites,

(3) disrupt communications over a large area of the globe,

(4) change the chemical structure of the upper atmosphere and possibly alter the weather,

(5) affect human mental functioning, and

(6) generally impact the health of humans and other biological systems in negative ways.

This system may go fully on-line at any time, perhaps in March (1997), according to some reports. Do we, the taxpayers, deserve to know the facts about this powerful experimental weapons system that may impact us and our entire planet in negative ways? (Editor's note: this interview was published in our March/April, 1997 issue. On three occasions in 1997 Dr. Begich went to Europe to meet with environmental experts. He also gave numerous interviews and lectured to several hundred legislators and Parliamentarians representing more than 40 countries. His presentations were apparently well-received. His book, Angels Don't Play This HAARP, is now translated into German and Japanese and has been named one of the most important books of the year fir 1996. Dr. Begich recently said in a news release: "HAARP represents a small part of the hidden technologies being developed by military planners, and increasing reports in the media continue to confirm what we began to uncover several years ago." United States Secretary of Defense William Cohen apparently stated in a press briefing, while commenting on new technological threats possibly held by terrorist organizations:

"Others are engaging in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, (and) volcanoes remotely, using the use of electromagnetic waves." Dr Begich's news release adds:

LE: Some people have not heard of HAARP. Can you give a "thumbnail sketch" of what this is all about?

Begich: Yes. HAARP is basically a project that's in a very infant stage here in Alaska. It's best characterized as a research project to develop a ground-based Star Wars weapons technology with a number of applications for the military. It's jointly run by the Navy and Air Force with some support, academic support, by the University of Alaska in Fairbanks. HAARP manipulates the ionosphere, which is a layer that is approximately 30 to 620 miles above the Earth's surface. It causes the ionosphere to modulate or vibrate, returning an ELF (an extremely low frequency signal) that penetrates the Earth's land masses and oceans for a number of uses, such as communicating with submarines at higher data rates than otherwise possible.

LE: How do you think HAARP could affect our health with these ELF waves?

Begich: When we look at ELF radiations coming back from the ionosphere, we know these waves can affect the living systems, including human beings. This is our primary concern. We're talking about the effects of these kinds of subtle energies on humans, such as on some forms of mental disruption in the human brain. This research was done originally at Yale University, but has been carried out in a number of other universities throughout the world. The other major health area of concern to us is ozone depletion. The ionosphere (which is a natural shield surrounding the Earth that filters out cosmic radiation, x-rays and particle streams which would make life on the planet virtually impossible if not filtered out), is the very area they are seeking to disturb, or as they say, "perturb," with these high energy experiments. It's our belief that, as they continue to increase power levels beyond their current levels, the health and safety risks become much greater and we start to enter into a regime with which no one has really experimented.

LE: We were talking with a scientist and he said that when the government exploded the first atomic bomb, they (the scientists) didn't know whether or not it would destroy the entire world because they had never exploded one. And, they didn't care. The government was determined to explode it anyway, regardless of the risk of destroying our whole civilization. Is this the situation with HAARP?

Begich: Yes. That's very true. The problem is that when you start manipulating systems which are so interwoven in this entire global system, you can't touch one part without affecting another.

I think we need to be more prudent and more cautious and less reckless in our science. When you look at the miliary track record concerning environmental sciences and the testing of weapons programs, whether it was the '40's, '50's and '60's in Nevada, where people were being irradiated; whether it was in Alaska, where they injected radioactive iodine in the Native American populations to see what would happen; or the number of other programs that we hear about from time to time, it is clear that we need a more cautious approach.

As an example of how the secrecy syndrome has evolved in the United States, I read a Washington Post article this summer which reported that 40% of the Air Force equipment budget is for black projects. These are the projects so secret that even the U.S. Congress doesn't know what they're funding.

LE: What are your main concerns about HAARP?

Begich: We're concerned about the effects on living organisms.

Another aspect is the project's potential to interfere with migration patterns of certain species. The effect on weather is another issue that concerns us. Also, HAARP has pulsed frequencies that trigger correlating frequencies in the human brain that can actually change the behavior of humans over a very broad geographic area! When radio frequencies are pulsed at the low end, say in the one to six Hertz range, people become very passive, relaxed and sluggish. On the opposite end, if the pulse rate was cranked up to between fifteen and thirty Hertz, people would be much more active, even agitated. Others would be really stressed, tense and intense with the people around them. Jose Delgado at Yale University demonstrated this using pulsed radio waves. He was able to move primates and humans from a state of lethargy, almost asleep, to the point of high agitation and anger, like turning on and off a light switch. That is a huge jump in technology. This is a big issue and should be a big issue!

The idea of influencing human behavior is so foundational to who we are and such a violation of who we are that, without proper public debate, I think we are making a huge mistake.

The other aspect of this is that as these weapons technologies develop, people will say, "Well, you know, the international community will get involved." Indeed, in this case, they have begun to do so. What many people don't realize is that many international agreements have provisions that exclude domestic use. As an example, the most recent chemical and biological weapons treaty ban agreed to by one hundred countries has one exemption. That exemption is that countries can continue to develop biological and chemical agents for domestic use provided that it is done for policing and/or riot control actions. In other words, weapons that the United States cannot use against its declared enemies could, in fact, be used, whether it is a gas or biological agent, against U.S. citizens! Almost every international agreement has similar provisions. In our book, Angels Don't Play This HAARP, paragraphs and pages are cited within those documents so readers can look this up for themselves. That's a scary realization! We also cite the actual policy that allows for use of this weaponry against the U.S. public by the Justice Department. Last year (1996) after our book was published, $22 million went into funding that transfer of technology from the Department of Defense to the Department of Justice. So, what the military can no longer do under international agreements, the U.S. Department of Justice can do and be totally in compliance, because our domestic law has not addressed the issue in the appropriate way.

LE: What are other things the HAARP technology can do?

Begich: Well, here we are (in 1997) about to launch into this technology, of which HAARP is but a small part of the overall theater of magnetic warfare. This concept needs public debate and discussion before we launch something that we may regret.

LE: Can you discuss positive uses of ELF waves? We only hear of negative ones usually.

Begich: There are some very good ones. I have friends in Europe (in fact we're publishing a book called The Electric Spark of Life) who developed a method of low frequency, but it is a pulsed electric current, for electro-acupuncture. They're also using a pulsed laser acupuncture method. They've treated thousands and thousands of people very successfully using these methods in Europe. Pulsed energy light and sound devices are used for brain wave entrainment for individuals. There are a number of technologies developed to improve natural human mental abilities, as well as to improve health. Like anything, the intent of the operator and the knowledge of the operator determine whether something is used for good or bad.

If we can shift our emphasis from "kill systems" to "living systems" using this knowledge, we can truly address some serious problems dealing with health conditions.

An application developed by Dr. Bernard Eastlund, the inventor of the original HAARP technology, is the combination HAARP technology with a fusion torch, which can be used for burning low-level radioactive waste and neutralizing that waste while producing energy from it. That's an interesting environmental technology. He thought about the HAARP technology being used for replenishing ozone in the upper atmosphere and for decreasing pollutants by accessing the resident frequencies that would generate and create chemical reactions in the upper atmosphere. Getting rid of air pollution by using this kind of system is an incredible application!

LE: Can this technology be used to program people to do things?

(Editor's note: We heard from what we consider a reliable source, about a report from the Soviet Union concerning a "device" being directed at workers in a school yard with instructions being mentally "sent" to them somehow, directing them to put down their tools, go to the school door and ask their supervisor if anything else was needed to be done that day. The workers, according to this report, did exactly that. We did not see the actual report, but we believe that the person who told us about it was in integrity)

Begich: In terms of causing specific information transfers, we don't think so. I say that because we don't know enough about where they are headed beyond today. Now, in terms of affecting overall behavior, that it can do. In terms of being able to direct it specifically, as we understand HAARP today, it can't be done. However, a smaller system, using the same basic technology, could very well do it. In fact, we know that there are tactical weapons systems which utilize pulsed microwaves. These were shown on 60 Minutes (in 1996) to affect behavior. Those smaller systems have been around for a long time and are even being discussed publicly in superficial ways. The concept of creating a point of high agitation within a population is very possible. As we see it, HAARP covers a bigger geographic area, and this entire area is subjected to the returning ELF frequencies. The energy densities are sufficient when it cranks up that it gets even more profound in its effect, and behavioral changes can happen. And you don't know it's happening. It's not some type of violation that happens as when a bullet pierces tissue. It's a violation that is much more subtle and difficult to put your finger on.

LE: Some years ago we saw a video of a man who had invented a weather control machine that he claimed could redirect the jet stream air currents in different ways at certain times, creating fluxuation in the weather. He offered his technology, he said, to the United States government and they weren't interested.

 Begich: The reason the United States government probably told him they weren't interested was because they already had his technology! In China Lakes, the Navy operates a research facility. In the early 1970's the government ran four programs there. At the time the names were even classified. They have been declassified at this point I believe. They were called "Rainmaker I" and "Rainmaker II." These were utilizing electrostatics and other methods for manipulating weather patterns from 1971 to 1974. The Russians were experimenting at the same time. There was a Congressional investigation because of a huge power outage in Canada at that time and the suggestion that artificial weather modification might be responsible. Out of that period of time came the Weather Warfare Treaties in 1976. This tells us that the United States and Russia were starting to create problems that were not so easily reigned in. The treaties were strong enough so that everyone got scared and felt they ought to sign off on them.

Putting this into a modern context, take a look at how the Earth releases its energy. It releases it in a couple of different ways. If you look at earthquakes' density, intensity, depth and frequency, you can see a very clear pattern over the last thirty years of gradual increase and, now, a much more marked interest in the last five years. In conjunction with that, over the last thirty years, look at the changes in weather patterns globally, and you will see, again, a very pronounced curve, particularly in the last five or six years, not just in the United States but everywhere. In the midst of all of this, along the "acupuncture meridians" of the planet, we're about to release huge amounts of man-made energy with HAARP. Where is the straw that breaks the camel's back in all of this science? We don't really know but we may push the button to find out.

LE: Do you have any additional thoughts you'd care to share?

Begich: Yes. The most important thing that needs to be said in all of this is that "individuals still matter!" Make a difference by your inquiries to Congress. A handful of us brought this issue out initially, and I can say with knowledge, there is confidence, and, still, within this system (that we live in on planet Earth), the opportunity for creating change still exists. Take a position on the issue! Then, do something with it! Don't just sit around and let it roll around inside your head. Actually put it out there and do something with your knowledge!

HAARP is not the only system available for taking advantage of these new technologies. The military has developed smaller weapons systems for use in battlefield applications. These new weapons were disclosed in documents authored and compiled by the United States Air Force. The documents indicated that these weapons can be used for mind control, for inducing heart attacks, causing electronic failures and creating computer malfunctions. More recently, information about these new weapons has been revealed in International Red Cross documents and in other press reports. In a CBS 60 Minutes broadcast on February 11, 1996, a report on some of these new systems was shown. The CBS program discussed some of the effects of these new weapons which included disorientation and flu-like symptoms being caused.

This new classification of weapons has created some level of concern by military planners, to find a way to introduce these systems (into our society). The United States Army has developed a concept called the "Revolution In Military Affairs (RMA)" which begins to unfold the weapons introduction plan. What this document points out is that many of these weapons will operate in a way which is in conflict with American values! The document reveals that the Army acknowledges the conflict with American values and openly discusses the problem that this presents. The document then describes a number of ways to reshape those values so that these new weapons can be used! The basic problem, from my perspective, is that the U.S. Army's role in the American scene is not intended to shape and form public values. Rather, it is supposed to "reflect" American values. The idea that any branch of government should see their role as one of "setting" the national ethic (rather than reflecting it) is, in my opinion, wrong!

Another missive from pal down under...we've been chatting amongst other topics of our time, HAARP.  How electrons are excited and MIXING of various radio emissions to stimulate the ionospheric layers, which are really screwed up right now.  [like everything else]. 

 

My notions are that it's possible via HAARP transmissions to create polarised plasma locations, and in effect localised virtual anodes and cathodes, in this way creating energetic particle flows, currents, much as in a thermionic valve. or oscilloscope. TV display tube, etc.  An extension of that principle would be the capability to create vortexii [for whatever purpose, weather or even more bizarre and exotic] and at the edge particle beam weapons.  We are beginning to understand various possibilities, in theory at least.

Sum Frequency Generation (SFG)

 
In the ionosphere they make a shell of the high energy particles. The beams reflect or refract off that, and if two harmonic beams are used (half or double of frequency) then summing occurs and they jump up to a higher frequency..

Several articles hint at this, and Eastlunds patent: "Method for producing a shell of relativistic particles at an altitude above the earths surface." (*) (*)

Barium in chemtrails, in a molecule, does the same thing. It refracts and creates a higher frequency out of a lower one. Barium absorbs microwave (google search) and gives off ultraviolet (deduced). (*)

Apparently the molecules in air pollution do the same thing because we get the formation of ozone above cities, like Melbourne, I read one time.

Lithium in lithium niobate does just opposite, Difference Frequency Generation (DFG) and joins frequencies to make a longer one. PPLN in the title is Periodically Poled Lithium Niobate (*).

At least I've got some picture in my head about it, which seems to be coherent.

The ethylene dibromide matches up in google searches with the protein ICHTHYOSIS VULGARIS some associations were made, of the ethylene dibromide in chemtrails creating this sensitivity to UV radiation and the barium borate  exploiting it, making it worse. Both are in chemtrails. I've since learned that the barium borate produces some sort of tunneling for radio communication, and I did have an article for that but lost it.... yes missed it..

Historians often trace the Arab Isreali blood bath back to the brothers CAIN versus ABLE. Gardner clearly identified the CAIN (means king or royal blood), descendants thru Thule / Atlantis to Jesus and the Holy Grail royal families of Europe ("Genesis of the Grail Kings"). That original conflict between the brothers was clearly originally the fight between their genetic engineering progenitors, the East of Eden brothers, Enki as Adonai, versus Enlil as Yalweh (the 'angry' God of the Hebrews). (ref; Sitchen and Gardner).

The issue between the brothers, was that although they had the same dad Ea / Ptah / An.. it was the dragon blood of only Enki's mom (Ide?), that apparently allowed him to be taught how to ensoul humans, and bring people back from the dead. That sin by Jesus is unforgiveable among Jews. (As related by son Thoth / Hermes/ Tut / Queztlcoatel .. see ../thoth whose SOLAR calendar -instead of Yalweh LUNAR , advised SOLAR embedding and therefore true potential FUSION and psychokinesis . )

So the H-ibi-uru (Bird / serpent, hebrew means crossing over those blood lines), Jewish flag of Enlil / Yalweh was hex, as is the insignia of the Nephilim Draco starcraft. Hebrew alphabet genetic symmetries create a DNA tetrahelix whose top down view as hex would be un-ensouled "golem". Most of the OTHER country flags of this planet have some form of PENT / star or Golden Ratio.

Does this mean the Jewish people have no soul? Probably that is far too vague. However, it is likely that their skill at allowing juicy human bliss to cocoon itself into immortality is FAR less common. Their squabble over the ownership of Jerusalem is largely because they forgot the simple skill to dimple a land's paramagnetic into sacred landscape lens that COULD ignite soul group DNA into star embedding. Ironic in that SCION / ZION / JON means literally to BRANCH INTO FRACTAL EMBEDDING PERFECTLY.

Interesting when the interventionist MAG queens of ORION apologize for starting BOTH the Christian AND MUSLIM religions ( ../thecollective ), toward such a murderous conclusion, there is no mention of instigating the JEWISH (Yalweh / Enlil / N-ibi-uru ) myth. Yet if we take the self organizing spiral on the donut, delineating the 7 color map, whose symmetry views by tetra, ARE the Hebrew alphabet, the EXACT SAME 3D form has other shadows which are exactly the ARABIC cursive alphabet letters! Clearly, both these religions were merely diluted mechanisms to convey the symmetry skills (quantum mechanics) to creating matter from light. This pure root of language ALONE becomes specifically the ONLY possible true PHYSICS OF PEACE. ( ref: ../peace ) , namely that peace in ANY form is merely the ability which recursion allows to stabilize waves (giving them a centering 'peace-full' force). (Symbol / aphabet being merely the attempt to embed, optimized by Phi. Embedding = psychokinesis by definition of leverage on waves / literally objects from thoughts=alphabet being the issue of whether a phi wave ushers charge into compression at the symapse = gravity making).

This casts a nice deeper light on the conversation below about where the grid lost bliss ignition (into recursion), at the heart of the ISREALI conflict.

The sun's heart IS the image of fusion perfected. It's slip knot ANU IS the link between the 7 spins of the tetra (hex shadow), to the 5 spins inside. (cube to dodec). ( Fusing the serpent to the bird brain thru bliss requires slipping knot thru the amygdala. Funny how Candace Pert figured the limbic brain serpent stem was the catchers mit for bliss bullets ("Molecules of Emotion"), never considering the HEART BLISS which peristalsically launched them ('snake charmed') from the serpent brain toward the bird brain.

If the SUN is wounded (by a Draco HAARP poon - see below) , then by fractal morphic resonance to every heart and ANU and hydrogen in the Solar System, all FUSION is wounded here. (../fusion ).

The emails regarding the story on the Soul Catcher have been pouring in non stop. Most people are fascinated with the idea, however, a few think I have been "smoking too much", and one email even seemed to contain a veiled threat, "...better stop telling so much of the truth if you know what's good for you"

I didn't realize this story would elicit so many responses. Since many people wanted to know if I had more information on this, I sent an email to Kent at Cyber Space Orbit. Mystifying shuttle shadow

The launch of the space shuttle Atlantis on Feb. 8, was one of the most spectacularly beautiful ever. But something strange happened that has NOT been widely reported. A long, dark cone, extending from the shuttle's bright exhaust plume to the full moon near the horizon appeared. Some described it as rainbow-like, and some observers wondered how a dark shadow could possibly extend from one very bright object (the shuttle plume) to another (the full moon).

Several years ago, I had an Instant Message conversation with John Lear. During the coverversation he asked me if Gunther had ever told me anything about the buildings and structures on the moon.

I answered yes and proceeded to tell him that Gunther had told me about a Moon Base. He quickly sent back an instant message that asked, "Did he ever tell you about the structure that is a soul catcher?"

I was stunned. Gunther had described, in great detail, a ancient structure which was built by extraterrestrials that "shot" souls to earth and "caught" them after their trip to earth was finished. I was amazed that John knew about it.

Gunther told me that his mother was descended from the Hungarian Esterhaszy family. The Esterhaszys are best known as the benefactors of Hayden. The Hayden conservatorium is in the old Estersazy castle east of Vienna, Austria near the Hungarian border.

The Esterhaszys believed they were descended from people who came to earth from the star Sirius. 'Ester' means 'star' and "haszy" means either "descended from" or "House of". In other words, the word' esterhaszy' means "House of the Star" or "Descended from the Star". The Star was the star Sirius.

Gunther told me that the the Esterhaszys believe that their ancestors had to come to earth because their home world was destroyed. He said that original settlers built ships that took volunteers to earth to physically settle and begin to prepare the earth for the later arrivals.

He said the main body of souls traveled as a soul group from their home world to the star Sol, the Sun around which the Earth orbited. The soul group resided in the Sun until preparations had been made for the souls to travel to earth. When a soul was ready to individuate in preparation for going to earth, the soul was shot out of the Sun and went to the Moon.

Gunther said that at the time this was going on, the Planetary Federation had a quarantine on the Planet Earth. No one was allowed  to interfere in the 'breeding experiment" that was going on.

When one of the souls from the Sirius Group was ready to travel to earth to reside in a body, the Federation would "shoot" the soul to earth with their "soul shooter" which was on the moon. When the soul had finished its lessons, there was a "reverse soul-shooter" in the Great Pyramid.

The body would be placed in a sarchaphogus in a mineral brine. Low levels of electricity were sent through the mineral brine. When enough water had evaporated, there was a sudden flash, the body was instantly transmuted into atoms. This string of atoms, to which the soul was still attached, was shot out the "reverse soul-shooter", through the slanted opening in the pyramid. This was done only when the opening and the moon were aligned.

On the way to the moon, everything physical fell away from the soul and it was "caught" by the device on the moon that was set up by the Federation to "shoot" and "catch" the souls that were assigned to earth.

I don't remember much about what John Lear told me about the "soul catcher" that he knew about. What I do remember is that it was being used for a negative purpose rather than the purpose it had been created for.

It was catching souls, but it was catching them to enslave them, not as part of the two way transportation method that had been built to gain entry to a quarantined planet.

Take a look at the following picture which was taken at the launch of a Space Shuttle. If I had been asked to draw a picture of the "Soul Shooter" on the moon, shooting a soul to earth, it would have looked just like this!

The more I look at the photo, the more I wonder. If there really is a soul shooter and/or soul catcher, could an exchange of souls have just been made? Could one of the people who was on the shuttle now have a different soul? See also: IN SEARCH OF A SOUL CATCHER

My initial response was to material was satirical. She pressed me with: "From your work on HAARP info...do you feel that there is any way that HAARP could rip open these vortexes?"

To which I replied: In a word? A very reluctant, "yes."

I covered a little of the possibilities in Chapter Five of Haarp : The Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy: Secret Science of the Conspiracy.

I had a very tenuous grasp of multi-dimensional physics then and really couldn't go in to it. I know only a smidgeon more now. I was pointing and laughing [my first comments on this posting] not so much at the idea, but at the presentation which was crappy, even for Weekly World News. I don't really feel competent to dive into a discussion of hyperdimensional physics, and the math is utterly beyond me.

It is possible, maybe even probable, that we live in a universe with far more than the conventionally accepted 4 dimensions. There is a considerable volume of material on the kind of havoc that could be wrecked on other dimensions intentionally or unintentionally by EMR and nuclear weapons.
