The CIA has plans to relocate the headquarters of its domestic division, which is responsible for operations and recruitment in the United States, from the CIA's Langley headquarters to Denver, a move designed to promote innovation, according to U.S. intelligence and law enforcement officials.
About $20 million has been tentatively budgeted to relocate employees of the CIA's National Resources Division, officials said. A U.S. intelligence official said the planned move, confirmed by three other government officials, was being undertaken "for operational reasons."
A CIA spokesman declined to comment. Other current and former intelligence officials said the Denver relocation reflects the desire of CIA Director Porter J. Goss to develop new ways to operate under cover, including setting up more front corporations and working closer with established international firms.
Associates of Goss said yesterday that the move was also in keeping with his desire to stop the growth of CIA headquarters and headquarters-based group-think, something he criticized frequently when he was chairman of the House intelligence committee.
Other CIA veterans said such a relocation would make no sense, given Denver's relative distance from major corporate centers. "Why would you go so far away?" one asked. "They will get disconnected."
The main function of the domestic division, which has stations in many major U.S. cities, is to conduct voluntary debriefings of U.S. citizens who travel overseas for work or to visit relatives, and to recruit foreign students, diplomats and businesspeople to become CIA assets when they return to their countries. It was unclear how many CIA employees would relocate to Denver under the plan.
Although collecting information on U.S. citizens under suspicion for terrorist links is primarily an FBI function, the CIA may also collect information on citizens under limited circumstances, according to a 1981 executive order. The exact guidelines for those operations are spelled out in a classified document signed by the CIA director and approved by the attorney general.
The Denver move, which is tentatively scheduled for next year but has not been finalized, coincides with several other developments related to the CIA's domestic intelligence work.
Last week, the CIA and FBI agreed to a new "memorandum of understanding" on domestic and foreign operations, the first change in decades. The negotiations surrounding the memo were highly contentious, with the
FBI saying that it should control and approve the CIA's domestic activities, including its pool of U.S.-based assets that have been invaluable in the past to understanding the intentions of foreign nations and groups.
But the FBI is having significant problems developing its own domestic intelligence branch and the CIA is generally viewed across the intelligence community as more experienced and skilled at handling foreign informants who eventually return abroad, where the CIA has the lead in intelligence gathering and operations.
Both the CIA and FBI are trying to deepen their outreach to U.S. research and academic institutions and to private subcontractors working on major government contracts abroad.
Originally, the FBI also pressed to have the bureau disseminate all intelligence reports from sources -- foreigners or U.S. citizens -- living in the United States. It was undercut, however, by the fact that the bureau routinely falls behind in issuing counterterrorism reports and, at the time of the most heated negotiations, in December, the FBI had a backlog of more than 100 reports it had not distributed.
In response to questions this week about the new agreement, the FBI and CIA issued a joint statement to The Washington Post. "The FBI and CIA are committed to effective, joint operations to safeguard our nation," it says. "To that end, we are completing work on a memorandum of understanding that will codify our joint operating principals. We are pleased with both the process and the outcome and we recognize that our joint efforts will enhance national security."
Under the agreement, the CIA must coordinate its operations with the FBI. The CIA's domestic division has agreed to provide the FBI with more information about its operations and debriefings. One goal of updating the memo was to ensure that the two agencies were not working at cross purposes and were aware if one or the other had already recruited or debriefed someone.
It is unclear how a move to Denver would increase the effectiveness of the domestic division's operations, said several former intelligence officials.
Colorado has become a major intelligence hub since Sept. 11, 2001.
The Denver suburb of Aurora is home to the little-known Aerospace Data Facility. Located inside Buckley Air Force Base, it has become the major U.S.-based technical downlink for intelligence satellites operated by the military, the National Security Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office, according to military and government documents obtained by William Arkin, author of "Code Names," a book about secret military plans and programs.
About 70 miles away, the U.S. Northern Command, based at Peterson Air Force Base, in Colorado Springs, is tasked with homeland defense and has been increasing its domestic intelligence work.
It could not be learned whether the CIA's Denver plans are linked to the presence of either facility.

There is much more to this than I had even imagined and only this morning
(saturday) I found something brand new that I had no idea about and I live here.
Colorado is the capital of the
Satanic New World order, and the last part of this blog
explains it. My mind is just reeling from finding out exactly how much we did
not know and how fully fooled many life times about our real world. You will be
shocked as I was when you read the affidavit below at the end of this blog.

This is up because Colorado is a state on fire, and its not normal fires being managed as they normally are. They are huge, bigger than anything we have ever seen, and they start over a very large area at the very same time, which implies that lightening, that no one has seen here due to the lack of moisture in our air, all hit at the same time with the same exact impact sufficient to create a fire line that is miles and miles long.
The only other option is the fires were set, but there is no evidence of that except for the unusual nature of these fires. I am living down here in the four corners area where a second state fire of massive size is now going strong, and I live where I can see the smoke billowing miles up into the sky, and I do mean "miles" up, and its along the largest fireline, behind the mountains, I have ever seen in my entire life.
So the impression is one of the entire northern horizon line is nothing but billowing smoke from the fire. Its now about 2 miles from south fork on the other side of the mountains and everything in its path will be destroyed if its not turned back or stopped. We are used to fires here and fighting them is second nature to us, but we seem not to be able to use the same tactics that have always worked in the past. (just adding this.... its saturday morning now and all the fires are out or the smoke has been completely eliminated..... now how did that happens so damn fast? Even the much smaller fires we are used to take a lot more time than that to go from billowing smoke of normal size to out, much less from miles up to out. Very strange indeed. UPDATE: its now afternoon and those mile high smoke clouds are back again. How strange is that? In the dawn they were all gone completely, then by noon they were all back again.)
Our town is full of firefighters from elsewhere, but they are in town, and not out on the line? This is all very strange. False Flags can take many different forms, and setting fires is one possible form. Its a lot harder to prove because you don't have any real people involved in the act, unless we are lucky enough to get a whistelblower, but I suspect if it was done, the foreign occupiers used their own people to eliminate that possibility.
This, plus a video we put up back in 2010 about the Denver Airport that showed massive fires in giant murals in the lower levels of the airport, got me wondering what the hell is going on here, so I began a journey down a rabbithole that has taken me days to do and I am still not done, but sufficiently along to begin posting what I have found. I had also learned some time back that the DIA had identified this area as the key point for the drugs coming in from South America, to be routed through Miami and then sent here to the 4 corners area for sending them out west.
I am putting this up because of the blog we just did that showed how the Illuminati New World Order crowd, has created a mass mind control situation that resulted in Kubic's movie "Eyes Wide Shut" which suggests that we do not see what is obvious in front of us and that is intentionally done. It is the subtle underlying theme of that movie. This below is beginning to look like one of those "Eyes Wide Shut" situations. I have pieced together a part 1 of 2 that may expand as I gather more information about all this.
Its important to me because I live right smack dab in the middle of this mess. So we have to know in order to prepare. I am going to begin with "facts" that I have been able to gather together about anything to do with Denver, Denver airport, Government agencies, athe fires, the New World Order, and the continued warnings by Homeland Security that horrible things are going to happen this summer, along with their preparations for it that resemble preparing for war against the American people and given the brutality they are using in training our police, I suspect we best be prepared to match brutality with brutality.
So this became important to look at and decide what the heck is going on here. So bare with me as I begin this journey and follow along. Comments are encouraged as I receive a lot of good feedback on direction and relevance from my readers and I encourage it to help me either continue on or change direction since I am only one person and others perspectives are needed to keep me in the right direction toward truth, so, please, contribute on this journey of discovery.
I am starting with all the evidence that suggests the Government and the elite are moving here to Colorado, and when it all began, and why they are moving here. Not the reasons they give, but the reasons that fit within their agenda of a global New World order. We are primarily a rural state, so it doesn't make any sense. New York or Pennsylvania would have made more sense.
The location is where the least amount of people are located. Is that why??? Its also were most of the guns are located, the west is about as full of them as the southeast is. Our Hunters alone out west exceeds the total number of military in the Chinese Army, and the Russians have been war gaming the take over of CIA headquarters here, so what is that all about?
What we are digging up covers a good span of time, going all the way back to 1999 when they built that airport that was not needed here. I am especially intrigued by the fires on the murals of the airport and the aftermath they indicate in the paintings. YOu will be seeing videos of those murals. We will be covering that as well. Its my belief that the powers that be are doing a Rahm Emmanual. "never let a

billion people, how can you do that without them finding out and killing you off

found 30 countries that had research facilities there with no explanation.
So, the return of the twin star is that great opportunity Rahm talked about.
How else were they going to kill off 6 billion people? Notice they are
even beginning the process of "BLAMING THE SUN".
That sun is reacting to the pull of a much bigger body that is closing in.
That is the opportunity they are talking about. A flipped poleshift could
create the flooding in Europe and southeastern US that would justify these of
the continuity gov moving to the mountains of a central state like Colorado,

elected leaders of europe are coming here for some reason that no one will
explain, and not a word about the disposition of the millions of people left
behind in Europe, plus this state has a history of being the center of

nobility satanists.
Further a
scientist was murdered
at the New Zealand facility under US control. The US would not cooperate
with the New Zealand authorities in that investigation. Given what we knew
at the time, we speculated on why he was killed, however, now that we know much
much more, its beginning to look like he might have wanted to warn the
globe about this event and was murdered for it. Sounds like our foreign
occupiers of our government, doesn't it?

instead of a simple normal fire... we are used to fires here and this is

Well, as we discussed briefly, The royalty of Europe and high up officials in government in Europe are buying land around the Denver airport. WE discussed much about the Occult, since all the same characters we just discussed are also heavily into the Occult. I don’t think any one disagrees with that anymore given all the proofs we were able to provide over these past 3.5 years now.
Buying the land means they may well be coming to stay here. That is just a guess, I have no proof of that, but it does make sense since the land is near an airport where they can easily come and go from here. But why? We have asked that numerous times. Why Colorado, Denver specifically, for the New White House? Why are they abandoning Washington DC? Why is the Queen of England doing the same thing, as we proved with a link in a previous part of this series? Why such high elevations? Is London going to be flooded as well?
Then we begin seeing military maps of water encroaching on both coasts in the USA with a divide in the nation with a flooded Mississippi River and many states disappearing off the map such as Florida. There has been much that we published on the flooding issue. Is that why they are coming here?
For them its a safe haven, not only for the flood but also for their occult practices, surrounded by all the symbols at the airport, that would make them comfortable. Notice again, at the airport the burning forests in the paintings which would be a result of meteors hitting us and causing great fires.
I live in one of the states with the fires right now and described how these were not like any fires I had seen in the 17 years I had been here. I mentioned the miles high plums there were rising as if from a bomb dropping or meteor crashing. There are enormous number of fire rescue personnel here and they are having a horrible time putting these fires out. Back to our discussion on the flooding.
I believe it was in blog 4 that we showed the flooding predicted for London and DC as well as other coastal places such as the Netherlands that is actually below sea level anyway with dikes protecting it.
Are the Tyranny and Police state Tactics We are Seeing, A Distraction?
Well, we have a theory, that is all it is, however, there are
“facts” surrounding the issue that seem to support the
theory as a reality. We will try to cover those facts here
on this part 5. If true, this would explain the brazen
acts of tyranny, and repression, being done by the zionists and
the leaders of most western countries without regard for the
consequences. This would certainly explain it along with
all the coffins being stashed around the country. Are they
keeping us distracted with all this police state mess so that
their “depopulation plan” will be done naturally instead of by
their hand? If so, then we best prepare in those areas we
saw on that military map.
The theory is that Wormwood, Nibiru, the twin star, etc, is on its way, if not already here. Its taken a while but I have gathered as much evidence as I could and facts that support it.
Example: Why have so many “pairs of Astronomers” been killed over the past few years and also a Japanese Atronomer? Why the heavy investment by 30 countries of research facilities in the Antarctic and in some cases a heavy military presence? Why was a Scientist murdered by poisoning, at one of the facilities, I believe it was a New Zealand scientist.
Why has the US obstructed New Zealands investigation into the murder? The speculation is that Nibiru or the twin dwarf star is coming from the south, and he may well have indicated he was going to warn the world. If that is the case, he would have harmed the ill intent and agenda, of the foreign occupiers of our nation.
As you can see, just in the issue of the untimely deaths of astronomers, there is plenty of reason to ask why they were killed, especially in a barren non populated area with virtually no crime or criminals. Since they were living in different parts of the world, it is prudent to assume it was astronomy related and not a coincidence. Additionally, there are scientists, astronomers who are confirming the existance of the dwarf star/nibiru in the past.

What are some of the normal signs that would accompany the entrance into our solar system, of a large body traveling through the various meteorite, meteor, asteroid, and comet clouds, like the Ort cloud? There would be a dramatic increase in debri that would pass by our planet or even be drawn into our planet.
Has there been such an increase? Yes, there has…. we can verify that here, here, and here . I have personal experience that I reported some time back this year. Being up in the mountains in Colorado, you get to see a lot more than at sea level and this year on the way to a meeting in Durango with two others traveling with me in the car, we saw three large meteors traversing across the sky.
They were miles and miles away, but huge and left tails that were long. They did not land in the USA, but we believe they crashed into the ocean somewhere or passed by us completely like a sling shot miss. In my entire long life I have never seen such an event. I was in awe of the experience.

OK, lets assume this is true, then the next question is “Why would Russia prepare their people through news broadcasts and building bunkers for their people, and our country would not?” That question leads us back to what is called “an opportunity crisis”. “Why haven’t our leaders either here or in the European Union prepared and built bunkers for their citizens? Why haven’t they announced it on the MSM like Russia has done and aided them in preparation activities?”

reasons for it, since a large body coming in proximity to our
sun and our planet would definitely have consequences in

earthquakes have increased, sink holes are growing and
swallowing up whole houses and buildings. So why?
It has to do with Rahm Emmanuals edict, “never let a good crisis go to waste”. Remember, these satanic zionists hate Christians and massacred millions of them in Russia, but this is a way to rid them of us, through natural means by not aiding us in preparations. The only preparations they have done is for after the fact, when there are bodies all around. Why they even have CAFR accounts of unrestricted funds they can rely on when the crisis is over and they can continue on as if nothing happened financially.
ITS ALSO AN OPPORTUNITY, THAT IF THE EVENT DOES NOT DO DAMAGE NEEDED FOR THE FOREIGN OCCUPIERS OF OUR GOV, THEY CAN THEN COMMAND THEIR SPACE WEAPONS TO MAKE THE SITUATION WORSE, OR USE IT FOR COVER TO KILL US OFF. I do not know if that is their agenda, but their behavior around this whole issue leaves very little room for other explanations. And their exhibited lack of humanity contributes greatly to that conclusion.
This is what they think, not what is a fact. They have been wrong and caught on so many of their miscalculations, that it would be the same for this. Yes, there will be earth changes, and yes, there will be a need to prepare, but not an extinction level event. In fact, I do not believe, based on the Mayan shamans predictions, that anything close to the number they prepared coffins for is realistic.
Remember, these satanic elite Zionists are “fearful” and have an agenda which is a Satanic New World Order, run under Satan and his mechanisms for soul harvesting, slavery, and control. Because they are fear based, they use fear against us, thinking we are the same way and we are not. Depopulation is part of their agenda for purposes of control.
So, in their minds, if millions will die from this event that is natural and not man made, that is even better for them, and reduces the risk of their being criminally liable for such depopulation activities. Their inability to use nukes has made the WW III option for depopulating a non-sequetor. By the same token, if little damage, they still have the option, IF WE DO NOT REACH THEM SOONER, to use their space weapons to finish the job.
So, that is why they have provided safe underground facilities for themselves, but not for the rest of us. They will take those whom they trust and need, with them, and the rest of us can simply go away. Do not go into fear over this, because this event will not be near as bad as it has been in the past or as they are projecting in their own fearful minds.
IN CONCLUSION
This happens every 3600 years, and we have records of just how bad it can be, but the Mayan Shaman says not to fear, “ITS THE RETURN OF THE ANCESTORS AND WISEMEN”. Could this be why no nuke false flags have been done? Are they already here in advance of the planet? And some Astronomers have said, its coming from the south, which is why the Antarctic was chosen to follow its progress, and not from the elliptic which means a lot less damage.
We will be in control above ground and they are more at risk below ground as the sink holes, earthquakes and meteors have proven. Think about the plates changing, shifting etc. And above ground we can find safe havens from all that, while below ground they are trapped. We must not give up, rather begin to plan and store food, water and other essentials. Try to identify entrances, vents, etc of those underground, before the arrival of the planet, and that way after the event you will be informed and have choices you can make about what to do about them afterwards.
The final question will be, “If we survive, then what do we do about those underground who have made this planet a living hell, right now? I leave that question up to you to contemplate and ponder. Its one that will be answered locally and depending on your remaining people left behind who survived.
I hope this series has been helpful in contributing to the very big picture about all of these daily trials we have had to go through and will continue to go through. I would say at this point, if you live in a big city, begin looking for routes out of the city and identify a place to go inland and up into mountains if possible. Begin working on that search right away.
Spend weekends and make a game out of it for the family so they won’t get frightened. We make very bad decisions when we are afraid. So simply see this as a new adventure and a journey of discovery and we will be ok. Our world as we know it is changing and we must change with it. God bless and keep you all safe and secure.

If you believe the writings in the Bible, which have come to pass in our life time, then this thousand years is what we should use to motivate us to stay positive about our future. We just have to show up and do what we can.
If you stay out of fear, you will see opportunities as they present themselves and act on them. Trust God to fill in the gaps that you miss. He has and will continue to be there for us as we need Him if we are willing to call on Him. For those of you who have a different God in your own mind, remember, we are powerful beings when we use our gift of commitment to good.
